"The husband-and-wife team of Paul Kelly and Trina Renualt expertly runs Chive Blossom, a Pawleys Island gem tucked under a canopy of Lowcountry live oaks off the North Causeway. Choose to dine inside the shabby chic beach house restaurant or outdoors in the partially enclosed courtyard and feast on the fried oyster salad tossed with spinach, baby artichokes, hearts of palm, and boiled egg; the charred octopus small plate; or grilled East Coast halibut while sipping on the sparkling sangria." - Ashley Daniels

I absolutely loved our experience here! It exceeded 5 stars. Why? Workers enjoy working there and it shows in all they deliver. In fact we walked out of another place who had yet another bad hostess. I don't understand restaurants who put so much into their establishments and have a below par greeter. Oh I digress. Anyway, just a great staff. We were greeted at the door, were told it was a 15 minute wait, and within 5 minutes the host told us he would arrange setting the table for us. Then a minute later, let me sit these people and I will set your table. And the menu was amazing. I appreciated a smaller menu that rocked it. And then there is the food. Out of the park! Pimento cheese that they made better than anywhere with chips that I think were made from lavash. It was stellar. And then there was my wife's wild caught Salmon prepared perfectly with its lightness. Not dense like we mostly get. And for me it was the seafood sampler. I swear the chef went out back and caught and prepared it. It was better than any local seafood restaurants. Absolutely fresh Grouper, shrimp, scallops, and oysters! So fresh, light, and new oil. Then the grits. This place rocked my world and I will be back again, again, again and again. The chef is my hero, whomever you are! Ps. The drink, cucumber water, bubbly, and gin was amazing 🤩 !

The restaurant has a beautiful setting for a romantic and delicious dinner. Sit outside around the beautiful southern oak trees with moss.

Google
Best meal we've had in South Carolina. She crab soup, jalapeno cucumber cooler, watermelon salad and pound cake. Divine!

Google
5/3/24 Overpriced well platted slop. Nothing more. Service was alright until I had to complain about my dish. Ordered tuna medium rare and it came out extremely rare. I had eaten it to almost completion but couldn’t finish because I’m not usually one to complain. At the prices they charge for this “food” I would say complaining was the least of my worries. The waitress didn’t apologize or anything to correct the mistake. Almost as if she took it to heart. I’m not usually one to make a review but paying almost 80 dollars for an entree and two non-alcoholic drinks I was floored by the lack of empathy for the food I was served. We will not be back. Pic to show how the dish was platted.

Google
Fried oysters are delicious. Crab slaw and watermelon salad were super fresh. Visited here 2 nights, including our final night of our vacation. Karen is a sweetheart!

Morgan Bradham

Google
Love this place! Third time visiting and consistently amazing food and service. The standouts are the fried oysters, shrimp stuffed dates and favorite noodles! We sat at the bar, easy to walk in if you get there early.

Lyle Baer

Google
Great food. But plates cleared way too fast. Practically inviting you to leave. For these prices, the service needs to be perfect. Also asking: "If we are alright" - Interrupting conversations is not considerate of the guests' dining experience is a top priority. The only available reservation was for 5 pm or 8 pm. Good but needs to be better to reach this want-to-be level.

The food and service was amazing! Definitely try the Asian noodles, they have the best peanut sauce and the fried green napoleon tower was excellent. The gentlemen that brought our waters out deserves a shout out. I've never been so entertained just receiving my drinks.

Yelp
I have eaten at Chive Blossom before and really enjoyed my food but not so much last night. I had the fish entree, which was Tile, and the fish was very "mushy". Also, 2 other people that I was dining with said the same exact thing about their tile entree. We did let the server know so she could make the kitchen aware. Other than that, everything was nice. I love the atmosphere. We sat outside. I also had the burrata salad which was delicious. After dinner, we went to a local bar called the Pawleys Island Tavern. I met a complete stranger there and we got to talking and her and her mother had eaten at Chive Blossom the night before. She stated that she really enjoyed her Tuna entree but her mom didn't really care for hers. Without saying a word about my experience she preceded to tell me that her mom had the tile fish and did not care for the texture of the fish. First time I ate Tile fish was at Franks Restaurant and it was delicious so I feel as if something was not fresh about it last night at Chive Blossom. Sincerely Jessica Ward

Yelp
Great spot with terrific food...great tables inside and out...expensive, but worth it! Chefs are amazing and the wait staff is the best in PI!

