"The menu at this Chinatown barbecue spot is brimming with imaginative skewers, offering options to suit every diet. Feel free to experiment with a variety of choices when you visit, such as bacon and quail egg, lotus root, Taiwan sausage, and squid." - George Banks-Weston

"Last fall, TT Skewer, known for their Northern-style Chinese barbecue, introduced a complete overhaul of its menu to focus on traditional cuisine from the Dongbei region in Northeastern China (which stretches from Siberia to Mongolia and the Korean peninsula) and relies heavily on cabbage, root vegetables, and sturdy winter animals like lamb. The restaurant goes under the name Feng Tian Xiao Chu, (loosely translated as “Fengtian petite kitchen”) on certain food apps to emphasize the new menu, though it retains the TT Skewer signage as a homing beacon for its barbecue-loving loyals. Samuel Chueh likes to order the twice-fried pork strips tossed in a sweet, vinegary sauce, double cooked pork, earthy, spicy, and aromatic lamb ribs, and sauteed pork ribs tossed with slivers of fried potato and green beans. You can really sink into the pork stew with pickled cabbage and vermicelli noodles." - Diana Lu

Happened upon this nice little restaurant which turned out to be quick and tasty. There is a lot of spices on these skewers so some were too spicy. Frog legs were nice and thick but too spicy for me. I definitely recommend the chicken and cauliflower skewers.

My friends and I came to Philly for a day trip from MD! As soon as we reached the city, we came to Chuan Kee Skewer for lunch :) The service was really good with the workers greeting us with a smile and wishing us a happy lunar new year. The food also came out really fast! We ordered an assortment of skewers and non-skewer dishes, my favorite being the Taiwanese sausage and chicken wings! I also really loved the eggplant dish too with how soft and runny it is :) All of the food definitely hit the spot after the long travel! I’ll be sure to come back when I’m in the area!

Grilled meats on a stick, what’s not to like. My favorites were the squid, beef and the crispy chicken thighs. Cucumber salad and glass noodles with clams complimented the meal.

BEST RESTAURANT IN PHILLY The foods, flavors, and service are to die for. Make sure to arrive here on an empty stomach so you can order as much food as possible. My favorite skewer to order are the Frog legs or the Mini Hot Dogs. Really one of a kind restaurant here in philly.

Quick service. Lots of options. And the skewers were delicious! Fair prices for skewers. The prices are a bit higher but everywhere is high now. The portion sizes are good for the price tho. The flavors are also on point. Very cozy vibes.

OMG .. first time here and I must say the skewers that I got was so good... Got lamb beef and shrimp and a bowl of edamame

Google
Overall I thought the food was very good, and the portions and high quality very fair for the price. With special call out for the roast corn being excellent! It was sweet and had a nice roasted flavor. The goza and the sauce were excellently flavored, and because they were fried not steamed a little oily for my taste. The skewers were tasty yet, as one other reviewer noted, all seasoned the same, which is something I didn’t expect. The entire staff is warm, and friendly and service was fast and excellent.

Google
My favorite go-to place for skewers! Best one you can find in Chinatown and it’s a BYOB! I always order the beacon wrapped enoki mushroom. It's so good! I also like chicken meat skewer, which is tender and not too dried. You can sprinkle more seasoning like red pepper powder and cumin if you love spicy spicy like me. This place is small and cozy owned by a small family. Even though they don’t understand and speak English well, but they’re very friendly and attentive. Everything is good. Except the squid, which is hard and on a chewy side. You need a strong teeth for that lol. I recommended bring some beers to have with your skewers, it’s the best pairing! It’s a good mood. This place is perfect for anyone who wants to chill with friends and have a yummy small bite snacks.

Yelp
Chuan Kee has mastered the art of the skewer. The meats and potato skewer were delicious! The meats were so fatty and meaty; I really enjoyed it. While it was a great experience, the prices didn't match with the value. I'd prefer Zhi Izakaya over this since the ambiance is nicer and prices are more appropriate over there. Service was nice, and the restaurant had a good amount of people for a Friday night.

