all cookies are $5. they’re pretty big. i like how they use dark chocolate. i do wish they have smaller sizes because 600+ calories for a cookie is too much :( but at least i can save it for later

The cookies are amazing. Definitely went perfect with some milk as well. I had the oreo, confetti, smores and italian cookie. There pretty big so i definitely couldn’t eat them alone. But everyone of em was good ! The place looked nice and clean ! Staff was super friendly as well ! I will definitely be returning!

Incredibly delicious cookies that come in innovative flavors. We had a banana cream pie cookie which was indulgent and gooey. Tasty coffee and quick service, too. No seating just a no-frills take out place.

First off, the staff is lovely. They are helpful and fun. The cookies, however, suck butt. They are dry and too sweet. Some would say, 'that's the way the cookie crumbles.' To that I say, only if it's a Chip City cookie, brother...

I was extremely excited to try chip city for the first time today! the experience is getting two stars because your cashier has no hospitality. Not even a hello or a smile from her, just absolutely silence. If you don’t enjoy your job, please find another one. I don’t think i will return to this specific chip city. the cookies were great, which is why I will find another chip city!

Good cookies with fun flavor options. I got the Nutella salt cookie. The cookie itself was a little dry, but the Nutella inside was delicious. I would recommend heating these up a bit so the inside is melty… I’m not sure if they can do it for you, but I took mine home to heat up. Overall I think there are better cookies close by but these are fun flavor options.

I have to update my review. My 1st experience was amazing, the reps were great, very attentive, informative, & helpful. Decided to visit again and placed the order in advance, only to be given the wrong cookies. On top of that DJ the rep in the store was beyond rude and nasty. They did not accommodate me and he was very dismissive. I feel he was just lazy and didn’t want to bake any cookies. I called the West village location, & Williamsburg, they both couldn’t accommodate me which I find weird because my 1st time there they told me I can place the order in advance & they will bake the cookies. Overall good cookies, but terrible service

I love chip city. They have amazing cookies and I'm always left satisfied. Why 4 stars? This is not the best cookie in the city although it's very good. 4 stars for ambiance, great service, great cookies (4/5 star quality), and a great points/reward system. I will definitely be back soon. The funfetti are my favorite.

Absolutely Devine warm cookie ! Great ambience and staff is super helpful and accommodating. Sweet location parking isn't the worst! Highly recommend to come here for a yummy dessert if in the area.

Now I'm a big cookie lover, especially when it comes to hefty cookies packed with sizable chunks. I came to Chip City looking to fulfill my cravings. Upon arriving at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday, they already ran out of one flavor but there was still some left for everything else. I had tried the blueberry cheesecake flavor at their West Village store in the past and enjoyed it, but I wanted to try something different. Eventually I landed on Fluffernutter, Cookies n Cream, and Butterscotch Toffee (3 for $12.50). The cashier packed the cookies in a cute lil box and taped it so that it was secure. Didn't matter bc I went for them immediately. My favorite was hands down the Fluffernutter. It tasted as expected--peanut butter cookie goodness. The Cookies n Cream, outside of actual chunks of Oreo, weirdly was giving...dough (flavor wise, not texturally). I didn't love that, as I was expecting more of a milky/cream flavor in the cookie. As for the Butterscotch Toffee, it was just too gosh darn sweet. Still good but I needed many gulps of water to finish the whole cookie.

The employees there were very nice. The hospitality was immaculate. The cookies are very nice and soft.

My second time coming to this location always nice service is good cookies are always yummy!

Love the cookies from here! Got the key lime pie cookie and the base chocolate chip. Cookies are so large will definitely need help eating them. The cashiers and staff were very friendly and told us about their future flavors coming out in the couple weeks. Will be back to try their Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake flavor in a couple of weeks. Cookies themselves were moist which I loved but a little bit too sweet.

Of all the oversized cookie places about, Chip City is by far the best of the rest! The Banana Cream Pie is my standout favorite, followed by the Cookies & Cream and the Chocolate Chip. One can't help overindulgence on these delicious, decadent desserts.

