If you are part of the community I am sure it a sweet spot, but for me was not a good experience first time visited on a cold day.Being weekend the place was packed in the front. When asked if they have more space she Gerry agreed and stated more tables at the back. While it is technically true the area is not heated and was fridges cold with no one sitting there! She also had no interest in giving suggestions or explain what is what in truth she just looked with empty eyes.When one table opened up it was dirty and the lady who got up apologized but stated it was already dirty. No one from the staff bothered to wipe it of either.The sweets we tried were good but not worth the experience.

Best desserts!!! Very creative. Consistent. Staff is very nice and patient. I had the Dubai chocolate strawberries and the Dubai chocolate crepe, phenomenal. My friends had kunafa, and that was insane. I also tried the affogato, delicious 10/10. Espresso was sooo good. Worth my trip from Staten island every time!

Great time at the Chocolate Factory. It is a visually appealing restaurant specializing in sweets. The lighting, the ornamentation, and design make it a very pleasant experience. In addition to how nice it looked, the service was great and friendly. They were playing a couple different genres of music and overall was quite pleasant. The Ockey Way Special Kunafa with hot milk was delicious.

The kunafa three way with ice cream sandwich is really good! But the dubai chocolate crepe was just not it. I couldn't help but taste a burnt flavor. Wouldn't recommend. But I would come again just for the kunafah. So goooood!

I always enjoy my time at Chocolate Factory! The staffs are always welcoming and the desserts are always yummy! My favorite one would be dubai chocolate crepe!

I been to this place 3 times and this is the best desert spot I got the. Ocky way kunafa with signature mouth and it was amazing and then u got the moose special with the ferry shake my 2nd time and loved it and my 3rd time I came I got the icky way stick with kinder crepe and lotous shake and this was so good definitely coming back

Chocolate Factory is WORTH the hype. Owned by TikTok stars Moose and Ocky Way, it’s everything you’d hope for and more. The inside is stylish and appealing to the eyes, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a unique desert experience. The staff adds a wonderful personal touch. The hijabi girl at the counter was incredibly sweet and helped me navigate the menu when I was a little lost. I decided to try the Ocky Way Special Kunafa, and let me tell you – it lived up to every bit of the hype. The flavors were on point, rich and absolutely delicious. Although it’s a little on the pricey side, the quality makes it worth it, and it’s a treat I’d come back for in a heartbeat. I also ordered the Moose Special Crepe. While it was tasty and well-made, it was more like a classic crepe compared to the standout kunafa. Still enjoyable but not as unique as I had hoped. The place is often busy, and there’s usually a crowd, but everything moves efficiently, and I even had the chance to meet Moose. He was so kind and respectful, taking time to chat, which made the experience even more memorable. All in all, Chocolate Factory is a 10/10 experience, especially if you’re here for the kunafa – absolutely worth every bit of the hype!

My sister and I had gone to Alpine to see a movie and had heard that this spot was nearby. My sister had always wanted to try the Dubai chocolate so she bought one for $20 and I bought the strawberries with chocolate and pistachio for $16. I really enjoyed my dessert and got my money's worth. It is so much better to get it here than in Bryant Park because I think it's $25 over there. The spot here has a couple of tables but for the long line that forms, I would think that it would be more spacious.

I was super excited when chocolate factory first opened. I am ashamed to admit my shamelessly ever so growing sweet tooth has led me to a midnight craving one too many times. Having a dessert spot in the neighborhood that is open late night and is serving flavors of our culture is nothing short of a dream come true. Not so great for my weight loss goals, though haha. Thank you, Moose. I came in here, and the place was absolutely buzzing, with groups of people enjoying their late night desserts- a testament to how much we needed this spot to just open and thrive and exist. I don't personally like cream Kenafa so I haven't really tried anything off their menu yet, but the Dubai chocolate crêpe is really calling out my name, and I am just going to bite the bullet and try it one of these days. I did go in to sample their Dubai chocolate. As a chocoholic, I am on a low-key search for the best Dubai chocolate bar in the city. This bar did not disappoint. The filling to chocolate ratio was perfect. However, I do feel that there is an over balance of crispy kanafa in the filling. I think it could use more pistachio cream and be a little on the runnier side. Can't wait to come back and try that crêpe. Until I am able to make that trip back, do stop in and enjoy a sweet treat in this cute little dessert shop. It's also Palestinian owned so you know you are supporting the right people and the right cause while satisfying that sweet tooth craving. What more could a customer ask for?