Brandon L.

Yelp
These were some of the best skewers I've had and I eat a lot. Both the lamb and beef ones were seasoned perfectly and the surprising part is that it was juicy. Other places tend to overcook it. They cooked it to a nice medium. I feel like they use better quality meat since it was also tender. The pork belly skewers were exceptional. The flavors were shocking and had the perfect balance of sweet and salty. The service was extremely friendly. If you're here to explore Chinatown, I recommend stopping to grab a few skewers to munch on as you walk around the streets. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
This place is very tasty with a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. Enough to make a solid meal. A good place to go to with your omnivore friends.

Connie T.

Yelp
One of the only Chinese bbq skewer spots in Chinatown, although they have other entrees as well. It's more of a casual place. You order by writing on a paper menu. The skewers are well seasoned and they have extra seasonings on the table if needed but we don't usually use them. I really liked the preserved eggs with tofu and rice cakes with honey. The rice cakes with honey are coated in what tasted like sesame powder so it tasted like a sesame ball without the red bean filling and all the oil. The owners are very friendly. The place is rarely busy so you don't have to worry about a wait. Highly recommend if you're a bbq lover.

Anson C.

Yelp
The staff is awesome. We had some language barriers, but it did not stop them to assist me. I highly recommend this place as it has great service and openness to help.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the food at Chuan Kee Skewer. The skewers were fresh and flavorful, and the portions were satisfying. The lamb and beef skewers were my favorite, they had a great texture and taste. The dipping sauce was also very good, it complemented the skewers well. This is the only place in Chinatown that I know that offers authentic Chinese skewers, and they do it well. The price was fair for the quality and quantity of food. I paid $15 for a combo of 10 skewers, which was enough for me. The service was quick and courteous, and the ambiance was relaxed and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes skewers or wants to try something new. Chuan Kee Skewer is a nice spot in Chinatown!

Yelp
Meat on skewers are tough and chewy. Cannot chew through on many pieces. Seasoning is okay.

Alyson T.

Yelp
Delicious skewers! The menu is super extensive but we got a bunch of different skewers. Our favorites were the lamb, beef, and king mushroom. Service was great and food came out so fast. This is a BYOB place but our waitress was very helpful in telling us where we can pick something up.

Cookie W.

Yelp
Had a good experience here. Staff are super friendly with very generous portions for both meat and vegetable skewers. Flavor was not quite there for some skewers and textures for some vegetable dishes were too soft/soggy. I would come back, but be more selective with what I ordered Beef (3/5) - Tough, chewy Lamb (5/5) - Very tender, best skewer we ordered. Hot pepper (4/5) - Tastes like a big shishito pepper, also delicious Chicken (4/5) - Doesn't actually taste like Chinese skewer flavor, almost halal vibe but was cooked well and tasty Golden bun (3/5) - Sweet fried bun, what you'd expect. Bacon-wrapped okra and (3/5) - what you'd expect Bacon-wrapped enoki (3/5) - same Chive (3/5) - huge portion but a bit overcooked Potato (3/5) - comes in one giant slab which detracted from texture, became a little soggy Hot and spicy dumpling (4/5) - tastes great, just not spicy at all

Alan L.

Yelp
I think this has to be the best Chinese skewers spot I have ever had. It's simple, easy, good, delicious, juicy skewers. It is super easy to order. Just fill out the menu and write how many you want of each. You can also adjust the spice level as well. I opted for mild on all my skewers. My top favorite skewers are the beef, fish tofu, chicken, and bacon enoki. All were perfectly cooked and tasted juicy. The best one that's not on skewers is the Chicken thigh. I was shocked of how big the chicken thigh was and it was so juicy & delicious. Has to be the best chicken thigh I have ever had. Overall, I highly recommend. 5/5 for sure!!!

