This place is awesome. This healthy food restaurant features very fresh and delicious salads, bowls, wraps and more. It is wonderful to have healthy, fast, fresh and very tasty food on the go. The location is very conveniently located near Total Wine. They take pride in fresh, healthy ingredients and you can customize your meal with many choices. I made my own salad and my wife ordered " Santa Fe" from the menu. Their portions are really big and variety of options. The salad was fresh and it was so good that ,l will definitely be back again to try a different salad . Overall: Yummy food, very clean restaurant and welcoming atmosphere, and quick and friendly service. Love this place!!! Highly recommended!!!

I’ve been here twice now and the salads and quesadillas have been on point! The staff and customer service are exceptional too.

I came in here because I had a Groupon and I wanted something healthy in the area. I guess I ordered the wrong thing. I ordered a new item on the menu corn wrap and a chop salad. The corn wrap hardly had any veggies and a ton of sauce and cheese. The flavor was sour and warm. Did not feel healthy. They also had Pepsi products and unhealthy chip brands for sale.... The fact that you can't see them prepping the food and what they do in the back versus a open kitchen Chipotle Style felt strange

I went in with high hopes for this dining spot, especially after seeing the diverse menu options. To my delight, the variety did not disappoint. However, the experience took a turn with my choice of the Cobb salad. It was overwhelmed by guacamole and lacked moisture and flavor, even after I asked for extra dressing. Despite the busy line, service was efficient. The clerk managed the queue smoothly, handling each customer with professionalism and respect, while the kitchen staff kept up, ensuring orders were ready quickly. Parking is free, though availability can depend on the crowd at neighboring establishments, sometimes necessitating a short walk from the Total Wine lot. Pricing is reasonable, with indoor seating available, though most patrons seemed to prefer taking their meals to go.

Very tasty and many healthy options with their custom bowl creations. We stumbled in when the breakfast place next door had a long wait, and I'm more than happy to have found this delicious quick protein bowl creation shop. Delicious creamy chipotle dressing too!

I didn’t know Chop Stop was here in LV. I’ve been to some in California, and the way you can customize a salad is unparalleled. I had a Buffalo chicken wrap, and also a salmon salad bowl. Both were excellent, and we’ll be back for sure.

Just tried the best wrap ever! My co parent is super pick about his food and I had to remind him we were sharing! Best start to road trip thankyou

Omg! We had such a pleasant experience. Ordered two chops. Dined in. And before we left ordered two more! Great atmosphere. Great customer service. Clean tasty healthy, definitely felt good about this indulgence. Portions were fair, certainly worth the price. We will be back. Thank you so much Breahney!!

We were in from out of town and it was the menu and all of the great toppings for the bowls is what brought us to the restaurant. But, the employee (maybe, Manager?), Gia made the overall experience great. I rarely feel compelled to write a review for anything - especially for a quick serve restaurant. However, Gia's warmth, attention to detail and pride for this business was worthy of taking the time to write. Gia is warm, welcoming, very knowledgeable about their menu items, and patient with slow to decide newcomers. All of that deserves so much praise and recognition. However, that alone is not what brought me to write this review... It was watching her in her downtime. I saw chips, beverages, etc. getting re-stocked - and in a very orderly fashion. Then, she moved on to wiping down surfaces - going so far as to cleaning fingerprinty glass of the front door and windows. She was doing this while continuing to carry herself in a pleasant, approachable manner. We all know how some employees approach the tasks they just see as a chore and don't see as vital to the business! Typically, we see apathy - not Gia! As I noted, I do not know if Gia is Management or, even, affiliated with ownership. But, she is a vital part of that business. If Gia is not management or affiliated with the franchise(?), I do need to compliment management for having high standards for training and hiring good people. Next time I am in town, when I need lunch in the suburbs, of all the choices out there, I will come back to Chop Shop to support a well run business. Congrats!

I am pretty surprised to say that when it comes to customer service and hospitality out here in Las Vegas, for the most part, I've been very pleased with the outcome. The Mrs. Decided that she wanted a salad for lunch, so we visited this establishment Chop Stop. Upon entering we were greeted by a fantastic employee Alex who walked us through all the items on the menu. I decided with a steak burrito and a salted pretzel. The Mrs opted for a build your own Chop with spinach and romaine lettuce, garlic steak, feta and parmesan cheese, avocado, red onions, sunflower seeds, almonds, corn and a dill goddess dressing. Thr drinks were a water based lemonade and water. The lemonade was ok but was most likely the low point of the entire meal. The garlic steak chopanini was pretty good. It was big enough for sharing for at least 2.5 people. The flavor profile didnt just lay in one area of the chopanini but throughout. I enhanced the taste with a side of sesame teriyaki sauce which was the chefs kiss. The Build your own chop as stated by by tye Mrs. Was good and filling. The low point of the salad was the small portion of steak that was on the salad and the ration of spinach/romaine lettuce to other toppings that was ordered. Seating outside was ok, but it could have been better with dual umbrellas to combat the bright beautiful sun that was beaming on us. Bottom line would we return, yes. If anything to try other options, but as for my chopanini, I was satisfied.