On a Friday night it is SO busy and there will definitely be a line but it is worth it! The chocolate is so good and their pistachio crème or something is chef kiss! The vibes are chill and loud since it's busy! I can't wait to come back and try their other items. The crepes looked SO good!

Great dessert spot! Came here on a Thursday night with some friends around 10pm and despite the time there was a line going out the door. I got the Lukumate which was an assortment of ball shaped donuts with various toppings. Was so good and great for sharing. Would definitely recommend checking out!

Adding a star just because the chocolate is good. Craves for something sweet and decided to get chocolate crepes from the chocolate factory... First of all, this is expensive for a single crepes with 2 toppings $11-13. I ordered two portions of the same thing and they didn't put any whipped cream for any of the order. So I paid $2 for nothing... I don't know what service people talk about when the cashier was staring at me all the time and I felt not welcomed here. I would not recommend this place and would suggest to make everything they offer at home for better quality and price.

One crepe is enough for two people. It's pretty sweet, but if you have a sweet tooth, you can easily finish it yourself.

I would always get the chocolates and pistachio crêpes. Very tasty! If you wanna try something different there's a bunch of different options that are worth a try. No idea what happened like I never went there, but got my orders delivered, but the delivery is always good and it was a little extra candy treats. Felt like a kid lol. Would recommend trying some treats the Ocky Way.

This is the Willy wonka of bay ridge !! All you chocolate dreams come true !! Get the Biscoff chocolate Dubai bar you won't be disappointed. Just let it sit out for 30 minutes before eating it.

We visited last night and were blown away by the crowds, but it's no wonder given the incredible menu! We indulged in the Ocky Way Kunafa and the special luckmades, which offered a delightful sampling of everything. My husband also tried the Caramel Iced Latte, which was decent. While the Kunafa was delicious, I was surprised to find cream instead of the expected cheese pull. Nevertheless, it had a lovely crunch and a sweetness that could have been amplified. The atmosphere was stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly. This place is perfect for treating your loved ones to a sweet delight!

I tried their pistachio shake $10, it was soooo sweet . So when I ordered I wanted the classic kunafa $10, cashiers both suggested me to get the ocky way kunafa that was $15, when I read the description I knew I didn't want it cause it's just way too much toppings that's all too sweet for me. But the cashiers were pushing it like highly recommended, and they were like light topping will not be too sweet. I got the ocky way Kunafa. It wasn't too sweet but to go with my pistachio shake oh my it was just wayyy too sweet for my taste bud. Now some might think it's just me but I had my 5 year old child with me and she said the shake was too sweet. For the size of the pistachio shake and the ocky way kunafa it's over priced It's all hyped cause of instagram and everyone is there to check out what's the hype and why is everyone in and out. Their presentation is good it's all for IG. Taste was average. The place is busy they need to keep up with wiping down the tables and chairs, it was kinda dirty and messy when we were there. Worth a try but not sure if I will return and their cashiers pushy suggestions was kinda annoying I mean I know how to read and I can read the descriptions what's on the kunafa.

OH MY GOODNESS! If you want to get chocolate wasted well u can here!! The cakes drizziled in chocolate, their signature dessert with kenufa and icecream sandwich on top.! Warm and cold combo. Can't wait to try more varieties

I went here three times and it definitely worth the money and the hype. My go to order is crepe cake, the left one is moose special and the right one is lotus. The crepe really soft and you can taste the smell of milk mixing well with the chocolate! I also tried waffle but they aren't my favorite, it to soft for my liking, but overall it good 8/10. We also get the dubai chocolate size small for $8 and definitely try it! It worth the hype. We order to go every time cause the store is busy especially at night (recommended to go around noon - less busy) would coming back again to try kunafa

This place is super clean and the vibe is so fun. The knafa is delicious. It's cream not with cheese but it's ok. Toppings are yum. There's ice cream too

I found this spot on my IG feed and had to come. Love Ocky's YouTube video and was ecstatic to hear of a dessert spot! Came inside to get one thing the Kanafa Ockys way (minus scoop of ice cream). It was delicious! Super crunchy flakes, just the right amount of sweetness, and a creamy/cheesy center! 5/5! If you're in New York check them out!!

It was a great experience to be there and being treated nicely from stuff. They recommended me the famous ones. The place is a little small but nice maybe? Food was really yummy, and I was full by the half of it.

