Guy Fieri Is Opening Another Restaurant in Las Vegas - Eater Vegas

"Guy Fieri is opening Chicken Guy at Caesars Palace. The quick-service chain has locations across the U.S. and will be the first in Southern Nevada. It joins Fieri’s growing number of restaurants in Caesars Entertainment properties, including Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen and Bar at the Linq, and El Burro Borracho at the Rio." - Janna Karel

Guy Fieri to bring Chicken Guy! and the Sauce Squad to Las Vegas - Eater Vegas

"Celebrity chef Guy Fieri is finally bringing his rapidly growing Chicken Guy! restaurant to Las Vegas. The restaurant originally revealed its plans to open back in October, while two years ago, restaurateur Robert Earl first announced his expansion plans to Eater Vegas. Now officially announced as coming soon to the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets, Chicken Guy! will replace a former Claire’s retail store facing the outdoor mall’s food court. The counter-service restaurant specializes in crispy fried or grilled chicken tenders prepared with lemon juice, pickle brine, buttermilk, and fresh herbs, and served as a standalone serving or in sandwiches that include upgrades of bourbon brown sugar barbecue and smoked bacon and avocado crema. Each dish arrives with a choice of sauce from a roster of 22 options, including donkey sauce made with mayo, roasted garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon, plus wasabi honey, peri-peri, and a collection of hot and spicy flavors. Repeat diners who sign up for the brand’s Sauce Squad receive two additional complimentary sauces per visit." - Bradley Martin

I stopped by Chicken Guy! in Las Vegas and tried the Mac & Cheese Buffalo Chicken Burger, and wow—it was absolutely delicious. The crispy, juicy chicken paired perfectly with the creamy, savory mac and cheese, creating an incredible combination of textures and flavors. The Sour Sauce was a game-changer, adding just the right amount of tangy contrast to the richness of the dish. The price was on the higher side, but that’s pretty standard for Vegas, so I wasn’t too surprised. It was so good that I actually had to buy an extra one and bring it back with me to Canada—totally worth it. If you’re in Vegas and craving something indulgent, I highly recommend checking this place out!

AVOID! Well 2.9 says it all...how many clients are ripped off having not simply looked at the reviews. The owner responded to a comment with the token we'll do better and improve here I was 10 months after that feedback and it absolutely has not improved likely gotten worse based on my experience. Guy Fieri shame on you as a big fan I've lost a ton of respect for your brand and this garbage serving. The tenders were small, not good tasting , honestly tastes as bad as a Walmart chicken tender with no sides for $17 four piece tenders. And there was bo box or lid on the tenders only a carton like french fries come it so obviously the food to go wasn't going to stay warm long. Never again, I wouldn't even eat it if it was free unless I was stranded and extremely hungry. Do yourself a favor and walk and find something else look at the overall horrible reviews.

Google
I’m not going to comment on price because it’s Vegas and options are limited so prices are sky high. I went here at normal lunch time 12-1 and the line was fairly long but not too bad, even with 3 conferences going on. Approx time 10-15 min I ordered the chicken salad, which is the only salad option for $20. If you try to order online you get a $1 service fee charge so unless you’re in a hurry or don’t care I would wait in line. The salad comes with a vinaigrette, it’s ok, I probably would’ve substituted for ranch but who knows how much that upgrade will cost you. Service was fast, listen for your number so you don’t wait. It’s on the top or bottom of your receipt. The seating is food court style so scout out seating ahead of time or sent a representative to save seats. Overall the salad was as described. It was filling and fresh and I liked the addition of the peppers. I would come here again for a quick bite to eat.

Google
This was the best chicken sandwich my husband and I have had. We ordered the mac and cheese sandwich without bacon and buffalo sauce. It was piping hot, flavorful, and crispy. We ordered the fried pickles which were also great, except they were a little over cooked and a little too salty. Highly recommend trying it at least once.

