Chop Stop Rhodes Ranch

My wife and I were driving around Las Vegas, searching for a new dining spot, when we stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Interestingly, there are only two locations in Las Vegas, but this place has the potential to thrive on the northwest side of the city. The food was phenomenal. I can’t believe there aren’t more locations across the Las Vegas valley. I ordered the Chipotle Chopanini, while my wife opted for the Salmon Chopped salad. Both dishes were outstanding, and the sauce in the Chipotle Chopanini, was especially impressive. I’m already looking forward to our next visit, even though it’s a 40-minute drive across town. That trip might just be worth it. If this restaurant were closer to home, I’d eat there at least once a week without hesitation. Thank you for the excellent customer service and spot-on recommendations. We’ll definitely return soon!

This was my first time visiting, and while the salad and veggies were fresh, I felt the overall experience was not worth the price. The ordering process was confusing, and unfortunately, instead of getting helpful guidance, a man came out and spoke in a rushed, condescending tone as if I should already know how things worked. I wasn’t the only one confused; the lady behind me also said she needed the process explained. Honestly, I won’t be returning. You’re better off going to Jason’s Deli or Salad and Go they offer better service and more reasonable prices.

The owners are the sweetest people in the world. I went there when they are not there and their employees exceed my expectations. Their food is delicious. I keep on craving that chef salad every week. They have so many delicious choices and you will not go wrong by going to this little gem.

First time I came to this place it was magical, my chop salad came with a nice clear bowl. Everything was tossed up great today I went over there and I’m so depressed. The beats are dehydrated, they practically feel like jerky, the salmon is doused in some sort of oils just thrown into a little container. I don’t think I’ll be returning I would rather buy the ingredients in the store and make it myself then spend $21 on a salad that it’s just not worth $5…. Can’t even bite into the beets and the salad is missing my jalapeños and lettuce. Bowl is filled with all spinach and 2% toppings 50x don’t recommend this place.

First time finally discovered this location so close to my home didn’t want nothing heavy husband and I wanted something light and a salad was delight. Place was clean. Food was fresh staff was amazingly sweet and comforting. Couldn’t help it, but I did download the app immediately and when I sent the Paper look at he downloaded it too !!

This place used to be great. I used to love coming here. They used to have spring mix. Now they do not. Only romaine, kale, or spinach. They used to give extra dressing for free, now they charge 53 cents for it. I used to be able to get a full salad with protein for under $10. Now it's almost $15. And today I got horrible diarrhea from eating the salad with protein. Taking a look at the salmon, which was my protein, it looks like it's obviously raw and not fully cooked. I am pretty sure that's what caused the diarrhea. Needless to say I will never go back to this place again. The service is the only decent thing about the place but...like other people have said in their reviews, this place has just gone downhill. It's sad. Oh and I am editing the review because the owner has no respect for customers. His claims are totally false. The ORIGINAL owners of Chop Stop DID have Spring Mix AND they DID NOT CHARGE FOR EXTRA DRESSING. Thus, it is these new owners of Chop Stop whi have run this business into the ground. Yes, I was fully aware that there is now a charge for extra dressing. However, there did NOT used to be a charge with the original ownership. And even if you get your proteins and salmon somewhere else, you could have easily gotten a bad batch or perhaps it was expired. Either way, I do not care. I DID GET SICK AND DIARRHEA FROM EATING YOUR SALAD. THATS A FACT! So instead of being rude to customers, decent owners would have shown sympathy by perhaps offering a free replacement. Well...not you obviously. And even if you did, after your nasty and ridiculous comments, I would not dream of ever returning. It is just sad that you as the new owners have run this place into the ground. You should be ashamed! People should never come to this location!

Great customer service as always! I’m glad that they have plenty of options to choose from. This restaurant is consistent on speed and very clean restaurant. Family owned restaurant. We will come back and try their new soups, we orders the Tex-mex and Cobb salad both delicious!

Let me give you my honesty. At first this place was amazing the first like 4 times. After some reason the salad making started getting sloppy. I give the benefit of the doubt and think they are having a off day. But this is 4 times already that this location has been sloppy. My salad is dry I said ranch tossed in. There is barely any. I asked for double bbq chicken at times and last two times they didn’t know the balance for the ranch and bbq sauce from the chicken. It was too mushy. So I would go out of my way to go to the other location and I don’t recommend this location to anyone. Overall people are nice food sucks now. Sorry. The other location hands down they know what they are doing. Also the salad taste like cleaning products. Like they don’t clean the soap off very well. I also end up throwing the salad away because how dry it taste. This is the 3rd salad i had to throw away. I could ask for more ranch but why do I need to do that. The other location doesn’t need to do that.