Yelp
We made reservations online ( Open Table) 10 mins before arriving. Good thing as that helped us get seated promptly. I ordered the Fried green tomatoes Napoleon appetizer and it was good. Not great but good. Pepper jelly was sweet and pimento cheese tasteless? My son and daughter in law both ordered the cornmeal crusted flounder. It was very nice. Definitely four star. I had the bouillabaisse which was loaded with seafood (including lump crab which wasn't listed on the menu). I was lukewarm on the okra though. I like fried okra but boiled okra is a bit slimy. Dessert was a life experience. Peach Cobbler with homemade vanilla ice cream. The cobbler was hot from the oven...the ice cream cold and delicious. It was a dessert that I will measure all others against from this point forward.

Yelp
We decided to have an adult dinner while on vacation in Pawleys Island. Our reservation was for 8:30 even though the restaurant closes at 9pm (which might be when they stop seating). We started the meal with appetizers: shrimp stuffed dates and fried green tomatoes. Both were absolutely delicious. I chose to have the crab nachos for dinner much to our servers displeasure. The nachos were delicious! My daughter ordered the shrimp and scallops. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and the scallops were like butter. My sons each got the the Mediterranean chicken pasta. Odd choice for them but they both enjoyed it. They were originally going to order something different but they were out of the Special Noodle and the other item was only available at lunch (even though it was on the menu)! The restaurant is small but they have opened an additional outdoor eating space. It is extremely loud with the restaurant full. The ambiance is that of a casual dining place while the prices are of a fine dining experience. The food was impeccable. Our waitress seemed deeply annoyed when our group of 8 only ordered 2 cocktails. She was particularly peeved that I ordered an appetizer for a meal (big enough for a shareable appetizer or a meal). I've been at restaurants many times near closing time. Our reservation was for 8:30pm. It was 9pm by the time our food came out. The staff made us feel rushed to get out of their way to clean the place before closing for the night. It's a vacation spot with lots of other restaurants to choose from while on Pawleys. Food was absolutely fantastic but the service was off putting to say the least.

Yelp
What a disappointment. We've been coming here since our kids were babies and this was the worst experience we have ever experienced. The service. The food. The atmosphere. If you wanted to be treated like second class citizen eat here. We can never get a reservation no matter how many times we call. The YELP app claimed they were closed but they claimed they were opened but we drove by and there was nobody there. The food is way overpriced and it's not even good. Our waitress was a grumpy miserable Karen. Our hostess who refused to seat us declared they were booked but the restaurant was not even full but eventually found us a spot in the back corner and we were dressed nicer but obviously were not old enough. We have eaten here multiple times and have always been given the same excuses. This place is one step above J Peters. The cat, Mr. Jenksies, that my wife and children kept playing with while we kept waiting for our food doesn't even think their food good. We waited so long and never even got our food. The food in Charleston is 200 times better. The owner has no clue because the manager thinks they will succeed with the terrible staff but can't even handle a phone call and I hate to tell them they won't be in business in 5 years. The number one business that fails is a restaurant business. Wake up stop letting terrible people work at your establishments. We came here to celebrate my wife's and daughter's birthdays had a terrible meal and the kids couldn't stop reminding me how rude and disrespectful our waitress was and THE 8 and 10 year old were appalled when she told us that she was selling wine to the table next to us and couldn't talk to us after she came to our table and we needed to provide more service that she failed to give us. SAVE your money. The bugs on the wall, fans, and the tables will eat your food real quickly and was offered some napkins to cover the our food because my family does not qualify to eat inside the actual restaurant and have to eat outside. We were never told you need a week long reservation to eat here but were told you would need to eat at the bar but never told us it was not acceptable for our kids to sit with us as we waited for a table. We only received top notch service as we left and that waitress chased us to the car after we never received our food. I asked her for the bill multiple times. We called and the manager, Shay, hung up on us and refused to answer the phone wake we called back. This place is pathetic and the food is nothing to rave about.

Yelp
N Causeway Rd, Pawley's Island SC. This restaurant was selected by our party we accompanied. There is a main building w dining I think but we were seated in the patio outdoor seating. I didn't have any problems w mosquitoes but there was a constant water dripping on table from above canopy. I had two very delicious beers "Cereal for Dinner", highly recommend these. My entree was very breaded fish & side was extremely salty terrible. The check was picked up by my brother-in law for their contribution at the beach. I asked what bill total was for nine people said it was $400. That comes out to about $44 per person. At this price per person versus entree taste it didn't make a great impression. Maybe worth a look for beach visit but not regular stop.

Tiffany P.

