The 6 Best Restaurants On Las Olas In Fort Lauderdale - Miami - The Infatuation

"At Chima, $63 gets you a meal that feels like a beef tornado. Like a lot of Brazilian steakhouses, the meat comes to you. Once seated in the big dining room full of date nights, servers approach the table offering various cuts off a metal rod. There’s a strategy here. Don’t fill up on the pretty average salad bar. Be patient and hold out for picanha or filet mignon. But try a bit of everything, too. Once you find something you love, tell your server, and she’ll nudge the carrier of your preferred meat over to the table while you sip a very good caipirinha. And if you're looking for options, we also really love Daniel's and Steak 954, two steakhouses that aren't too far away." - ryan pfeffer

Chima Steakhouse Review - Fort Lauderdale - Miami - The Infatuation

"Meals at Chima feel like beef tornados. Like a lot of Brazilian steakhouses, the butchered cow comes to you. Once seated in the big dining room full of high school dates and parents celebrating anniversaries, expect servers to approach the table and offer various cuts sliced off a metal rod. There’s a strategy here: don’t fill up on the pretty average salad bar (which has more cheese and sliced meat than actual salad). Be patient and hold out for the meats, like picanha or filet mignon. We suggest trying a bit of everything. Once you find something you love, tell your server, and she’ll nudge the carrier of your preferred meat over to the table while you sip a very good caipirinha" - Ryan Pfeffer

South Florida’s Best Brazilian Restaurants | Eater Miami

"Behold the all-you-can-eat rodizio, a Brazilian style that combines a buffet with traditional restaurant service. At Chima, diners pay a flat fee to eat in a dining room where servers are roaming continuously with various rotisserie-cooked meats like sirloin, filet, ribs, lamb, pork, chicken, sausage, and fish. Guest are provided a double-sided green and red round card used to indicate to the servers that the meat feast should continue or pause. The meal includes a salad bar filled with cold cuts, cheeses, and soups. The lineup of sweet endings is just as lavish and includes lip=smacking confections like apple strudel, brigadeiro (chocolate truffle), and beijinho (coconut and condensed milk fudge rolled into small balls)." - Juliana Accioly

We have tried several major Brazilian steakhouses in Orlando before coming to Chima for the first time for Father's Day Lunch. We liked the ambience and interior decor as soon as we entered the restaurant. We were seated in the bright and airy dining area and our server Maria S so sweet and attentive the entire time and consistently replaced our dirty plates. There was a diverse selection of vegetables, cold cuts and hot food at the salad bar. Most importantly, their meats were high quality and expertly cooked. We especially appreciated the seafood and chicken/pork options as well. Highly recommend Chima for an all around excellent dining experience!

If you want to relax, be treated like a king while delighting yourself in an elegant, comfortable upscale atmosphere while savoring great Brazilian flavors and meats, go nowhere but Chima! We took a trip to Orlando to celebrate his birthday and to dine at Chima. Our beautiful server Vanessa and her team made our Rodizio experience impeccable and so memorable! From incredible, delicious, melt in your mouth filet mignon, flank steak, ribeye, picanha, shrimp and more to a perfect smooth chimichurri sauce, to a great and endless options high quality salad bar, perfectly grilled pineapple, cheese bread and incredible desserts! We had a feast!! We had 3 desserts, wow! But the toasted coconut crust with vanilla ice cream and and pineaple chunks sauce was definitely my favorite! The attention to details, from the beautiful decor, linens, comfortable seating, cleanliness and a nice outside view to an ultra caring and professional staff, I must say Congratulations to Edmar, the Manager, for a beautiful Rodizio experience and very well orchestrated staff! Thank you dear Vanessa for you incredible smile, attentive and caring presence and professionalism! You took great care of us and made our evening unforgettable! Perhaps one day we would see a next Chima Rodizio opening close to us at UTC mall by beautiful Sarasota, Florida! Who knows?

Celebrated our 30th anniversary at Chima. Our server Sandra was amazing and made our experience extra special. All the Gouchos were also great especially Robert with the delicious Pineapple 🍍 was incredible. Pedro P. was so fun, as always. Managers were also very personable. Overall a super experience. Will continue to come back as Chima is always a wonderful dining experience.

