Wife and I were nearby with our two young kids after a kids birthday party. We decided to treat ourselves to some kbbq for surviving another kids birthday. Our kids aren’t into kbbq but they were still satisfied with some other options such as beef brisket ramen, fries, Yakitori and the soft serve ice cream. The AYCE is $50 on weekends, but well worth it. Quality of meats is good and the banchan hits everytime. Only mishap during our dining experience was having to ask for our kids ramen 3 times as it seemed like our waitress forgot. Wasn’t too big of a deal to wait ~20 minutes on it as mom and dad were throwing down on the grill and stuffing our faces

Google
A korean bbq place with table top grilling. Food was decent. Good banchan. For me, there was more bbq smoke than I like inside the dining room.

Google
Good spot for Korean bbq all you can eat. Love all the side dishes that come with it and always can ask for more. The food is tasty and staff is helpful.

Google
Super slow service but me and friends did enjoy the food! Good marinated steak and sadly the icecream machine was down 😭

Google
Food was amazing just as the service was. They offer a variety of items & EVERYTHING was so DELICIOUS and worth every penny. This place is definitely top picks for this entire state!!

Google
We had a server named Jessica. She was rude. We had the buffet option and she rolled her eyes everytime we order something. When we were still eating and she told us we will be charged for leftover of this much food. See picture! The food is still cooking and we tried to charge us extra. Just straight up rude. Don't go here if you want to order freely. I hope the owner can read this and re-train Jessica.

Google
The food here was great! The sides are fun and tasty. You get to pick whatever you want to eat. The portions they bring are generous. Very authentic Korean BBQ. The fruity Soon Hari alcoholic drinks were strong and tasty. Our party of 13 left with happy tummies. Thanks for making my sons 23rd birthday special.

Google
I can’t believe a place like this exists in Seattle! I wasn’t expecting much from an all-you-can-eat spot in terms of meat quality or side dishes, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The meat quality was excellent, and everything was way better than I had anticipated. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I've had a couple of experiences with Chosun and I can say they are my favorite KBBQ spot! I haven't tried many, but I literally don't need to because Chosun is the go to. Service here is so friendly. Everybody is really warm and welcoming and the food comes quick! My husband and I did the AYCE dinner recently (his first time at KBBQ!) and we had an amazing dinner. It is a little spendy, but at the same time if you come hungry you're getting your money's worth 100%. The AYCE comes with a ton of set sides and my absolute favorite is the japchae. I think I ordered extra sides of it at least 3 times, I'm obsessed. From the AYCE menu we tried the ribeye, spicy chicken, and beef ramen. It's so fun to be able to cook yourself! Everything we had was delicious and great quality. The ramen isn't the best I've ever had but it satiated the craving. Overall we love this spot and it's such a fun experience for a date night!

Yelp
Ordered ala carte for kbbq, they no longer offer the combos they used to. We had spicy pork bulgogi, beef brisket, beef ribeye and boneless beef short rib pieces, spicy tofu soup and of course the banchan. Brisket and pork bulgogi were excellent, banchan very tasty and even included some japchae noodles. They asked if we would like them to cook the meat and then bring it to us rather than us cooking it at our table, so I said sure but the ribeye and boneless short ribs were a bit too close to well done. Spent $200 and we (2 adults 2 kids) probably ate less than half of the meat that we ordered, so we had a lot of leftovers to take home! Next time I'll skip the ribeye.

Yelp
This Korean BBQ spot is pretty amazing. Make sure you bring your appetite though! We went for the all you can eat dinner. There are a lot of proteins to choose from so pick wisely. After the first round we were already getting full, so another trip in the future is needed to try more items! Everything was tasty and the service was good

Yelp
5 stars all the way!! This place is definitely worth the higher price point, if you want korean bbq. The food was absolutely delicious. When we arrived we were met with a full table of very good banchan. All of the meat looked and tasted amazing, even when I thought I might have overcooked something it was still tender. The service was also incredible we were never left waiting if we wanted something. If our server was busy there were multitides of others refilling our water or putting in our next order. I was pleasantly surprised by how often they changed our griddle as well, I think they changed at least 5 times in the hour we were there. Lastly the interiors are very beautiful and clean.

Yelp
People were so nice here. Went for friends dinner and had all you can eat. Ate way too much. Only thing I'd do different is to stop the sides from coming upon arrival. I'd rather pick and chose since I loved so many but wasn't partial to the other ones. Ordered a couple beers. Would love to see different options offered but enjoyed the food immensely.

