Chubby Cattle BBQ was absolutely worth the wait! The food was incredibly tasty, with high-quality ingredients (caviar on the food was a nice touch!). Even though the wait was long, the experience made up for it. We went late, and our server was super helpful, even assisting with cooking. Great service and an overall amazing meal—definitely coming back!

I went there for my birthday and had Juan as my server, who was very friendly and delivered excellent service. He was a fast responder who was always around my table to assist me with anything from changing the grill to meal ordering, and he was informed about the menu. Absolutely pleased with the service, I would refer this place to my family and friends, and I would be returning for more. It was quite tasty in terms of food. The meat is of excellent quality! I wish I could have more of the premium beef because I believe I am addicted to it. We were able to cook the meat rather quickly because the grill was superb and I could adjust the fire myself. Overall, my dining experience here was excellent, and I strongly advise you all to become members. If you like this kind of food, I think it's worth it!

We had an amazing experience ! The food was absolutely delicious.Meat is exceptional! Our server, Kai, went above and beyond to make our evening special.Kai was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and he checked in just the right amount to ensure we had everything we needed. This was a great experience. We got the mid-grade package (I think Diamond) and the wagyu short ribs were absolutely melt in your mouth divine. Our server (I believe his name was Kevin) was incredible. He was very professional, personable, and friendly. He answered all of our questions and seemed very genuine and passionate about the restaurant, as it's new. He remembered any stated allergies and made great recommendations to our table. He was very attentive and changed out our grill more than I'd seen before at other places, which was great. I loved the little robot that brought the food out, and the ordering process on the tablet was great. Everything was quick and efficient. The only thing that felt a bit off was the self-serve drink stations, only because everything seemed so fancy and that part just made it feel like a fast food restaurant in a way, but honestly, I didn't hate it! It gave us the opportunity to try a few different teas and drinks we normally wouldn't have ordered. No alcohol or cocktails available at this time, which in Vegas seemed a little weird, but I imagine it may be something that's coming with a liquor license, etc. However, if they don't ever get one, I'd still recommend and go back! It was nice just eating and enjoying the food without filling up on drinks!

Worth the wait and birthday celebration with my family! TC was our server who made sure our dinner went smoothly and orders came on time. All the wagyu dishes were spot on really really good along with the side dishes and fountain drinks. Can’t wait to be back again!

Best bbq place in Vegas. Our waiter Kai was awesome and came by multiple times to see if we had what we needed and helped us cook the meats in the beginning. For the amount of food and quality of the meats, it’s definitely worth the price. Highly recommend stopping by if ever in Vegas!

Best Birthday lunch EVER at Chubby Cattle BBQ! I celebrated my 33rd birthday at Chubby Cattle BBQ in Chinatown today with my fiancé and our daughter, and let me just say it was the best lunch ever! As locals we try our best to try as many new places as possible. This was our first time here, and from the second we walked in, everything was just perfect. The atmosphere is lively, the food smells amazing, and the whole experience feels super fun and interactive. The real MVP of the night? Kevin, our server. Seriously, best service we've ever had. He was so friendly, super attentive, and took the time to explain everything since it was our first visit. He made sure we had everything we needed and made the whole experience even better. We felt so welcomed, and you can tell he truly cares about his guests! Now let's talk about the food...OMG. Everything was so fresh, packed with flavor. The meat quality is insane, and there were so many options to choose from. We were in foodie heaven! Even our daughter had a blast with the serve your own milk tea and soft serve station...also let's be real, when a toddler is happy at dinner, you know it's a good place! We loved it so much that we're already planning to become members on our next visit. If you're in Vegas and looking for incredible BBQ, top-tier service, and an all-around fun dining experience, you HAVE to check out Chubby Cattle BBQ. Chubby cattle was our backup plan after an unsuccessful attempt to eat at China mama and I was glad we did it! My friend came here before and was raving about their milk tea. Initially I was slightly apprehensive since the chubby cattle hot pot was very average but expensive. We got the silver option since some of us don't really eat scallop so didn't felt necessary. There were already other American or Australian wagyu options. We ordered pretty much all the meat options and I really liked their steak cuts such as the ribeye was super good. The meat is super tender and the sauces are really good. In general their meats are super fresh and high quality. There is a ponzu, a yakiniku sauce but also a chinese bbq chili powder and salt available for you to season your meats. We all really loved the Chinese bbq powder with the meats. On the sides and sushi, the sushi was fresh and definitely on par with the good sushi ayce place sushi. I liked the yellowtail hand roll. The karaage was my fav side, the batter wasn't super thick. The truffle fries was crispy and fresh but the truffle flavor is very faint. You can get corn cheese boats from the drink station to grill. The corn in the corn cheese was super sweet and not enough cheese but otherwise ok. The cheesy potato is sweet potato. Now chubby cattle bbq is my new fav $50-60 range bbq in Vegas now because the meat quality is superior over the Korean bbqs at their highest tier. Drink included too. The only downside is that I like a spicy cold noodle with my bbq so if chubby cattle can have that then it would be perfect!!