Our experience was amazing because of our amazing server Andrea! We had asked her for her suggestion for a sweet wine and brought us a taste of one of the wines she thought would fit our taste buds and she delivered a perfect bottle for us. She checked on us to make sure we were doing okay, and suggested an amazing dessert to finish off our meal. She’s over all a sweet and amazing server. Will definitely be back with more friends and will be asking for Andrea 🫶🏽

If you’re looking for an incredible rodízio churrasco experience in Orlando, China Steakhouse is the place to go! The food was outstanding — a wide variety of perfectly grilled meats served continuously to the table, each one juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The salad bar and side options were fresh and plentiful, complementing the meats beautifully. What truly set our visit apart was the excellent service we received from Vanessa. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure our experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Vanessa anticipated our needs without us even asking and made us feel truly welcome and cared for. Highly recommend China Steakhouse for anyone who loves great food and first-class service. Make sure to ask for Vanessa — she’ll make your dining experience unforgettable!

From the moment you step onto the sleek, valet‑served entrance on Sand Lake Road, Chima Steakhouse makes you feel like royalty. The modern, upscale décor with elegant wood tones, soft lighting, and a flickering indoor fireplace sets a refined and welcoming tone. Ambiance & Service: The staff here don't just serve...you feel genuinely cared for. A server can quickly turn celebration into ceremony. Reviews note how their "service was beyond wonderful" and that the staff were "attentive, funny and informative". I experienced this firsthand as gauchos expertly carved cut after buttery cut tableside, their energy and timing spot‑on. Food & Presentation: Chima nails it in multiple categories. The rodizio experience offers over 15 meat cuts think picanha, filet mignon, ribeye, lamb chops, beef ribs, and even Brazilian sausage and grilled salmon...all grilled to perfection. The gourmet salad bar complements the feast with fresh fare like carpaccio, smoked salmon, quinoa salad, endive with Gorgonzola, and more bold flavors, beautifully plated . A standout moment? The picanha...its rich, beefy flavor brought to life with garlic and jalapeño. Also memorable was the passion fruit sauce, spicy‑sweet and divine on the salmon, a hit with many diners. Value & Occasions: While Chima leans upscale (dinner ~$65 per person, lunch rodizio ~$49) , it’s well worth it for special occasions anniversaries, birthdays, corporate dinners, or simply treating yourself. They offer private rooms, a robust wine list, fabulous desserts, and complimentary valet—a complete full-package experience. Minor Notes: Dress code is business‑casual: no gym wear or tank tops—adds to the polished vibe. If you’re going with kids, know that younger children dine affordably (half-price or free under 7). Final Verdict: Chima Steakhouse Orlando delivers an exceptional Brazilian rodizio in a stunning setting with flawless service. The meat is cooked with expertise, the sides and sauces shine, and the overall experience creates memories...not just a meal. All together, this earns a well-deserved 5-star rating. Don’t miss it.

We ate here for lunch to celebrate 3 birthdays and the food was amazing, the staff was top notch and they even gave us complimentary desert for the birthday boys and girl. Thank you for making our celebration so special.

Yelp
Decided to go out for my birthday to try this a little over a year old restaurant. We love a good Rodizio!! The restaurant is located in a heavily populated restaurant location! I was concerned as to how that would affect its attendance. I was actually surprised that it was well attended on a Wednesday night. They originally wanted to seat us and everyone in the front window location. Understandable, not only for ease of serving but to show a full restaurant to outsiders. Unfortunately I did not want to sit in that are and the manager was very accommodating. The inside of the restaurant is beautifully decorated, with great lighting , ambience and decor. They have a nice happy bar area location as you walk in with great choices and prices. They also have a separate location for a private party too. My husband and I were seated in the main dining area. Although at first glance the salad/ food buffet appeared small and narrow it actually is extremely full with many choices to make everyone happy from a carnivore, pescatarian or vegetarian. Extensive variety just served in smaller bowls. Great way to avoid waste and contamination too. The Rodizio experience was first class! Everything is included for one price as far as meats even the Tomahawk steak too! Nothing is held back, salmon, shrimp, chicken, sausages, pineapple etc. You ask for what you like and how you want it served and they bent over to accommodate us. My husband likes his meats mooing and I know many will be upset but I like my meat well done or no pink. Going to a great Rodizio makes it possible to please us both. If you do like your meat well done I suggest you avoid the less expensive cuts here ( they were a little too tough). Every else was cooked perfectly for both of us. The Brazilian cheese rolls were so good we had two baskets. One thing not to miss, is their variety of dipping sauces at the center bar. Do not miss trying their Spanish/ Brazilian dipping sauce if I could bottle it to take home I would! In addition to the buffet choices and the variety of main entrees you are also served the traditional table side dishes of mashed potatoes ( needed seasoning) , fried bananas ( not glazed or caramelized enough for my liking), fried polenta sticks (AMAZING) and a basket of skinny French fries ( also perfectly done). Dip those fries in the sauces it was yummy. My husband ordered Flan for his dessert ( which he said was good) and I received a complimentary cheesecake with homemade strawberry sauce ( it was delicious too)! Glad I save up room for my dessert. I highly recommend signing up for their VIP email members club. They are now offering a BOGO Rodizio for your birthday month when you sign up ahead of time to get on their email list and then you have to put the birthday code you're given in your reservation. Definitely worth going to try it out on a special occasion!! The Tomahawk was grilled to perfection!! They also offer free valet parking too. I think we may go back for their happy hour food and drinks at the bar the food and drink choices sounded great. PS Make reservations because They are closed for a few hours in the late afternoon between the end of lunch hours and then reopen at 5pm.