Yelp
We came here for NYE dinner on 12/31/24. Arrived early at around 4:20 PM and got seated right away for a party of 6. We wanted the AYCE Korean BBQ, so we got seated at one of the meat cooking tables. After briefly looking at the menu, we ordered a couple of Beef Briskets, Pork Belly, a couple of Gyozas, Blood Sausage, Steamed Egg, Black Bean Noodles and Rice to start off with. Then we got more Beef Brisket, Marinated Beef, and Pork Belly servings. For our drinks, we got a couple of bottles of CASS beer. We also got plenty of refills on side dishes and water throughout our dine-in service. Our servers were attentive and friendly with our requests. Enjoyed our food very much! We were pretty full by the time we were done eating. A whole lot of Korean BBQ meat were consumed!!! Price-wise, it is a little on the high side for an AYCE option, but quality of meat is very good and service is great! $48.00/per person for Dinner.

Yelp
Chosun is tucked away in Federal Way, WA just off the Main Street 320th. Its family style restaurant is bustling and overflowing with high energy.its the perfect place to eat with family or friends. The set up its self inspires fun and conversation. Come with an appetite! It's all you can eat and they do no serve sparingly. My favorite dishes were the wagyu beef and pork belly. You pan sear your meats at the table with help from the staff. They really keep the food coming. Side dishes like fish cake, rice noodles and kimchi go well with your entrees. I recommend this place 10/10!

Yelp
I don't know. I thought this was just...okay? This was really hard to write because I get the impression that the food was fine...maybe, but just didn't fit my preferences. I'll also caveat that we didn't order actual all-you-can-eat BBQ, but only other prepared dishes. The beef tartare, for example, Eaten like this, the umami seems so weak. I can barely taste the beef. I don't know if the flavor is supposed to be this weak or if the texture is supposed to be like a dessert, but I don't understand what's so great about this. The veggie pancake. I dislike the texture of this also. That, combined with it being room temperature and the soggy veggies. I like lots of different kinds of pancakes including scallion pancakes and okonomiyaki. This reminds me less of those and more like those veggie tempura circles. I do not like this. There were the kalbi ribs, which were good, but I thought they were only good to the extent that kalbi ribs are always good. I can just buy some from the grocery store and make this. Also, I prefer the kalbi one of my co-workers made a couple weeks ago. Then, the kurobuta pork. This small plate of meat that they put like no work into is $35. Crazy. It tastes so mediocre to me. If this meat was really that expensive, they might as well buy cheaper meat because this expensive meat was wasted. Spicy noodles was fine. The portion of noodles was pretty big, but the overall umami of this was also just okay. Not the most objective review I've ever written, but welp, I'd didn't like it. I guess my standards on Asian BBQ have also gone up again.

Yelp
It took me so long to try this place after seeing so many advertisements on instagram. I decided to get the soybean paste stew and shared the spicy rice cakes with some friends. The soybean paste stew was nice, spicy and had quite a bit of meat to it. As for the spicy rice cakes, it was good but I had wished they put more rice cakes into it. They provided many side dishes and I will say that my favorite was the fish cakes! We probably had three different servers helping us out, and they were all so helpful when we couldn't make up our minds. They must've thought we were new to Korean cuisine, so they were attentive to any need that we had. The interior was very stereotypical and spacious. There is also specific booths for dining in for regular cuisine and tables for kbbq in the middle
google avatar

Tori L.

Yelp
Lunch AYCE was pretty good! Our fave was the beef belly, LA kalbi, & corn cheese. Kimchee fried rice & dukkpokki was not good so skip those. Tofu & army soup was ok. Service was pretty decent & fast.

Sarah K.

Yelp
Quick service, and good authentic Korean food. One Korean elder lady by the counter has abrupt manner, but male waiters are all friendly every time I go there.
google avatar

Katherine Y.

Yelp
This k-bbq place is one of the best I think in this area. The quality of the meat is fresh. They have a la carte of ayce levels. We went with ayce premium so we can order the full beef short rib. It's one per person for ayce. Considering the price per person this is a good value that has this unique slice that I don't see in a lot of bbq place in this area, and we're getting access to all the other choices sauce as beef brisket, beef belly, beef tongue, pork belly, shrimp, scallop. Not to the sides are plenty and fresh. Last thing service has been top tier coming to ask to refill sides, change the grill and check on us. The ambiance is typical of a busy restaurant 1 you go there to have fun time.
google avatar

Jessica C.