I was looking for a Korean BBQ and this one came highly recommended. It's not the most traditional place, but it is excellent. Their menu scales to any budget, the food is excellent, and the service is prompt. They use a robot to deliver a lot of the food, which was a new experience for me. The only downside is the wait. That said, the wait was worth it. It's the same owners as X Pot at the Venetian.

This place did not disappoint. I LOVED the fact that there were slushies by the door so that we could help ourselves to some drinks while we were waiting. Fortunately, or unfortunately, our "20 min wait" was actually 20 seconds so I had just finished pouring myself a cup of slushie when our table is ready. I chugged the drink since I was excited to explore other drink options there. Their slushie is still my favorite though - just personal bias. I must say their curry was the best I've had out of all the Chubby group restaurants. Maybe it was the meat quality? I went back for thirds on that curry. Their minced wagyu was a bit disappointing though. It didn't hit the spot like it did at other locations. Services was amazing (and speedy) despite them being extremely busy. The meat quality was consistently great. The side dishes were just okay, but the meats + curry + slushy were enough to keep me happy. I do appreciate the variety (aka veggie options) though. Overall experience was great! I'd definitely want to revisit again.

Before I start talking about the food, I have to shoutout Harry for being a superstar server! He was excellent service made our dining experience 10x better. He constantly checked on us, cooked our food, changed our grill and explained the cuts of meats and also helped me upgrade my chubby cattle membership. We need more people like Harry in the food service industry! Now about the food. Wow! Everything was so tasty! Our group of 4 adults and 2 kids selected the gold packaged and it was the perfect packaged for us! For the speciality items, we got the scallop with uni and the wagyu nigiri with uni. The wagyu nigiri was so good, I honestly could have eaten another 6 of those pieces. Since there were 4 of us, we got to try a selection of the speciality team. I don't remember what we order but they were all so tasty! The other dishes I really enjoyed was lamb since it was flavorful and tender, the wagyu hand roll, beef tongue and the wagyu with the egg dipped. I would pass on the seafood. I cannot wait for Chubby Cattle to open up at the Great Mall in Milpitas! I hope the food and service will be just as good as this location.

Went the first time it was 3 hours wait so we left. Second time we were seated right away. The servers were attentive and provided great service. However, for me the meats were okay quality for the price. We did Gold tier which was $75 per person. We should be able to order each appetizer that was for premium instead of just picking one of them. Same for their Japanese Waygu. As I mentioned above the quality is okay not the best but not sure if it was just that day or what. But I personally couldnt eat their meat because it was so salty and oily. The meat was soak in oil and salt. I only one round of meat and couldnt even finished it. Pro: unlimited soft drinks/hot tea/milk tea and soft serve. Overall, I wouldnt spend that much to go back.

