This location is terrible… they’re always out of something. Guac, cheese, chips or not enough steak in the bin so I get a half portion. This time I get two bags of chips and this is how much is in each bag… didn’t have enough steak for 2 bowls so I had to get a scoop of chicken. AND ITS COLD! Don't do online orders at this store. They give you half a bowl of lettuce with a teaspoon of the toppings you paid for because you aren't there when they're making it so they try and rip you off. I just went through the line a few days ago and the food was great. I did an online order for the family tonight and literally received about 1/3 the portion size with the majority of it being lettuce and almost non-existent protein. I paid $13+ for a steak bowl and that had maybe 5 small pieces of steak.

I usually only have this problem when I order delivery, but it's everytime I order delivery, this is a first on in-store carry out order ... Since when is Chipotle uptight with the rice?? The pic attached is literally half of my bowl spread out across the bottom of the entire container. Half. The day I can't even get a bite of rice with each forkfull, I'm officially done. I'll keep my $23.60 and make it at home. #didthepriceofricegoup??

This is not the first issue I've had with this location. Ordered two of the exact same things for delivery. Upon arrival there was a noticeable difference in heft between the two containers (burrito bowls). When I weighed them, there was a quarter pound difference. Comparing the bowls, the lighter bowl didn't have as much meat, cheese, or rice as the other. Consistency and quality control is not priority at this location.

If zero starts were an option I would choose that. I go in through the line and take it with me to go only to realize when I get home I have bugs in my food and have to take it back. When I go in to show them they were very dismissive and I just waited while they talked in the back then they wanted me to go back through he line instead of refunding me. The manager just gave the vibe that this wasn’t their problem and they don’t care. And they didn’t take out the lettuce knowing it had bugs all in it and wasn’t clean after it was brought to their attention so I havent been able to eat chipotle anymore after bc a very consistent customer.

Went to chipotle tonight to get my husband an I a burrito bowl & the girl with shoulder lengths wavyish blonde hair pulled back with a black chipotle hat, wears black glasses had a button up chipotle shirt had a bad attitude getting smart slamming spoons an stuff because her front line was empty or low on items I wanted for my bowl they were out of fajitas, cheese, carne asada steak an chicken got mad because I have a special diet restriction and wanted extra fajitas instead of rice because I don’t eat rice or gluten if she doesn’t like her job find another one plain and simple but don’t come to work in a bad mood an take it out on customers. Do better cherry grove I’ll stick to Moe’s southwest grill at least they keep their stuff fresh and don’t get rude with their customers.

Worst experience ever. Order food on app to be picked up at 1810. Food was not ready so I waited for 10 minutes, then asked to cancel order. I was told that they couldn't cancel it because it was done through the app. Then was told if you'd said something earlier we could of made the order and bumped you to the front of the line... The walk in line was moving faster than the online orders. One guy told me he was waiting for 25 minutes for his online order. Then when I contacted the app they told me that they couldn't cancel or modify the order.. I will never return to this Chipotle even though it's less then 5 min from my house. I have had nothing but problems here.

People that work there need to learn how to read. I ordered a bowl online with white rice, fajitas, steak, salsa and cheese. I got all that but they decided it would be awesome to put sour cream on there even though I didn’t check the box for sour cream. I hate the taste of sour cream and will absolutely not eat anything with sour cream on it.

4/10/25 I ordered an online order and was placed to be ready at 7:30 PM. I did not receive my order until 8:30 PM. I was told when I walked in that they were "cutting up chicken and it would be ready shortly" but they were serving chicken again at 7:35 PM to people who walked in, they again told me the same exact thing at 8:15 PM. Along with this in our food we found a whole chicken bone in our food. The staff and manager told me that it was BS that I still haven't received my food. I incredibly DO NOT recommend this place. There were 3 more people behind me that had orders supposed to be ready at 7:40 PM and 7:50 PM and they did not receive their food until 8:30 PM.

If you want fresh food or half of the items that you normally get on your burrito or a bowl, don't go here. As soon as I walk in they go we have no fajitas. No black beans no tomatoes then you have all of the food items that are put on second normally out of the warmer and put off to the back and they're just throwing the extra food on the metal counter on the ground. The service was horrible. They had one guy doing everything while three other people were just walking around in circles in the back. The only thing that was good about this is that they had decent music. Chipotle is degrading every day. I swear every time I go in here something else is missing. Oh, and the cheese and lemonades were also just not out. The soda had no carbonation, and all of my chips were undercooked Needless to say this was one of the worst chipotle experience by far.