Yelp
I was really excited to find out about a skewer place in Chinatown. We went with a group of 6 people for my friend's birthday party. They were really accommodating for big groups and were also BYOB. We ordered a bunch of skewers including lamb, beef, and chicken. We also ordered a few dishes like the crawfish, clam vermicelli, and a veggie dish. The skewers were pretty pricey they were 3.50 dollars for a decent size skewer, but even in nyc I was always able to get skewers for 2.00. The chicken skewers are definitely not worth it for the price. Overall the place was fine nothing too special. I'm not too sure I would return any time soon.

Tanya L.

Yelp
Was so excited to try this place - from the pictures, expected to do hot pot style with skewers but turns out it is them cooking up all the skewers and presenting them on trays. Turned out so well, and loved the appetizer dishes - the thousand year old egg and tofu was sooooo good. Service was excellent - we were the first in the store! Very attentive owner/server Restaurant is casual and intimate. Was perfect with kids

David V.

Yelp
Pretty good skewer restaurant my favorite was probably the fried tofu skewer. It had a sweet and salty seasoning on it. My least favorite was the lamb, I usually love lamb skewers but this one was kind of bland. I think it needed salt, but I didn't see the salt shaker at the table. The mini sausage was also really good. And my favorite also was squid but for some reason the squid was kind of cold... Would definitely come back and try more of the veggie skewers. Prices were reasonable

Austin W.

Yelp
Right next to the Matcha Maiko on Race Street. My friends and I stopped here before a night out. Food: I thought that all the meat skewers were cooked thoroughly and seasoned well. If you want an extra kick, they provide spices at each table. My favorite skewers for the night were the pork belly and bacon wrapped quail egg. The chicken thigh was also quite good. I found the seasoning to my taste but you might find it a little spicy or salty. Service: Ordering was simple and done by checking off what you want on a paper (similar to AYCE sushi places). Our food came out within 15 minutes of ordering and the appetizers appeased our stomachs before the main course. Ambiance: While the shop wasn't decorated with any obvious theme, it did leave me with a good impression. Eating here reminded me of what it's like to go eat at a market stall in Taiwan where my family is from.

Kelly C.

Yelp
Pretty standard/solid Chinese skewer spot, giving it 5 stars to show support and help keep the place going. I liked that they have a paper menu for you to write on for your order to avoid any confusion since they seem to only/mainly speak Chinese and I don't. Great place if you want a quick snack (3 skewers is a snack for me).

Ann S.

Yelp
I loved everything here but the price. The price came out to be around $150 for a party of 4, which I consider expensive for skewers. The skewers were delicious and well seasoned. If you needed more seasoning there were many options on the table. My favorite was the bacon wrapped okra and the bacon wrapped emoji mushrooms. The service was decent and what you would expect. Overall, I would recommend this place for a snack and not a full meal because of the price.

Le C.

Yelp
I would definitely give 1 star. I ordered a lot of kebab but only about half of them were served. I don't want to wait for another 15 minutes so I left with empty stomach. And I ordered seafood with rice noodles, but I didn't find any rice noodles in it. Really disappointed!!! 点的菜只上了一半,剩下一半漏了,我都震惊了!下单能漏一半!花甲粉也没给粉!太差了!

Victor C.

Yelp
In need of a bbq skewer fix, worth the drive and hassle of finding parking in the area. Melt in your mouth braised pork belly.

Eunice N.

Yelp
5th time here and planning on coming again! service is okay but food is really good. i personally think the seasoning is too strong for me on some skewers but my boyfriend loves all of them. my favorite is the mushroom with noodles - lots of different types of mushrooms and the broth and vermicelli are good every time. definitely recommend!

Pauline C.

