Chill-N Ice Cream Fort Worth

If you’re wanting a yummy, cool, and smooth ice cream, come here. We were lucky as we showed up about ten minutes before closing- the staff was as nice as could be and got us our ice cream! The menu list has a ton of flavors, from chocolate to some more obscure flavors. You can add mix ins and change the base type as well (if you’re wanting a vegan sweet treat). The staff was very nice! It’s a bit on the expensive side but the ice cream was delicious.

It was my husband’s and I first time visiting. Staff are friendly and patient. Ice cream was rich and delicious. We will definitely come back!

First thing I noticed was how clean this place is. The service was friendly, the prices were fair, and the ice cream was delicious (at least for most of us) I sampled the mango flavor and loved it, so I ordered it. But the scoop I got didn’t taste like the sample. Mine was too sweet and more on the creamy side. The sample was more fruity and refreshing.I wasn’t a big fan of mine, but the rest of the family really enjoyed theirs. Overall, it’s a nice spot and I’d be willing to try a different flavor next time.

Chill-N Ice Cream Fort Worth on Hulen St. is one of my favorite spots for a sweet treat! Their ice cream is always creamy, flavorful, and delicious, with a great mix of classic and unique flavors. The staff is friendly, and the vibe is fun and welcoming — perfect for a relaxing break or a family treat. The only small downside is that they don’t open until early afternoon, which is kind of a bummer if you’re craving ice cream earlier in the day. It would be awesome if they could open a bit earlier, especially on weekends. That said, the quality and service more than make up for it. Highly recommend Chill N7 for anyone looking for fantastic ice cream in the Hulen area!

This is our favorite ice cream shop. Super friendly staff and they make and freeze the ice cream right then. Super creamy! We love it!

LITERALLY SOME OF THE SMOOTHEST ICE CREAM I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I decided i wanted to have sugar rush, so i got the Cotton Candy and Bubblegum flavor with fruity pebble mix in.... SOOO GOOD!!! The people working were super sweet and kind and not judging about me watching them make it like a toddler. The restaurant area was overall very clean and I loved reading about the science stuff on the walls! Only thing i would say is that the floor is not the best to look at and the area would be alot cuter with a few more decorations! But overall love this place!

Okay so let me preface this review by saying.... I love ice cream, it really is what it is at the end of the day.....not this place! Upon entering a floor covered in a thick fog... My date and I approached the counter and were greeted by the most friendly and knowledgeable employee at the establishment. !!Santos!! He led us through the process which isn't very hard, even if science wasn't your strong point, deciphering the menu. Which is a Periodic table of ingredients, So cool! He informed us that the process uses liquid nitrogen and how the temperature is so low and it freezes so fast that the crystals are miniscule in comparison to other methods used. We both made our minds up and we chose only for me to hear Santos talk about his off the menu creation, I was intrigued so I opted for it! Hands down best ice cream ever....the texture is so different it's almost like a gelato but completely different in a way as well. Go visit and ask for the Santos way! (I won't spoil the surprise of flavors so you have to go 😂)

Im not sure how the ice cream tastes because after taking 5 min to order 3 ice creams, on their very inefficient self ordering system, while the employee stands there watching you, I am told the system cant take my order because I have cash. So after the employee starts to transfer my order to her computer I try to hand her a 50 dollar bill and I am told for a $25 order she can not take a $50. I have a $20 dollar bill however my order was $25. So be sure to take exact change or a credit card. Very disappointed we drove 20 min and were excited to try a new ice cream place. ...

I had such a phenomenal experience here! The ice cream was delicious and fresh, but what truly made the visit special was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering friendly recommendations and serving everything with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It's rare to find a place where the quality of the product matches the quality of the service--this place nails both. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone! So many options and with the options of mix ins and flavors, you can find something for every taste. We had the mango, passion fruit, key lime pie, vanilla with mixed in chocolate chips and sliced almonds. My son made his own with banana, peanut butter and yogurt...the options are endless.

First Nitrogen ice cream I've ever had and WOAH my mind is blown!!!! It's so, so creamy and the flavors are blended well. The ice cream had a splendidly smooth consistency. We tried a coffee ice cream and cake batter with gummy bears. Absolutely delicious!! Would come here again. And great service and place to chill!

I was in the area and wanted a scoop of ice cream. Chill-N was the closest spot. The indoor is nice and clean. I was greeted when I walked in and ordered their coffee flavor w/ dulce de leche flavor on the kiosk. I was disappointed when I received my order and there wasn't one hint of coffee in the entire scoop. I doubled check my receipt to check if I had indeed ordered the coffee flavor because it tasted nothing like it. Maybe the flavor I paired it with overwhelmed the coffee flavor but with how strong coffee is, there is no way Dulce de leche would be stronger. The price is typical of that any ice cream shop ($8), the consistency was wonderful, but the flavor was underwhelming.

I went here for a birthday treat! The ice cream was delicious! I had a fall seasonal flavor that was so good and creamy. The staff were wonderful and helpful. There was a frightening situation that occurred with another customer causing issues, and the staff handled it and made sure we were okay. Despite the weird situation, it was a good experience!

