"Southern California’s Chop Stop filed paperwork to move next to Amazing Thai 2, a short distance from the intersection of Warm Spring Road and Durango Drive. Replacing a former cell phone retail store, the space is expected to be very similar to the original local Chop Stop at the The Landing retail annex on Las Vegas Boulevard, close to Cafe Rio and The Broken Yolk Cafe. Specializing in finely chopped, customizable salad bowls, customers can choose from 40 toppings, plus options of grains and greens, or wrap the salads inside tortillas and pair with warm pretzels sticks.
