"Chip City is a local cookie chain that started in Astoria and has now expanded to its 18th location in Tribeca. The chain is planning further expansions, fueled by a $10 million investment from Shake Shack founder Danny Meyer." - Luke Fortney

Move over Crumble! Chip City is where it’s at! We’ve had these cookies at a friend’s house last week and they were delicious. And by chance, we passed the Greenwich store tonight. We were helped by Tati and she was an absolute sweetheart. She was helpful with us picking flavors and had had great recommendations! I would recommend this place to everyone. And their buy 5 get 6 deal is great! Thank you again, Tati!

Soft and gooey but it was too sweet to finish in one sitting. Very nice but there was a slight raw flour taste, with a subtle bitterness typical of flour. I'd like to recommend double chocolate (chocolate cookie w. white chocolate chips). 'S'more Cookie' had a hint of cinnamon, which made it feel unique. But there was a slight raw flour taste, with a subtle bitterness typical of flour, which was a bit disappointing."

Easily top 3 cookies in nyc!! As soon as you enter you are greeted by the sweetest employees and the smell of fresh baked cookies. With crunchy edges and gooey centers, these cookies are addicting and truly one of the best around. We walked 20 mins in the 20° weather last night because we were craving. Best best best!!

Huge cookies, but limited vegan choices. The vegan chocolate chip is great gooey and not as sweet as thought it would be. Opted not to have the cookie butter option that is loaded with Biscoff butter. The staff are super friendly and the place is clean and well maintained. Hope to see more vegan options in the future!

Holy moly! Huge warm cookies were amazing! The 2 women working were super sweet & answered all our questions. Banana cream pie cookie was stuffed and topped with marshmallow whipped cream and the chocolate chip & cookies and cream cookies were on another level. So delicious!!

Every time I go to Chip City in Tribeca, I always have such a wonderful experience. Erin and Tiffany both made me feel so special, and they even baked fresh specialty cookies for my sister and I to try (can confirm the strawberry poptart cookies are my new favorite)!

Wow, I was truly impressed with not only how insanely good the cookies were, but also with how friendly and welcoming the ladies at the front counter were! This place is a definite MUST for cookie lovers. And really, even people who don’t have that much of a sweet tooth will enjoy Chip City, as they have a great variety of cookie options including some less sweet ones. My wife and I got the banana cream pie cookie, the cookies & cream, and the chocolate chip, plus a cup of whole milk, which really hit the spot! They had a lot of milk options too, which is great for people with allergies to cow’s milk, and holy moly were those cookies good! They were hot and fresh and I seriously cannot stop thinking about them. I’m probably going to have to go back. Like, every day. I may need the next size up of pants by this time next month.