Oooo hell Yea !! Who don't like a fresh hot delicious cookie !! Chip CIty just happens to be on our route so when ever we are working in this area with the crew we stop over here; 1st we get our dinner which is our lunch, we have a pizza shop; Chinese restaurant; Greek restaurant & two deli's right on the same block & same side of the street so this location satisfies all !! Then we almost always all go in to get warm or even hot cooking if ya lucky when they just come out of the oven !! Our favorites; their Chocolate Chip; Blueberry Cheesecake; Smoor's; PBJ; Oatmeal Apple pie, every day they mix their selection up .... Their Coffee is very delicious & always fresh Also had their cappuccino another pleaser !!! Their servers are always welcoming & super friendly and out going !! If ya like fresh baked cookies this place is definitely a must try !! One Cookie and ya done; the wifey always gets a box for the deal & ya gotta cut these monster cookies in half because it's definitively one & done !!! Highly recommend & definitively always gonna be our cookie spot !! Thanks to all our servers over here as well as the hard working manager ... Cookies are great little pricey but what isn't in Brooklyn. Everyone that works there is always so nice and helpful. Inside is very cute and instagram worthy.

Mannnn listen, these cookies are what that cookie chain that rhymes with "Bumble" wishes they could be. I said to the cashier I don't know if I want to join the rewards program if y'all have gummy cookies too. I'm traumatized lol! I was reaffirmed in my feelings about the other cookies I had from "Bumble" and I'm happy I took a chance. I had the Wild Berry Strudel & the Cookies N Cream. I just knew the flavor that made me walk in the door (Wild Berry Strudel) would be my favorite. It was not. It was too sweet but I did love the flavor profile. The Cookies N Cream had me dancing on the corner. The cookies were nice and warm, cooked perfectly with crunchy edges. They did their big one on these cookies. I'm a fan.

Ordered cookies on UberEats and they arrived super quickly. They were still slightly warm surprisingly. The cookies were super good- crisp on the outside and soft and gooey and on the inside. I like a dense cookie but if you're more of a thin crunchy cookie, maybe skip this shop. Also, enjoy with a glass of milk!

Not much of a sweets person, but these cookies right here are everything. I HIGHLY recommend the Peanut Butter & Jelly, & Cookies & Cream. Top 2 favorite. They rotate cookies daily so it's best to check the menu via IG on what's being served for the day. I tried the s'mores & it was okay, the chocolate peanut butter was good too, & chocolate chip is chewy but please step out the box and get the peanut butter & jelly. If they aren't serving it on the day of your visit; you can request it to be made. The service was great, the girls are very friendly and attentive. Will be visiting again soon

What made this a great experience was the customer service. The two people working on Saturday the 22 in the afternoon, were phenomenal. The guy behind the counter was so informative, thoughtful with recommendations and answered all of our questions. Also a plus was their genuine friendliness! They also offer a plant based cookie! I didn't try this, but my friends did and thought it was delicious. As for the cookies I purchased; blueberry cheesecake, chocolate chicken, chocolate with pb chips and blueberry cheesecake. they were good, but only one was exceptional. The blueberry cheesecake cookie with cheesecake filling was hands down the cookie to buy (and highly recommended by the staff). The other cookies were fine, but didn't hold up well for next day eating. Also, if you're vaccinated, they have two benches, one against each side of the wall, where you can sit and enjoy the baked goods or drinks.

Wow, probably the best cookies I've ever had. The classic chocolate chip was amazing. It was crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Definitely better than Levain. The strawberry shortcake cookie, which was a limited time one, was incredible. Tasted just like the popsicle. The filling was sooooo good. Seriously the best cookie I've ever had!

10/10!!! The temptation to go back and get another cookie was REAL. Be aware that they change their cookie flavors very often so I suggest going on their Instagram to see what their special flavors of the day are. My friend and I got super lucky and we were able to order the strawberry shortcake cookie - if this is ever on the menu please get it! I think this is the best cookie I have ever had, it was seriously perfect. The cookies are large inside so sharing with a friend or saving a half for the next day might be best. Chocolate chip cookies are always a classic, definitely recommend getting this one along with the special flavor they might have. If you like a gooey cookie this is it!

We came 10 minutes before closing but were still greeted with a friendly smile from all the staff. We got a box of 6 cookies and everything was absolutely delicious... the blueberry cookies were straight out of the oven! I will for sure stop by if Im in the area in the future. Only thing is I wish the milk came in its own bottle and not in a plastic cup with a straw. Can't wait to go back

Move over levain there's a new chocolate CHIP cookie in the CITY. The cookies are huge with a soft and moist center. The staff is also super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The store is clean, organized and gives off happy vibes like their cartoon mascot characters.