Yelp
The side dishes were good, the meat quality was good too. But the service is where it lacks. We arrive at a decent time and it was in between busy but our server only came by the table a few times. We ended up getting full because it would take so long for the meat to come out for the bbq. Not worth the wait.
google avatar

Jasmine C.

Yelp
All you can eat KBBQ but even better. They have unlimited sides including ramen, cold noodles, myunrang hot dog, fried rice, tofu stew, soy bean stew army stew, spicy rice cake and so much more! We loved the spicy cold noodles (the best thing we had!!) They have various choices of beef, pork, chicken and seafood to choose from as well! The price is on the higher side though.

Yelp
I came here with my cousin on a Friday night before the dinner rush. We got a table very quickly and the service was prompt on getting us banchan. The first round came out very quickly. I really enjoyed the huge selection. The servers came and put our meat on the grill for us and would periodically check and turn the meat too. The set up it like most kbbq spots with the grill at your table with a hood/vent above. The other side of the restaurant had regular tables for those not grilling meat. This kbbq of the most expensive AYCE in town but it's worth it, next time I want to come with a larger group so we can order more variety as there was only so much only two of us can eat.
google avatar

Yelp
Delayed review. They paired down their menu and kids are especially sad the Korean potato cheese dogs are gone. I'm sad the deep fried crispy shrimp is gone as well. Value is still ok but will have to bring it down to 4 stars.
google avatar

Lynx L.

Yelp
We love Korean food but this place beats all other Korean restaurants in federal way. On top of that the service is extremely friendly. Highly recommend have to and try this place.

Kim N.

Yelp
This place is weird. We ordered the wagyu beef brisket and they didnt let us cook it. Instead we waited 30 mins and they brought it out cooked?? I thought this is a kbbq place lol... I mean we still ate it, it was $40 something...
google avatar

Yelp
Kiddos graduation dinner for 18 of us. Reserved the party area which can fit up to 50 people. Didn't cost extra to do this. Expensive? At $47.99 per person for dinner all you can eat, yeah but they had a huge menu. Lots of beef, pork, chicken, seafood options and a ton of sides. I was pleasantly surprised they had some veggies on the menu . Mushroom, onion, zucchini, sweet potato, squash. Banchan was good as well. Vegetable pancake was alright. I can't speak for all the meat and seafood but my family really likes this place. I was content with my rice, salad and veggies. Waiters were fairly attentive but we had a big group. They brought our food. Took plates away and changed out the grill twice. 18% service gratuity for parties of 5 and up. Would I come here again? Most likely because there were things I can eat. The price is steep but if the kiddo asked for kbb, then I would probably oblige.

Yelp
I didn't have amazing beef intestines at Modoo before, so I found another one. This time I was not disappointed Braised Beef Rib with Abalone (Picture 4) Korean Braised Abalone Ribs The ribs are stewed until soft and tasty, and the abalone is chewy but not hard. The overall taste is sweet and salty, slightly spicy, and very delicious Beef Intestine Casserole (Picture 1) The beef intestines are clean and have no peculiar smell The texture is chewy and tender, rich in fat but not greasy, and fat intestine lovers are ecstatic There are rich ingredients in it, and the udon noodles absorb the soup perfectly, delicious^_^ The restaurant also offers AYCE BBQ, and there are a wide variety of side dishes~

Yelp
Looking for your next K-BBQ restaurant? Come check out this AYCE Korean BBQ restaurant in Federal Way! They have a huge selection of good quality meats and side dishes. We had multiple rounds of Beef Brisket, Beef Rib Eye and Marinated Beef Rib. They also have a huge selection of side dishes, with everything from Spicy Cold Noodle, Shrimp Tempura, Soft Tofu Stew, Spicy Rice Cake and more! All included in the price!
google avatar

Justen H.

Yelp
Probably one of the best quality meat I've had in the area. The main focus here is the meats, the sides are pretty average. It's usually not packed so service was pretty good and the ambiance was also average. This place is a bit more pricy than some other good KBBQs in the area but it shows with the meat quality.
google avatar

Lyna N.