Yelp
Very cute quaint restaurant. Loved the vibe and bonus, they had the NCAA games on. :) Best Fried Green Tomatoes ever. You have to get them! Peach cobbler was fabulous as well. Would highly recommend!

Mary H.

Yelp
What a special spot! They have indoor and outdoor dining, each equally romantic. But the stars are the service and the food. The nachos were phenomenal and the drinks floored me. I will be back for this yummy pink punch. Shout out to my bartender who went inside to get the ingredients to make my cocktail. I appreciate her going out of her way for me.

Yelp
We visited Chive Blossom during our family beach trip in July and the overall experience was okay. My wife had to call in to make our reservation phone since we had a party of 8. They placed us on the large table near the bar and was informed that it was their community table, but never told us when we made the reservation. A couple joined us for dinner which was okay but we would have preferred a private table (especially our bill was around $300). The food was good overall with the exception of the Fried Green Tomato Napoleon, which no one liked. When the waitress asked how it tasted, we told her no one liked it and she just said "oh really, that is one of our popular appetizers". It made us think, then why ask us if your not going to do anything about it. I would say if your not into the house-made red pepper jelly, don't order this. On the other hand, their Watermelon Salad was excellent and includes buttermilk blue cheese, candied pecans, english cucumber, red onion, baby arugula, and red pepper jelly vinaigrette. If your vegetarian, their menu is "Very" limited. I ordered a Manhattan and wife ordered the blood orange margarita, which were both great. My dad ordered the fried seafood platter (~$36) which he said was good, but maybe should have been cheaper. Atmosphere- since we sat right next to the tiny bar area, it was so loud. We had to literally yell at each other to communicate anything. Sitting next to some strangers was very odd. The place was also so hot and most everyone was sweating (yuck). Otherwise, perhaps if we sat outside the experience would have been different. We may pass on this place next time we are in town and try somewhere else.

Yelp
GREAT wine list by the glass! Such unique finds that pair well with dishes. Nice little patio bar that felt much more low key than inside to start our night which was nice. She crab soup was incredible...and I honestly hate soup. I wish I had gotten a cup instead of a sip. We had the ahi tuna special to go which was extremely fresh!

Stef P.

Yelp
Our server Henry was fabulous!!!! The food was great and service was wonderful. We'll be back!

Tony M.

Yelp
It was all right, drove from Charleston for lunch and was slightly disappointed. Service was good yet there were several items on the menu that were not available. Was really looking forward to the liver pâté' and they were all out. The okra pancake was deep fried and it was a little greasy.

Kasey G.

Yelp
Very inconsistent restaurant. You'll get one time is good and the next three times it's not. They should have a manager walking around to ask how everything is, but they do not. I went there with my family and everybody's meal was not good. The waitress was beyond rude and ignorant. We have had her before and had the same experience. If we choose to go back, I'm definitely going to ask for a different waitress. I tried to call the restaurant and I even emailed them and no one even bother to answer me back.

Jordan M.

Yelp
Ambiance in the outdoor area is beautiful! Our waiter Bob was amazing. Even tho being understaffed Bob made sure our food was correct and always made time to ask if we needed anything.

Suzanne S.

Yelp
The food. The beverages. Ambience. Friendly and professional staff and great service.

Jean T.

Yelp
Food is great, always. Tyson is an excellent server. Whether you eat inside or outside it's a lovely atmosphere. Don't pass it up.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped by last week for a quick bite. We ordered something small with sweet tea. The table next to us had 3 people at the table and had bottles of wine, appetizers, food and desert. I say all of this is because our waitress paid no attention to us and was quite rude and disrespectful. However, she waited on the table next to us hand and foot. She obviously was being nice for a big tip. What she didn't realize is that my wife and I always tip at least 40% because our son is a waiter and know how much wait staff rely on tips. However we didn't tip that much! The disrespect and obvious irritation that she had to serve us (she sighed and rolled her eyes when we asked for the check) is not right. If I could give this place zero stars I would. However the gentleman who filled our water was exceptional and personable. Fire that waitress and promote him!! Don't go here unless u want to be treated like crap!!!

Pam R.

Yelp
We had such a LOVELY lunch here! It's just a few minutes from the garden. Super cute inside. We sat at the bar - and the bartender (who was fantastic and I apologize for NEVER remembering names) was great with recommendations. I had the crab and avocado salad. It was perfect. Fresh and yummy!!

Laura N.

Yelp
I got the fried seafood sampler platter. The service was great, and it feels good to be here.

