"I learned that a counter-service Chop Stop that’s already proven a hit at Town Square has filed paperwork to move into Rhodes Ranch Town Center next to Amazing Thai 2, replacing a former cell phone retail store; the space is expected to be very similar to the original local Chop Stop at The Landing retail annex on Las Vegas Boulevard, near Cafe Rio and The Broken Yolk Cafe. The concept specializes in finely chopped, customizable salad bowls with about 40 toppings, options of grains and greens, the choice to wrap salads inside tortillas, and pairings such as warm pretzel sticks.
