We eat here fairly frequently because the food seems to be a lot healthier than at the majority of fast food chains. We like this location, as the staff if always courteous and helpful. Today we were assisted by a young man named Dominick (SP?), who went out of his way to help us. A big shout out and thank you to Dominick for the great service! All the best.

My husband came in to pick up our online order during lunch rush. You now have to ask them at the pickup window for the order. The guy working at the window wouldn't let him pick up our order he'd already paid for since he didn't have the Chipotle app. He took his license out and proved the name on the order was his but the guy still was refusing to give him the order. He asked for the manager. She came out and told the worker that she had told him to require that on Doordash orders, not other orders. She said to "give the guy his food." No apology from either of them. Where is good customer service anymore? Definitely not this Chipotle.

We have been here several times, very inconsistent. This evening I picked up my takeout order from a very rude girl she handed me the bag practically throwing it. Last week we ordered two steak bowls with double protein paid an extra 5.50 each and do not feel that the portion was adequate at all. Decided to hold on the double protein portion today and pretty much had a veggie bowl.

We arrived at 08:52PM for dinner and it was VERY disturbing watching the team cleaning the kitchen, food area, floors, drainage..the main food carts were moved away from the glasses so to clean the floor and drain underneath...and the store closes at 10PM (?!?).. passing the squeegee OVER the food carts while prepping the food orders!!! I understand everyone wants to leave on time to go home but cleaning and preparing food orders in front of the customers and also asking them to speak a bit louder so, they can hear??? I know I will never go to Chipotle after 8PM anymore or ever..so disturbing, disappointed, discouraging...

Lately when I go in, they seem slammed but keep the line moving quickly. And one young lady particularly-Olivia- is always just HUSTLING! Today when I went in she was the only one on the line and she was holding it down. I'm just always impressed by her speed and efficiency and she does it all with a smile and politeness to boot! As a local small business owner I had to take a minute to let this local owner know they have a star on their team and someone that is giving their all to their customers. Give that girl a raise!

This place continues to disappoint. Asked for a half chicken half steak bowl. I don’t mind paying a little extra as a steak bowl. But when asked why the portion sizes were so small I was told to do double meat. Ok fine… but when I got home I weighed my bowl compared to my girlfriend’s single serving bowl..: only 3g separated the two. Horriboy dissapointing as we come ere a lot due to my diet restrictions and now I have to find somewhere else to go.

I ordered a bowl and a drink, when I took the lid off my bowl it was half full. It’s so stupid how they charge $12.50 for a bowl and only fill the bowl half way. Even though Qdoba doesn’t taste as good I’m going to be going to Qdoba from now on because they actually fill up my bowls.

Employee acted rushed even though I was the only one in line at the time. I stated I needed two things a chicken quesadilla and a barbacoa bowl. She went right to work on the quesadilla and finished it up, and then turned away after telling the cashier what it was. I asked about the bowl, and she said right and started it, giving me attitude like it was a problem. It must have been something I did because it was the smallest bowl I have ever gotten. Very little rice and bean meat but more juice from the meet then actual meat. A ton of salsa ( granted, I ordered half green and half hot). i got over a full scoop of each, a little cheese, and a little lettuce. Wettest bowl I have ever gotten.

Don't eat at this location. Employees are always goofing off instead of doing their job so the food is always running low. So to compensate they give you small portions. Today they were completely out of steak (both in the front and online kitchens) and had scraps for chicken left. I got barely 2/3 scoop of brown rice because they were running low on that too... and had to settle for the last few scraps of chicken. Other customers had to combine proteins to make a small portioned meal. And meanwhile the employees were just laughing and joking around with no sense of responsibility or urgency to do their jobs. I'll drive a little further to get food worth paying for. Note to ownership... hire better supervisors. These kids are laughing all the way to the bank at both our expense. I just won't eat here anymore.

I made a yelp account just for this review. I ordered on the app and picked up in store, all was well until I got home. I ordered a taco (which was $7 but that's on me for ordering it because I thought it was 3 tacos) and when I lifted the box out of the bag it felt like there was nothing in it. I open the box to find not only a small single taco but one that looks like it was thrown down inside the box. The taco itself has such a small about of food on it I would've expected more from half a kids menu anywhere else. I can literally see through the taco, as in there is no food in the bottom of it. I am unbelievably pissed I put in the order for extra cheese and I can count the individual shredded pieces (7). There is a microscopic amount of corn salsa on the taco as well, four kernels of corn on the taco and like five in the box. There is also like a teaspoon of beef on it as well. I am insanely disappointed and ticked off, if one single person decides to not go to this location or goes the firehouse subs next door I will be happy. I was a chipotle kinda guy but now I will forever be a Qdoba man. I will pay my friends and family to avoid chipotle and go to Qdoba. If I ever win the lottery I will sit outside this store and protest people from entering. I would rather starve than eat chipotle again.