Yelp
I came here with my sister after work on a weekday. There was plenty of seating around 5:30pm. We ordered a variety of skewers and some to go as well. Some of the meats that we got were a bit overcooked but the flavor of everything was so good! We got some fish tofu, squid, corn, chicken hearts and some other skewers as well. All were really tasty! The staff was also really nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something quick and tasty!

Michael T.

Yelp
This is a pretty cool place in Chinatown. As their name implies, their best dishes are their various skewers. I think this place is best experienced with a group so that you can order a variety of different dishes and try them all out. That's what we did and it turned out great. The food came out relatively quickly and all in one neat tray which is pictured here. We got fried donuts, rice cakes, beef, fried tofu, chicken, and pork belly. Highly recommend their fried donut which is a sweet dish that is crunchy and warm when eaten fresh. Also love the fried pork belly. Everything was seasoned and grilled perfectly. I have no complaints and would definitely return.

Jenny Z.

Yelp
The skewers here take me back to the nights of street food back in China! We ordered 4 lamb skewers, 4 beef skewers, 2 beef tendons, and 1 lotus root skewer. The lamb and the beef were really delicious, though not as spicy like they do in China! It definitely has some cumin and maybe 5 spice seasoning. The beef tendons were not so good because they were rather tough. It was chewy whereas it should normally be melt-in-your-mouth gooey and soft. The lotus root was cut thick, and was rather satisfying to bite into.

Mike N.

Yelp
Amazing. Skewers brought me back to my time in Qiqihar. Go for the pork wrapped enoki - I could eat 10 of those things.

Tiffany T.

Yelp
I've been looking to try this spot since they opened and finally got the chance to, last Friday. I tried the chicken skewers, fish tofu, and fried tofu skewers. All were well seasoned, great price, and delicious. I also got the enoki mushroom soup to accompany it, and added clear noodles to truly make a meal out of it. Everything was delicious. The soup was perfect, I wouldn't change a thing about it - and service was very friendly and a great mom&pop/homey vibe. The only reason this is not a 5 star, and also the reason I won't be returning - is because they solely use disposable 1 time use plastics/materials for serving for dining-in. The enoki mushroom was served in an aluminum rectangle container, and plastic spoon and chopsticks. As much as I wanted to love this place, my environment-loving soul cannot support this business for this reason. I hope that I'll be able to pop in, in 6-12 months to see if that's changed.

Percy N.

Yelp
Great place for a few quick skewers. I like the combination of squid and pork belly which allows you to mix lean and fatty meats. Shrimp wrapped in bacon was not bad but not spectacular either. Plan to try a few more in the future. Reasonably priced.

Khai T.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem in China Town. One of the best Skewers and Hotpot place in town. Food are cheap, but high quality. Portions are great. Atmosphere is fantastic, perfect for date night. Must try the Egg plants and Pork over rice.

Shirley S.

Yelp
Super legit Chinese skewers!!! Reminds me of my time back in China . This place never disappoints. Great for a date night at home with a nice cold beer. Definitely worth a try.

Mary D.

Yelp
Extremely cheap skewers - $2 for meats/$1.5 veggies). Little gem is a byob and opened every late (to 12/1am depending on the day). Each table is stocked with containers of spices. You have the option of buying grilled skewers or a hotpot combo that comes in a metal tub. My favorite skewers to get are the beef and mini sausages. The grilled pork and chicken were ok. Only thing I wish is that for the hotpot combos is that you can make your own combinations instead of picking preset ones. Quick service. No one really bothers you. Although I wish they were more attentive.

Suf L.