Google
This location is located in Caesar's Palace. The chicken sandwich has 3 huge fingers and the special sauce is legit. The fries is not too shabby either. Huge thumbs up👍.

Google
There's not too many options in the Caesars Food Court but I decided to try this place because it's new... its pretty pricey but that's expected in the casino. For 4 tenders, fries and a small mac and cheese I paid a little over $30. The mac and cheese was good. The tenders were good..nothing amazing but they were fresh and had good flavor. The staff was nice and it seemed pretty clean back there. I think they could use a little more options.

Google
I was on a Mac n’cheese hunt after all the walking in Vegas I finally got here I decided to go with the Mac n’ cheese w/ fried chicken strips cut into pieces on top, was a little disappointed the Mac was dry the chicken strips was meh. Fried pickles was ok, the buttermilk ranch was better and finishing it off with the Oreo shake that was the best part tbh.Way to pricey but then again it’s Vegas so what do u expect

Rebecca D

Google
If you need good come here. Or else, try something else. I hate giving bad reviews but between the service and food, I would have skipped. We ordered chicken fingers, fries and a drink (all separate as they didn’t have combo options). And after paying we realized they didn’t put fries in order. When we went up to let them know they kind of shrugged us off and we just opted to not even get them. The fingers were dry and boring. They only interesting think about this restaurant is the box the food comes in and Guy Fieris face on the front. Even he would be disappointed to eat here.

Yelp
Yessenia helped me with all my food allergy needs usually it's very hard for me to eat out because of my sensitive stomach but I saw the worker and she was very polite and made sure all my questions were answered and had this amazing attitude I will definitely be returning.
google avatar

Yelp
A tad on the pricey side. But it is the average price point for food on the strip that is quick service. Has to be some of the tastiest quick service food I have gotten. What you see in my photo comes out to about $25 but the price is worth the flavor. The forum shops has one of the nicer seating areas as far as food courts on the strip. No ambiance really but they keep it very clean!

Yelp
I am not a big fried chicken guy. But I am a big fried pickle guy!!!! And this is the right place to go for housemaid fried pickles. I think they even make their own pickles too. A nice thick crunchy coating of batter and these babies are packing some heat!! Thank God they give you some ranch of some sort to cool stuff down. I could only eat half of them. My mouth was flaming..... but.... A super great flaming, haha. These are as good as fried pickle chips can get. Super nice people running the place. You eat in the community food court area so if you're trying to impress your date with the ambiance this probably won't work....

Yelp
Saw the reviews.. Macaroni and cheese was good, but idk if I would get it again because of the price. Also, soda is $6.99, so plan accordingly. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious. This is the first time I chose a chicken sandwich over a burger (from the Bobby's burger across the way) and wow, it hit the spot! I opted for no cheese and got it spicy. It came out within 5 minutes. Lively food court area so it was quite loud and bustling , especially during lunchtime. I will definitely get the Buffalo chicken sandwich when I come back again!

Yelp
This location is situated inside the food court at Caesar's Palace, and I first visited Chicken Guy a year ago. Back then, I remembered the loaded mac and cheese as incredibly delicious, so I decided to try it again this year. Unfortunately, this time it was overly oily, greasy, and uncomfortably heavy. I'm not sure what changed. The dish consists of mac and cheese topped with chopped chicken, bacon, and green onions. While we couldn't finish it, we decided to take it back to our hotel since we had a fridge. It tasted much better the next day when mixed with a salad, which helped balance the richness. We didn't order anything else, so I can't comment on their sandwiches or other offerings. Based on both visits, I'd give this place an average 3-star rating.

Yelp
The crust of chicken tenders were crunchy but the chicken was thin and not so flavorful. Tried 5 different sauces: Buffalo, special sauce, donkey sauce, Nashville hot honey, and bourbon brown sugar. The one that stands out is the Buffalo sauce, good spice and flavorful. Fries were cold, nothing special. Overall, if you want a decent meal in the celebrity food hall in Caesars Palace I would recommend Bobby's burgers. If you really want chicken, go to Chick-fil-A or Chinatown in Vegas has some of the best chicken.
google avatar

Julisa W.