I consistently experience fast service whenever I dine at this restaurant. The cashier and owners are extremely courteous, offering outstanding customer service. The food is fresh, and the menu features a wide variety of options. Highly recommended!!!

Fresh. Delicious. Fast. What more could you want? I love that the salads are chopped and easy to eat and there are so many topping options, you can never get bored. We've tried the bowls and wraps as well and everything has been great.

The beauty of Yelp search. I was trying to find salad spot for dinner. Friend had sensitive stomach and thinking hearty salad. I was surprise amount of places popped up. Thank u Yelp. Chop stop looked like great spot going through the pictures and right side of town. It small place not lot of spots if want dine in. Decor plain but nice. The menu most part all salads, burrito style wraps, and other stuff. Create your own salad as option. I ended up getting Santa Fe Salad. I did combo comes with bag of chips and soda. Honestly surprised but salad was amazing. Hearty, refreshing, chicken was delicious, and greens crispy and fresh. It looked great. If have urge for nice hearty and refreshing salad in life. Chip Stop place to fill that urge.

I have been to this particular Chop Stop a handful of times. At first visit awhile back, being unfamiliar with the brand, I liked my salad, but nothing was blowing wind up my skirt on this place and I did not Yelp about it. I felt like it was like the Subway of salad joints. But I often find myself near the intersection of Warm Springs and Durango and am in need of something to pick up for lunch or dinner that I want to be healthy, green based and quick (quicker than Urth Cafe can afford me up the street in Uncommons). I have been continually returning to this Chop Stop because like Subway, this spot in consistent. Consistent on guaranteed fresh quality greens in my salad. Consistent in the variety of vegetable based options. Consistent in the quick pace in which this salad will be prepared so I can bolt out the door and head home. Consistent on the person behind the counter being welcoming, helpful and no frills about explaining something I might ask. Consistent in that I walk out with what I feel is a great value and a fresh salad. And as I go on and on about the Subway of salad, please know you can get all this consistency mentioned about on a sandwich or a wrap as well. Many many options for plant eaters and meat eaters who should eat more greens alike. So my apologies for not giving you a shout out earlier, but please know I am glad you are in my general hood and I will continue to return from time to time.

This place is fantastic! Even my boyfriend, who is not a salad eater, loves this place. You have the option of choosing one of their custom salads or customizing your own. I chose to customize my own while my boyfriend got the Santa Fe Chop. I tasted my boyfriend's salad and let's just say I think I will ordering it next time I go. My salad was nothing short of delicious! For my dressing, I chose to mix the Cilantro Line vinaigrette with the Lemon vinaigrette. A great combo! The establishment has some seating and was quite clean. I must also mention that the person who took our order, I believe their name was Briana was patient and really nice both times we went. Great customer service. So do yourself a favor and check them out. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I love this place. I've been eating salad more often and this is a great way to eat a variety of salads. They are made to order and it takes about 5 minutes or less. I have tried the chopped Cobb which is my favorite and used the green goddess dill! Yummy! I have also had the Chop classic but I got it with ranch and I think the ranch made it kind of dull for me but it was still good. Can't wait to try all their salads with different dressing combos. I usually get it to go because it is small inside. Think of it like the inside of a subway sub shop.

This was a pretty good and healthy dining experience. Ordering was easy on their website, and they have a ton of choices and customization options. I opted for the build your own chop with chicken and a variety of veggies including two kinds of olives and an Asian dressing. Everything was very tasty and fresh. It does get expensive, though, as you add toppings. I also would've liked an option to have everything tossed with the dressing rather than the dressing on the side, as it's hard to get the dressing distributed throughout otherwise. Definitely go for the pretzel stick with your meal. It's very tasty and soft. Overall, though, this was a tasty and healthy meal!

My first time getting food from here. Omg it was so delicious and fresh. All the ingredients were good and the staff was amazing, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. I have recommended this wonderful establishment to several friends whom all love it here.

I love this place for a great salad. Fresh ingredients and great mix of textures and flavors. Love the salmon salad and Asian salad. I usually order them via Uber Eats. Whoever's working or managing the place is doing a fabulous job because they never miss even one of the 129353 ingredients in the salads. Only note to management is that the protein portions are on the small side- I'd like just a little more substance there.

