Chipotle Mexican Grill

We ordered a large order for delivery for 12 people, which cost us nearly $250. Unfortunately, all of us received only half a portion. I strongly advise against ordering from this location!

Takeout order only had beans, chicken and rice, no other toppings. Paid extra for guacamole. Contacted support and they only gave me a voucher for a side of guacamole good for 30 days. This is why you should "tip the crew," for such great service. Edit: Went back to use my voucher for guacamole and there was very little meat. My recommendation is to shop small, the small mom and pop businesses take a lot more pride in their food versus the hourly workers.

We ordered guac with our burrito bowl and they included hard unripe large pieces of avocado. It was so hard that you couldn’t even cut through it with a knife. Absolutely terrible quality.

The burrito bowl I received was completely different from what I ordered. Yes, it looked just like this when I opened it, sloppily made. Since they don’t take calls, I couldn’t figure out if I could reorder what I originally wanted. I won’t be doing delivery from here again.

The chips were really oily and chewy, my chicken was raw, they were out of rice! The people were nice but the tables were gross and the countertops were nearly invisible because they recovered in food

Requested extra cheese in the clearest way possible by making it my name as well ask requesting it properly and was very disappointed in the outcome

Came in during my break since I work at Wrigley field, everything was horrible. I was not greeted, I waited there a minute until someone decided to take my order, the meat was dry, the display of hot and cold food was a mess. I ordered a burrito while it was being dragged on the dirtiest stainless steel service line full of ingredients everywhere. Seemed like it hadn't been wiped off all day. All the toppings were mixed up and cross contaminated from the lack of cleanliness of the display. Never going to Chipotle again, I will go to an authentic Mexican restaurant instead.

Ok even worse this time, tried new brisket in my quesadilla, hardly any meat, cold, too sweet, sour cream on side was very runny, everything seemed old, not fresh (beans, pico). Last time going to that location, it was a pick up order & I picked up right on time).

I stopped eating chipotle when I was living in Seattle in 2015 when the E. coli breakout happened. Last week my coworker offered to buy me lunch at chipotle. 1st time in 8 years. That salad I had was absolutely delicious. Lots of greens and fresh ingredients. Today I ordered pickup for lunch hoping for that same fresh, crunchy amazing salad. I wanted to have a good healthy salad. This is what I got, a "salad" with barely any lettuce. The little lettuce what was in my "salad" was brown and wilted. I paid extra for chips and apparently I got the kiddy size. They were chewy and stale not crunchy at all. What a disappointment.

Had to add this new(er) Chipotle location to Yelp and give the employees the props they deserve! This Chipotle is honestly top tier, and I've tried a LOT of them. This location is right off the Addison Red line and directly across from Wrigley Stadium, so needless to say it's quite busy. Despite being a busy location, the line to order typically goes by super quick and the ingredients are fresh. All the employees I've encountered are extremely hard working and kind. Besides the fantastic quality food and staff, the layout of this location is genius! If you order through the app or online, there is a pick-up station at the front of the store where all the labeled bags are stored. It makes it super easy to grab and go without having to wait in the line with people ordering in the store. It's also perfect for those picking up from food delivery services. My FAVORITE part though is that they have a walk up window! I can bring my dog on a walk with me and can easily grab my burrito bowl for lunch. I know this sounds silly, but living in the neighborhood makes this so convenient. This is hands down my favorite Chipotle, so I had to show them some love on Yelp!

This is my new favorite Chipotle location. I have ordered delivery and picked up my order a few times throughout the pandemic. Anytime I have placed my food order they have gotten it prepared very quickly and I have yet to receive an incorrect order. I do not know who is making my burrito bowls but keep making them! The bowls are literally stuffed with food and I am able to get three meals from my order whenever I order from this location! I will admit I can usually get two meals out of orders from most restaurants but three meals deserves a round of applause. I will not judge this location for the delivery delays or the additional steps I have had to take to give the driver directs because it is an outside company. The restaurant is strictly adhering to the pandemic mandates. They require staff and customers to wear masks. They don't allow customers to use the indoor sitting area and they don't make you wait too long to grab your food from the to-go stand.