I love Chop Stop! This place has one of the most diverse, super delicious, amazingly flavorful, pretty appealing, and extraordinary salad! Inside is a laid back and casual vibe with good music. Seating accommodates around 14 people. They were playing the song "Rolling on a River" by Tina Turner, song has a really nice beat! I ordered Steak Rito bowl ($11.39) and substitute steak with tuna salad, it's satisfying and remarkably delicious! The salad is a warm bowl that's beautifully layered with warm cilantro rice, black beans, warm corn, juicy tomatoes, crunchy green bell peppers and pickled red onions, topped with light chunky tuna salad, crispy fried onions, and fresh crisp lettuce, served with a mild spicy and creamy chipotle dressing, YUM! Every ingredient in this salad bowl is so lovely! It has a perfect balance of protein, carbohydrates, veggies, and all of it is nutritious. They offer a nice selection of snacks, sweets, and beverages such as fountain drinks, canned, bottle, and lemonade. I chose unsweetened brewed tea and requested a cup for iced tea, very refreshing! Service from Kay and Zach is outstanding and exceptional! Kay has fantastic attention-to-detail, she made sure the order is entered correctly and is so nice and helpful! I also appreciate Zach for kindly asking if I wanted the tuna salad topping to be warmed, I let him know I'll have it as is, and he did an incredible job making the salad look vibrant, colorful, yummy, and so pretty, I appreciate it so much, thank you! On the way out, a wonderful lady name Piper had ordered a salmon chopped salad and she even showed me, it looks amazing! Piper also mentioned to add cranberries which sounds delightful! I'm definitely ordering that on my next visit!

I ordered a salad online for pickup during a work day. The service was quick and friendly, and the store was clean. When I was able to eat my salad I was surprised at the small amount of food there was in my bowl. I ordered beets because I love them and they tasted like carrots. I was left a bit confused.

Overall really enjoyed my salad from Chop Stop! I ordered the Greek and added salmon. The salad was a decent size; plenty of topping; was nice and cold. I will say I did have 10% wilted lettuce which I was not a fan of but I was able to pick around that. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and helpful! She also had our salads done very quickly which was impressive.

Very good salads and they are fresh and you can customize them anyway you'd like. The Asian salad has the most delicious dressing and I've been told it's made in house. It's creamy and tangy and also a little sweet. Edamame is such a great protein and I'm happy they carry it. I need to try some of their other salads since they have so many but it's going to be difficult to get away from the Asian one.

I ordered a Caesar salad so good. It was so fresh and fulfilling. The proportion was perfect! Not too much or too little. The avocado was prefect. The chicken didn't have a weird taste nor texture. The sauce was not watery it was more on the thick side. I will definitely be going back to try the other salads .

Still my go to place for salads when I'm at work. I normally order from their selection of salads but this time I changed it up and customized it. My issue was that I HATE onions and I could clearly taste the cross contamination from onions. Either they got some in my bowl or someone used the same chopping surface/container.

This place is as good as it gets for quick, healthy food. They have TONS of options. I got a build your own salad bowl and also tried one of their popular hot bowls. Both were so fresh and delicious. The few people working were so helpful and there are plenty of tables to sit it both inside and outside.

The customer service and vibes here are just so appreciated, I had to come and reiterate that this is a great location. I haven't been to any other locations simply because I only come here while I'm working. The food is always fresh and they even toss your salad for you so you don't struggle trying to mix it while getting all of the dressing all over and having your salad fall out all over the place. The ladies here are phenomenal and I appreciate their service everytime. Great job ladies

The food was really tasty here. Ordered one of the chopaninis and salads. The chopanini does have a 5 minute wait time since they warm it up for you. The BBQ chopanini was very savory and the chipotle one had some serious kick to it. I also got the watermelon lime refresca and that tasted really good. Didn't taste like you're slurping up wad amounts of sugar.

Finally came back here after a few months and the place was supper clean and the service was good. Every time I come here I always get the same thing the Santa Fe chop with creamy chipotle dressing. I will be back next time I am in the area looking for a healthy lunch.