I've been here a few times (always for pick up) and the salads have been good. However, the last time I went, there was mold in my eggs! Also, most of the eggs I got were the yolks and I barely got any of the white part. Both of the salads I ordered had eggs in them so I ended up having to throw both of them. What a waste of money!

1st time here and it didn't disappoint! I had the Cobb Chop. So refreshing and delicious. You'll pay about $15 for a salad, but good stuff!

I ordered the salmon chop salad. The salad was not very good. Very very little salmon. I got a whole head of lettuce and about 1.9ounces of salmon. The salmon tasted like it was from a can. No flavor.

I can tell this will become an expen$ive addiction as two salad bowls will cost you about $27.00. But mannnn....Chop Stop's salads are so freaking delicious. This is in the same plaza as Yak's Fitness, Mr. Shota, Amazing Thai 2 and Vons grocery store. We've been here during lunch and dinner hours and customer service were attentive both times. So far, we have ordered the Salmon Chop, Viva Mexico Chop and Create Your Own Salad. They are very accommodating and you can personalize your salad to your heart's content. Everything looked and tasted fresh. I love creating my own salad and opting for kale and spinach since the pre-created salads use chopped iceberg lettuce. There were about less than ten tables available so I wouldn't recommend this spot for long term meet ups but more of a casual grab n go place. This will def be a part of my rotating take out food list.

Stopped by to get my salad fix on. The guy at the counter was super friendly and welcoming A+. I opted for the Viva Mexico salad with the dressing on the side - to go. IMHO, it wasn't bad but it wasn't spectacular either. I should have gotten an extra dressing or had it tossed in as the one dressing I got was not enough. Will be back to try a few other menu items.

This place is amazing! It is easily one of my favorite to go places in the SW. Today I went in and I was just having a really off day. Brianna was there and she was super helpful and made my day. Things like great customer service and amazing food makes me super happy to come back for more. There isn't a single thing that has been upsetting here. I mostly order a very customized salad -but every ingredient and dressing is so fresh and good. Brianna suggested the Chipotle Ranch - now I'm hooked. Thank you Chop Stop!!

Terrible customer service. The dark haired girl working today was so rude. The food is average. Not worth the terrible service that accompanies it. We won't be back.

This came up as similar to a food chain I tried before doing chopped salad. When ordering online, there were upcharges for a lot of the various parts of the salad. I didn't mind that but when I got the salad it was hardly any of the add-ons and mostly a lot of kale (when compared to how it is at the chain chop salad restaurant that has a premade salad with almost equal parts kale and other mix-ins) I also paid for extra dressing but only got 1 tub and the other salad we ordered where there wasn't an extra ordered also got 1 tub of dressing. The chicken noodle soup and pretzel stick was good but I didn't think it was really worth the amount I paid for the salad. The lemon vinaigrette dressing doesn't have much flavor and there were so few of the other elements of the salad.

The staff at this location are great!! The salads are delicious. Highly recommend !! My favorite is the chefs chop and warm pretzel. The app is really easy to order from for quick pick ups.

Tex Mex chopanini is the best wrap I've ever had! I can't wait to go back to try the chip salads. The restaurant is small hidden by the Vons shopping center. The restaurant is very clean and the service was excellent!

If you're looking for a "big salad" you have come to the right place. They have a variety of salads for a decent price. Customer service is friendly and efficient. The location is always clean. Any salad can be made vegetarian or vegan. Two wishes: That they had a reward system. Had vegan meat substitutes.

I'm a salad fiend and found this on DoorDash when I was hanging out with my sister. We are (trying) to eat healthy and decided salads were the way to go. I LOVE the fact that they have so many premade salads to choose from but my favorite part... the build your own. The build your own option is so awesome because they actually allow you to choose up to 6 options for your salad as well as the type of roughage you want and the dressing all for a decent price. It's a little farther from me but definitely would love to stop in one day and check them out. The salads were so fresh and so filling!

I'm a big fan of the chop shop. I come to this location and also the other location down by Town Square. Service has always been great here,staff are always nice. The inside seats about 14 people and is clean inside. This is one of my go two spots when I wanna eat healthy. I really enjoyed the salads every time I eat here. I most definitely will be back.