Sucks, gave me the smallest bowl possible and extremely stale chips on an online order and when trying to get a refund or any type of compensation they just had me speak to a bot who said "sorry, we'll let the team know that you weren't satisfied. Goodbye". Pathetic.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle location in the entire company. I don't understand how one location can serve such terrible food. Half the time my order is incorrect and ALL of the time it's inedible. Corporate, please look into how this store is ran. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE!!!

I'm a big fan of Chipotle and I've been to many locations in Chicago. This is by far the best. Friendly staff, quick wait times, and always fresh meat & food. This is the one Chipotle I can count on to be on point every time.

This is by far the worst chipotle in existence. They messed up my order. I asked for guac and they used lettuce instead. Guac is about $2.25. The manager, Dave, said there's is nothing he can do. He didn't offer to remake my food or give me a refund. He said just to complain to corporate on the website. I gave them a second chance and they continue to fail.

My boyfriend and I walked into the Wrigleyville location on Addison yesterday evening 2/20/2023. We made the mistake of ordering anyway when we needed to walk out. The environment was dirty- the food was not fresh, and the young woman preparing our food was unfriendly, who made it a point to yell across the kitchen that we ordered guacamole for our burrito bowl. The barbacoa was ridiculously dry in large chunks (not shredded), and the chips were stale. Our past experiences with Chipotle at other locations have always had friendly staff, the freshest food, a clean work and eating area. This location missed on all counts. Please get this location in order, corporate. There's a high tourist presence in this neighborhood and Chicago should not be known to disappoint.

I am just curious. Is everyone who leaves a review just picking up and not ordering in person? How's ordering in? I mean you get to see what you get right? Stop online ordering here and just go in and place an order! Unless you can't.. I haven't even ate here but I feel they need a 5 star.. take it Berry!!

The Chipotle app wasn't working for me so I order online. Ended up being the wrong location (45mins away) Diana made the moment right and made my order then and there. I was having a bad day and having it sent to the wrong location made it a hair worst but thank you Diana for making it better. I really appreciate it.

This Chipotle consistently makes mistakes with our orders. Tonight, March 19, 2021, they did not send a whole salad. They also did not put chicken in the salad that they did send. We have been ordering from this chipotle as a last option, and have been forced to overlook their mistakes because we just want to eat. To be clear, this has happened on at least 4 other occasions and ,fortunately, Chipotle corporate will refund on mistakes that we do report, but it's not worth it anymore. Given that the Chipotle application doesn't let you choose the location you're ordering from, we are forced to get delivery from this one. For that reason, and because this location has repeatedly sent us incorrect and sometimes gross meals we won't be ordering Chipotle until we move or can go to another location. Yes, it's that bad.

This is now the 3rd time I have had issues with this location. This issues include order mistakes as well as waiting over 1 hr for my food to arrive. Currently waiting on a order that is 30 minutes late. No not recommend this location.

Ordered a steak bowl yesterday & woke up with food poisoning this morning. Dont eat here. I am in pain. At least put beef tartare on the menu if that is what you are gong to serve.

My order was correct. It's chipotle: what's not to like! Yummy. It's somehow one of the healthier options in Wrigleyville.

This is a great place for food. I've been here several times. Delivery service is excellent. My orders are always well put together. And delivery is quick. Awesome job everyone!

Conveniently located in Wrigleyville, right across from the stadium on Addison, this Chipotle is only a couple blocks from my house and always satisfies my burrito bowl craving, which I get about once a week. The store is new and super clean. And to my surprise, it's never very crowded. Even during peak lunch hours! I think they must be doing a lot of to-go and delivery orders. The staff is away super nice as well. My burrito bowl always comes out just to my liking: filled with my favorite toppings, and taste fresh. What more could you want?! Highly recommend this Chipotle over others in the area.

Try the big quesadilla and use them to eat your burrito bowls. THANK ME LATER!! I like that this location is doing pick up orders so you can order efficiently through the app and just pic it up. Just a heads up there is absolutely no parking and a no standing zone right in front of the building. I didn't like how cold the chicken was in the burrito bowel which is my only complaint. Overall a decent experience.