Yelp
This is my go-to KBBQ spot in Washington. It used to be only a-la-carte so I am pleased they decided to do this. Not only do they have several meat selections, but they have lots of appetizers and sides you can choose from (and small portions, so you can get a variety). For example, spicy rice cakes, fried chicken, and more! I appreciate that the quality of the meat has not gone down even though they offer all-you-can-eat now. If you come during lunch it is cheaper. FYI if it is a holiday, you will still get charged the dinner price. The side dishes are not always the same, but I do enjoy them each time. I've been here many times and the staff have always been friendly and accommodating. The dining area is large so we never have an issue getting seated. They will be seeing me here again soon.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
Wow! My friend had recommended me this spot and some more mutuals said this is their favorite spot. Had to give it a try and we were very impressed. The meat options were incredible. The quality ?! IMMACULATE. We're definitely returning and bringing more of our friends here. The side dishes they had that we ordered were cheese kimchi fried rice, spicy cold noodles, and cheese corn. All were great portions so you're not full and can order rounds of meat. Also the side salad, chefs kiss!!! Loved this place and the quality of each dish. To top it off service was great! Somebody was always there to help us and thank you to them it made our experience awesome! Can't wait to come back!
google avatar

Yelp
We tried this place out for the first time on Sunday after a lot of our Korean friends said it was very good. My wife is Korean and has a high bar, but we were all very satisfied by the quality of the food. We were a little bummed they were out of rice for the first half of our meal, but to be fair that was to their advantage as we ended up eating a ridiculous amount of meat for 2 adults & one 8 years old (we had 6 selections). Total meal for us three including my Churum Churm Soju 20% was about $195 + tip - not bad considering the going rate at Korean BBQs these days. The banchan was excellent too. We will definitely go back!
google avatar

Lily P.

Yelp
Came a couple times and would come again! Solid kbbq. Meat is good quality and their other dishes are good as well, like the spicy naengmyeon/ cold noodles
google avatar

Steve K.

Yelp
The food was great. The service was fast and the servers were friendly. The restaurant was clean and inviting to everyone.
google avatar

Yelp
Wow! First time trying here & I will be a regular here. I've never had any restaurant pack food so well & neatly. Not only it's neatly put together, but it's very tasty. Banchan was well prepared & very flavorful. Just what I would expect from a Korean Restaurant. One thing I would have to say may lack would be that Bulgogi was a bit chewy. The flavor is really great; not too sweet, not too salty, not too blend, not over powered by anything, it's just right! Best Bulgogi flavor I've had in a while. Soft tofu soup was perfect for me. I like it a little blend to eat together with fermented kimchee, which I had asked for and they gave without an extra charge. You don't see this kind of service now days. Not only I got what I asked for, it was perfect!!! Just what I needed today. Next time, I'll be dining in. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!
google avatar

Elizha-Grace F.

Yelp
Visited this place for the first time couple weeks ago & it was amazing! I've passed this location many times going home but never stopped to try it until now. I've ate at many kbbq spots and this is by far the best place. They have a great selection of meats to choose from & they also have soups, ramen & side dishes that are included with the kbbq. It's a little pricey from the other kbbq spots I've ate at but that's ok, I'll definitely will be going back! Service is wonderful, they are very friendly.

Yelp
This place is FANTASTIC!! Talk about amazing customer service. We were greeted very warmly by June which he actually turned out to be our server and take great care of us. June was so amazing and very upbeat, professional and was so quick and efficient with service. He brought us our Banchan right away and refilled every single banchan quickly when we asked for more. He was so accommodating and was quick to also get our meats and switch our out grills when needed very, very attentive! My boyfriend and I eat a lot of Korean BBQ, the meat quality here for AYCE is very amazing quality for what you get, the marbling on the ribeye and short ribs, fantastic. Thank you June for our incredible experience we will be back!! So excited to tell everyone about this place. Also they have Squid Games Dalgona cookies for free at the end and if you complete the challenge within 10 min you get a discount on your food! How cool is that?! I would like to add the banchan sides tasted better than most KKBQ places. You can tell the quality and taste is homeade.
google avatar

Gina N.

Yelp
4.5/5 Stars - My partner and I were visiting from Texas and I've got to say this is hands down one of the best KBBQ places we've ever been to! There's an authentic feel to the restaurant upon walking in. The doors were propped open since the weather was nice out. Definitely lively for lunch. We ordered the Large Combo for our party of 5 and it was the perfect amount. The quality and flavor of the meat was really good at this price point. Let's not forget about the unlimited banchan?!?! There were so many and they were all full of flavor. Our favorites had to be the fish cakes and kimchi. Pro tip: try searing the fish cake a little before eating (it gets even more flavorful). The service was provided by the staff was good. We were greeted by multiple staff, who were all friendly and double/triple checked that we had been assisted. The ladies regularly made their rounds, periodically checking on us and promptly bringing the items we requested. God bless their hearts bc we ordered so many banchan refills. Overall, great experience, would come here to eat again.