Yelp
Went here after absinthe and was needing a bite! Got the bourbon bbq chicken sandwich which was pretty good, but messy. But the good sandwiches usually are! I had to get the cereal shake. Tasty experience but nothing over the top about it. The fried pickles tasted a lil old. Nothing special. Pretty expensive for what was purchased. Not too bad of an experience! The servers were sweet and sincere. It is in a food court so not exactly a romantic vibe, but it worked for what we needed it for.
google avatar

Grier F.

Yelp
Delicious sandwiches the only downside is that it's a bit pricier here compared to other locations. The service was quick and friendly. They kept it clean too. We could see fresh towel wipe marks on all the tables. The pickle chips are good but if you don't enjoy dill the dipping sauce is pretty heavy on it.
google avatar

Yelp
Just like Raisin' Cane, this is a chicken strip place that uses the strips to create a sandwich. Unlike Raisin' Cane, the chicken strips here are juicy and the sauce is good. Like Raisin' Cane, the sandwich is small for the money - even smaller for the $$$ here because you are in the food court at Caesars. We were there mid-September and several of the options were closed either for remodel or for a new place being opened. The pizza place was under renovation, added the Cake Boss info. So that left Bobby's Burgers, Guy's Chicken and Starbucks. There was always a line at Bobby's so we had the chicken twice. Three stars for the small size of the sandwich for the price, three stars for good flavor though. Would work in a pinch if you are just looking for something to fill the void and the lines at the other places are too long. Hope you get the one you want and...enjoy!!!

Yelp
I honestly am surprised that this spot doesn't have better reviews! I had a great, quick lunch here last week. The sandwich was made fresh to order and didn't take too long. Definitely an elevated quick service option. The prices are a little high, but that's to be expected in Vegas. I got the buffalo mac and cheese sandwich. I didn't get a side and I was totally full from the sandwich alone. Definitely a good size! I loved the flavor and the addition of the bacon was a great touch. I would order this again for sure!

Yelp
This is our second time trying out Chicken Guy. Elizabeth the cashier was great. She informed us of what the differences are with the sauces and sandwiches. We also asked if they use peanut oil since my child has food allergies to peanuts. She checked with their cook and came back to let us know none of their food items use peanut oil. Thank you Elizabeth. We ordered Triple Double Mint, Mac and Cheese and B.L.A.T. The Triple Double Mint we rate 5 out of 5. Really good milkshake. Plenty of chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, ice cream, whip cream. You can also taste the mint flavor hence the light green color of the shake. Mac and Cheese has a taste of lime. It's good. It's really cheesy, however it's not for me. B.L.A.T., was yummy. Both the chicken and the bacon are crispy. It's not hard nor chewy. The bread goes well with the chicken and bacon. It's a good match. Bread needs to be toasted more so that it's not soggy. Plenty of lettuce and right amount of tomato. We will definitely order B.L.A.T. again.

Yelp
I see there are new food options at the food court at Ceasars Palace Casino. @GuyFieri and the leadership running this location, I have two things. 1. The customer service and politeness given to us by this happy, kind young lady who took our order was extraordinarily awesome. I wish I had taken her name so I could put it in this review. I asked her if they had a military discount, and she pleasantly said, of course, and thank you for your service. She was extremely happy and smiled throughout the whole transaction. My food experience could have been bad, and I would have rated this place a 4 star. That's how much I value customer service. It was a great experience. I turned to my wife and said I don't think there is anything or anyone that would have made her mad. She's in the picture I took along with the pictures of food I took. I hope management and Guy will recognize the outstanding attitude of this young lady; they deserve commendation. And lastly, #2. 2. Can you open a location near or in Mckinney Texas. The food was great. I got the BBQ Chicken sandwich it was great. Thank you
google avatar

Justine S.