This location is always disappointing. My pick up order is almost always wrong and my order always tastes stale. The chips are flavorless compared to other locations and seem like they have been sitting out for days. They taste like bad gluten free chips and if that's what I wanted I would just go to Whole Foods. Burritos are always messy and it's always so heavy on hot sauce compared to every other ingredient. It's physically painful to eat sometimes. It seems like whoever prepares the food is mad at me for ordering from them. I get chipotle way less than I used to because this is the closest location to me now. Recommend going to any other locations.

The caucasian worker with long blonde braids hair was in someone's food the entire time she was making the bowl. I said something to a worker and they laughed at me. She didn't move her braids to the back, just laughed at me. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! VERY UNSANITARY!!!

They messed up my order. I checked the bag before I left and found a bowl with a different name on it. I let the guy at the front know that it wasn't my order. So he looks into the bag the was packing at the moment & there was the bowl with My name on it. Once I get back to work and sit down to eat, I open the "correct" bowl with my name on it & it was not what I had ordered. The whole order was messed up.

Worst location! Total chaos and employees are extremely rude! I have given them a few chances but it never improves.

If I could give negative stars I would. I barely ever write Yelp reviews but this Chipotle location is absolutely brutal. My girlfriend ordered delivery from here tonight for us and they got my order wrong. Then I reordered and they sent me the wrong orders again. But it had my name and correct order written on the lid. I've worked in the food industry and never complain but this is absolutely insane.

Ordered a burrito on the app to discover it was missing sour cream, cheese, guacamole (+$2.55), lettuce, and salsa after finishing most of it. It was literally 90% beans with some white rice and a tiny bit of nasty slimy meat. This location is always butchering orders. 0 stars.

I placed an order for delivery and never received it. It was very frustrating and nothing outside of the confirmation email was communicated to me.

I ordered delivery and it was missing an item. When I called the restaurant, they said that they will "comp my next meal" when I go next time. I just wanted the missing item to be delivered or wanted a partial refund, and the manager, Vanessa just blamed it on the delivery guy and said the delivery guy took my bag of chips. This is super unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed in their customer service.

This is the greatest burrito I've ever had in quarantine. But fir real this Chipotle never disappoints, great job.

Don't order delivery from this location. Ordered guacamole and they gave me a lot! A lot of brown guacamole!! Disappointed that they think this is ok. If I was in the store I'm sure they wouldn't have given me brown guacamole.

I have always been a chipotle fanatic. However, a HUGE game changer to me would be allowing for quesadilla order on the app. Most underrated item on their menu is their quesadilla - cheesy amazingness! It is a bummer when I am craving one and can only order that in person. That is my single critique of chipotle, otherwise it is incredible.

I have ordered food out of here a few times. The food was good but when you add all the fees when you get it delivered it becomes a bit much. Close to $30 for a regular order.

I went to this location today to order tacos. A female Chipotle worker asked me what I wanted. My mask was touching my lips so I moved it away slightly from my lips so I could speak clearly and tell her I wanted tacos. Even though my mask was still covering my face and chin, the female worker at Chipotle had the nerve to tell me to keep my mask on. I said, girl, it is on! I was flabbergasted and disgusted by her b.s., so I immediately left and took my business to La Mexicana Grill. No one has time for poor service and mediocre tacos. I won't be returning.

The brand new Chipotle location at 1027 W. Addison has very friendly and capable people working there. The management team is excellent. And the restaurant is run very efficiently. My food orders are always done exactly the way I like them. The seating area is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this Chipotle location.

I installed the app and ordered several times using app. I used the app to make an order on 2/18. Unfortunately because I was on the train and the app thought I was ordering from a different location, the order was not ready at the location I always go to. The cashier was very rude and told me to walk to the other location, even though I apologized for the honest mistake.. I will NEVER order chipotle again, despite ordering there almost 10 times in the past couple weeks.

Best Chipotle I've ever been to. They really load up the burritos with meat. The workers and the manger are very friendly. The Pibb Extra has the perfect ratio of flavor to carbonation. Also to add, a great view of Wrigley Field. I imagine it being very crowded when baseball season comes around, when you get a full burrito here as the same price as a single hot dog at the Cubs game. All in all, best Chipotle in Chicago.