Yelp
I made a reservation for 1:00 pm on a Saturday. We got there early and they sat us right way, though the main dining area was pretty much empty. The dining area was bright, especially compared to the dark interior of Texas de Brazil. They have a similar salad bar as Texas de Brazil, with a few differences. The have a few more meat dishes, such as beef and sausage and beans. When it was time for the gauchos to serve meat, the waitress brought us a few side dishes: mashed potatoes, fried yuca, french fries, fried bananas coated in cinnamon, and mini cheese bread. But Texas de Brazil only offers mashed potatoes and fried bananas. It should almost go without saying, but make sure not to fill up on all the sides. After all, you're here for the meat selection, not the salad and fries. The meat itself was very good. I enjoyed the filet mignon and sirloin steak. Unlike Texas de Brazil, the meat isn't smothered in salt and spices. This meant I could eat more meat and enjoy the taste without becoming overwhelmed by the spices. The gauchos also brought around grilled pineapple with cinnamon and fried cheese with honey, neither of which is offered at Texas de Brazil. The pineapple was a great palette cleanser between rounds of meat. They also have shrimp and salmon, but we didn't have any of these. Since we were seated in a less crowded section, the gauchos were usually pretty quick to stop by. Though at one point, head gaucho came over almost in in a panic asking if we needed anything or if anyone had stopped by. We said we were taking a little break and we didn't mind waiting. Though we asked for some more sirloin steak and pineapple and those gauchos came by a minute later. So the bottom line is: I recommend coming to eat here instead of Texas de Brazil. It's only a few minutes drive away and outside of the touristy area.

Yelp
I absolutely LOVED my experience at Chima! I've been to all of the major Brazilian Steakhouses from Fogo to Texas de Brazil and honestly, I like this one the BEST! And to be honest, it's for one reason....FLAVOR FLAVOR FLAVOR! All of the meats were so well done and incredibly tasty. Obviously the atmosphere is stunning and the service was excellent ... but the FOOD has to be good and in this case it was DELICIOUS! I will certainly may be back!

Yelp
I've been to Chima a couple times and the food and drinks were consistently outstanding! The restaurant is beautiful and they occasionally have live music in the bar/lobby area. Every meat is seasoned to perfection! The grilled pineapple is so delicious, plus the enzymes aid in digestion after such a heavy meal. The service is amazing, we receive warm greetings when we enter, the staff are all so friendly and charismatic and our waitress Cristiane was so kind and attentive! She ordered all of the hot sides to our table and kept them replenished. She took the time to get to know us on our first visit and remembered us upon our return a couple months later, actually several staff members did and they treated us like family.

Yelp
Chima in Dr. Phillips was a wonderful and highly recommed experience! This is one of the more upscale Brazilian steakhouses in the area which is perfect for date night or celebration. The service was impeccable; our servers were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. And the food--wow! The selection of meats was impressive, with each one cooked to whatever temperature you prefer. There was plenty of variety from different cuts of steak, fish, shrimp, cheese, and the grilled cinnamon pineapple was my favorite! The salad bar was equally amazing, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. The only downside is you can't possibly eat everything! Besides the rodizio, I saw they also had lots of specials in the lounge to fit your needs. Looking forward to returning!

Yelp
Meats came cooked & seasoned just right except for the shrimp which was saltier than our preference. I had my fix of cheese bread & grilled pineapple I couldn't eat much of the sides served on the table. The mashed potatoes and something crumbly with bacon I think egg were pretty tasty. Vanessa was attentive, the gauchos and managers were on top of things and everyone of then made our dinner memorable. Classy ambiance, they recommend a dress code but the FL so casually dressed are still welcome. Could have been 5 stars, I've had better salad/appetizer bar at another Brazilian steakhouse though.