Employees are always nice, but I found chicken bones in my burrito bowl and the app chat bot won't help unless I have a receipt. The phone number to this location links to a different bot that will only help place orders, not connect you to anyone in the store. Kinda crazy that I found actual bone and there's no way to contact the store besides going back physically.

Between the uncomfortable moral superiority when you walk in, the blatant ignorance for US agriculture and farmers and the entirely disappointing portion sizes - why would I want to pay $15+ for a burrito and drink that still leaves me hungry... I'm done with Chipotle.

This is my favorite Chipotle location in NoCo. Everyone who works there is so nice. Today a man with longer brown hair and a beard made my burrito bowl (around 2 pm) and I couldn't be happier with his service.

We found nothing wrong with the food here. Flavors and quality were what was expected of Chipotle. Placed an order for pickup. Dishes were made correctly, everything was warm and fresh. A reliable spot for a quick and possibly healthy-ish meal.

If I could provide zero I would. Mainly due to the lack of response from chipotle. I placed an order for 2 burritos for delivery. The total was $60 and three bites in notice something stringy and thought it might be cheese but it was a big long black hair strung throughout. I was unfortunately home from a 3 week travel and had no other food in the house. I threw it away and had to drive to grab something else. Chatted with the chipotle app - it's useless and a bot. You can't even get anyone to answer their phone to hear the concern you just get a recording that refers you to the app! Nonsense. Shame on you Chipotle. You need to find a better way. Starting with rules around hair being pulled back with those preparing the food.

Ordered two burritos, a steak and a chicken Pros: Online order was ready on-time. The chicken burrito was very large. Cons: The steak burrito was skimpy and had two large pieces of fatty gristle. The chicken burrito dripped all over the place, like they made no effort to pour extra liquid out of their ladles. Both burritos tasted like nothing but salt, real flavor was very much lacking compared to a proper Chipotle serving. The parking lot is horribly tight and has very few spaces. I managed to squeeze into a tiny spot next to a pole barrier that others likely avoided because of the difficulty navigating back out of it. I recommend avoiding this store. It was not a satisfying meal.

This is a great location and the staff is super knowledgeable with food allergy handling! I have celiac which is treated as a gluten allergy and the staff immediately asked if I needed them to wash their hands, and did that and changed gloves. Another employee removed the spoons from items I wanted and the one helping me used new spoons for all items and fresh cheese & lettuce. The food was fresh and I was very impressed with their attention to detail.

if i could give 0 stars i absolutely would. the location in fort collins had Unexceptable SERVICE!!! i did not catch a name of anyone but i will steer clear of this location. i simply asked for a water cup, and it got THROWN at me. i was standing there absolutely gobsmacked at the treatment i received. and then she proceeded to STARE at me and my sister. they seemed to be OFFENDED by us being happy and cheerful. their manager needs to access their behavior. they seemed to be angry at their choice of their job and need to realize it was their choice. never EVA visit this location.

The service was poor and the food quality was awful!!! We eat Chipotle regularly and have never had this experience. This was our first time at this location!! Always skimp you out on rice, cheese, & sour cream as well as other things. Even when you ask for extra (whether it's in person or a mobile order) they still do not give you extra & it seems like you have to ask again for extra. The "extra" they give you is normal portions

These ladies are outstanding courteous, professional, generous employees .Chipotle is lucky to have them !. Let's talk about the cauliflower rice option for 2.00 extra. The serving size doesn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. It's a joke. Customer service was okay. No pleasantries today. I guess they were busy. Two stars Is for the keto option only.

I was greeted by an employee who was ready to take my order. The store was very clean and the food looked fresh. I ordered my burrito and sofa then left for the Denver airport. I was in and out within 3 minutes. I beat the lunch crowd. This location opens at 10:45am. I've never seen an establishment with opening hours as such, but there's a first for everything!

Tried this chipotle for the first time since I moved and the employees at this location working between 1100-1200 didn't really seem like they cared. Can I have extra rice please? (I get what's barley left in container, even with a full container sitting behind the employe. Then have to ask twice for extra rice) Can I get chicken please? (Half falls off the spoon with no thought of giving you more) Im a big Chipotle fan but this Chipotle definitely disappointment me today. It's the little things that keep customers coming back. Take pride in your jobs and pleasing customers to the max.