Bro. It's so good. My friend took me here and boy it did not disappoint. I'm going back next week just for fun. It was so delicious. The atmosphere is cool too. It's awesome you just get your own drinks. And they have real ice cream! So kudos for that. Definitely worth it. The only down side is the tables are kinda small, but it is what it is. 100% would recommend

Date of Visit: 12/27/2024 We visited the Chubby Cattle BBQ in Las Vegas during our after Christmas Trip. We walked in and added the waitlist, and the front desk staff told us it was about 1 hour wait when we are the 4th in line. We waited for about 1 hour and 10 minutes to get seated. Chubby Cattle BBQ is operated by the same restaurant group as Chubby Cattle Hotpot and The X Pot in the Venetian, all were very popular dinner options in Las Vegas. Chubby Cattle BBQ was opened in January of 2024, and is the first Chubby Cattle BBQ in Las Vegas. There were three different menus to choose from, for non-member prices, they were Silver Tier $55, Gold Tier $75, and Diamond Tier $85. We got the Gold Tier since I think that is the highest value option. Sapporo Pitcher $20 We got the pitcher of Sapporo, and there were complimentary hot tea, soda, and milk tea from the bar area, and also salad bar, including vegetables, and other vegetable plates to grill. The Gold Tier section includes 1 special meat, and 1 special dish on top of the silver tier selection, which the diamond tier can select 2 for each. There was also a selection of A5 Brisket, Australian Wagyu M8-9 Chuck Eye with Egg, Beef Tongue Platter, Lamb Chop and Scallop. My favorites are the beef tongue platter with thick cut and thin cut of beef tongue, and the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Ribeye, A5 Finger Meat, and Wagyu Uni Caviar Nigiri Raw were very good too. The vegetable options for the white mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms and zucchini were great too!

It has easily become one of my favorite AYCE BBQ restaurant in Las Vegas. The meat is high-quality, fresh, and full of flavor, and there's also an impressive selection of side dishes to round out your meal. They even serve sushi! The yuzu yellowtail is one of my favorites--it's fresh and tasty. The self-serve soda and ice cream machines are a fun touch, letting you refill or change your drinks as many times as you want and enjoy some ice cream as dessert to finish the meal. Pricing: While it's on the pricier side, the quality of the food and the experience more than make up for it. The premium meats, variety of side dishes, and even the sushi options add so much value to the meal. Plus, as a member, I also appreciate the discounts and benefits, which make it even more worthwhile. For what you get, it's absolutely worth the price! 12/10 recommend!!

I had a great time at Mikiya, so I decided to stop and visit this place. Owned by the same group of people, I was excited to try their latest offerings. I generally like bbq a lot so I was hyped! The line was pretty long. It was mostly indoors but expect 20-30 minutes wait for bigger groups. For our group of 2, we went in right away. The inside of the store was very spacious. There are a lot of tables inside and they even give you free slushy at the entrance! As with Mikiya there are several tiers. the highest tier nets you 2 orders of a5 (photo had 4). There is usually one cut of A5 that is ayce, for us it was knuckle. The first couple cuts were of course amazing. I tried 7-8 cuts of Ayce meat and the otoro and a5 knuckle were my favs, with the rest being decent but not my favorite. They have a lot of sides. Veggies, curry, and minced pork rice with the curry being my favs. Of course my main objective was the meat, so I tried not to stuff myself with these. Overall, pretty good and I'd definitely go again!

Jan 2025 This is a sister property of X pot and chubby cattle hot pot. This place is the new standard for bbq. They offer premium wagyu beef, including A5 Wagyu with certifications out front. All you can eat wagyu and you can choose from 3 tiers. They have a self service rice station with beef or curry topping. They have a self service beverage station and and self service ice cream station. Robots drop off your food which is really cool to see and you order from the tablet. They have this system down! The food is mind blowing. Not a single thing could have been better. And at the table they, Give you chili powder and special salt. ADD THESE to your meat. It takes it from great tasting to jaw dropping great.