Yelp
When I get great service I always love to give a shout out to the waitress. CRISTIANE WAS AMAZING!!!she had great energy from beginning to end. She explained everything to me and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. I was a rookie so I loaded up at the salad bar. That is a big no no if you go here because once they start serving the meats you won't want to stop eating. They are delicious. My favorites were the filet mignon and the Cajun steak but you must try the pineapple. It is so yummy. I had to take a break half way through to make room for more cuts of meat. Cristiane cheered me on to eat more. She was such a good waitress. I had a few strawberry Caipirinha and they were awesome. I was told that it was a popular Brazilian drink and since I was at a high end Brazilian Steakhouse I thought why not. The deserts were fantastic. I had a cheesecake and something else I can't remember at this time but they were really good as well. All the staff are great and treat you like a valued customer. It is best to make a reservation because they can get busy. If you do make a reservation ask for Cristiane....She will make sure you have a great time. And the Gaucho (servers of meat) will make sure your meat is served at perfect temperature.

Yelp
Highlights: - Picanha: Super tender and juicy. I loved how they cut it thin, which made it easy to savor with smaller bites. - Filet mignon: Also incredibly tender and juicy. - Shrimp and salmon: Normally I skip seafood at a churrascaria to save room for the meats, but these looked too good to pass up. The grilled shrimp was hands down the best I've had in the US: juicy, meaty, and perfectly seasoned. The salmon was cooked just right and paired nicely with the pesto. - Grilled pineapple with sugar and cinnamon (abacaxi grelhado): Fantastic and unique. They do it differently than Fogo and Adega, grilling it a lot more on the outside than on the inside and serving it with thicker slices that keep the natural flavor and juiciness. - Caipirinha: Made it right too. While the lemon caipirinha is the traditional one and its acidity balances the fattiness of some of the meats, I'd go with the passionfruit one for a refreshing twist and unique tropical flavor. - Service: Very attentive and friendly. Thiago Costa, the grilled pineapple guy, was hilarious! Downsides: - Meat cuts overall: I was hoping for more of a charcoal flavor. I'm all about that smoky taste, and I didn't get much of it here. - Salad bar: This was a letdown, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. The selection was smaller and not as good as Texas, Adega, or Fogo.

Yelp
I was so excited to visit Chima and it certainly did not disappoint! If you have been to a high end Brazilian steakhouse before, then this is basically the same experience with cuts of meats being offered by servers traveling around as well as a salad bar. I felt that the offerings at the salad bar were ok, although the lettuce was not well stocked enough for my salad at the time I visited. But, the smoked salmon, meats, and cheeses were great. As far as the meat served, it was perfect with my favorites being the filet and picanha. Definitely make a reservation here is you are celebrating a special event and want a fine night out!

Yelp
There are a ton of entries in the "Brazilian style steakhouse" genre in Orlando, but China Steakhouse really nails it out of the park and might be better than Fogo de Chao. From a beautifully designed building to great service and of course amazing food - it really nails every point. The highlight (besides the meat) for me was the grilled pineapple. OMG. The salad bar could be 10% better - but everything else makes up for it. I'm currently waiting on an excuse to go back!

Yelp
Quiet atmosphere, even though a partial buffet. Service was the best I've had. We went in to try something new and were very impressed with the atmosphere and service. The food was great and temperature was ideal. I will definitely return.

Yelp
It needs to have more of a selection like Texas DeBrazil has. Pretty decor & the servers were very attentive. The food was bland & over priced.

Yelp
Date night worthy. Smart business attire clean modern decor Dinner Price: $64.95 - Complete Rodizio plus gourmet salad bar. $47.90 - Gourmet salad bar plus one select cut of meat (choice of picanha, salmon, or chicken), vegetable skewer, and pineapple cinnamon skewer. Salad bar is self-serve and the gauchos walk around bringing you selections of meats, which you can signal yes or no to with a table sign. We never saw the cinnamon pineapple which I was looking forward to. We really enjoyed the salad bar offerings and the rodizio meat selections. Our favorites were the picanha, lamb chops, and shrimp. If you're a sauce person: their chimichurri is delicious! They bring you an unlimited amount of sides to your table including smooth mashed potatoes, polenta fries, cheese bread (the best Brazilian type), and yucca fries. The crème brûlée was good, chosen with the passion fruit glaze on the side because the waiter told us it was very very sweet, and glad she suggested this! All inside seating with options for private event rooms. Bar seating in separate lounge area. They have lunch options, and kid specials. Make sure to check their instagram and sign up for their email newsletter. I've noticed they don't update their website. Apparently they have tomahawk steaks available but only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Complimentary valet. But we found a parking space quickly without issue. Came here for our Valentine's Day dinner which for some reason was only allowed to be a $99 per person "experience" & the only difference is that it included champagne (which I don't drink) & dessert. Not a fan of this holiday price spike so I would give it a 4.5 because it was definitely pricier than our usual Brazilian rodizio go-to.