Pricey, but tasty. We had the matcha. Interesting process. Good show. Woman working the mixer was fun. It's a cool place, literally.

Had to try this on National Ice Cream Day! After dinner kids and I walked over to find a decent crowd for these sweet treats. The owner was so pleased to see the little patrons so he was handing out samples of gummy worms to the kiddos. You start by choosing your base ice cream, be it traditional, vegan or yogurt base. Then flavor up to two per serving...off of a menu that looks like the Table of Elements. Lastly, you choose your mix'ns and toppings. They also had predetermined specialty ice creams you could order off of. Service was quick. Experience watching the crew make each order with the nitro mixers while following the machinery set-up on the ceiling gave the kids an experience more than just a sweet treat. Daughter was very pleased with the texture of her choice and my son was so happy to be having his cookies n cream that he said I had to try it. Good choice on this dedicated day to celebrate our favorite dessert!

Fun concept for an ice cream place, me and my gf really enjoyed it and enjoyed all the options available. Exceptionally friendly staff as well. But the real reason why I'd recommend this place - the ice cream. The flavors are so high quality and after you create your own creation, I think I made the best ice cream ever.

THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD! Take the custom aspect of a certain popular ice cream chain + the novelty of Nitrogen ice cream and you get Chill N! I've tried both their yogurt and ice cream base and both are good but yogurt has my heart. Unlimited combos available, but I love the nutella and the cookie dough mix in. Staff has been friendly and fast every time I've gone.

Stopped by this place hoping Yelp wouldn't let me down. I got a regular cotton candy yogurt with marshmallows and whipped cream. The texture was smooth but the taste was generic. It didn't taste like cotton candy, and the marshmallows were mixed in during its super cold creation. This turned out to be a mistake, the marshmallows turned into a gum substance. Very chewy. We also got a ice cream Nutella with brownie and hot fudge. This tasted a lot better than mine! The last one we got was a vanilla ice cream with caramel. Tasted like vanilla. This wasn't a bad place, but wasn't the best either. Next time we will go a few extra miles to Creamistry.

The ice cream is so creamy and silky smooth! It's probably the best texture of ice cream I've ever tried. I love that there's a yogurt base option along with many others including vegan options! The cookies and cream dream was vanilla ice cream base with Oreos and marshmallows - it was really tasty and def would eat again! The cake batter yogurt base with fresh berries and coconut was delicious and I'd recommend! It was our first time here and the girl behind the counter was friendly and explained the whole process to us. She was patient while we scanned the menu and made our choices. Everybody was friendly and it was a very welcoming environment! We will definitely be back!

This places AMAZING! First, they sell ice cream and yogurt that tastes REALLY REALLY good. So many flavors and toppings available. Second, they create your frozen treat ON THE SPOT using liquid nitrogen! You can totally nerd out on the periodic table themed menu and decor AND checkout they're N7 storage and utilization system #NerdsRule You can get your treat for eating in the super clean and minimalist space OR they'll flash freeze it To Go in more liquid nitrogen for preventing melting - even in 100+ degrees Texas summer heat - yep, promise, not melting occurred. Last but not least, THE STAFF are so nice, knowledgeable, quick, and just fun! A Regular size (medium) is $5.95 w/o toppings. Definitely coming back here A LOT.

Such good ice cream! I am both lucky and cursed that it's so close by! The texture is amazing and my favorite thing is that you can choose different bases! I feel like dairy free that is so good is rare and this did not disappoint! I chose yogurt base with peanut butter Nutella flavor and Oreos and wow it was insane!! I do wish we were allowed to adjust sweetness bc it was a tad too sweet but overall definitely coming back!!!

Very creamy!!!! It's like getting your own personal ice cream made. no literally!!!! We were skeptical but we are all pretty happy with our choices and can't wait to come back and try new combinations!

I hate to give this place one star because I have enjoyed coming here in the past. Well today I came in due to this promotion I was texted in the morning. Upon ordering I was told this deal isn't valid and that they would not be honoring it. Supposedly the store does not participate in these promotions and that there was nothing they could/were willing to do. Well next time please don't ask for my number to sign up for your loyalty program to just send me bullshit promotions you refuse to honor.

It does not get much better. I have never had such smooth and flavorful ice cream or yogurt ! We will be back

So fun! You get to choose your liquid base, flavor, and add-ins. They then mix it all together with liquid nitrogen right in front of you! Lots of choices!

Amazing ice cream and even better customer service. Love all the flavors, yogurt and vegan options, and the selection of toppings. The ice cream is so smooth and creamy. I definitely like this place over a few other nitrogen places I've tried. Super convenient to order online and pick up, too. Cannot recommend the place enough!

WOW! What an experience of delicious ice cream served by the best young server, a young man named Jackson. He helped me with my wheel chair through the door and helped me pick the best flavors of ice cream. I will definitely be bringing the kids back very soon.