To celebrate my new job, we went to Chubby Cattle BBQ for lunch after signing up for their Chubby Cattle Plus membership--and it was absolutely worth it! One of the best perks? The membership gives $10 off per person (up to two people), so we got $20 off our meal, making an already fantastic experience even better. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. They recognized us right away and welcomed us back, which was a nice touch. Kai, our server, was amazing. Even though it was busy, our food arrived in under 12 minutes, beautifully presented, and we never had to wait for a grill change or more food. Even special requests--like getting tempura without mayo--were handled effortlessly. One of my favorite things about Chubby Cattle is the all-you-can-drink milk tea and their matcha soft serve machine. I personally like to put a little soft serve at the bottom of my cup, fill it with green tea, and take it to go--it's the perfect way to end the meal. If it's your first time, or if you love Wagyu, I highly recommend going for the Diamond Tier. This tier includes mostly A5 Wagyu selections, scallops, and premium appetizers, making it the best value for the ultimate experience. If you want to enjoy A5 Wagyu without the crazy price tag of high-end steakhouses on the Strip, this is the place to go. Honestly, we come here way too much--but it's just that good!

I was absolutely blown away from this spectacular Waygu experience. I only opted for the silver package yet I couldn't even imagine upgrading past that as everything far achieved my expectations in the first place! Upon entering, it feels like you're transported into another world. They even have a case showcasing the waygu slabs of meat displaying all the lovely marbling. Juan was our server this Monday night and catered to our every need. Attentive and super chill guy. Now for the food, all the waygu items were fantastic. We tried the waygu short ribs, dumplings, tartare and lots of other succulent meats. I was overwhelmed with quality and savored every bite. They even have self serve drinks, dessert and side options. This place was a dream come true. I even signed up for the membership option and am looking forward to it! Thanks again for the great dinner.

A little late review but went here on Valentine's Day around 3pm and the wait was typical for any all you can eat bbq spot. It was just the 2 of us (my boyfriend and I) and we were able to get seated in 30 minutes! I've heard great things prior to actually visiting but it exceeded my expectations. Last year I visited Japan and always raved about the wagyu there and how impeccable it is. Chubby cattle comes so close if not very identical to the meat quality that I've experienced in Japan. The environment is very "upscale casual", there's a self serve drink area and ice cream, as well as cool drinks as milk tea self serve. We were so tempted to get the membership - which I regret not getting now because it's a good deal, will definitely sign up soon. Best bbq spot that I've tried yet!

Okay this spot is BOMBBBBB. Theres different tiers you can choose and I got the middle one. It was so worth it. It's expensive and they even have memberships But it is worth it to splurge. The Wagyu meat quality just melts in your mouth and each meat kept getting better lol. Loved the appetizers too! The server was busy but still attentive and kept checking on us. I def would come back on a special occasion!

Honestly everything here was amazing and I would love to come back!! This place gets packed and rightfully so. Got the silver package and it was a great introduction to the restaurant and still very premium tasting. I may try the upgraded sets for my next visit. It's very busy here! Come early to avoid waiting a long time. The restaurant can feel overwhelmingly crowded at times but it was worth trying!

A5-star dining experience--raising the steaks to perfection! I may be little dramatic but these are one of the "rare" moments I'd like to the "steak" the claim of CHUBBY CATTLE BBQ LAS VEGAS as the best Japanese BBQ Experience I've ever had. My good and long time friend as he would like to say, "Introdseduced" this gem of a restaurant to me on my big day "Well done" my friend! Today was a good day! We were chillin and grillin This A5 Wagyu is a cut above the rest. I'd also like to add, Jeen our server was excellent. She was super friendly and helped us navigate through the menu on the iPad and also advised us on what perks we would get with our membership and also our NFT. Everything was well organized and efficient. Walking inside was a vibe with the meats on display with their Certificate or Authenticity