They were out of sour cream queso and white rice which is fine I understand that but then they HORRIBLY wrapped our burritos to the point where they were falling apart before I even took it out of the foil. Upon going back in to get a second tortilla to reinforce the horribly wrapped burrito, some other girl forced us to pay 50 cents for each new burrito. The 50 cents isn't the end of the world but the principle of screwing up our burritos and then charging us extra for them to fix it is utterly insane. Also took 5 mins to even be served in the first place. Terrible experience and when compared to other chipotles, just complete and utter trash with horrible service. 10/10 would NOT recommend. You will not see my face in there ever again :) they should all be fired. Also WHO TF is the manager?!?! Update: The burrito itself was cold and clearly made with ingredients that had been sitting out for awhile. -1 star review if I could

Do not patronize this location. I highly suspect the restaurant is staffed by complete imbeciles. Unless, of course, you like not get everything you ordered and only receiving exceedingly small portions that are missing requested ingredients. Update: Sheldon, I am not interested in contacting Chipotle customer service and desire nothing for myself. I will not be patronizing your substandard business ever again. I suggest you realign your efforts towards fixing whatever is wrong with this seriously underperforming location. This restaurant has repeatedly disappointed me (and clearly many others based on what I am seeing in these reviews) more than once. I simply will not patronize this business and allow myself to be taken advantage of ever again.

So I got my first bowl at this chipotle. My bill was close to $16 and I questioned the manager about the price. He said there is an extra charge close to five dollars if you get the guacamole ingredient added to your bowl-- I politely said I didn't see this and I'll know better for next time, he quickly let me know that it was right on the (Tiny) sign that I missed. I said well I don't think I can be coming back to this location based on customer service. He said "cool". "cool"?? A one star experience. Won't be back.

This is absolutely unacceptable! I ordered a Pickup order and it looks like my food was thrown in the bowl with little regards to chipotles portion size. I didn't even eat it because it looks like someone ate half of my bowl and i don't want to take any chances. This single chipotle location ruined all other chipotles for me and will not be taking my business to them or their partners. The team here needs a rework asap.

Small portions for what you pay for. Seems to be an ongoing problem with this location. Often find myself still hungry after dropping $10 on a burrito bowl that's halfway filled up. Food quality not great. Is it possible to cut some of the fat and cartridge off the chicken before you cook it. Lately it seems like I'm eating the fatty leftover scraps of chicken.

Extremely poorly managed franchise. How about a chipotle that was out of taco shells, out of cheese, out of lettuce, out of steak, out of chips. Out of cheese? I said give me a dab of that queso on my order then and she said no, that costs extra. I asked her how can you be out of all those things and she said we just haven't had time to prep it. What the hell?

Store #26 Ohio Pike Cincinnati OH There was sweet tea in both the unsweet and sweet containers. I told a crew member who said he would let someone know. A few minutes later I asked if someone would be making some unsweet tea and he went back and told someone. A short, small, dirty blonde girl comes out and says she made the unsweet tea herself and it definitely was not sweet. She refused to even taste it and basically said I don't know what I'm talking about, rolled her eyes, and went back into the back. I asked my husband to go try the unsweet tea to make sure I'm not imagining things and he said it definitely has sugar in it. He said it wasn't as sweet as the sweet tea, but it definitely was not unsweetened. Since the employee was so sure she didn't add any sugar, she must have used a dirty container with sugar left in it. I just can't believe she wouldn't even taste it and just automatically called me a liar. I didn't say anything else though since the employees obviously didn't care. It was not busy at all so that definitely was not a factor. Btw, I have pregnancy induced diabetes and literally cannot have sweet tea. All the other fountain drinks are loaded with sugar so I couldn't have any of them either. I paid for a drink and ended up drinking water.

Will charge full price for 3 point menu while other local locations will charge you the 3 point. Was not replenishing any proteins and just giving out about a bite worth of meat at dinner rush/dinner time. Also completely out of chips but had chip bags behind them that seemed to have chips. We beat the dinner rush and stopped in around 4:15 on a Thursday. Only one person ahead of us and the line moved quickly. It pays off to follow their social media... I picked up a BOGO coupon. I had a bowl and my husband had tacos. We also grabbed a bag of chips and salsa. Everything tastes great besides the chips, they were stale. We did not complain but they were inedibly stale. My bowl tasted great. The restaurant was clean. The staff was nice enough, could use a little bit more pep in their step. Overall, Id go back to this location.

Every time I have been to this location they are out of half their items and don't bother to tell people until you've already waiting in the line and get up to order! Don't waste your time going here, instead drive the extra distance to the Glen Este Withamsville location who is always stocked and friendly!

I now make the extra drive to the one in Highland Heights, KY and they've never been out of anything, so it's not like it's all the chipotles. I actually have to disagree with most of the reviewers - this place gets really busy but I've never had them run out of food, the staff is always pretty polite and generous with their servings, and the wait times aren't terrible for as busy as they get. The parking is a nightmare, and because I'm sure they're slow as hell through the day they do have issues with consistency of quality, but I've experienced that very rarely.

Everything I ordered was out of stock! No crunchy taco shells, no chicken, no CHEESE! Sour cream was like water. Staff was extremely unfriendly and checkout girl very rude. GET A CLUE, CHIPOTLE! At least keep basic items in stock and hire friendly staff!!!