Yelp
Chima is our go-to for Brazilian in Fort Lauderdale. Always great service, you can request meats and they come right out. It's family friendly although a bit dark in some areas of the restaurant. Their salad bar options are very good as well. We've tried Brazilian steakhouses in most major cities across the country and Chima is definitely in our top 5. Very consistent. Try the jalapeño beef and the pineapple! My personal faves.

Monica R.

Yelp
Our server maria was super attentive. She took great care in asking our preferences for appetizers, meat cuts and meat temperatures. Then took the time to send the gauchos with those specifications our way.. Perfect dining experience

Yelp
What a lovely ayce Brazilian steakhouse. The saladbar had pre-made salads and the best vegetable cream soup I ever had. I dipped all my meats in it. Very homey taste. The meats were not as salty as other places I have been too. They even had shrimp and salmon which my daughter loved! They had all the cuts of meat -filet, chicken, sausage, top sirloin, melt in your mouth beef bone, and grilled cheese and pineapple. The sides were amazing. The fries were fresh cut and addictive, polenta was crispy and mash potatoes extra creamy plus cheese bread. The service was spot on and she was always there to check on us. They have a $25 off dinner if it is your birthday month which was great! Plus a cheesecake birthday dessert at the end finished the meal with a big smile for everyone. Thank you Chima for a lovely evening out with the little one!

Yelp
We went here for dinner and were amazed by the quality of meat and taste. It's much better than Fogo de chao or Texas de Brazil. They offer much better cuts and flavors are spot on. Highly recommended to try them out

Yelp
Enjoy an endless rodizio of perfectly cooked meats. With an array of options at their gourmet salad bar and your favorite Brazilian appetizers. A must order: the Brazilian Pudim (the flan), it is the creamiest most delicious one you'll ever have. Everything is delicious!! But it's a little pricey compared to others. '

Yelp
Excellent experience, upscale while not being oppressive. Fast and efficient service. But the reason you go here is the food, excellent steak, chicken, lamb, sausage all served Brazilian style table side. We have gone to other Chima locations for years to celebrate special occasions. So glad they are in Orlando!

Chiqui C.

Yelp
Horrible service. They are careless in serving and they will damage your clothing. Do not go there, better options available.

Kellie B.

Yelp
The service is at incredible everyone was very nice and they always stopped by to see how the meal was - the salad bar is epic and the variety of steaks and beef amazing - our server Sara Wiley was the bomb and the manager Saul was a pleasure the shore experience was a 10 highly recommended and Pablo was a pleasure

Yelp
I was beyond excited to dine here last night. All of Our party of 4 whom of which was celebrating a birthday had never dined here before. We entered and were greated with an empty lobby. Left to stand their uncomfortable for a minute a host with a blank stair finally asked us if we had a reservation. We told her yes party of four at 7. She again left us uncomfortably waiting while she checked the dining room. Which was empty so confusion on why she couldn't just promptly seat us. Our server Sara came to the table straight faced and asked us if it was our first time.. she described the service and how the salad bar works in an extremely monotone manner. It seemed that once she realized we were not ordering expensive wines or drinks she gave up. She allowed our waters to go empty and took 15 minutes to refill the beers that were ordered. The tables are a but of a tight squeeze so I was concerned that one of us was going to get stabbed on numerous occasions. The uncomfortableness of having to lean forward or to the side just to relieve our food was unpleasant. If you are charging almost double the prices of the other Brazilian steak house, I expect fine dinning level of service. I expect the service to be over the top and to receive a smile at some point during the experience. I'm extremely disappointed that I had to walk around all the empty that was dropped on the floor and had not even attempted to be picked up by our server or the gaucho. I believe this place has the potential but can benefit from fine toning from the wait staff and management. We never once saw a manager on the floor. Please explain to your servers it is rude to curcle expected gratuity after giving quick service level of attentiveness to her guests. No thank you as we left the building even though 5 employees were congregating at the host stand. We will not be back. I honestly feel robbed of my money.