Yet another new Chip City in their rapid and welcome expansion throughout Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. This is their second Brooklyn one after Williamsburg, which is in a great spot as it's not really near any of their other ones and fills a sweets void left by the now closed Milk Bar Store down the block. They opened with a new flavor, Lemon Berry, but have all the same great rotating flavors as the other locations.

My chocolate chip cookie cravings !!!!! Food 4/5- Omg the cookies were amazing. When they're fresh out of the oven they just melt in your mouth. We bought a box of six and they are so filling. I can't stop thinking about the cookies. The chocolate chip in particular is my favorite. It literally is to die for. When you taste the inside of the cookie, the dough is just amazing! I don't know what they used but it was lovely. The dairy free one was sad. I would not order that one again. It crumbled so easily and was super dry. Sorry for anyone who orders it. Also docking a point due to low variety. Everything else was great. Service 5/5- Employees were super nice and I was treated with care and respect even though we went pretty late at night. Ambiance 5/5- Instagram/Snapchat vibes around the whole store! Definitely worth taking a gander inside for anyone who comes by this area!

Top 5 chocolate chip city in NYC! Love their dairy free options and the fact that you can get almond milk with your order.

Love Chip City, however their new flavor "coffee crumb" was a miss. The cookie was super dry and not as gooey as they market their cookies to be. I didn't really think it tasted like a coffee crumb cake. I'm longing to try their cinnamon roll cookie though! They seem to offer this flavor randomly--that particular cookie looks SOOOO GOOD.

EATS: banana nut, vegan chocolate chip, sea salt Nutella, cookies and cream, blueberry cheesecake ice coffee At first when I tried these cookies I thought they were just ok but after trying them multiple times and other cookies in NYC, I am a fan. I've never had a bad cookie here. I don't eat cookies on the regular but definitely would be a spot I'd return to when looking for my cookie fix.

Warm and delicious cookies. My favorite is the blueberry cheesecake cookie- kept warm and soft. It's crispy and buttery on the outside and gooey and soft on the inside. The sweet blueberries and cheesecake combo reminds of the ice cream in Bar Harbor Maine on summer days... in the form of a cookie. Some bench areas to sit on the inside. A bit on the sweet side. So for those with a sweet tooth. Friendly staff and great to see Chip City pop up in Carroll Gardens.

Pricy, but delicious! Definitely more of a treat than an everyday kinda thing, but I will probably be back. I felt a bit of sticker shock for what I'd expect to pay for a cookie, but their standard chocolate chip cookie is really something special. It's not small. Warm and crispy on the outside, and somehow soft and airy on the inside. Goes great with coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. I savored every bite ^_^. I also appreciate how simple the menu and options are. They've clearly decided to focus and get the basics right.

When at Chip City, I ordered a large hot chocolate with oat milk priced at $4.50. Initially, I asked if the oat milk and normal milk were any different in price, they said no twice. However, I was told it was around $8.00. When I asked the worker why was the price so high the employee lowered it to $6.00 and he said it was his mistake, however $4.50 was what was on the menu! Not $6. Being too tired to start complaining, I just paid. When I left, the employee didn't even bother saying thank you. Keep in mind the same employee said thank you to every single white person that was in the shop, but not me, an African American. The cookies didn't taste extraordinary for the price and the hot chocolate tasted grainy. I'm disappointed. My experience in Chip City was humiliating as I was treated as an outsider. I will never be visiting again.

Giant gooey cookies within walking distance you say? Well you don't have to tell me twice. Chip City is the type of cookies that are like a warm lump of cookie dough that make you feel like you wanna die after eating one but in a good way. I do recommend sharing though, or splitting up the experience into a couple of days eating. Or just shoving it all in your mouth in one go and allowing the sweet feeling of sugar coma wash over you for a couple of hours. Flavors I had are as follows: Regular chocolate chip - great, perfect, exactly what you think it'll be like. Chocolate chocolate chip - what you expect but with WHITE chocolate chocolate chips on top of regular chocolate chips in your chocolate cookie. Dynamite. Baklava cookie - oh girl. What? Yes. Baklava philo dough wrapped brown butter cookie with a chopped walnut interior. Oh man. SO much. So good. Loved it. Only two per person. Then they also have a peanut butter and jelly cookie but I'm gonna level with y'all, that is not my jam and I avoided it. If it sounds like your jam I'm sure you'll love it though, why wouldn't you. All in all, chip city is good times. Very sweet, maybe more of a sometimes treat, but hey sometimes is whenever you want it to be.

