Guy Fieri Is Opening Another Restaurant in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"I’m excited that Guy Fieri is bringing Chicken Guy to Caesars Palace this summer; it will be the quick-service chain’s first Southern Nevada location and joins his other Caesars Entertainment restaurants. The menu focuses on tenders brined in lemon juice, pickle brine, and buttermilk and infused with fresh herbs, served grilled or fried and available in sandwiches, on skewers, or in meal-sized salad bowls, all paired with any of 22 signature sauces.