Chubby Cattle BBQ is a premium AYCE Japanese BBQ restaurant with quality meats, salad and drink bar, and a great variety of hot foods. The interior decor looks cool, restaurant was clean, spacious, and had great vibes. Our server was Juan and he was amazing! He was really chill and also patient with our group of 6 answering all of our questions. The salad bar has a variety of veggies and side dishes such as lettuce leaves for wraps, cucumbers, kimchi, seaweed salad, bean sprout salad, spinach salad, and containers of corn cheese & garlic enoki mushrooms you could take back to grill. There's also rice and you could add curry or wagyu toppings if you want. Drink bar has sodas, juice, milk teas, hot Jasmine tea, and the soft serve was next to the drinks. I highly recommend getting the soft serve! Apparently it's made in house every day and the matcha and vanilla flavors were not too sweet, creamy, and light. We got the Silver Tier and thought the wagyu meat quality was really good! Our favorites were the beef tongue, brisket, flank steak, and squid. We also ordered several side dishes and thought the salmon/yellowtail carpaccios, shrimp tempura, and udon were the winners. Everything was fresh and our group really enjoyed dining at Chubby Cattle BBQ!

Wow! Chubble cattle is the best japanese bbq spot I have been to. They have 3 package levels for the AYCE, we opted for the Gold level so we could try some of the japanese waygu options. The meat was so good! Free slushies at the door, milk teas and ice creams included. Service was great. Table has a time limit where you can no longer order. So worth it!

I came here with my aunties, cousins, sisters and mom. We all got the top tier which was $85 per person. This was the best bbq food I ever ate and made it worth it. Everything was so good. The service was great. Our waiter was so helpful and help us grilled some of our food because the fats on the meat made the flame high. The restaurant was pretty big. Self serve on the sides and they had milk teas and matcha ice cream. I would recommend everyone to give this place a try!

The service: good, attentive, and helpful. As a first timer, this can be intimidating but we had a good time and were helped when needed. The food: some items better than the next, but all a matter of personal preference. We truly enjoyed the wagyu rib tips and the Argentinean sweet shrimp. The sushi items for us were a miss, except for the yellowtail. You can definitely taste the quality of most of the meat cuts! Huge variety of drinks included, milk tea, juices, hot tea, soda, and slushies. As far as alcohol, I'm sure they have some, but we aren't drinkers so we wouldn't know. Vanilla and matcha ice cream available for dessert, also included. Ambiance: casual, cozy and overall, a good time.

Good premium meats all you can eat. Self serve your sides and drinks. And order everything off the iPad. Service is fast and consistent. Ambiance very busy. But the food is amazing! They also have sushi and soup for the alternatives. Will come back and highly recommend

4:30p Monday night. No wait at all, plenty of open tables. Instagram mentions walk-ins only but I saw a party of 14 come in w a reservation, so maybe only for large groups. High quality meat, fantastic kind service, and nice vibes. Shares the same plaza as Game Nest and another cute gift store so perfect for date night. Yes, it's pricier but the meat quality (specifically the marbling) is higher. It was good to try it out.

On our first attempt walk-in at 8p.m., they were fully booked and the wait time was 45 minutes, so we ate at the nearby Izakaya. A week later, we arrived a bit earlier around 6:30 and the wait wasn't long before we were seated. We select meat platter, noodles platter, and veggies platter. Food overall are good and we left feeling very satisfied clean and tolerable noise from the large parties and hotpots. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant at least once if you are in Vegas. Especially after a straineous day of hiking (we just hiked from Zion National Park).

We came here as a group of 4 on a Saturday for lunch based on a recommendation from a friend. We were seated very quickly with no wait even though they were busy. Our server was Juan and his service was amazing! He helped us grill a few of the meats and explained how their system works. We first went to the station to get sides which included kimchi, jalapeños, lettuce, cheese corn, garlic enoki, bean sprouts, etc. Then we went to the station with drinks which includes water, soda, tea, milk tea, juice, and slushy. For a BBQ place, the milk tea was really good compared to boba places. I got the Samurai Milk tea. The kimchi was delicious. These stations were both self serve. When ordering meat, you get to order 10 meats at a time on an iPad. You have 90 minutes to order with a 5 minute time between each order. We elected for the gold tier which was $75 per person which included special meats. If you have their membership, there were additional discounts. We tried a bit of everything, including the appetizers and nigiri. All the meats we ordered melts in your mouth and very flavorful so you do not need any of the sauces. The quality of the meats makes sense for the price. The Wagyu nigiri is a must try. The regular nigiri was just as good because the fish was fresh. We were extremely full at the end, but still had room for ice cream. There were two options: matcha or vanilla. The matcha was too flowery for my taste. However, the vanilla flavor was amazing. The interior is modern and clean. All the staff were prompt in removing empty plates. The robot server brings out your order fairly quickly as well. This has to be one of the best BBQ experiences I have ever had. Definitely a must try for BBQ lovers. I will come back when in Vegas!

