I placed an order through your online menu, and when my food arrived, the receipt showed a price almost triple what you advertised. This isn’t a simple mistake — it’s blatant dishonesty. The fact that you falsely advertise your prices and then try to charge significantly more is unacceptable and unethical.
What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of customer service or basic respect. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was met with dismissiveness and harassment. This is not how any legitimate business should operate.
Your current practices are not only damaging to customers but could will lead to serious legal consequences. I strongly urge you to correct this behavior and treat your customers with respect, dignity, fairness and honesty. I have never encountered such a blatant bunch. How shameful.