Wow! More than a salad is right! Stopped in for late lunch with my son and we both got make your own salads. With chips and a drink. They were a little pricy, almost $40 including tip but they are huge! They came out in recycled bowls (plastic tops and spoons). Fresh and delicious and quick! So much to choose from and more than just salads they do their version of burritos and paninis. Also highly recommend the pineapple cream soda. I work close by so this will be my new lunch spot when I don't pack a lunch, also only saw two other customers while we were tbere (2.30 on a Wednesday). Great staff who explained the board and choices too.

We stopped in to get away from the strip for a while. This location is less than 10 minutes from the strip. It's located in a strip mall near many other restaurants and shops, parking is plenty. The workers are super friendly and helpful, especially if you have not been to their location before. They have a wide menu of panini like items, bowls, and salads. You can make your own or order from their preselected menu. We tried the build your own bowl and Mediterranean salad with lemon vinaigrette, both were huge portions and very delicious. We also tried the pretzel stick super fresh and delicious, it paired so well with the salad. I'm so glad we stopped in and highly recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a quick service healthy option close to the strip but away from the crowds!

We stopped at this cute little salad place for lunch while visiting Vegas last month. I chose the Santa Fe Chop, while my husband opted for the Salami Club Chopanini. The staff we interacted with were super friendly, the shop was clean and inviting, and our meals were fresh and delicious! A lovely respite from all the rich food on the strip. We will definitely eat here again the next time we are in town.

First time here. Friendly staff. I can be picky at times lol the cashier was great in letting me substitute a couple of items. Food was excellent nicely prepared with fresh lettuce and fresh vegetables. I highly recommend this place

I stopped the Chop Shop recently to see what it was all about. Salads, salads, salads! Great concept, you can choose salads that are standard meaning with pre chosen items or you can build your own. You can also add to the standards if you want. A great variety to choose from for fresh veggies, proteins, and dressing. Friendly staff makes it even nicer. There are a couple locations in LV, I went to the one at Town Square. A little tight on the parking. I would def go back for another salad soon!

The customer service here is stellar and the staff is attentive and knows many returning customers on a first-name basis. However, I think that the price of the food is high for what you receive. Most of their salads are $15 and up plus tax and often charge another few dollars extra to have meat. Paying about $20 for a lunch salad seems like way too much for me, especially when it seems like they sparingly add the topping and you won't have left overs. The place is very simple and the green color is throughout, making it visually appealing. A few tips: Parking is hard here during lunch time. Order ahead so you can park in their reserved pick-up area (note that is only two spots though). If you order ahead there is a separate line just for pick ups so this will save you a lot of time.

I would consider myself a regular but have never done a review before. Gia, the manager, helped me today and I let her know I always get excellent service with today being no different! Deja typically helps me and she is incredible! Always pleasant and knows my order. In fact I've watched Deja be that way with most customers that come in on a regular basis. Besides the food, that's the reason I keep coming back! Great folks, great food!

Their salads are good; tasty and delicious. I enjoy the cool temperature in the store and the ability to just sit, eat and chill.

Significantly long wait for something so simple. Service was friendly but concerning in that the actual preperation is in the back. IDK most fast casual seems to have the actual final ingredients assembled in front of you.

Daniel took our order at the register, he was personable . The restaurant is small , clean inside . ( Thank You for allowing me to fill my flask of ice for our long drive home ) Our first time here , since we been eating out for the last 3 days of fat, fried and meaty foods . We needed something light and refreshing and healthy to eat. Chop Stop was the perfect choice to cleanse our system lol !! The bowl of salads was perfect for me , i had the "Chop Stop Classic ", with iceberg mix/ spinach roasted chicken , salami, garbanzo beans , sunflower seeds , cucumbers, tomatoes, vinaigrette dressing . ( I asked for dressing on the side ) can always add or sub other vegetables. Chop Stop is a taste of sweet / tang and little salty and crunch from the sunflower seeds . I didn't felt over stuffed or hungry afterwards. Hubby and 2 of my kids had the Cesar salad bowl . They all liked their salads, kids didn't finish , we took it on the road for later . My other daughter made her own salads she says she liked it . Definitely coming back again when we are in Vegas .

I can tell this will become an expen$ive addiction as two salad bowls will cost you about $26.00. But mannnn....Chop Stop's salads are so freaking delicious. This is in the same plaza as Broken Yolk and Master Kim's KBBQ with plentiful parking spots. We've been here during lunch and dinner hours and customer service were attentive both times. So far, we have ordered the Salmon Chop, Viva Mexico Chop and Create Your Own Salad. They are very accommodating and you can personalize your salad to your heart's content. Everything looked and tasted fresh. I love creating my own salad and opting for kale and spinach since the pre-created salads use chopped iceberg lettuce. Best of all, they don't charge extra if you decide to opt for other greens. There were about less than ten tables available indoors so I wouldn't recommend this spot for long term meet ups but more of a casual grab n go place. This will def be a part of my rotating take out food list.