I didn't know you could put the bucket of ice on the floor before putting it the ice dispenser. (You're not supposed to) Before closing, the same person grabbed the tobasco I was using and gave me a another one that was running lower so the newer one was on the shelf and they could trash the one I was using... because they were getting ready to close and apparently my experience had to be effected over a semi empty bottle of hot sauce vs a full one. All of that I can get over but what really annoys the - out of me is they serve you like the food is coming out of their check. One chick was super rude because I had 3 bowls I needed them to make and to make sure it wasn't messed up, I was telling one person what to put on the bowl and I was telling Ms Rude what the rice/mean/bean situation was separately for each bowl and I guess in the process of telling two people what I needed because they were doing two different jobs for my order, I wasn't doing it fast enough because she got annoyed by the time I was telling her about the third bowl she asked me twice "are there anymore bowls in your order?" WHILE I'm being asked about the salsa, cheese, all the other toppings by somebody else. She was all annoyed that I didn't have two mouths. Even the people behind me were looking at her like "what's this girl's problem". Lastly, they put your order together like the food is coming out of their check. I've ordered chipotle from the original first store for years and ordered it when I lived on both coasts from LA and NYC and of course I now permanently live by the one with rude employees who don't want to follow health code standards and prepare your food like their your dietician and are monitoring your portions. Yes I know extra meat is extra money. What's with the half scoop of rice and beans though? What's with the cook putting out a fresh bucket of steak on the counter and they want to give me the last few dry cold pieces of steak of the bucket they're about to replace? I shouldn't have to ask for warm steak!! Yes, mix it, serve it to me then... that I don't mind but watching somebody trying to give me the last gross scoop of meat and the person after me get a fresh scoop?!?! Come on. Just so we are clear, the college location offers a better experience as does all the other ones I've been to so I know it's not me. I shouldn't have to go to college and laurel when I live walking distance from the Harmony location and as a franchise they should maintain a standard in service... I don't think that is some radical expectation I have. Am I being petty? Well check out the picture I attached. Apparently that's acceptable at this location.

Used to love this location until the other day. Came in around the lunch hour and they had run out of many options. Everything seemed dry and the chicken was burnt. Their double chicken portion was sad, and the customer service and friendly attitudes were missing. I won't be back. Qdoba has my business from this moment on.

I JUST left this chipotle and am disappointed. Out of all of Chipotles I've been to, this is by far this worst. I walked in (the only person in line) and they were working on a to go order, which is completely understandable! I stood right by the tortilla press and made eye contact with 4 employees and not one person said hey, hi, be with you in a minute, sorry one sec, etc. I stood up front for 4-5 minutes before one guy finally said he'd be with me in one sec. There was food pieces and sauces smudged all over the counter near the checkout stand and the cashier (Rachel) said about 7 words to me. I'll drive another mile down the street to go to the other Chipotle next time..

Waited in line behind about 20 people for tacos. This place takes mobile orders which has destroyed customer experience and satisfaction. This made the line really like waiting for 40 people. People were literally walking in and picking up their to-go mobile order and sitting down to eat. I'd recommend going elsewhere until they get rid of mobile orders.

Amazing service. Amazing food. The steak is almost always cooked just right. The rice has great lime flavor. Everything is fresh. The service is excellent. My meal has been comped a few times just for being such a regular. Very friendly. If only every business treated their customers this way.

The parking situation here is HORRENDOUS at lunchtime. Sat on East Harmony in the mix of all the tech companies and two class 5A high schools nearby means this place has a line out the door come midday. But they continue to pack them in. And they do make a damn good lunch. And sometime dinner in the same day, but it's not advised and you darn well know why. Great staff, wholesome products, and some of the best carnitas you'll ever put in your face. Makes. Me. Skinny. Not really, but you get what I'm sayin'.

I used to love chipotle but it's been going down hill for me the last couple times I've been. I always order a veggie bowl and each time I've had less beans and rice than the time before even though I don't order meat. I also can't figure out if the mild salsa is not really mild or if the guacamole has the spice in it. I'm all for folks having their spice but my taste buds can't handle it. I'd like the mild to be mild again and actually taste my food.

