I spent an Exquisite moment out of time at Choko Ona! that place is one of very few where Cuisine is truly an Art! and Managed at molecular level or close.
A amazing modern gastronomic restaurant experience with an open kitchen where you can send a sneaky look to see Chef Clement doing his magic!
What impressed me the most is how open and friendly was that experience, from the open kitchen, to the discussions with the staff on how the dishes are made ... you feels like sharing the secret of the recipe.
The place is a nice typical house in such an iconic basque village, but here the impression come from the plates - and generous ones considering the level of perfection of what is serve to you!
Wines and all beverages are just perfect match and surprisingly inexpensive.