Yelp
We went for the first time yesterday (1/12/25). We chose this location and it was a destination as all four of us drove from different areas in Central Florida to celebrate a birthday. From the moment we entered it was one disappointment after another. Not being greeted by anyone, we awkwardly stood in the door way waiting for minutes until someone came and asked if we had a reservation, which we did have. She walked away and came back a few minutes later and said it would be a few minutes. We were sat and nobody offered to take my coat so I placed it on the back of my chair. We casually mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and it was our first time there and we were met with a blank stare by our server. The server was unpleasant, inattentive, and unavailable most of the time. Water refills only came once the glasses were absolutely empty and we had asked for more. Gauchos not once but twice dropped our food on the floor and table and no clean up occurred at all. The steak service was uncomfortable as they had to squeeze behind myself to serve the person on my right since the table placement was tight. I constantly worried they would drop steak on my coat. I had to duck and lean every time my friend was served approximately 6-8 times. The steak course was served directly on our used salad plates. Fresh silverware was never offered and butter was presumed to be spread by our large steak knives. Our dessert was brought and again we had no silverware. Once our check was brought, our server managed her first smile of the night. She remembered to circle the gratuity section on our check as if we didn't know how that worked. No manager ever visited our table and on our way out they just stared at us along with the hostesses. No good night or thank you for coming. Nothing. We were very pleasant and made no complaints during our visit but rest assured, we will NEVER be back. When you are charging more than other Brazilian steakhouses in the area, you should provide a certain level of service. It appeared as if the was none whatsoever. Epic failure from start to finish. The food was good and prepared well. Other than that, we were extremely disappointed. Did I say we will NEVER be back?

Yelp
My first impression was WOW!! Never imagine that what use to be Roy's could be this beautiful grandiose restaurant! Is a Rodiccio so is all you can eat of the best meat and chicken, also they have shrimps and queso Brasileiro. The sald bar have nice choices and also soups. The bar is super nice and the service is impeccable! Everything was a 10 Mi primera impresión fue ¡¡GUAU!!

Yelp
What an incredible experience, seriously one of the best restaurants in Orlando. It was such a memorable experience, that I would definitely return for any celebration. As soon as you walk in you can already tell that you are in for a special experience. It is very modern and beautiful inside, I was blown away just by the atmosphere alone. The food was amazing! I asked my table and everyone said there was not even one bad dish. Sometimes when it comes to all you can eat, I have had experiences where the food was low in quality and you can tell some places are just trying to make money off of you. At this place, it was the complete opposite. Everything was incredible, from the salad bar to the meat and even to the dessert. Some highlights for me: vegetable soup, polenta fries, chicken, shrimp, ribs, and the creme brûlée! Everything was yummy but those were my favorites. The food was always hot! You could even request certain items and it would come out quickly with no hesitation. My entire table was so excited about the food that we forgot to take pictures of everything. Now for the service, it was PERFECT! Our server was Christiane who was so attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. You can tell she is well experienced in hospitality through her actions and ghe way she speaks. Even other staff members such as the people who served the meats were all very nice and always coming around often. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I believe it will do really well in Orlando. I definitely plan to tell all my friends about this place!

Yelp
So I decided to change my review from 3.5 to 5.0. After over a year since my first time I heard that their food and service got better. So we decided to give a shot today. Indeed their buffet and their meat got a huge upgrade compared to what we had a year ago. you can feel quality in their food and service. Ambiance had improvements. At least the table we sit this time chairs and tables was comfortable and height was correct. Desert also should be mentioned with honor. They have a desert called tropical coconut delight that is really good! Worth try!! Indeed now is an extremely valid option for a good Brazilian BBQ

Yelp
I like to do something special each month for the agents that are producing the most business as a thank you for their hard work and dedication. This month I decided to take them to Chima Brazilian Steakhouse, and honestly, for most of us, it was a first-time at this amazing establishment. Chima offers the most amazing group package menu, so you should inquire if you have a large group for a birthday or any special occasion. Also, they have a private room that you can book at no charge, though it does have a $1000 minimum, which I think is fair given the exceptional experience. Chima includes far more than most Brazilian steakhouses, in addition to the traditional meats, the selection includes offerings like garlic shrimp(to die for) and salmon. Every member of our party was fascinated. It's almost as though the food and fun never run out. The service here is top tier, the kind that's to be expected in Orlando's Restaurant Row, where most of Orlando's high-end restaurants are located. Most important, from the first time we walked into the hotel to be greeted by their well-dressed and friendly staff. We had Chris as our server and he just doesn't miss, he was attentive to every request and did it with a smile and added to the already great experience. This is one great restaurant with superb service. I would recommend it to anyone for any occasion, especially if you really want to make it special for your group.

Yelp
Staff - particularly the Manager were all on point. Salad Bar was as fresh as can be and the selection of meats was tremendous and delicious. Tremendous respect for providing us with a "No Pork Coin" - I was really taken back by that. Overall - It was a tremendously enjoyable night for Andrea and I. We left stuffed! Everything - Including the dessert was delicious. We will definitely be returning. Plenty of parking, however - I believe we came by Uber - which made things even that more convenient. A+ We were incredibly impressed of the impeccable level of service by our waiter and how management took a considerable interest in ensuring our comfort and happiness. Very comfortable seating as well! We were treated like royalty! We highly reccomend!

