Fisherman here for the crab season. Eat here occasionally after a trip when I've had more than enough crab and fish. Food is good, but it's a franchise and should be. Service is below "welcoming" employees seem completely lost sometimes or hiding in the back while one person prepares and checks out the customers. They pack the burritos super full, which isn't a complaint in my book, if they could fold the burritos properly. Prepare yourself with lots of napkins and ask for extra foil, or you'll be wearing most of your food.
Whoever is managing this location definitely needs to be better about training, scheduling and improving customer service. No different than going to a drive through, while the person is having a bad day and shows it.
Side note; if you're huge on cleanliness, and proper food preparation protocol, sorry to say but you'll want to eat somewhere else. Employees do not change gloves between serving, checking out and cleaning. They wipe down all the tables with a damp rag and no soap. Emphasis on wipe, not scrub, not clean just a quick knock all the left over food onto the floor.
Queso is made with 90% salt.
