Chop Stop opens at Town Square - Eater Vegas
"Southern California customized salad concept Chop Stop has debuted at Town Square, moving into The Landing retail annex on Las Vegas Boulevard that has already proven a hit destination for Master Kim’s Korean BBQ and The Broken Yolk Café. In the works for two years and the first franchise in Nevada, the 1,515-square-foot, counter-service restaurant sits next to Cafe Rio and specializes in finely chopped ingredients served in bowls or wraps and paired with soup and warm pretzel sticks. Founder and CEO Mark Kulkis launched the brand in Burbank, California, back in 2011 and has grown the company to more than 17 locations, preparing each meal in just over three minutes and featuring more than 40 options to customize each dish. Open locally from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m every day, diners can opt for pre-selected combinations featuring the house mix of iceberg lettuce and spinach, plus barbecue chicken, tuna, chicken with creamy chipotle, Caesar, Cobb, and Greek salad recipes. Warm “chopurritos” dishes are served with a base of cilantro lime rice and feature Italian garlic and Southwestern flavors and custom creations are stacked with greens, grains, six different toppings, and topped with 20 varieties of dressing." - Bradley Martin