Yelp
Decent place for tenders and chicken sandwich. Service was good. The lady taking our order was friendly and it seemed like the fastest line. We got food quick. Food was just "ok". Nothing special. It was ok. But the prices were steep and not a lot of bang for your buck. We paid over $40 for one sandwich and 5 tenders and fries. Overall, would go back if in the area and needed a quick meal
google avatar

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of Guy Fieri because of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives so I had to check out his chicken sandwich spot. However, upon the first bite it tasted like my puppy died. The sandwich is dry, not flavorful at all, and most importantly expensive as hell. They don't offer combo meals so you have to purchase everything separately. I paid $16.25 for two tenders cross crossed on a hamburger bun. I deserve a public apology from Guy Fieri for this BS #EatGoodAndBeHappy

Yelp
I decided to try Chicken Guy, located in Cesar's Palace, recently. It is about what you would expect from a chicken tender sandwich joint. I got the Chicken Guy Classic. This is a Chicken Tender Sandwich served with lettuce, tomato, pickle and some type of "classic sauce. I decided to get an extra portion of Buffalo sauce. This sandwich was MESSY. It completely fell apart when I tried to pick it up to eat. Unfortunately, I didn't get napkins when I got my food because I didn't see the service station across the way. The fries were piping hot but they were LOADED with some kind of seasoning that I could have done without. I would much rather have a Chic-fil-A spicy chicken deluxe sandwich for less than half of the price I paid.
google avatar

Eric P.

Yelp
Tried the The CG Classic chicken sandwich this time around. So good! The chicken was tender and the pickles and lettuce were a nice compliment to the chicken. It was not lacking in flavor like the last one. I should've tried this the first time lol.
google avatar

Jocelyn M.

Yelp
One of my fave places to eat. Their variety of sauces can please and satisfy any palette. The chicken is cooked perfectly. I wish we had a Chicken Guy in San Antonio!

Tanner R.

Yelp
Esmeralda was AMAZING! She gave the best recommendations :) I loved my sandwich! I ordered the Mac and cheese and a Buffalo sandwich loved both of them
google avatar

Alina S.

Yelp
I get that some think this place is pricey but it is Las Vegas after all. Personally I like to have the chicken sandwich every time I'm in Vegas. The quality is amazing and the seasoning just right. I love to add the fried pickles to the mix for an extra kick lol. Service has always been friendly and you'll have lots of sitting space since it's a food court. Can't wait for them to add a location in LA.
google avatar

David H.

Yelp
Best fast food in Ceaser forum. Expect $16 for 4 pieces of tender. Decent size, not overly dry. Semi crispy. Mediocre compared to Cane chain. But heck it's mall food.
google avatar

Carrie G.

Yelp
My husband and I have eaten here twice because it's so good! The chicken is crispy, the mac and cheese was cooked well, and the sauces were great! Prices were fine for what they were!
google avatar

Sean C.

Yelp
I was sad about the Chicken Guy experience at Caesar's Palace. First, the line wasn't all that long, but the wait to order and getting the food took ages. I'm not clear as to why, but it was definitely frustrating to wait. The biggest frustration was that the chicken was cold when it came out suggesting that it had been sitting for far too long. Overall, I know this is a food court, but I would grab something else the next time I need a quick bite.
google avatar

Mickey L.

Yelp
Typical Vegas food court food. Not too special, over priced. Worked in a pinch on Easter Sunday after we found out everything is closed. Mac and cheese a little over cheesey. The GC original chicken is too dry. Salad was serviceable but expensive. Fries probably tasted the best overall. Line was long for 6 people ahead and it took over 45 minutes to get through the order and get the food. I would say pass on by if you could.
google avatar

King B.

Yelp
I had the three pieces chicken tenders they was crispy and juicy the chipotle Ranch was I will come back for more...
google avatar

Trekforbeer B.

Yelp
Service was quick compared to other places in the forum food hall. I thought the fries were great and the chicken was solid. Better than expected for a fast food chicken place. I'd have it again.
google avatar

Sarah T.