Yelp
Wow!! Another fantastic meal!! Beautiful restaurant and I love the service here. From the servers to the gaucho's ( men with meat on sticks). They always go out of their way to get you want you want like grilled shrimp (no tails no shell), grilled cheese with honey or grilled vegetables (yum). They also have their wonderful red meat chooses along with lamb, beef ribs, chicken drums and salmon. I love this place!!! Come and visit this wonderful staff!!

Yelp
First time in and I wanted to take advantage of the happy hour at the bar. I got there around 4:45 (happy hour is from 4:30-6:30). I was the only one at the bar the whole time. There are many options for happy hour including drinks, wine, and food. The portions were large considering the price, but almost everything was in desperate need of flavor. The truffle French fries were perfect but the sliders, salmon, and salad were all very bland. Considering I was the only person at the bar, it still took several minutes for me to be offered another drink when mine was empty. I think next time I go in, I'll try the full experience in the dining room.

Yelp
Beautiful store with great salad bar and meats! The grilled pineapple is an absolute must.

Yelp
I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Chima, and I'd give it 5 stars without hesitation! From the moment I walked in, the staff's kindness and hospitality were truly exceptional. They made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire meal. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly their excellent wine selection. Chima offers a wide variety of wines that perfectly complement their delicious Brazilian-style steak offerings. The server was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect wine to enhance my dining experience. The combination of exceptional service, kindness, and a fantastic wine selection made my visit to Chima an unforgettable one. I can't wait to return for another incredible dining experience!

Yelp
I had a fantastic experience here! The food was tasty & fresh and the service was wonderful. Thiago, & Donato were very friendly & attentive. They made sure all the meats we wanted were served at the correct temperature & were very communicative of when a certain cut of meat would be ready. My favorite cut will always be the picanha but I really enjoyed the shrimp & the salmon as well. The passion fruit sauce that gets paired with the salmon was very unique & delicious. This restaurant is also very beautiful. It's the perfect date night or birthday celebration vibe. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
New place in town, service really good. Maybe the service is what saves this place. The building structure is outstanding. Salad bar very limited. Rodizio humm someway ok, but nothing to compare with other Brazilian steakhouses restaurant chain. The ambience ok.. I don't know but I was not impress for a ver pricey dinner experience.

Yelp
I had a terrible experience at Chima Steakhouse last night. The restaurant was quiet and barely anyone there and the service was slow . The salad bar was mediocre, with wilted lettuce and bland dressings. The meat was overcooked and dry, and some of the cuts were too fatty or tough. The servers kept bringing the same meat over and over, and ignored our requests for other options. We only got 9/17 cuts. The worst part was the bill, which was outrageous for the quality and quantity of food we received. We felt ripped off and unsatisfied. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you enjoy wasting your money and time on subpar food and service. Go to FOGO They got their A game and consistently nationwide

Yelp
Had a fantastic experience at the Orlando location this past weekend. Food was fresh on the cold buffet and plentiful even in the late afternoon. Service was excellent from our server- Chris Cruz. Hope you also enjoy

Yelp
This place has a lot of positives. The place is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and the wine room looks incredible. It's is so clean and chique. The servers who deliver the food were so friendly, and they learn what your likes and dislikes are. They talk to each other so you get great service. The food was out of this world good. Everything was incredibly delicious. I ordered an old fashioned and it was one of the best ones I've ever had. I really enjoyed this restaraunt. Why the three stars you may be asking. We'll this brings me to the waiter. I want to be clear, there are servers who come by with the food they were excellent. The waiter however is responsible for our drinks, and just general needs. He was awful! And this is putting it mildly. We explained we were there to celebrate 2 birthdays. No recognition or acknowledgement the entire night. He introduced himself and didn't explain anything fully, just stood next to us with an iPad. We ordered our drinks. Took forever to get them, except i didn't get my soda till the dessert course, after I had to make a complaint. I requested the drinks several times through the dinner. The ladies were asked if they wanted refills, but didn't get them to they asked multiple times. I got my old fashioned almost 25 mins after ordering it. I got my first soda at dessert. I ordered both as we sat down to the table. During the night, the food portion of our meal had come to a conclusion and we were ready for our dessert. This is where the waiter failed even more. He let us sit for almost 30 minutes with dirty plates in front of us. Both managers stood next to our table and neither acknowledged us either. We watched other waiters attend their table, but not ours. We waived him down several times to no avail. Finally, he happened to bump into me and I spoke up. I said, " not for nothing but we would like our drinks please, for the fifth time I am asking." His response... "ok, do you want me to bring it now?" No, im asking for the fifth time so you can not get it for me again (obvious sarcasm). He finally clears our table and takes our dessert order. Once again he says nothing about the options just stands there with the iPad. I ordered a creme brulee, as it is my favorite dessert. I see it's made with a passionfruit caramel. Amazing sounds great. I get mine, dissapointed is an understatement. It was not cooked. The sugar was still granulated and there was just passionfruit juice on top and the entire dish was liquid. I pointed this out to the waiter and he switched my dessert to the lava cake which was incredible. Honestly, it was my birthday night out with my wife and my cousins, whose birthday it was as well. This place was amazing and although the waiter was HORRIBLE! I would come back again because maybe he just had an off night. Or maybe there was a language barrier. I would just be asking for a different waiter. And if the managers do read this post, I would advise you to speak to your staff about attention to their tables and seeing what is happening with their patrons. As I said, both managers stood next to our table all night and looked past us the entire time. Not 1 time did a manager come by or even ask how things are going, even as they watched me get upset with the waiter over his lack of service. To add to this, as is said earlier, I had the old fashioned....I got 1. Not by choice. The waiter never returned, to ask me or my cousin if we wanted another drink. It was my birthday dinner, so yes I wanted and was ready to drink....too bad the waiter did not care about it. I probably would have had quite a few more.