Yelp
We came in on a Tuesday evening, and the first thing we noticed was a lot of take out orders, which is a good sign! You order like an AYCE sushi place - filling out the number of items you want on a large paper menu. They have BBQ skewers, as well as hot pot. They also have a variety of different items on the menu as well like eggplant, soft shell crab and fried rice. It's definitely vegetarian friendly. We opted to go with the hot pot combo #2, which came with like 6 different skewers - lots of seafood balls/cakes, some sausage and tofu. They put a little pot on your table and light the gel on fire to get the water hot. The seasoning was great; it may be a little too spicy for some people. You also get complimentary glass noodles to eat with the hot pot too. We also got a few skewers a la carte (see picture - squid isn't included in it though). They were seasoned heavily and tricky to eat, but that's the nature of the beast. Ask for extra napkins! The best part of the meal was the pineapple and chicken fried rice, which was cooked perfectly and a healthy portion. We topped it off with great green tea mochi. We'll definitely be back when we are looking for some quick, quality hot pot!

Melissa P.

Yelp
I have good news and bad news. The bad news Hakka Beef House closed! The good news is this new skewer place is pretty good and they still have some of the Hakka Beef House favorites on the menu. We started with the okra salad which I really liked and the oxtail dragon beard noodle soup. There are a few other noodle options (udon or glass noodles). Also liked the green beans but they were a bit salty. We LOVED the soft shell crabs-definitely get this! We also got the combo #2 hot pot ($20) which had 3 skewers each of beef, shrimp, and fish balls, with 4 or so half balls on each skewer and one type of skewer with vienna sausages. It all comes in a tall skinny little pot full of spicy broth that sits over a flame to stay warm. There are other pots to put your empty skewer sticks. This whole situation reminds me of late night street food in Korea and China. I didn't love the Vienna sausages but if you're a fan of all the balls you will love this! We also tried the crawfish which came with gloves to eat them but were still very messy and probably not worth the trouble. But the real attraction here are the grilled skewers! These also remind me of late night little streetside shacks. All of them were spiced perfectly with a similar seasoning - very cuminy and a bit spicy. Lamb and beef come with 3 each but all others can be ordered a la carte. We tried (in order of favorites): Bacon wrapped enoki Cauliflower Beef Lamb Squid (a bit overdone) Pork Belly (also a bit chewy) For dessert we got the green tea mochi (also could have gotten red bean). This place has some other Japanese options like gyoza and edamame too. This place is open late night so if you like meat on sticks, stop by! Don't forget to BYOB!

Judy Z.

Yelp
There's a not a lot of places that just sell skewers in Philly, because they're traditionally street stall type of food. Since they're located in a restaurant expect the prices to be a little more than expected. They do have a good selection of items, I recommend just getting 1 order of each meats to try all the favors. The eggplant and clams are bigger portions but the flavors are phenomenal. I wasn't a huge fan of the hot pot skewers, I prefer traditional hot pot to this option. I would definitely choose regular skewers over the ones in broth.

Jacqueline T.

Yelp
A hole in the wall, five star find! Came here on a whim for dinner on a Friday night, and I am surprised there aren't more people here! Y'all are missing out. Their food is PACKED with flavor. You order each skewer individually and that gives you the chance to try everything. Must just must try the buns - crisp outside with fluffy insides and coated in condensed milk. The vegetable skewers do not disappoint either. The mushroom noodle dish was yummy and a great accompaniment to the skewers.

Lilian H.

Yelp
doesn't seem like much from the outside, but probably one of the, if not the best, skewers ive had in chinatown. the food was fresh and delicious, flavored well. it is very casual, but was so delicious! i recommend the rice cakes, chicken gizzard, and lamb skewers (personal favorites)! will definitely come back!

Antrica G.

Yelp
I love this place! Literally consistent each and every time. I personally love the chicken wings and and pork belly! Usually surprised how fast I fill up on these tasty snacks So full of flavor.

Shan L.

Yelp
Very authentic Chinese skewer place, good food, great value. Perfect for hanging out with friends.

Peter L.

Yelp
This is one of my girlfriend and I's favorite spots in the city! Authentic tasting skewers which are a good resemblance of street food in china. All of the flavors are great and different from a lot of Chinese food you may be used to eating. Recommendations include the bacon enoki, pork belly, rice cake, lamb, ham sausage, fish tofu, and their foil noodle dishes. Golden bun is cool to end with dessert as well.

