Wow, the server was so nice and knowledge about all the cheese. She put together a beautiful cheese plate. Never been to a cheese bar and ended up there by accident, what a wonderful fortune. Loves all the cheese!! Also origami paper that you can fold if you want

Had an amazing experience here! As a cheese lover but by no means an expert, Sam, our Cheese Monger (yes it's a thing) was very attentive, asking the right questions and making us an amazing cheese board. We opted for the "little bit of everything" selection and let her choose with the only restriction being no raw cheese. Added the duck breast and baguette as an extra. Everything was perfect and the boards were completely clean after we were done! Even ordered to go for a picnic on our road trip to the Oregon coast! If you love cheese, this is a must do!

This was such a fun experience. We stopped in for an afternoon snack and tried 4 different cheese, all delicious. We also enjoyed a great glass of Oregon Pinos Gris. The staff are very knowledge.

This place is so cool! It's similar to a sushi bar, but for cheese. The selection they have is quite impressive, as is the selection of pairings in the form of nuts, breads, honey, preserves, wines, ciders, beers, and more. The servers are quite friendly, and willing to work with your specific tastes to create a unique plate that will dazzle your tastebuds. This place is great to come to with a group, as you can get more cheese options, and can compare with others what your favourite combinations are. Although the idea of eating nothing but cheese may detract some, the plates are actually quite filling, and the cheeses vary in tastes. This is a fun place in Portland, I'd definitely check it out again.

Great way to sample different cheeses. Very knowledgeable staff that made great selections when we let her choose our cheeses. The duck breast and pate were delicious as well.

If you like cheese this is definitely the place to go. They offer a wide variety of unique and uncommon cheeses and a decent selection of beers and wines. Staff is helpful in assisting you with picking out a variety of new things to try. A great place to go to get a light meal on a date or with a couple of friends

Found this place by chance when walking by on the street and couldn't haven been happier with the experience. The proprietors were incredibly knowledgeable and selected amazing cheeses for our "omakase" style plate, asking us what types of cheeses and styles we liked. Presentation was impeccable, wine was delicious, and this became the most memorable part of my trip to Portland.

If you're a cheese lover, you should go here! Such a NEAT concept-- they serve cheese as if they were a sushi joint. You can get cheese Omakase style! I don't eat much cheese myself , but it's a great place to take a friend who loves cheese. I've walked by this place a few times before, it's right next door to the Whiskey library. Tips: They have NO ice here-- that probably doesn't matters to you, but it does to me. I'd recommend the duck platter. If you're a cheese connoisseur-- you can select your own. You can ask questions. They're very knowledgeable about cheese. If you want them to choose for you just tell them how much you want to spend and then they'll choose the cheese for you. For two people-- I'd say around $30 is a good amount if you're eating just the cheese and crostinis. If you're ordering other stuff and having drinks, I'd order $20 worth of cheese.