I am a huge fan of Chip City. I am beyond thrilled that they opened this new location. Cookies are just as wonderful as always. Warm and with fantastic flavors, making it hard to pick just one....so I always get all available. The aroma that comes from the box of cookies is majestic.

Newest Chip City in Brooklyn!! The store is super adorable with friendly staff. About the flavors, Chocolate Chip is definitely the best one. Cookies N Cream, Marshmallow are just okay for me. They also have Pear Glazed and it's worth a try. Everyday will have different flavors. Cookies are served warm and its size is pretty big that can make you full lol.

Staff is really nice. Ambiance is cute. Quick fast place. Cookies are huge but delicious (not overpoweringly sweet like crumbl thank god)

Chip City has good cookies, nice location. Tried both the sprinkles and chocolate chip. Both very good.

Chip City is indulgence personified. Their gooey warm chocolate chip cookies really hit the spot after a nice dinner. They have seasonal flavors as well - I got some pumpkin spice something or other, and a smore. Never had a bad cookie here! Just be sure to get there well before closing because otherwise the staff will be trying to close up!

I've only tried the Chocolate Chip and the Red Velvet cookies and I can honestly say that the Red Velvet was the clear winner. The gooey "hot chocolate" in the middle coupled with the unmistakable red velvet cookie taste is TDF. The Choco Chip is not as sweet as I would like it to be as they use dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate. It's still a pretty tasty cookie though...just not one of my faves. Looking forward to trying their other flavors!

We ended our Brooklyn walk at Chip City before heading back into town. Had a great time walking the streets of Brooklyn and this was a good way to finish the day. We normally visit Levain Bakery when we visit NYC but thought it would be good to diversify our cookie game a little. Was not disappointed. I ordered a triple chocolate while my wife got a blueberry cheesecake cookie, and we got a large glass of milk to help cut into the sweetness. Both were amazing. Only wish we could have eaten them inside instead of out on the street in the cold. This was the only place we visited during our trip that wouldn't allow inside dining and it was annoying they weren't in line with the other eateries. All that aside, would return again once the weather warms up.

Been to the other chip city location in Manhattan and Williamsburg, I'm so happy they opened here! Same good cookies but a bit closer. Flavors changes throughout the week so check their website to stay updated! Oatmeal apple pie is one of my favorite cookie from them by far. Gooey apple pie filling and the deliciously warm oatmeal cookie around it! Not too sweet surprisingly. The cookies and creme on the other hand was too sweet for me. It was filled with chunks of cookie crumbs and lots cream so if you like that, this may be for you.

I would give the cookies 3.5 stars if I could. I've tried all their varieties and they are all good cookies, just nothing spectacular. There are so many other places with better cookies.

If you're looking for GIANT, sweet, warm, hard on the outside soft on the inside cookies, THIS is the place for uuuuuuuu! I came here on a Weds afternoon and there was no line. There is AC inside and seating along the walls. I regret coming here alone as the funfetti cookie I ordered was bigger than my face and probably unhealthy for me to consume in one go. Desserts taste best when shared so please come here with a friend or two because the cookies are extra large. The cookie itself was very warm, sweet, and thick. The inside has more of a soft gooey dough texture rather than a hard and chewy texture. I prefer my cookies on the chewier side but the funfetti cookie was still tasty. Overall if you're in the neighborhood, stop by here for your cookie craving! One cookie is $4.50, $4.90 after tax if you pay in cash, $5.07 if you pay by credit card so come here and PAY WITH CASH!

When I first started going here everything was great but in the last few months every time I go over there and try to purchase cookies past 8:00 p.m. . It's totally impossible to get every cookie they feature for that day . When I ask if they are baking any more cookies . They look at me like I have three heads or I'm just crazy . Then they will follow up with do you really want to wait for more cookies it's going to take a while . It seems like there never prepared . I've yet to be able to get every cookie that they feature . I'm done !! You lost a Cookie Monster for good .