My family and I were here in Vegas during Veteran's Day weekend, and my BIL recommended this place. They don't take reservations unless you're a member and it's obviously a popular spot, so we rushed here on a Sunday around 3:30pm after outlet shopping. There are 2 locations in Vegas, but this one is located off of Spring Mountain Road, between Stober Boulevard and Arville Street. It's in the plaza closer to Stober, but the plaza is big and has 2 buildings - it's in the 2nd building further away from Stober and also facing the opposite/Arville direction. Considering we were here at a random time, the place was hustling and bustling. We waited about 10 minutes for our table. BTW, there were huge commercial refrigerators in the entrance area that were packed with meat. There were a number of certificates of authenticity from Japan, with the cattles' names on it (in Japanese). It really hit us with the reality that we need to appreciate every bite we take. The menu is basically divided into 3 tiers - Silver $55pp, Gold $75pp, and Diamond $85pp. Obviously, the higher the tier, the more and/or better meat and seafood options, but we got the Silver tier and it was totally satisfying. There's a time limit of 90 minutes per table, and there's a 20% charge based on entire bill if there are leftovers (and no, you can't take them home). Our enthusiastic server took our first order, but after that, we ordered via tablet and a robot brought our additional orders (our server did come by every now and then to check on us). Every - single - beef - dish was delicious! Super tender and juicy! I particularly liked the brisket and miso wagyu. Iberico pork...awesomely fatty. The salad, kimchi, bean sprouts, seaweed salad...yesss. If anything, the shrimp was eh. Cooking with the shell on made the shell stuck to the shrimp and it was hard to peel off and eat. Kind of messy, too. The pineapple was literally 2 rings of pineapple from a can. I still grilled and ate them, but I'm good with eating canned pineapple at home. In the Silver tier, we were able to get fountain drinks, juice, and cold/hot tea. The cold milk tea was good. There was also a matcha and vanilla soft serve. We pretty much ate for the entirety and man, I needed to unbutton my jeans (but I didn't, geez people)...but there's always room for soft serve, lol.

Ambiance: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Meat Quality: 5/5 Pricing: 4/5 but i mean it is wagyu so i would not complain Variety: 5/5 Taste: 4/5, the ice cream missed the spot. I know it is nice they offer dessert but there needs to be more matcha in it. Overall, i think this is a great one time experience. definitely a splurge but worth it if you can eat a lot.

First time eating here and it did not disappoint! Everything from the meats to the sides was amazing and tasted great. Service was great and our server Downey was super awesome!! Would indeed come again as the decor and complimentary items were great.

Best yakiniku bbq AYCE hands down! Superb food quality that matches expensive fine dining restaurants in the Strip. Environment was casual and they had plenty of booths to seat up to 4 people with one binchotan charcoal grill. Our favorites were the melt in your mouth A5 wagyu striploin, short rib and knuckle meats and Argentinian red shrimps & scallop shells. The hotate scallops with uni, salmon carpaccio and unagi avocado handrolls were also delicious. Our server, Kevin, was amazing. He was very friendly, efficient and attentive. He explained how the AYCE works, the different tiers and the membership. He also provided recommendations on which meats to get and also replaced the grill grates whenever it was quite charred already. He grilled the A5 striploin for us perfectly, so it was the highlight of the meal! Will definitely back here whenever I'm craving high quality beef!

First time here and it's now my favorite bbq spot in Vegas. We had Harry as a host and he did a great job explaining everything. It was wonderful having him cook some of our dishes to perfection. I definitely recommend coming here.