Alex D.

Yelp
One of my top 3 places in Chinatown. The skewered chicken, lamb , and roast corn are all delectable. They have spice one the table if you want to mix things up too

Taylor S.

Yelp
This was my first time trying hotpot skewers so I have nothing to compare this restaurant to. That being said, good food is good food! Chuan Kee Skewer has an easy ordering system where you check off the item you want. We started out with the spicy cucumbers (which we always order when we go to Chinese restaurants) and CKS might have taken the top spot for favorite spicy cucumbers! Nice balance of spicy to the cool cucumbers. Next we had the takoyaki which came out piping hot - loved it! Perfectly crisp outside with a soft center. Next came out the BBQ skewers. We ordered tofu, sausage, potato, chicken wings, lamb and rice cakes. My favorites are the potato and chicken wings but all were seasoned perfectly! The seasoning had nice hints of cumin. We had to try the hotpot skewers (duh!) and opted for combo #2. It comes with sausage, cuttlefish ball, shrimp ball, fish ball, beef ball and fish tofu. It was HUGE and would be great for a group of people to share. The bucket was heated with this really cool purplish thing that was lit on fire. All of the skewers were very good but I preferred the fish ones since they were more tender. The last item we had was crawfish and they were so fresh and huge! They brought out gloves without us asking so we didn't make a mess when eating the crawfish. The sauce on the crawfish had some nice heat and was very garlicky (which i love because I'm a garlic fiend). I didn't see that they used this sauce for any other menu items but it would be SO good on any meat. Service was also excellent and they made us feel right at home. I cannot wait to go back and bring friends since I think this is a great restaurant for groups!

Jennifer C.

Yelp
This place is SUPER unique. If you're looking for a spot to go with a big group of friends, look no further. Chuan Kee has something for everyone and everything on the menu is easy to share. Went here with a friend on a weekday evening and were seated quickly. Our server explained the menu, how to order, and pointed out her favorites and popular items. I really appreciate when servers do this, especially when dining at a unique place - I'm sometimes shy to ask questions! We ordered a few BBQ skewers, a hot pot, soft shell crabs, and fried rice. Portion sizes were on point with what I expected for the prices (skewers range from $1.50-5... but with the $5 ones we ordered, you get 3 skewers)! Everything was really tasty and an overall great value. The soft shell crabs and pineapple fried rice are a MUST. The hot pot really stood out and was super fun to eat. If you don't fill up too much, the mochi green tea ice cream is also really yummy. We really enjoyed our experience here and plan to come back with more friends so we can try even more of the menu!!

Ashley Y.

Yelp
After reading the reviews and since this was the only skewer place that was opened around noon.. I decided to give it a try during my lunch break. Let's say, I probably won't come back for take out.. I ate it right away once I got back into work which is a 2 minutes walk. The beef and lamb skewer were very dry and hard. It was so hard to chew/eat. It was a sad lunch for me. (Mind you I sat there and waited for my food) The reviews for dining in seems better but who knows. I didn't have a good experience.

Allysa V.