Yelp
Service was friendly, no one was in line when we arrived so we ordered asap and got our food in a few minutes. The hot honey was really good. Loved the coleslaw in it but it gets a bit messy with the sauce dripping & the bun can get soggy but really tasty.
google avatar

Gloria M.

Yelp
I should have known it wasn't good when they had no line. This is located at the food court inside the Caesar palace. It was a little loud and not so clean around the restaurant. When we went up to the counter to order the young lady taking our order was not so friendly or knowledgeable. We ended up getting the Mac and cheese, chicken sandwich, and chicken Caesar salad. The sandwich was dry and flavorless, the Mac and cheese tasted old and flavorless. The Caesar salad was both dry and not so fresh. I was really surprised the food and service were so terrible, we went numerous times to fiery kitchen at the linq. I hope guy comes and does a taste test and sees how awful this place is.
google avatar

Krishna C.

Yelp
Ian loved his chicken sandwich from here. -Portion is adequate. -Chicken sandwich had a great flavor profile. -Mac & Cheese was delicious too! -Fast service!
google avatar

Hucky K.

Yelp
Pros: cool decor, conveniently located at the food court in Caesar's Place, management took swift action when I complained to them about the chicken and gave me a refund with apology Cons: there was a hair in my chicken! pricey (not for Vegas but for food in general)
google avatar

Wesley C.

Yelp
I was looking for a quick meal and a chicken sandwich seemed quite tempting so I decided to try out this place. The restaurant is located in the food court at Caesars Palace. The ambience in a food court is what you would expect, lots of seating and a lot of people. First off, the service was extremely slow. This was a Wednesday night and the line to order was at least a dozen people deep. The ordering process was the choking point, as once you ordered the food came out pretty quick. They need more help out front. The sandwich I had was the sauce boss. The sandwich was decent, but I was expecting it more saucy as the menu indicated that there would be a special sauce. In comparison to other fast food chicken sandwich places (e.g. Canes), I would say it was comparable and nothing special. The downside is the price. I had a sandwich, fries and a bottle water and it was around $35, which I would say is quite expensive.. However, because you are eating in the strip, everything is triple the price so be prepared.
google avatar

Kevin B.

Yelp
My experience was great fast service Esmeralda was very helpful. Chicken was great and sauce was boss

Deborah B.

Yelp
Great food and Esmeralda provided excellent customer service. Took her time with my order and questions!!!
google avatar

Apple S.

Yelp
Let's be honest, the food here is nothing but chicken tenders served different ways whether it's on a bun or with sides etc. Have the name guy fiery attached to it and you now believe you can charge high prices for it. It was meh. Nothing tops Big Chicken (off the strip) that's excellent food for decent prices and Shaquille O'Neal can be proud of!
google avatar

Whit D.

Yelp
This was good; but nothing special. Three piece chicken tenders with two sauces is like $10. Want any side added to it add another $5-$8. Easily $20 without a drink. You expect it though ; since it's Vegas and a casino. The sauce choices were good; had a variety to choose from... I believe 22 different ones. The tenders were nice and hot and seasoned well. Ordered a side of Mac and cheese ... it was good and warm at least too. Wanted a water cup; but unfortunately can't give you one; only sell $7 bottled water. Was it good? I would say it was okay. Would I be back? Maybe.
google avatar

Yelp
A super simple n delicious new place for Chicken. A nice treat after seeing Seinfeld nearby if you don't like the other options and don't require a fancy meal, again. Get in line, and order the 5 piece fried tender and the first 2 sauces on the board Special and Donkey. And try the shareable side Mac Daddy- a Mac n cheese with pieces of grilled or Fried chicken. Fountain water--so ask for a cup if you're going to sit. The workers are super helpful and friendly. Sure it's a simple food court sitting experience, but take it to go if you don't want to eat immediately. The food temp held up as we enjoyed the meal in our room at Horseshoe. My experience was on day 2 of opening. A long line steered us away at first after seeing the menu, but I am glad we came back as the we wanted the tenders after getting a dessert made at nearby Dominique Ansel. When I Vegas, break the rules of what to eat first.
google avatar

Kendra H.