If you have a sweet tooth...this is definitely somewhere you need to go! The service was great! It's a welcoming space with the decorative lighting and there's seating in the back ( it's not fully completed but I know when it is , it will look just as nice as the entry. As a big chocolate lover , the lava cake was my pick and if I must add .....the ocky way is the way!! It was sooooooo delicious , it was rich and smooth. It's served with 2 scoops of ice cream because what's a lava cake without ice cream. Overall ....one of the best I've had and I will definitely be back to try more !

Definitely a good spot to go on a hot summer night when you're craving something sweet and unique. My partner and I tried this place after seeing it mentioned on the news. The lotus cup is quite decadent, it's sweet and very rich, but very good. The ocky way special was great! It's somehow savory and sweet, crunchy and soft, cheesy and with ice cream. Very unique and good, I want to try the chocolate one next. Service was great and there are a few tables outside and inside but it's tight.

Bustling lively spot with outdoor seating in the back and boutique feel indoor seating. The ocky way kunafa was filled with cream as opposed to the usual cheese and honestly loved that. It was a lot smaller than I had expected but made it the perfect portion for just one person (lol). The to go container kind of cheapened the presentation but with how busy these guys I can kinda understand why they don't plate anything. The kunafa was awesome and with the lotus biscoff, pistachio, and chocolate Oreo combination made every bite a delight with the different flavor profiles. For the price, I really don't think the shake was worth it (10+ dollars). The s'mores shake was topped with a ton of halal marshmallows but the shake itself for some bizarre reason had an almost strawberry taste. Maybe the ice cream scoop wasn't cleaned properly? Or the blender? Not quite sure. Could taste graham cracker though. I totally intend to return whenever I'm in the area again. There's so many different things to try and something to surely please everyone.

I got the regular crepe with Nutella and strawberries which was good. Nothing special but it was good enough. My friend ordered the ocky way kunafa and something about it tasted off. It wasn't what usually knafeh tasted like and was underwhelming. The tables were dirty, chairs stained, and flies kept buzzing around the dining area in the back too.

Delicious!!! I got lucky that this business delivers to my house. I had a sweet craving and boy am I happy I ordered from here. On the pricier side but worth eveypennt!

Food was good. I ordered the s'mores crepe and a bubble tea. The s'mores crepe I would rate 7/10 because it tasted good but nothing special. The bubble tea I would rate a 6/10 because it tastes the same as a Vivi or KungFu bubble tea. Again nothing special. The service and vibes were good. I was hoping for a little more based on the hype around the spot. Next time I'll order the kunafa

And their cafe is adorable. but it's usually packed with people whenever I'm there. which I guess is not a bad thing lol.

It was the best factory I went to I go there evrey Sunday and once I didn't have money but I still went and they gave me 3 free crapes I highly recommended this

Decided to take the family last night to try this spot since I had seen a lot of foot traffic coming in and out. It was very busy which supported my thoughts that it might be worth the wait. The kids all wanted to milkshakes and at $10 each I was expecting to get my monies worth. As I waited for my order I witnessed someone being trained on how to make milkshakes. Of course the customer becomes the guinea pig rather than ensuring this person knew how to make the product before the customer receives and pays that inflated price. As we walked away my kids were complaining that their shakes had too much milk. I thought they were crazy and tried them and they were spot on. Very frustrated after paying those prices and will stick to Carvel moving forward....

The atmosphere is very nice--the place is clean, bright, and has good seating. Another plus was the friendly service. I split a strawberry banana crepe, the total with tax was around $11. I would say the size was good for the two of us and sharing it the price wasn't too bad. I also thought it tasted great. I think its a great sit down spot to just chit chat and eat some good sweets!

Staff are super polite and kind. The place has a welcoming atmosphere with outdoor seating. And let's not even forget the sweets! Very sweet and delightful, definitely a worthwhile cheat dessert! No small amounts of food. So much abundance.

It was ok. Service and staff are polite and on point. The food items wasn't anything out of this world that hasn't been in nyc before. I think there should be more menu items and done outrageously because it's ocky doing it.

let me just start if that this place is sooooooo good. first of all the desserts were AMAZING and delicious, there were so many options and everything looked good. The cafe itself was very very clean and had a really good atmosphere and vibe. The service was amazing as well , the cashier was helping us out and giving us all her recommendations and tips. We ordered 5 different things and waited like 10 mins max - which was insane because you could tell the food was obviously fresh and not preheated. Overall this cafe was an amazing place to visit I 100% recommend this place and have already told so many people to go and they have the same experience. GO HERE