Yelp
For someone who doesn't often venture to China Town, this place is definitely a must try. My friend and I tried Chuan Kee for lunch and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere inside was clean and brand new. This place is a BYOB, so you're welcome to bring your own alcohol. They also have Wifi which is helpful if you don't have an unlimited data plan. The service was fast and friendly. The woman serving us gave us suggestions about the menu. I don't often eat spicy things, so she steered me to get things on the menu that were more "mild" or on the sweet side than spicy. Appetizers: Pork Belly- my favorite thing I had today! Big slices in sweet chili sauce. I have gotten pork belly at Han Dynasty in the city and their sauce at Chuan Kee in my opinion is even better. Also, it is a giant portion. Pork Gyoza- pan fried and very tasty. Skewers: all of the skewers had a similar barbecue taste Beef- tender and tasty. Make sure you ask for these well done if you like your meat cooked that way. Chicken- also really great, but preferred other skewers over this one Pork belly- would definitely get again and highly recommend Bacon Wrapped Enoki- I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms, so I wouldn't get this one again New Orleans Chicken wings- great, but would be even better in the sweet chili sauce! Korean Rice Cake- would absolutely get again! Probably my second favorite skewer Cauliflower- My friend really liked these as well Hot Dishes: I tried the shredded beef with hot pepper. I subbed for a sweet pepper instead. It was a HUGE portion and I would absolutely get again. My friend got a pepper chicken dish which was also great. Definitely had a bite after from the pepper, but was excellent. We got a bunch of different dishes as this was more of an early dinner. I know there is a lot of competition in the area, but I would absolutely come here again. They are located close to NOTO and other concert venues so I would come here for dinner before a show. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the China Town area.

Brijesh P.

Yelp
Craveable meat skewers at food cart prices! Everything I tried was excellent, Lamb (the classic), Beef, Squid, Pork Belly. You definitely won't regret over ordering, but the meat is juiciest right off the fire when the fat is still perfectly rendered. They did bring everything out at once, so if you're a slow eater it might cool down on you; but the flavor is so enticing that shouldn't be a problem.

David Z.

Yelp
Food: loved the soft shell crab here! It's one of the best soft shell crab I have had You must order it when you come to check this place out! Also, the cauliflower skewer was especially tasty and crunchy! Customer service: the staff her is always so friendly so that's a plus! Shout out to Shan Shan! Highly recommended for all you skewer lovers!!!!!

Hai Anh N.

Yelp
I love the food here don't get me wrong, when it comes to skewer this is a spot I'll go with my friend but today I found hair on my cucumber salad, probably the last time.

Tina K.

Yelp
Came here on a weekday afternoon for a quick bite. I absolutely love skewers so I was really excited to try them out. We ordered 2 fish tofu, 1 potato, 3 lamb, 1 New Orleans Style chicken wings, and 1 squid. Apparently the squid batch was made smaller than usual, so the waitress brought us an extra squid skewer, which I thought was very nice of her. Overall, the skewers were very tasty. They were nicely seasoned, but there wasn't a ton of meat on them. The fish tofu was my favorite because it was soft and bouncy. The potato was a close second cuz I love potato. I liked that the lamb didn't have too much fat, but to be honest there wasn't a ton of meat anyway. I'm not sure what made the chicken wings New Orleans style, but the meat was very juicy and tender. I wish I could come back and try the hotpot skewers. We just didn't have time this trip.

Yelp
Not worth the wait for the food and the prices. Double check your bill because they were missing items we haven't received. Flavor was there. But is it really worth the hassle to eat? I rather go to solo skewers down the block. Thanks but no thanks.

Yelp
Ordered takeout during COVID-19. They wrapped the bbq skewers with aluminum foil so food is still warm when I got home. They offer all kinds of skewers, meat vegetables seafood etc, so I just ordered 1-2 of different things to have a taste. I like the vegetables, cauliflower and lotus root, shrimp and squid are pretty good too. The meat skewers are overcooked. Also one thing for bbq cravers, it doesn't give you the flavor of charcoal grill - I'm guessing they use gas grill. Other than that this place is interesting to try out.

Yelp
Lovely place for skewers! We only ate the regular skewers and hotpot skewers, both of which were good and fairly priced. Would highly recommend the cauliflower and mini sausage. However, while the hotpot skewers were good, options for what skewers could be in it were very limited. It would be much better if you could choose what you can put in the hotpot. Otherwise, a great spot for happy hour or late night.

Yelp
There seems to be a rave review about this place and so I gave it a try. The meat are mediocre, it didn't seems fresh, to me it seemed like they were putting the same season on everything they cooked, for the price and quantity is not worth it for me
