Had a miscommunication about a cut of meat but the owner, Jeff, was very helpful in fixing the issue and made it right. Great customer service. Their quality is also outstanding. They recently moved inside Fresco supermarket and are a great addition to that store. Definitely check them out!

I respect meat and take it very seriously. This place is exactly what a butcher should be. If you value quality meat and sustainable animal farming practices, this is where to shop. If you like to support local small businesses who connect with the customer, this is where you go. The product will speak for itself upon your first visit. It won't be your last visit.

Great selection of high quality food for those who are health-concious about what they eat. On site butcher creates some great finds like house-made chorizo and milanesa. Haven't tried the house-made salsa yet, but plan to. This butcher shop is exactly the type of place you'd expect to see in the newly transforming Highland Park. Check it out soon! Grand opening is scheduled for March 10th (2018).

The quality of meat and fish at this place is excellent but on top of that the staff is amazing: knowledgeable and easy to chat with. I’m writing this review for selfish reasons - I want to make sure this place stays in business so I always have a great spot to get stuff!

First visit. We tried one of Dave's wicked good sandwiches. Delicious. Drinks are on the other side and you pay for your beverages separately. A bit of extra work?

This place is small, but perfect. The employees are kind and extremely knowledgeable, without being stuck up or conceited about their superior meat knowledge. 10/10 will return.