How do you f#ck up a quesadilla?? I've been to other chipotles and have been pleased with their burritos, but one day I came to the branch on Harmony and asked for a pork quesadilla. While I was waiting for the guy to ask what else I wanted on it, he handed the finished product to me and charged like 8 or 9 dollars, with no pork, and certainly no sauces or guac. 1)Terrible service, the kids working there were snotty and acted like I was bothering them for ordering food, and never bothered to ask exactly what I wanted. 2) Way overpriced. I was still hungry when I left yet paid a lot for a crappy thin-melted cheese tortilla that I could have easily made at home for 25 cents. 3) Product with no flair. Go to Qdoba and you know that there are choices as to what to put on your quesadilla or burrito, and they actually ASK you what you would like. This place sucks. Go to Qdoba

This has been the best chipotle experience I have ever had, and believe me I LOVE chipotle so I have been to almost all of them in Colorado. This chipotle is so clean, service is impeccable, food tastes incredible and the overall atmosphere is what keeps me coming back. Everyone working there is so nice and welcoming, the dining room is clean (which means they pay attention to everything little thing), the bar where they serve food is clean which means they care about their "behind the scenes", and the cashier made me feel so welcome. The manager, Jack, even came to greet me because I was a new customer at this location. Talk about service. I know this is just chipotle, but honestly this is the best chipotle I have ever been to. 1000/10 recommend this location!

ladies and gents, let me tell you a little story. one day, i was working, and i doordashed chipotle. my doordash texted me saying he was lost. i sent him the address. he called, saying he was lost again, and so i sent him the address a second time and told him the name of my work so he could google maps it. after a while, i was concerned. i checked the app, and he had stolen my food and moved on. i was distraught, angry, and crying. i looked for a number to complain to doordash, but it didn't exist. i called my dasher, he had blocked me. this was $20 worth of food, i applied for a refund (which i never got), but i was still hungry and sad. when i mentioned the situation to chipotle, they gave me the entire meal (and extras) for free. CHIPOTLE CAME THROUGH WHEN NO ONE ELSE DID. THANK YOU CHIPOTLE.

I love this location the food is awesome, this review is for Doordash the reason for the one star. As their website states from Doordash "To minimize contact between Dashers and customers, we've moved all orders to a no-contact delivery at drop-off by default". At checkout under delivery instructions I stated leave order at my door. Well the delivery driver never followed my request by leaving the order at my door just waited for me to open the door and the driver was not wearing gloves or a face mask. This is not Chipotles fault they should look into this. I' am writing this review to warn other customers. I will not be using Doordash again. I'll just pick up my food next time I order from Chipotle. Once again Chipotle is awesome, Doordash is not. I think the delivery drivers from Doordash don't care about the safety of their customers during the Covid-19 outbreak.

Ate some black beans and chips from here at a high school graduation party that was catered I had never eaten their foodin all my years in Fort Collins because of the bad reviews but took a chance on black beans bit on a rock that had not been rinsed from the beans carefully it cracked my tooth the manager at the store did not care referred me to their risk management person who called and left a rude message calling it an alleged incident. No one followed up to my calls , I couldn't afford to save the tooth and I just had To have it pulled shame on all of you For such poor customer service

I have eaten at a LOT of Chipotles and this one was stingy with the meat portions, giving me maybe 2/3 of the meat that the other Chipotle in town gave me. The staff were ok, but she acted a little irritated when I called her on being cheap with the meat portions and acted irritated when I didn't immediately answer how many limes I wanted squeezed on my burrito bowl since every other Chipotle pours out of a juice bottle. Overall, I would go to the other one, but it's Chipotle, so it was still delicious.

What amazing service! I ordered a pork carnitas bowl and they were out of pork. It would have only taken 5 min for it to be ready, I could have waited but got a different meat instead. When I got to the register they told me that it was on the house. It's service like this that keeps me coming back. Colin was very friendly and professional. Give that man a raise! Don't know the girls names that helped me as well but the friendly smiles were very much appreciated. You rock Chipotle!

Absolutely love this Chipotle! Owning my own business I have to travel a lot and always eat at Chipotle. Needless to say I've been to my fair share and this one is by far the best. All of 2nd shift: Madeline, Kyle, Kaitlynn, Carolyn, Andrew, and Eli are always helpful and attentive with my crazy way of ordering (I'm definitely the frugal type) :) The manager, Collin, always makes it a point to check and see how the food and service is. Customer service and food quality is top notch at this Chipotle!

This place is great! The food is fresh and the workers have a great attitude. They will check on you as you eat and see how everything is and they put care into preparing the food which really makes a difference. The meats are very well seasoned here and there is a variety of salsas. While it appears you can only get a burrito or tacos here there is so many ways to make things such as quesadillas, burrito bowls, salads, and many other options. They do a great job with special requests and are willing to please.

It's hard to understand how a chain restaurant could be so much better than other stores but this one is. I have been to Chipotle's from California to Washington D.C. and this one is by far the best I've ever had!