Sharon D.

Yelp
My very first visit exceeded my expectations! I met some high school friends I hadn't seen in about a decade or more for dinner. We chose reservations at the outdoor courtyard. We wound up staying for 4 hours and not once felt rushed or like the staff was expecting us to leave. We tipped extremely generous because we took up space so long. We shared desserts, appetizers and everyone had a fish dish. I selected the grouper and it was wonderful with some asparagus and creamy fresh herb sauce. I have shellfish allergies and the chef came to speak to me to tweak my entree. I truly appreciated that level of service. We hung out at the bar for a couple of hours and enjoyed chatting with everyone around us. This is a great local spot and they treated this out of town guest like family! I can't wait to go back!

Victor P.

Yelp
Food and service where 5 star. The reason I gave it 4 stars, because it's loud in side and buggy outside. So pick your poison.

Rebecca B.

Yelp
During my yearly trip to Pawley's Island we always make time for dinner at Chive Blossom. It is - by our - our favorite restaurant in the area for a myriad of reasons. The ambiance is great, the food interesting and well made, and the staff always delightful. Our server this time was the lovely and funny Tyson. I started with a refreshing cucumber lemonade made with San Pellegrino Limonata. The table, as usual, was served warm crusty bread with olive oil. As is tradition, we all ordered the decadent and creamy She Crab soup. Now, I have tried She crab soup from many restaurants in the area, including many at some of the nicest restaurants in Charleston, and Chive Blossom's iteration is still my favorite. For my second drink I ordered a classic cocktail, the Aviation, something that to me if well-made is a testament to the bartender's skill since it can so often be out of balance. This one was perfect in both appearance and taste. Several of us had the soft shelled crab appetizer special and enjoyed it. I followed with the three tail fish special which was well-prepared as usual (I nearly always get the fish special when I go here). Things start to get hazy around here, probably because of the cocktails, but a great time was had by all. If you are staying in the area, Chive Blossom is a must.

Lisa D.

Yelp
Southern comfort. A tad pricey. But food is prepared with love and it delivers. Lots of locals Enjoy

Cameron P.

Yelp
Thoughtful, varied menu prepared with local, fresh, in-season ingredients. The complimentary baguette slices were warm, chewy and absolutely delicious. I appreciated the olive oil provided and used some, although would have preferred some balsamic vinegar with it, so opted for butter. The she crab soup was a creamy soup with an excellent flavor and perfectly soft crab. I actually ordered an appetizer just for myself, which was more than enough food. The crab nachos were exquisite, with artichoke, tomato, greens, melted cheese (Brie?) and complimented with sour cream and a fantastic fresh salsa. I would absolutely return, this was a very nice dinner.

Sonya P.

Yelp
I stopped here for lunch last week and my first impression was that it was a very cozy and quaint place. The service was incredible and our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I had the Crab Nachos and they were absolutely delicious!! Everything tasted very fresh and the flavors were superb! I also had their pound cake and there are no words to describe how scrumptious it was! I will definitely return!

Windsor C.

Yelp
Be extremely cautious booking a reservation here. We reserved over a week prior for a 6 o'clock Wednesday dinner reservation. Arrived on time with no rain left in the forecast as it had stopped hours before. Not only were we not notified by the restaurant that our reservation was cancelled due to their lack of appropriate covered seating, but the response both outside & inside from employees was deplorable. They offered zero customer service despite the fact it was absolutely their mistake - not even a phone call on the day - & they essentially put the blame on us & their OpenTable system. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness. Disappointing as our family are - or shall I say were - frequent customers. Perrone's, Bistro, Franks & Cafe Piccolo remain constant.

Carly M.

Yelp
Chive Blossom Cafe will not disappoint! It's a cute restaurant/cafe with a comfortable, casual vibe and excellent food. They have an intriguing drink list with plenty of variety. I got a Bellini, which was really refreshing, and then a glass of Chardonnay, which was also good. Now to food - you have to get the she crab soup! It's a staple and outstanding. The chicken liver pate was delicious and a huge serving, plenty to share. The crab slaw was also 10/10. It was light yet filling and very fresh. They also didn't skimp on the crab and it was the perfect portion size for lunch. I'd absolutely come back to Chive Blossom Cafe the next time I'm in the area and highly recommend to anyone considering eating here!

Dennis S.