Tried this Chop Stop with my sister for the first time and was very impressed... Plan to make this a normal stop for myself throughout the week... Very fresh ingredients, quick service and helpful staff... Eye Am thankful

First time visit here last night. We got a Viva Mexico chop, a Greek chop, and a custom chop. We were nicely surprised how good they were. The box they come in may not look very large, but the salad fills it up well. Notable things were that the salad greens and all the toppings are cut small, so no problem having big pieces of lettuce or whatever falling off your fork. Also means the salad dressing they toss in it covers the fillings nicely. The chipotle lime dressing is very good. The jalapenos in the Viva Mexico salad added a nice kick to the salad. We also ordered a couple of the salted pretzel sticks. They were nice and warm. Really good salads, and looking forward to coming back.

Saw a post from a fellow chef friend who raved about chop stop. Wife and I wanted to give it a go. What a great surprise how AMAZING the the place is. Great staff, friendly and attentive, clean restaurant and the food... fresh, delicious ingredients for my Cobb and my wife's Chop salads. I asked for extra dressing and was on the house, which was nice but I would have paid for the dressing. Thank you! Highly recommend if craving a fresh, delicious salad.

I've had tastier salads from a salad chain restaurant. These were very bland and basic, even with the maximum number of toppings and with dressing. Good for a clean and healthy meal, but much more expensive than just making your own at home.

Wow, great salad! I had a Tex Mex style salad with kale and spinach and it was so fresh and delicious. Nice portions too.

General manager James is either a rude jerk, or on the autism spectrum (in which case I'm very sorry). Either way this guy has no business dealing with customers. No eye contact, brusk, zero effort put into hospitality or customer service. Off-putting. I wanted to hate on the food because it was expensive and simplistic, but it was actually pretty good tasting and fresh. I don't care though. Because the customer service experience was so rude I'm not coming back to spend $20 on a small salad and soda again. If that's who you're going to have manage your location, keep him in the back to schedule shifts or something. Let someone who will make your company look like it cares about customers work the register. Food: fine. Customer service: 0/10.

This place is great. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, food is fresh and delicious, and the place has been maintained/clean each time I've visited. It's comfortable for me to eat their on my work breaks.

I've been wanting to try this spot for a long time since it's right around the corner from my house. I love salads so something easy such as this is perfect when I don't have time to make my own. Upon walking in, the man at the front greeted us and asked if we had ever been there before. He then proceeded to tell us how it worked. You can choose from one of the signature salads, a chopurrito (which is much like a rice bowl), or build your own. I decided to get the Greek Chop with balsamic vinaigrette. This salad was shockingly amazing! They chop all of the ingredients really small so you can easily eat it. I'm a shoveler so this is perfect for me haha. The ratio of the olives, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and bell peppers was perfect. I added chicken to it as well which was also perfectly mixed in. I had a bite of each ingredient with every bite. I'll definitely be coming back!

I was so hoping for a good experience, yet I feel let down by a 4.5 star rating that is truly any more than a 2! With all of the amazing experiences I have had with great food, especially when it comes to salads, people must really have low expectations! This place is such a disappointment! ...Why? Because the level of cost for the quality and product received is absolutely insulting. I would never come back here nor recommend it to anyone, especially when I can go to the regular grocery store and buy five dollars worth of cheap ingredients and make a better salad than they did today! Also, the level of up charging for small extras is completely disgusting, when the original product itself is already grossly overpriced. I ordered the salmon chop salad, but I ordered it with a salmon fillet, which cost me double the normal price of a regular serving of salmon, which is usually chopped. I was ok with that, until... the salad was mostly fresh chopped lettuce with a few simple chopped veggies, fried onion bits, and a cold roughly 4oz filet of salmon that tasted like it came out of a can, rather than fresh grilled salmon. We asked the person taking our order and they said the salmon is freshly grilled there, and I simply do not buy that, as it was jet cold salmon and tasted like it was processed... not fresh! I have never been served a cold hard fillet of salmon over salad ever before, and every other salad I've had has had fresh warm salmon served on top. This was simply awful, and I normally love salmon. Also, dressing size of balsamic around 2 tablespoons for larger salad, so too little. For around $16, a total rip off! My spouse also got the salmon chop salad with regular chopped salad, at a cost of about $13. She asked for ranch instead of balsamic, and was given a rough 2 tbsp serving for a large salad, not nearly enough to properly dressing a salad. They charged us 53 cents for an extra dressing!!!! I am still in disbelief... how 'nickel and dime the customer' is this place???? I can understand if she had gotten a larger and normal serving of dressing, but it was a very small serving, so this did not make sense to me. Although I paid that $.53, I did let them know I was a yelper and not impressed, and all of a sudden they come out with coupons for two dollars off per customer. I ended up throwing the coupons in the garbage, because I do not ever plan on coming back here again, and do not recommend it at all. There are way too many way better salad places with equal or cheaper prices. Overall, the only reason for two and not one star is that the service is friendly, even though I felt misinformed about the salmon. Overall, just nope!

