Chopt Creative Salad Co.

We were at the hospital for regular doctor appointments and decided to try Chopt nearby for lunch. You have to order from a very large computer screen as you enter and pay on the machine. Then when your order is ready, they call your name for pickup. We ordered one salmon miso ginger bowl and one chicken inga bowl. Both were warm bowls. The salmon was a nice size fish but the chicken dish had very little chicken. Both seemed to have too much warm grains and not enough salad and chicken. A few tables to sit inside and a couple more outside. Most orders we observed were take out.

From the moment you walk in, you feel an atmosphere of tranquility. The staff's attention is incredible; everyone greets you with a smile and is committed to making sure your time there is enjoyable. The food is top-notch; everything is fresh and finely chopped, and their seasonings infuse each ingredient with flavor. The modern design of the place makes everything much easier and faster. This is exactly what the area was needing. Simply spectacular.

I was a big fan of Chopt pre covid. Not sure what has changed but their salad customization options have gone. And now they have pre defined menu like McDonald , which is very demotivating. I really miss the old style of CHOPT salads. Pls get them back. But the atmosphere is very upscale and staff are very efficient.

1st time ordering, my salad was so fresh and tasty and it was ready fast! Will be ordering here at least 2x per week as it’s next to my new job!

I went to chopt today to taste the new Honey BBQ bowl. First of all, there was not enough chicken for the price of the bowl. Bowl came up to be 17 dollars because I ordered an extra dressing and substituted the red peppers for cheese. Food is wild expensive and I didnt get my bowl worth. Where is the protein? I literally felt like i was paying for grains which is the cheapest thing you can order. Nah I would not recommend eating here in this economy. I rather go to Digg In because they take care of me. The food is always Bussin.

Saw this when I was coming home on the bus & knew I’d be coming back ! Chopt always delivers on freshness and satisfaction . This location is very well laid out and very efficient in kiosk ordering system . Short wait & was able to sit and people watch out of the large windows . Always have been a fan of the compostable bowls as well . Staff is pleasant so no doubt I’ll definitely be back soon .

TLDR: Really wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Amazing staff and delicious salad. I am 8 months pregnant and needed to know that they could make my steak well done if needed, and when I walked in I was immediately greeted by a very sweet gentleman, and when I asked him, he double checked with the people who make the salads, and asked my name so he could monitor. The really nice girl behind the counter even asked me to look at it before they finished to make sure it was done enough. She even gave me a cookie “for the baby.” I’ll definitely be back soon. The salad itself is really great, high quality ingredients and generous portion. Also, you generally order on screens, but it’s very customizable. Swapping items is easy.

Salads were fresh and great size and affordable. There was so much salad that we were able to take some home. The place was booming with tons of people being served but they were quick and friendly. Overall great experience.