Yelp
The food isn't that great but the sauces are good. The service was pretty fast but the prices are on the more expensive side (on par I guess for Vegas) but now that chicken sandwiches are becoming more mainstream I'll be going elsewhere next time.
google avatar

Lynnann W.

Yelp
Walk up counter in a hectic food court. Very small footprint. (The Forum Food Hall food court was not clean and I saw no one making an effort to clean/sanitize tables between customers.) People at register were accurate albeit not excited to be there. Line moves quick, orders came out as ordered and equally quick. The tenders were flat and with a breading texture similar to "shake and bake" (if your old enough to remember.) Appreciated the chicken was moist but it didn't tear easily and off putting. Much prefer KFC!! The buttermilk ranch reminded me of tartar sauce and the teriyaki is very sweet. There is zero reason to explore this menu further.
google avatar

Matt K.

Yelp
Marketing and packaging of the food in the red cardboard boxes is good but the food itself - average. Had the CG Classic on two different occasions - both times chicken was a little dry and the bun dry too if that's possible. Not very flavorful either. Seasoned fries are fine but nothing special. Service is fast that's one good thing. Guy Fiero may be good at eating but he's no chef. The best fried chicken on the Strip remains Hattie B's.
google avatar

Joe P.

Yelp
Zero Stars for customer service, specifically, Jocelyn, she got no personality and no customer service. She doesn't know a lot according to her, she doesn't know how to void or add on your order. We were given the wrong sauce, and we asked for the correct ones, they asked for the open ones that we opened so they can give it to someone else. They said it was the policy. That's crazy and unsanitary. The food was alright. Zero Stars.

Chris k.

Yelp
Grace was super helpful. I got the Honey Hot "Spicy", side of 3 tenders, and a small fry and it was $41.07 Welcome to Vegas!
google avatar

J C.

Yelp
Hey can I have some chicken to go along with the wheel barrel of salt that covered the chicken tenders??? For those of you who praise over salted food and preach about how that means it's "seasoned" NO it doesn't, there's a huuuuge difference!!! You can season food without it tasting like it sat in the salt mines for 12 day!! I got a 3 piece and I couldn't even finish it. I felt my blood pressure rising for each bite. I also ordered the fries and they were mid, probably a "D" grade on the fries themselves. Huge disappointment!!! Now I gotta drink a gallon of water for the next 2 days to flush out all the salt.
google avatar

Justin V.

Yelp
This is the worst possible fast food chain I know on the strip. The employees are unproductive and the ambiance is unfriendly. Yet so expensive for a horrible customer experience. I decided to leave the line today because I had been waiting for so long due to employees chatting and standing around. There was no traffic today in the mall for them to be so backed up in orders. All I wanted to order was French fries & an Oreo shake. That probably would have taken them an hour to make at the rate they move. Thank god I saved my $20
google avatar

Ida S.

Yelp
I got to check this place out by chance! I saw the reviews are subpar but I honestly went ahead and tried it and I personally was not disappointed. I will say the pricing was high for what I'd say was a small or medium sized fry for 5.99 and 5 tenders for 17.99. The food itself was good! I loved the sauces the most the chipotle ranch and Nashville hot honey were the winners. Can we get these bottled and shipped to my house please?! The fries were great and had some great seasoning to them and the chicken was solid, nothing too fancy. I would get it again.
google avatar

Megan N.

Yelp
Horrible. Chicken gross and hard. Sauce is yuck. Service was slow. Not even worth it going. Guy should be embarrassed honestly cuz if he went here on DDD he wouldn't post the episode for sure in the food court in Caesar's palace, so it smells like smoke too. H8

Joe D.