The first thing is how the staff greets you when you walk in the door, it's wonderful. I usually get the warm bowl and never remember what I like. The staff never rushes but takes the time to make suggestions. And the food is always fresh and delicious

I think this place is going to be trouble for me! I had been wanting to try Chop Stop after passing it a few times, I'm always looking for a really good salad. I was not disappointed! They have creations that you can order, or you can build your own, and the price varies depending on the salad. I got the Caesar both times I've been, but with red onion instead of celery. That was about $12, which is good for the size, which is huge! I can eat a bowl of this salad on and off for a good hour or two. I think it's absolutely worth the money. The first time I went, I ordered ahead, and there wasn't any wait. The second time, I went in to order, and again, there was no wait. Each time I've gone, the service has been super friendly and really fast. I can't wait to try the other salad creations they have!

The first time I visited, everything was fresh. That was around grand opening. My other 2 visits were abysmal as almost every salad ingredient I added had gone, or were going bad & I couldn't eat my food. Called to resolve the issue, left a message & no call back was received. Manager needs to do a better job of quality checking ingredients on a daily basis

Super cute little eatery that gives me the vibes similar to subway or Quiznos. However, the cashier was very attentive and assisted me and my friend in their concept and recommendation. Furthermore, he wasn't pushy and reached out if there's anything we need to let him know few times, which I thought was an amazing touch. First impression was 10/10!!! I got the vegan salad and my friend got one of their signature Cobb salad. To my utmost surprise, it was nothing but deliciousness!!! Super flavorful with their signature balsamic vinegar. And because they separated the croutons, it was crunchy and not soggy. I did not think too much about a salad place, but this definitely exceeded my expectation. look forward to coming back when I fly in from out of town again!

Traveling through Las Vegas I really wanted a salad but not your typical Cesar or Cobb i found Chop Stop and I was so happy we stopped. I was able to pick a base, veggies, protein, dressing etc. it was so fresh and delicious. Great customer service.

Food: You can make your own salad or choose from a menu of suggested salads. I made my own (Salmon, Romaine, Avocado, Cucumber, Corn, Red Cabbage, Cilantro, Tortilla strips, Cilantro lime dressing (easy w/the remainder on the side). So delicious and fresh. This vegan dressing is to die for! Nummy nummy! They shred the lettuce so you get a bite of all the ingredients in one bite. Very clever. I also like how the salmon bites are small, so it's not overwhelming. My daughter says 5 stars for the Caesar Chop. My hubby tried to make his own, but I'm not sure he was good at picking and he'll probably just try the Asian Chop next time. Location: Behind the old Fry's building across from Town Center. I wish they had a location in Henderson! Service: Super friendly and helpful. It was our first time and we weren't sure how much dressing to go with (Easy, Regular, on the side), so the guy suggested Easy and get the remainder on the side. Smart choice! They do need to fix their payment system so that you can pay via credit card and leave a tip. We had to just put cash in the tip jar. Nice to have a healthy option besides Panera! This is definitely going to become a regular!

I love this place. I come here everyday on my work lunch break. Today, I want to give a shout out to Alva who does a great job on my quesadillas in particular, and accommodates my requests. Also, I want to recognize Victoria who has been doing an amazing since she joined the team on learning my food preferences and accommodating me as well. The whole team here is so nice and they care, which is so important in service. The food is top notch.

I stop here often for quick to-go salads when I'm headed to or leaving the airport. The veggies are always fresh, I usually order one of their salads on the menu. The asian salad and santafe are my favorites. The staff are always kind, attentive, and turn around a salad quickly.

Super friendly staff, walked us first timers through the process of ordering. Super clean seating area, and restroom. I am not exactly a salad guy (probably should be), so the ladies picked this one. Wide variety of everything salad, with choices of favorites to build your own. You can even substitute items from the Menu Chops like no tomatoes, to red onions which is awesome. Everything comes completely chopped like the name says, in a cool bowl that is easy to take home what you cannot finished. 5 Stars from all three of us, now I thought it was slightly $$$ for salad, but I was educated that is the going price for salad in similar places. Definitely would visit again.

Very good and a salad less than $10. I "built" my own, 2 bases. (Quinoa and kale, others available) 6 other ingredients including a protein (Tons of choices) and dressing. Very nice staff. My only complaint was that the tomatoes and the chicken were kind of at the end of their life..I realize it was a 1/2 hour before closing but those 2 ingredients were a little weak? I would definitely go back, good option! Give it a try.

