Great mix of flavors in every bite. The spicy from the jalapeno went great with the sweeter bacon jam. All that with a fluffy egg that melts in your mouth and a satisfying crunch from the hash brown! Definitely recommend getting there early if you want to try the other menu items as they do sell out.

Finally got to try the breakfast creations of Oscar snd Chubby Boys and man did it live up to the hype. A pop up operating out of Drip Collective, a cool coffee spot in the West Loop, Oscar whips up a delicious breakfast sandwich AND breakfast burrito. The sandwich is bursting with flavor from the bacon jam, jalapeños and pillowy soft egg and cheese. The breakfast burrito is amazing as well, with the chickpeas adding something tasty and unique mixed with delicious eggs a hasbrown cheese and avocado. So glad I finally got to try these and already can’t wait to go back. Go early though! Because they sell out fast on the weekend right around lunchtime.

The Chubby Burger is best burger I’ve ever had in my life 😍 I’m so glad the server talked me into it (I was gonna be basic and get the typical lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle)! I can’t wait to come back next week to try the chicken sandwich.

The food here is banging, worth traveling for, cannot wait to come back for more, this was great!

Waited in line for about 15 minutes till open but definitely worth it. Line moves quick. Chubby boys and Drip collective offer an absolute vibe coupled with one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the city!