Yelp
Think Chicken Tenders, but 3 sizes bigger. That's the core ingredient of Guy Fieri's Chicken Guy! Guy just figured out a way to serve these big tenders several different ways. In a bun and not in a bun. Seriously. Before I go on. The staff were exceptional. Friendly, efficient, and fast. Not like Wahlburgers, where it takes an hour for your order to be ready. Chic Fil'a is way better value and more delicious flavor. If you like chicken go to KFC, Popeye's, Shakeys, even Costco for better value and flavor. Food Network celeb chefs seem to be trying to dominate Vegas with their brand. I get it. Lots of visitors from all over pass through this seedy dirty city. What better way to spread their name in one place? BTWs I ate at the Caesars location. I ordered the CG Classic and my wife had tenders. So big chicken tenders in a bun and not in a bun. The problem is that a good marketing strategy only makes your mediocre food popular faster. Not better. Even the Food Network celeb name doesn't make it better. So if you happen to be in Vegas soaking up the smells of urine, barf, and pot smoke, don't get all googly eyes about fast Food Network joints. Do your research. There are other options with good food and better value.
google avatar

Kristen S.

Yelp
I just had the most delicious hot chicken tenders! They seemed freshly made, and I loved the fried pickles with the buttermilk ranch. Our server, Ari, was incredibly helpful. As a Diamond Plus member, it was my first time using the free drink option, and she explained everything to me patiently. I definitely recommend this place for an evening bite. I arrived late from traveling and this restaurant was perfect for dinner while staying here at Caesars.

Yelp
Guy Fieri has a chicken chain and it's finally arrived in Las Vegas! I was really exited to check this place out since I'm somewhat of a fried chicken critic. I was attending the Garth Brooks residency at the coliseum and needed some grub when the show ended which led me to the long that was forming in front of Chicken Guy. The menu here is mostly chicken sandwiches and chicken strips with outrageous prices (this casino jacks up the prices, I'm aware of this) but when it comes to the quality of the food, the service, and overall experience the price obviously does come into play. I ordered the basic chicken sandwich with the sauce as well as the appetizer order of the Buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese and the food. Service itself was kinda slow, but it was also super busy so who cares, things happen. I'm gonna be very blunt about the chicken sandwich.....it tasted the exact same as every fast food chicken sandwich that isn't one of the top dogs. It was very mediocre, had almost no memorable flavour to it, and for almost $16 I would rather eat literally anywhere else then order that again. The macaroni and cheese with chicken appetizer was solid enough for what it was and the portion size was pretty solid, but nothing to really write home about. Overall, Chicken Guy just didn't do much for me. The quality of food wasn't worth the price and living in a city like Vegas I would much rather eat at Big Chicken, The Chicken Shack, or one of the many other places that don't charge $16 for a chicken sandwich. Is this place trash? No, it serves a purpose and the food isn't terrible, so if you are a tourist live it up, but for locals, nah.

Yelp
Long wait be prepared. The ambiance is your average food court. Would have been nice if our table was clean. On to the food. The milkshake was bomb. The fries would have or could have been good if they were served HOT like fries are suppose to be! The fried pickles were sad too. Would have been tastier if they were served HOT! The chicken tenders were good, but again need to be served hotter. The sauces were a nice touch and my favorite was the Nashville honey and the donkey sauce. The Mac and cheese needed help. This was the least favorite of the food. We'd eat here again but it wasn't a must come back right away. Just better than fast food tenders

Yelp
7-22-2023 Located in the food court at Caesars, just steps away from the coliseum. It's loud and crowded, the sounds of slots all around. The tables were being cleaned as quickly as they could. We needed a bite to eat, while waiting for the doors to open for Garth Brooks. They weren't that busy compared to the other places in the food court. The food was ready fast. The chicken strips had too much seasoning making them way to salty, I would personally ask for easy seasoning next time if they can do that. The fries were crispy and not greasy, but the pickles were too greasy for us. The coleslaw had a bit of a spicy kick to it.