Ken H.

Yelp
The food was good, but being unable to take leftovers to go is a total waste of food.
google avatar

Jason H.

Yelp
Met up a friend for lunch.. ordered a couple soup dishes as krn bbq would be a bit heavy for lunch. Side dishes were average at best. I had the spicy soup (yukaejang). Just slightly above average but it hit the spot. Friend went safe dwaenjang jjigae. I assume hers was just OK as she didn't finish it. I'll def have to come back to report on their krn bbq.
google avatar

Jaynne L.

Yelp
Came here for dinner. We were seated pretty quickly. Our server was moving super quick, however it seemed very rushed which wasn't appealing when you're trying to eat and relax. We had the all you can eat for $45/person. We ordered a mix of pork jowl, short rib, brisket, and beef top sirloin. The portions were decent and the meat tasted okay. The jowl was fattier than other places I've had it. The banchan was good and came with a variety of cucumber kimchi, bean sprouts, and radish to name a few. It also came with the typical sesame oil and fermented soybean paste. Overall I'm not sure if I would come back. I've had other Korean places and all you can eat that were better.
google avatar

Luke K.

Yelp
They have many different type of korean food beside BBQ. All you can eat BBq and all the others, no brainer to go here.
google avatar

Koa B.

Yelp
Came for dinner on a Friday night, party of 5, with 2 Big growing teenage boys, for AYCE KBBQ. The food was really good, my favorite was the spicy pork. However, I've had better service elsewhere. Probably because it was during peak dinner hours. When we went, we ordered 4 or 5 meat items for the grill and had to wait 15 minutes before we could put another order in. It was so busy we could barely get our waiters attention. And with the 1 1/2hr dining limit, we were disappointed we weren't able to eat as much as we wanted to & left still feeling hungry. We probably won't be returning during peak dining hours again and will try going on a weekday instead.

Malia K.

Yelp
It's pricey but worth it. DON'T come here if you don't enjoy tasty quality Korean bbq DON'T come here if you don't LOVE banchan, because their spread is delicious and plentiful Service was indulgent JUST wish they had a little bit MORE veggies - add that and it would be an easy 5star rating!
google avatar

Emily S.

Yelp
This place is my go-to kbq place after hiking when I visit Seattle. It's a little pricey but you definitely get your money's worth. I've never gone to an AYCE kbbq place where the quality doesn't decrease the more servings you get until I found Chosun. There's a variety of side dishes, so much that you might find other tables have some that don't fit on yours. You do have to be pretty on top of ordering as they get pretty busy and it can be difficult to flag down servers to ask for grill changes and refills. I highly recommend getting the beef tongue as that was the top pick for our table.
google avatar

Jane F.

Yelp
More of a 3.5 stars... Let's start with service...the lady who sat us was very friendly and attentive. Got things out for us real quick. At a later time, it was kind of mixed. The service was sporadic, and they would forget certain things we ask for. Overall, just average service... The food...besides the bulgogi, nothing was marinated. So you have to rely heavily on the quality of meat and the sauce they provide. The quality was good, but I have had better. The sauces were garlic sesame oil, sesame oil, and a sauce that resembled a very thin soy mix sauce. So nothing really mind blowing and I think the meat can use a bit more seasoning. The banchan dishes were good, and by the time we asked for a 2nd helping a lot of them were already gone. It's unfortunate, but the banchan were tasty! Chosun is a great place, but probably will go to another KBBQ before returning

Gina Will N.

Yelp
We've been coming here often and usually enjoy our visits, but today we had a very disappointing experience with a waitress named Jessica. She was rude and dismissive toward us. We had the buffet, but she seemed unwilling to take our order and treated us unfairly. Her attitude felt discriminatory, and she even tried to charge us for food we were still eating, calling it "waste." We hope management looks into this behavior -- it's unacceptable and not representative of the service we've had before. We will tell our families and friends to not come here again.

A L.

Yelp
Best Korean BBQ joint in Fed way, hands down. Can be kind of pricey but all you can eat meat, with a menu that has other items like dumplings and ramen make it value for the money.
google avatar

Maggie L.

Yelp
New name, new management (?). The last time I came in 2021, this place had a different name. The inside has not changed, and service was great when we came for lunch on a weekly. The inside looks the same, clean and spacious. Food took almost 30 minutes to arrive, but it may be because we ordered a combination instead of the lunch special. I wish the banchan came as soon as we ordered, but it actually came almost at the same time as the food. We got the #1 combination, which came with soy bean soup, seafood pancake, fluffy egg, spicy pork and spicy squid (my favorite), all for $89. I'd say it's enough food to be shared by 3 people. It was definitely on the pricey, but everything was delicious. I recommend the lunch special (available Monday through Friday) for a better value.
google avatar

Gina H.