Yelp
My wife and I first dined here for an anniversary dinner several years ago. Magnificent service, delicious food, spectacular ambience. That was our first impression. Tonight, our family of 5 made our return, with our usual high expectations, typically met. We had to leave before the waitress came to our table. We made a reservation several weeks ago. We called ahead to ensure our son, severely allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, could eat here. We're used to this. he's adjusted to it, although he never wants to be the center of attention or cause any trouble for anyone. And he found out, after all of our advanced preparations, when he looked at the menu that he could only choose from a small number of options, the rest of the menu, without being able to accommodate. Things happen. But this was inexcusable. One, we checked ahead and the staff ensured he'd be ok to eat there. And two, for him to realize this was not true while reading the menu, is just not fair or right. The good news? J. Peters is just down the road. Great service, ambience, and delicious food options. And they knew my son could dine there. Sorry Chive Blossom, great food isn't enough.

Suzanne S.

Yelp
Quaint, lovely and charming. Food is very good. Cocktails were great. Staff is friendly and professional.

Gary F.

Yelp
One of the best restaurants I've been to in the recent past. Staff was/is amazing and the food was as good as I have eaten. If it isn't too hot, ask to sit outside...it is a great setup. Know this might seem strange but the fried platter is something you should order. Food was nicely battered and perfectly fried. We had a round of cocktails that were great, wonderful appetizers and a dinner I will go back to have. If you are in the area, you need to stop in!! Also...you ought to try the dates stuffed with shrimp...it is excellent!!

Latonya P.

Yelp
Our COVID rule is outdoor dining only and Chive was perfect for that! They have an expansive patio well adorned with mood lighting and lots of greenery - some of the tables ate cozy lil tables for two tucked in corners here n there so even romantic we could say! Our wait was not bad at all for not having a reservation and they offered us a drink while we waited- woohoo It's a farm to table vibe place! So your served up what's in season snd fresh. Our meals were delish; service was superb and our dessert was the sweet finishing touch needed. I can't remember the name of the cake but their homemade coconut ice cream will blow your mind!!!!!! We vacay here often and will be adding this to our rotation of visits

Swaz F.

Yelp
The added outdoor seating area is one of my favorite here. The service we received from our waitress was worth tipping extra. Our drinks were well made and all of our dinner for party of four were delicious. We would definitely return here again. This place is well worth a visit while in Pawleys Island.

Mackenzie C.

Yelp
Came for an early dinner with my boyfriend with intentions of seriously indulging. We both ordered cocktails which were delicious. Our server Rachael was very friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. The restaurant uses locally sourced food and even has their own garden. We shared the crab nachos which were perfect. I ordered the filet, with the mushroom truffle butter which made the whole dish. He ordered the shrimp & scallops over grits and it was all delicious. To top it off we both ordered desserts, the banana pudding crem brûlée was as good as it sounds. Overall thoroughly enjoyed every part of this dinner.

Judy S.

Yelp
Food is outstanding, service is good, ambience is still lacking no matter how much it gets fancied up .9

Eileen S.

Yelp
Drinks, food, outdoor area, service, everything.... AMAZING! If only I loved in Pawley's Island! Next year for vacation I will 100% be back. Only got a picture of the dessert because I was enjoying myself too much. Also the dessert was the best thing I've eaten in my life I think.

Cindy W.

Yelp
Great experience. Will patronize frequently. I use this as my goto meetup place with friends and fam.

Victoria R.

Yelp
My husband and I went they for our 37th anniversary. We arrived 10 minutes early and was not able to be seated, so we were told to wait outside until 5, that was fine until we saw a white couple arrived 4 minutes earlier and they were seated, you would think they would have said to us come in now. No. So my husband went to let the waitress who came outside to go to the outside bar, it our anniversary, but she told him to wait and even rolled her eyes. He realized no talking to her and we just left. I guess black folks can work in the kitchen, but we aren't going to serve you there. we did have a wonderful anniversary at Bovine in Murrells Inlet. Please my black peoples, don't work there or eat there. WE MATTER. St

cath g.

Yelp
I love the food and the atmosphere is decent here but the wait staff always seems a little uptight. Just not sure why maybe they are focused on tips and quick turnover but we dont love the vibe.

Diane W.

Yelp
We had lunch on Saturday at Clive Blossom and it was one of the best meals I've ever had!! We started with the fried green tomatoes and they were DELICIOUS!! Over the top yummy! We had the Mediterranean salmon & the udon noodles for lunch. Both were scrumptious however the Mediterranean salad was PHENOMENAL!! Our service was great and we LOVED the kind, fun & thoughtful guy that served us our water & cleared our plates. He's such a wonderful soul. Such a great experience. Can't wait to go back.

