This location was extremely unclean during my visit. Tables hadn't been wiped down, and the trash bins were overflowing with garbage and trays. I asked to speak with a manager, and an associate claimed she was the manager. I asked her to take a look at the trash bins, and when she saw the mess, she went silent for a moment before saying they hadn’t had time to clean because they were “busy.” At that point, there were only two other customers in the store, and more than six employees working behind the counter. There was no rush, no line—just a clear lack of attention to basic cleanliness and responsibility. As per the food it was good the only thing i tried the Honey Chicken, however the associate failed to mention SPICY HONEY CHICKEN. Very disappointing experience.

Never in my life have i even feel the need to add lettuce to my bowl but i did it so it wouldn't look so depressing. I removed the lettuce for the picture. The guy that started preparing my bowl put so little protein and beans that when the bowl was passed to the next person she came back to the protein and added some more because she even noticed how little of food he was serving. I could've asked for more but thats the thing some i shouldn't have to ask for a little more every single time.

When you have a business that’s supposed to open at a certain time, like in this case, they are supposed to be open at 10:45 AM, which means they should be open at 10:45 AM and not close at 11:00 AM, and not even apologize for us waiting outside when they open the door. It's called customer service. The store has to do better. Lots of us have a certain time for lunch and go back to work…

1 star rating! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. I placed my order through the app and made sure all my selections and notes were clearly specified. When I arrived at the drive-thru to pick it up, all of my sauces were missing. Turns out, someone had placed the sauces in a separate bag but failed to include it with the main order. I didn’t realize this until I got home, so I had to drive all the way back just to get what should have been included in the first place. Before leaving the second time, I double-checked in my car — and still found that one of my sauces was missing. That’s three trips for one order. Absolutely unnecessary and incredibly frustrating. I’m highly disappointed with this location. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable. If your team can’t take a moment to double-check orders before handing them out, then something needs to change. I don’t plan on returning to this location, and I hope they seriously reevaluate how they handle mobile orders — because this was ridiculous. Especially when you’re hungry, this kind of experience just makes everything worse.

Ive been here multiple times and everytime i come they skip on the portion sizes. I pay near 15$ for half a bowl, this is ridiculous. I would highly recommend skipping on this location

Food was good the restaurant was dirty and disgusting. No effort was made by the staff to clean tables or sweep the floor you had to clean your own table. The floor employees just stood there doing nothing and keeping this restaurant clean.

So the service at this location was HORRIBLE! Then finding a place to sit with kids was not a option unless it was outside. "Manager" did want any tables available aside from high bar style tables. Everything was closed or not available. Then the salsas were so watered down it was ridiculous. The server had the worst attitude like she HATED what she was doing. Then there's a person in the back spraying cleaner on the walls with the cook top right underneath. Which I'm reality didn't even matter since they weren't even making anymore food at 6 pm when they are open till 10.

Spent $17 to try the new smoked brisket burrito and this was what they gave me. Compared to the bowl which cost $12 it was maybe a third of the size. Got another bowl and tacos. Even the tacos were twice the size of the burrito and cheaper by $5. If I’m spending almost $20 for a burrito, I should at least get the same amount of food for something that costs less.

I went to chipotle at approximately 8:00pm on 7/27/24 and there were two young men and one younger woman working on the food line. I waited a little longer than normal due to them preparing online orders but it was no longer than 3 minutes. When it was my turn to order, I ordered a chicken bowl with a side of chips. The cashier stated that my order total was 12.02. I handed him a 20 dollar bill and he stated that he did not have enough cash for the 7 dollars in change. I asked him, " Well, what's the plan?" He then called over the young lady and began speaking to her in Spanish , and she also stated that they could not serve me with cash due to not having 5's or 1's. There was no sign stating that they didn't have cash nor that they were only able to accept debit at the time. Could they not change out the drawer or access the safe to get change? Could they not use the stack of one dollar bills in the tip jar? Maybe offer to up-sale me so my bill could reach 20 dollars? My only option was to pay with a debit card and if that would have been previously stated, I would not have placed an order. It was a waste of my time and food for the company. Also, while waiting, a woman walks in with an incorrect order. The label on the food was totally different from the food in the bowl including the protein choice. The lady handed the man the plate , and he threw it away in the trash then proceeded to make another. Another inconvenience for the customer and waste of food for the company. I'm sure there are many restaurants nearby who would love to take my cash and not turn me away due to not having enough change. I order here maybe once a week and often order delivery for myself and my coworkers. Definitely a loss for the company, and I will tell anyone who asks.

Hands down the BEST chipotle. My husband and I go here regularly, at least once a week, if not multiple times a week. They have the freshest ingredients & cleanest store. The people are the best, and my food is ALWAYS delicious. I was so shocked to see that this location had bad reviews. They must be a bunch of Karen's considering I've been to this location probably 50+ times in the last year and have had ZERO issues.

Ooooh heeeck nooo this Chipotle is so STINGY with their ingredients!!! They literally didn't even fill up the bowl... The staff (well, the cashier) was really nice. I'll probably drive to the Baytown location. Where they STUFF the bowl!

My sister went here and ordered a to go order for us two. She mentioned at the checkout the cashier took a long strain of hair around her Topo-Chico bottle. Shrugged it off and went back home..I then found at least 5 strains of hair on my bowl!! I knew it wasn't mine because I have short,curly &black/dark brown hair while the ones I found were LONG, light brown hair.... So disappointed and grossed out... Can the cooks please wear a hair net next time?

Placed an online order for a burrito with chicken, rice, lettuce, corn salsa & queso (which i had to pay extra for) & when i received the order, the burrito was filled with nothing but rice, corn & lettuce. There was maybe 10 pieces of chicken & a small dab of queso. Definitely will not recommend ordering from this location, unless you want to get ripped off.