I order chicken tacos from chipotle every time I go. I have always gotten beans and hot salsa on the side since they make the tortillas soggy by the time I get home. Tonight I was told I have to pay to get the Ingredients on the side. I didn't get the beans, which sucked, but had to pay for the salsa on the side. $1.20, absolutely silly. I've been ordering my chipotle this way for literally years. When we got home we put the same exact order in on the app thinking maybe it's a new policy to charge. NOPE, the app does not charge you to get salsa or beans on the side of your tacos. The guy with longer dark hair and thick black glasses was rude about the whole thing. Is it common now for chipotle employees to just make up new policies on the spot? It was very clear there was no manager on duty as I expressed my displeasure with having to pay to get my salsa on the side. We are not trying to scam chipotle out of free food. I literally just didn't want soggy tacos.

Seems like every time I come here they mess up my order. This time I had placed a pick up order and got someone else's so I drove back up there. The lady who I guess was the manager was practically screaming from the time I walked in. Screamed for the cashier for people in front of me. When I got up there and explained the situation she was very rude and was screaming at me and talking to me like I was stupid for the mix up. Very unprofessional and obnoxious, the whole store could hear her talking to me like this. I was literally shaking. Worst experience ever. I'm done going to any chipotle on beechmont. And someone needs to tell that short, small, dirty blond girl to pipe down.

Could not believe how small my burrito was. Didnt pay attention till i was gone but it was no bigger than a sandwich. Definitely not worth $7.50. And the steak was dry and rubbery. I have no idea what has happened to chipotle but all they are managing to do is raise prices again. Sorry chipotle i wont be back. Should have read other reviews becore stopping.

This review is for a person working at this location - "Tim". I ordered for a Loaded Quesadilla and it was my first time. He made sure that I opted for selections that doesn't turn my Quesadilla soggy. Also he put in cheese at the bottom and on the top of all the ingredients to make the dish taste better. I was really impressed with his dedication to give a good meal at the end of the day.

I don't usually order chipotle for dinner in Anderson area. Well I won't again. We ordered 2 bowls- both had little rice or chicken. Both had excessive sour cream. Simply just bad! To add everything was cold. My kids told me this is typical of the Anderson store- they nailed it. I don't recommend this location anyone.

Worst chipotle ever, with rude incompetent employees and management. Went inside, which I've done many times, ordered my bowl with the sour cream and fajitas on the side. I was then charged 1.20 for each one. Mind you I did not get EXTRA toppings on the side. They were on the side instead of in the bowl, which I've been doing for 10+ years and have never been charged. I was told by the manager that they charge because they run out of toppings by the end of the night. Umm??? I explained to him that regardless of whether the toppings are in the bowl or on the side, you'll still run out LOL. He didn't seem to want to fully comprehend what I was saying, so I wasn't going to argue with ridiculous stupidity. If you order online, you don't get charged. Which pretty much proves that they make up stuff as they go along. Pitiful. I did report it to corporate and received a coupon for free food, so whatever I guess. I'll just never go back to that location.

There's literally 3 pieces of chicken on my taco. I'm not sure I want to order online from this place again. Not worth my 8.25. Oh and look at this tortilla that is stale.

I just love this chipotle! The staff are very friendly and don't short you on portions like others do. Stephanie and Holly remember me by name/face and are always very friendly. One time I had a catering order and while other restaurants were unable to fulfill my order on time, this chipotle was willing to do my whole catering order within hours. They are the best and I dislike going to other chipotle restaurants because I'm so spoiled by this one. Thanks guys!

This location has recently been very frustrating with in store ordering. I don't eat there often, maybe two to three times a month but it seems every other time they are not taking in store orders. Everything is strictly online. I understand this is due to insufficient staffing, but it is also extremely frustrating when I find that I have to wait close to 40 minutes to get my food through online ordering. I don't understand why the people that travel to the store for the normal service, that should be provided, are the ones getting the bad end of this. Wouldn't it make more sense to stop online ordering for that night than to shut down the in store ordering? I would see this as less of an inconvenience to the ones placing orders rather than the ones who arrive without a clue of the situation.

I've always love Chipotle and will always continue to eat it. But I have to say, this specific location SUCKS! Their serving sizes are horrible. The Chipotle in the Anderson Town Center is SO SO SO much better! I'd recommend to anyone to not go to this location and travel to the Anderson location!

Taste quality is just not as flavorful as some of the other locations. The meat is usually dried out and the portions they give you are smaller as well. Very stale chips! Always have to ask for extra rice, lettuce or extra veggies. Have stopped going to this one because there are more locations.

The music is too loud. It is very unpleasant music involving terrible timing, beats, bad tempo. My wife called it TRAP music, and I definitely felt like i was trapped. In hell. People are screaming over top of the music, both customers and employees. This is insane.