Since I moved here in February I've been wanting a place like this to exist and I can't believe I've just now found it. My salad was delicious and pretty fresh. My only complaint is the ranch dressing that came with the salad it wasn't good, it tasted nothing like a ranch dressing in my opinion but thank goodness I had my own type of ranch at home. Will definitely have more of their delicious salads!!! Just A Heads Up Tip: You may want to ask for an extra side of dressing for whatever salad you get. For the amount of salad they give (and it's a decent amount) it doesn't seem like enough. However this tip is for people who like a lot of dressing on their salad lol so the original amount it comes with may be fine for some of ya! :)

Besides the great service, the actual ingredients they use are far from the other restaurants I've been too. From the salty chicken to having my salad 75% celery, I've had better salads at Chili's.

Chop Stop has in dialed in. Delicious fresh salads, prepared fresh and delivered reasonably quickly. Service is excellent. The counter workers are politie, efficient, helpful. Lot's to choose from and you can build your own if you'd like. Fresh ingredients, delicious dressings, easy to devour salads and excellent employee help. I wish they would open one in Green Valley Ranch at the District. They'd kill it at this location. Like salads? You'll love Chop Stop!

I like this place. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture. I ordered the Asian salad and my hubby got the Cobb with cheese quesadilla. I wish there was something like this in the Bay Area. Service was good, atmosphere was decent. We were the only ones eating our food there. Some came and picked up Togo orders. Lots of parking in lot. Easy to find.

Great, fast and colorful salads! I had the Cobb chop and every bite had a great mix of eggs, salad, sunflower seeds and chicken. The finely chopped salad was great to eat and for 10 bucks, no way can I make that at home! Will return for more salads! Staff was nice, friendly and efficient!

Very good salad. I had salmon on top. Salmon portion was small but everything tasted fresh. Pricey when you add avocado. Spent $80 for 4 of us for lunch.

We were in Town Square for a bit and decided to grab some Chop Stop for dinner on our way home. I've been hankering for a Cobb salad for a while now so that's what I decided to get! I ordered on the app and I love how I can customize it. Even though it's one of their salads that was already "built", you can still change what's in it. I decided to get croutons instead of the sunflower seeds. I had avocado at home so I took that off and added extra chicken. I also changed out the dressing to ranch instead of blue cheese. Too bad they didn't have beets available there because I would have loved adding that to my salad! You can also build your own salad if you don't like any of the ones they have, which is also fantastic. The ingredients that they used were fresh. I was a little surprised by how chopped up everything was but that just means I could get a little bit of everything in every bite! The croutons were pretty good too! The amount of food they give may not be enough if you're a big eater but it was more than enough for me. I think half of the salad was enough to fill me up. I liked everything about my salad. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back when I'm in the mood for salad again.

Pretty decent salad, but also quite pricey for the portion size. I wasn't really feeling the way ingredients are added with a bit of an annoying/confusing pricing system that made me feel uncomfortable adding ingredients. Fast casual only works if it remains reasonably affordable and it was getting borderline expensive fast without having really put much in my order. Could be an option when opting healthy but might opt for a meal that doesn't feel like I'm getting nickle and dimed.

Wanted to like this place but I unfortunately got food poisoning while I was pregnant. Very disappointed as I was excited to try a new healthy restaurant.

Great service, very personal and did a great job explaining the menu for this first timer! Salad was great, fresh and tasty. Inside of the restaurant could use some updating but that won't deter me from making this a regular lunch stop!

I'd been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally got the chance today. You worded at the counter. The woman taking our order was super friendly and helped us first timers making decisions on what to get. The salads can become costly if you order extra toppings but they certainly don't skimp on them. I built my own salad and it ended up being huge. Definitely could eat later a couple meals off it. I'll definitely come back. The veggies are fresh and the salads are taste.

Ordered a build your own salad with all sorts of yummies and it was fresh and tasty. It was prepared exactly as ordered. Let's mention the price, it was pricey for sure, especially ordering via delivery, BUT it was delicious and ample. Easily enough for 2 meals. I mention price because when I read reviews some were unhappy with how expensive it was for a salad but honestly the chicken was top notch, salami perfect and everything else the same. It was tasty, perfectly prepped and delivered right away. I will absolutely order from Chop Shop again.

Is it just me or is anyone else disappointed that this place changed bowls? The plastic ones were perfect. The new paper ones seem disgusting. The absorb all the dressing and I believe they are depositing crap into my salad. I got a gift card that I am giving away.
