"Liquid nitrogen ice cream officially returns to Chicago on Friday, this time in Lakeview where Chill N2 opens, giving patrons an interactive experience to watch the science in action. Fans say the liquid nitrogen ice cream is creamier than traditional ice cream and they enjoy the incorporated mix-ins. Chill N2 holds its grand opening at 2935 N. Broadway Street; its website lists six flavors including “The Happy Camper” (chocolate ice cream, Graham crackers, marshmallow, caramel syringe) and “Strawberry Bomb” (strawberry, Graham cracker, mochi, condensed milk syringe), though the site still had some filler copy and the menu shouldn't be taken as official. There are also eight combos for those who prefer tried-and-true mixes, and the menu (and photos) feature a “syringe” device used to inject flavor into the ice cream—an edgy touch that will probably have parents scratching their heads." - Ashok Selvam