Yelp
We live less than a mile from this sparkling new churrascaria in Dr. Philips and we were not disappointed on our first visit. We were quickly seated and greeted by our very attentive waiter Otto (Renato). Sleek modern decor and heavy flatware presaged a high-end dining experience. Otto, together with a team of gaucho-clad servers, soon brought superb caipirinhas, fluffy pães de queijo, polenta and other accompaniments. Our trip to the "bifet" (Brazilian "market table") also impressed, with a wide selection of quality salads, charcuterie, cheeses and also hot dishes (including turkey and fixings). Happy Thanksgiving! The main attraction - skewered grilled meats - began arriving in short order (once we flipped our little semaphores): perfectly rare picanha, fraldinha and filet, melt-in-your-mouth beef ribs and a long list of other succulent cuts. Complementing the carnivore fare were grilled salmon, shrimp, and queijo branco with honey. A second round of drinks included caipirinhas with açaí - a wonderful variation on the classic. Having starved ourselves over the previous 24 hours, we found room for dessert - we split a mousse de papaya with a healthy drizzle (a full shot glass) of cassis liquor, and a "Tropical Coconut Delight" - dark coconut cocada with vanilla ice cream. Both spot-on! Be warned - a meal at Chima can be pricey, but certainly no more than at other Orlando Brazilian barbecues, and well worth the cost! We'll be back over the holidays.

Yelp
From the food to the service, I would recommend Chima! The price is expensive but includes all you can eat and great quality food. The restaurant is fancy with nice big windows for natural lighting. I really enjoyed my time and will be back!

Yelp
10/10 recommend this restaurant from the staff, to the environment, to the food. Everything was absolutely spectacular! My husband planned a surprise birthday party for me with my friends and family and the staff did such an incredible job with keeping it a surprise and organizing everything with my husband perfectly! The food was absolutely phenomenal, the quality of the meat was outstanding, and the restaurant was such a beautiful atmosphere. The staff was extra sweet and did an incredible job tending to my party of 23!! I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for any special events!

Yelp
I recently visit @chima_orlando from the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and stylish. The staff deliver all-you-can-eat meats at this modern-looking Brazilian eatery, is a carnivore's dream come true! The variety and quality of meats they serve are exceptional. The cuts were perfectly cooked, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the different cuts What sets this steakhouse apart is the salad bar, which is not your typical salad bar. It's a feast in itself with an array of fresh salads, cheeses, cold meats and unique side dishes. The combination of the meats and the salad bar makes for a truly satisfying meal.

Yelp
WOW! This place is incredible, it's like if Texas De Brazil and Del Frisco's had a baby. It's the highest quality, best service and tastiest food I have ever had at a buffet/rodizio/tally/anything of the sort. And it wasn't just our waitress who was awesome, every single server of meat was constantly checking in on what we wanted and quickly bringing it (and asking what temperature we wanted it cooked to). I very here Friday and I'm still blown away by the experience. I'll be coming back soon.

Yelp
Great service. Great food, including the salad/food bar. We had a great time. Only downside is that it's a bit pricy.

Yelp
The young lady who sat us was awesome. You have to go to this restaurant with a hearty appetite! For someone like me it was a total waste! A very expensive salad bar and a few slices of meat. Now we did go on the Magical Dining but honestly it was only $5 cheaper than full menu. Two of the folks I was with got the salad and salmon opt. Took forever to get their food. It was ridiculous. Anyway the samplings I had were ok but certainly didn't warrant my $95 bill. For me if I'm spending that much I'll go to Flemings!
