If zero starts were an option I would choose that. I go in through the line and take it with me to go only to realize when I get home I have bugs in my food and have to take it back. When I go in to show them they were very dismissive and I just waited while they talked in the back then they wanted me to go back through he line instead of refunding me. The manager just gave the vibe that this wasn’t their problem and they don’t care. And they didn’t take out the lettuce knowing it had bugs all in it and wasn’t clean after it was brought to their attention so I havent been able to eat chipotle anymore after bc a very consistent customer.

This location is terrible… they’re always out of something. Guac, cheese, chips or not enough steak in the bin so I get a half portion. This time I get two bags of chips and this is how much is in each bag… didn’t have enough steak for 2 bowls so I had to get a scoop of chicken. AND ITS COLD! I work in West Chester and go to that location all the time. It’s night and day between the two. Do better Cherry Grove

People that work there need to learn how to read. I ordered a bowl online with white rice, fajitas, steak, salsa and cheese. I got all that but they decided it would be awesome to put sour cream on there even though I didn’t check the box for sour cream. I hate the taste of sour cream and will absolutely not eat anything with sour cream on it.

Ordered through the app, received white rice instead of brown. There was a lot of uncooked hard pieces of rice. I ordered extra cheese, and as we all know you count on two hands how many pieces of cheese was actually on top. I'm disappointed to say the least. It's been awhile, really been wanting chipotle and this was a total let down. Tried to leave a review on the app and all it said was they'd let management know so they can get the portions right next time. Yikes.

I came in to pick up my order, and the first thing I noticed was the mess—tables weren’t clean, chairs were out of place, and there was food on the floor. Public-facing spaces like this should reflect better upkeep. The food might be good, but the presentation of the restaurant matters too.

I've gone to this location twice and there will not be a third. This first time they were missing many ingredients. No napkins were available. Which I needed for my poorly rolled burrito. The most recent time I arrived 3:45 and nobody was in line in front of me. I stood unattended to for at minimum 10 minutes while two employees stood in the back . I was acknowledged and told one minute half way through but walked out unattended

We placed an order for online pick up and upon arriving home we realized neither mine or my boyfriends meals contained steak, barbacoa or cheese. Both of the meals were cold, my boyfriend had a pitiful square that was supposedly a burrito, I had a mountain of rice and sour cream with a few shreds of lettuce. And customer service can’t help you! They offer to make it up so you can order you and your boyfriend’s entrees and they limit the coupon so you can’t even put both the meals in one transaction! Thanks for ruining dinner tonight Chipotle as if it’s not hard enough out here in this world already. (Here’s a photo of the steak burrito bowl I received) People don’t waste your hard earned $$ at this location!

I used my free double protein for beef and steak. I watched her just put steak and not the beef haha. She was too busy looking on the phone of employees who were already off. Joke service… so slow and do not care at all lol. Wasted my app free double meat. 🤌🏻