Yelp
After 4 days without power, needed to dine out and stay warm. Decided to try this place and glad we did! Good quality of meat, friendly service and not overly crowded for a Friday night dinner. With BBQ fans running, it can be little noise but much better than having smoke all over the place.
google avatar

Yelp
Chosun is def a place you can go for everything, soondubu, KFC, and other Korean dishes like cold noodles. In Fed Way, most people know there's so many Korean spots to choose from within a mile or two radius. What sets this one apart is the variety and the service. My cousins come here often and I was always curious. This isn't one that stands out on the road, it's nicely tucked away and can miss it as you're driving towards the commons. The space is chill and a lot of tables, the ambiance is a common Korean restaurant with their decor. The menu is extensive and I would want to try the AYCE KBBQ menu next time I go. You get a little bit of everything from here that fulfills everyone's cravings. I got the soondubu combo with kabli ribs. It was bomb! Loved the silkiness of the tofu and the ribs were meaty. We also got the KFC soy garlic for the table and I would come here again despite my bias with Underground Kitchen. It's worth the try and will get a lot for your money!

Lilly T.

Yelp
Was in the area and had time to grab something quick before an appointment. Got a bibimbap - great veggies and great bulgogi. I definitely wanna try their AYCE.

Genesis R.

Yelp
I really loved this place! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely a great spot to enjoy a good meal. Highly recommended!
google avatar

Tammy N.

Yelp
We've dined here multiple times. We were really impressed with the meat selections and all the sides that you can order with your AYCE. Price is much higher than most kbbq in the area, but it also includes all those other special sides. Service is always mediocre, or lacking. The ajimas there are more worried about turning tables than checking if you want more meat or sides. We always have to flag them down if we need something. Also, their restaurant closes at 11PM. That doesn't mean they take their last table at 11PM. It means last table gets sat at 9:45PM, last call for food is 10:10PM, and they all walk out and lock their business doors by 11PM. Good food, subpar service.

Yelp
I've passed by Chosun a few times but decided to try it with my friends. We got AYCE bbq and they were packed. Upon entering, my experience was already poor. They didn't have any central heating and to make things worse it was snowing outside so it was cold inside. They had two space heaters which limited the amount of tables to warm up. The other thing was that there was only one employee who was allowed to take meat orders. During our 2 hours there, we had to actively flag them down to order. Each time the table was empty and the server had to come back after 10 minutes to take the order. With service and ambiance already pretty poor, I had hoped the food was better. Meat quality was subpar to the price - super fatty meats and eel that had a fishy aftertaste. Wouldn't come back or recommend Chosun.

Yelp
My family and I (6), came for the AYCE dinner. Right when you sit down they give you all the banchan and water. They allow 4 selection of meats at a time BUT you must finish that order first before you can order anything else (which sucks). Ive read other reviews and didnt read anything about having to eat EVERYTHING before you get anymore, maybe its just us they did that too. The portion they give you is quite a bit so you'll probably never get to tasting anything else because you literally have to consume everything before ordering again (didnt expect that from an AYCE place and for the steep price, I should be able to get what I want.) For the grilling, they use an electric stove type of thing where you just put the grill on top. Not really ideal for KBBQ because the pork will never get crunchy like we would like. The food took forever to cook. Its basically cooking your food on a pan. The char you get from real flames is totally different, you wont get that here. Service was ok. Had to flag down a waiter a few times to order sides that come with the AYCE. We ordered think slice pork belly - couldnt get it to cook correctly. We also ordered Beef Bulgogi- that was good. we ordered the Rib eye (SELECT- by looks and taste of it) that is limited to 1 person, it wasnt good nor did it cook correctly because its basically frying it on a pan. Also ordered Shrimp (old-mushy), scallops and soy- sauce duck. I think what really set the tone was when they denied us to order other types of meat. Then they crammed 6 adults in a medium size table, very uncomfortable and couldnt easily shift in my seat. Its safe to say that we wont be returning, after a $400 bill for 6 people and walking out of there just unsatisfied, not worth it at all. For $400, i should have been able to sample all sorts of meat. The other AYCE places in federal way are better. But this id all my opinion, take it with a grain of salt and try it out for your self.
