⭐ 1 Star Review
I’ve been a loyal customer of Christopher’s World Grille for years, typically visiting 4–5 times a year and spending well over $200 each visit. I’ve always considered it a special place—until my most recent experience, which was not only disappointing but genuinely upsetting.
From the moment we arrived (an hour and a half before closing), Patrick treated us like we were an inconvenience. Our server Randie greeted us kindly. Patrick started speaking over her and immediately started snapping and clapping to get us to “order now.” It felt rushed and aggressive—not at all the level of service I’ve come to expect here.
I have a serious egg allergy, and when I asked whether a particular dish was safe, the manager gave me the wrong information- then reluctantly checked this finding out he was incorrect. This kind of negligence could have caused a medical emergency. It was careless and made me feel unsafe.
We ordered a full meal—two steaks, a salad, dessert, cocktails, a cappuccino—all delicious– we close out and tipped generously. Despite that, the poor treatment continued. The manager even leaned over the bar at one point, loudly telling friends he couldn’t wait to leave and grab a drink. It was unprofessional and made it clear we weren’t welcome.
After years of great experiences here, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way, especially when I’ve supported this restaurant so many times before. I hope management takes this seriously—because no guest should be made to feel rushed, dismissed, or unsafe.