I love a chop salad, so I was super excited for this place to open in my neighborhood, but I wasn't super impressed. The portions were big and prices were pretty high. This is unfortunate because it definitely would have been 2 meals, but it got way too soggy the next day. I was expecting more of a "Chipotle" style ordering and instead you order and they make it in the back. I had the Santa Fe salad which comes with a cilantro lime dressing which was mostly lime and way too sour. I wanted this place to be great, but it's just mediocre. I probably won't be back.

Hit the spot. After a few days of mainly eating oily food, Chop Stop was a perfect change of direction. The server was friendly -- and since this was our first visit -- kindly explained the ordering concept. I chose my own ingredients and built a salad of grilled salmon, black beans, house mix lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, avocado, wonton strips, and small amount of sesame teriyaki dressing. Added a bonus warm pretzel stick. I enjoy the "fast food"/"chain" aspect of a healthy meal. At it's core, this is still a bold business choice in the country that brought you the Big Mac. In essence what Chop Stop provides is a meal that is quick and with fresh ingredients. Exactly what I needed. A fun business name is always a plus.

The food was fresh and wasn't terrible , I didn't find anything spectacular about the food but I can appreciate the customer service which was great, & based on that I wouldn't be opposed to trying this place again.

I just learned of their Durango location, I usually will do their Town Square location. Both locations are amazing. Fresh food, clean, and good service. Definitely pricey, but worth it in my opinion. Good up the good work, Chop Stop!

Absolutely love this spot! Great for quick lunch!!! Owners are very helpful and friendly. I recommend the chopaninis it's delicious and crispy wrap in spinach. Pretzel is good too. We will be definitely be back for sure this week!

Co-worker recommended this for a work lunch so we dropped by. The space inside is pretty limited for dining in. First visit was a lil busy, but didn't have any trouble finding seating on the second visit. Yelp check-in gets you a warm pretzel and I really enjoyed that. So far, I've tried: - Santa Fe: this was pretty good - Cobb Chop: had this one to-go but there was just something not satisfying about it - Roasted Garlic Chop: this was good, but in hindsight, I should've tossed my salad light, instead of regular There's still quite a few I need to try so we'll definitely be coming back regularly for work lunches.

Great customer service! One of the cleanest restaurants we've been at. We love the salmon chop and quesadillas. We will definitely try something different next time. They offer variety of toppings. Highly recommended!

My first time trying this place! I'm loving the fresh ingredients. Everything smells delicious and fresh. I ordered the Santa Fe salad, which comes with avocado, chicken, black beans, corn, and tortilla strips, but you can also build your own. They offer a wide variety of ingredients. And made-from-scratch dressings. This cilantro-lime vinaigrette is amazing - do I detect fresh mint? So refreshing. Just a warning - my friend got a Chopurrito and the salsa is super spicy. Otherwise, awesome service (Meghan was super helpful) and quality!

Very good salad and nice gal working there. My only issue is that they give a very small container of dressing for a large salad and then have a very large sign saying that they charge $0.53 for more dressing. Obviously, if you need that sign, you're not giving enough dressing in the first place. stop being so chintzy!!!

Delicious salad / bowl option located in the southwest. The main thing I like about this place is the quantity, quality of the salad as well as the best bang for your dollar. Since it's mainly bowls, wraps and salad, the freshness of the ingredients is very important since salad is all premade / raw ingredients. Also the portion size is filling. I'm on a salad diet most of the time when I'm working out so I would like a nice filling salad for $10-$12, not a scoop of lettuce with some toppings. So this place gives me filling meal. First time I went for the chicken chop salad bowl. The dressing that I got on the side wasnt enough, so I suggest either getting it tossed in or order extra dressing on the side if you like your dressing. I got a bowl the second time. It was quite flavorful, I'd probably go for the salad next time though since the quantity of the salad was more than the bowl and it's the same price. Quality of Product : 5/5 Value of Money : 5/5 Consistency Between Visits: 5/5