Tania M.

Yelp
WOW!!!! First time ordering from Chive Blossom and it definitely will not be the last time. We read great reviews and the menu looked awesome, but we weren't sure how good the food would be for takeout. We ordered the shrimp stuffed medjool dates as a starter, and the shrimp & scallops and the mediterranean salmon for our entrees. Wow! The shrimp stuffed dates were amazing - a perfect combination of sweet of savory. The scallops in the shrimp and scallops were cooked perfectly. The mediterranean salmon was seasoned just right. Such an enjoyable, delicious meal! We look forward to coming back to the area just so we can dine at chive blossom cafe. We did take out this time and everything was perfect, so we can just imagine how good the meal would be dining in the restaurant.

Jane R.

Yelp
simply perfect. Wait staff was pleasant and entertaining. Had salad with fried oysters, cooked to perfection and freshest of greens. My friend had the crab salad that had nice chunks of crab all over the greens. Flavors are wonderful! In my opinion one of the best from here to Florida! Looking for great luncheon it's a must go. It 's the place where ladies lunch!

Gregory P.

Yelp
It was our first time at Chive. The restaurant is very charming, nicely decorated, friendly staff and very good food. We only had the she crab soup & salads which were delicious. However the menu annoyed me. There are no prices on the menu for any of the entrees". Every item said "MKT". Now, I can understand lobster & crab items having MKT pricing , but a salmon dish MKTprice?? Seriously? I feel dining out should be an experience. You shouldn't have to ask your server the price of 'every' entree on the menu, that unfortunately ruins the experience (for me anyway). I've working in very high end restaurants and never seen this. I asked why everything was "MKT" price and was told prices flux so much they can't print them on the menu. Then do what other fresh seafood restaurant do- get a chalkboard to list your daily pricing! Then you don't force your guests into uncomfortably asking how much every single entree is on the menu. Yes I've heard of "if you have to ask you can't afford it" .,,I can afford it and still like to know if an entree will cost me $25 or $50 without having to ask. For that reason only I rated 3stars. Everything else was very good and def worth a visit.

L. E.

Yelp
Service was mediocre. Waitress was pleasant enough but not happy to be working or serving food. Menu is extensive but not at all for vegetarians. There was one thing I could eat: a salad.

Charon R.

Yelp
We were sooooo happy to get in to eat here this time, as last time as weren't able as it was around Valentine's Day and we didn't think to book ahead. Shame on us. It was worth the wait. Fabulous cocktails to start and finished up with a wonderful slice of cheesecake. In between those we just wanted to try so many yummy sounding things and so we did. We treated it as tapas sort of and shared soup, and app, and several entrees. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Sure wish you guys had a spot near us at home! We will be straight back to you on our next visit later this year! Thanks for doing everything exactly right!

Margy F.

Yelp
Great place for inch or dinner. Have been coming here for years and everything is wonderful! The cioppino has been getting rave reviews from our family.

Cindy P.

Yelp
This is the second time I have called at 5:00PM for a takeout order and was told they did not take to go orders. I wonder if the owners know this, and if they do, thanks for the customer no service!

Justin M.

Yelp
Very dissatisfied. Was recommended. Service was poor. Food did not live up to expectations. And service was mediocre at best. Went to rustic table night before and 100% better

Stephanie G.

Yelp
Wow. We had an incredible dining experience here. From the food to the service. We had the blackened grouper with the potato salad with crab and asparagus that was outstanding. The flavors of everything complimented the grouper to perfection, and it's not your typical blackened fish. It was cooked to perfection. I had the shrimp and scallop with grits that was as good as every picture you pull up. I'm not a grits girl, but this isn't your typical grits. Tuna steak was fantastic as well. Make a reservation ahead of time and prepare yourself for a treat!

Scott H.

Yelp
We had a nice experience here tonight. Nice dirty martini, nice fresh bread with oil. Delicious she crab soup. Delicious chop salad that I split with my mom as an app and we each had plenty. I liked my Asian salmon dish, and it was a great portion for $27, but my moms crab cake was the winner. Loved the deep fried panko crust and somewhat gooeyer filling texture than most crab cakes you get. It melted in your mouth.

Yelp
The ambiance is worth it alone, but the service and food were also amazing! Adorable indoor/outdoor space with tons of plants and string lights. We walked in without a reservation at 5:30 and they were very accommodating and able to seat us. Got the she crab soup (YUM), fried green tomatoes, fish of the day and pennini pasta.