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon, around 3pm. There was about a 15 minute wait which wasn't too bad for the 4 of us. As soon as we were seated, we were greeted immediately by our server Kai, who was super friendly and did a great job explaining the menu. One thing I absolutely loved about the place was the All you can drink milk tea. They did have variety of other drinks, but I was too into the milk teas. We got the diamond tier to try the wagyu. For their specials for the tier, you are only able to pick 2 of the 4 options which felt a little disappointing despite paying for the highest tier. It was decent though. We tried a good variety of the meat, but the wagyu was definitely the best from the all. The nigiri was decent. I did enjoy the handrolls. They were very tasty. From the appetizers, I really liked the fried squid. The curry, the wagyu buns, the steamed chili dumplings, and the steamed egg was just okay. It did not seem like they had much flavor. Throughout the meal, we were having plates stacked so high and even had to put some on the side of the chair because no one was clearing it. We had tried to give some plates to some of the workers when dropping food off, but they would leave almost immediately. A great thing was they do give an iPad where you are able to order 10 items every 5 minutes. Overall, experience was just okay. There was nothing that was too exciting for me. Service was a little all over but maybe cause they were busy. Kai was super friendly though. For the price, it felt a little disappointing as it felt there was things lacking in flavor but maybe would give another chance in the future as maybe it was just an off day.

A5 wagyu from different locations. All you can eat of certain ones. What more can you ask for? Unlimited milk tea! Our server did help us grill the Japanese A5 since we one got one serving per person. The rest of the meat we had to grill. The other not grilled items were also good especially the dumplings. Restaurant was clean and well lit, I felt like I was like one in one of my anime shows eating dinner. I Would go again and you should too!

The best AYCE BBQ on the strip. we chose the Silver choice and all the meat, seafood, sushi, and nigiri were top notch quality. Order 10 items at a time and the cute robot waiter serves it to you very quickly. a great experience and a must try!

My friend had been raving about this spot, but said they would have been content with the lowest tier. When we went we decided to start with that. I fully agree that the quality and options at that level were honestly wonderful. The meat was the best quality out of any korean bbq I've been to. They also had some awesome nigiri, sashimi, and hand roll options. I will say the bachan were lacking for me personally. The options were limited and I feel a big part of this type of experience is the sides complimenting the meat and breaking up the heaviness. The space was clean, and nicely appointed. They even have a robot server and a tablet you can place orders from that starts your 90 min countdown when you place your first order. The vibe feels a bit rushed when dealing with servers. I don't think they have many with all the tech help, so they are spread between a lot of tables. No one explained the robot initially and how to know what to grab from. I think technology is cool, but a human to more easily access and ask questions is also helpful. They also have a self serve beverages and a soft serve ice cream station. It was cool they had two milk tea options which were not too sweet. The soft serve green tea was not as matcha foward as I hoped, and a bit to sugary. Overall its probably closer to a 4.5, but rounding up for their superb meat quality.

Best ayce bbq place I've ever been to. I'm a foodie and I've been to many places like this and this definitely exceeded my expectations. Harry's service was great! Will definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Being a fan of Chubby Cattle hot pot, I was very excited to try the BBQ version from the same owners. This spot is an Asian bbq joint moving more towards the realm and price point of X-Pot (also owned by the same company). My group and I decided to go with the gold tier menu with this in mind. The wait from when we put our names on the list to when we sat down was about an hour on a Sunday night. I won't lie, the meat was very high quality and worth the price and the wait. The cooked meats had a very nice flavor that wasn't too overpowered by smoke since the grill has vents on the outer edges. Even the raw meats were delicious and fresh with clean flavors that you can tell are high quality. From our sides, I recommend the Wagyu XLB, Wagyu nigiris (melted like butter!), tartare (very interesting with BBQ pringles), steamed egg, and enoki mushrooms. I would skip the Wagyu rice and the whole sushi menu. The fish for the sushi wasn't as high quality and the rice to fish ratio isn't ideal compared to other restaurants. Other than that, the menu ordering was very simple to use after we got the hang of a rhythm since you can only order 10 items at a time. The drink self-service and soft serve area is great, and it helps the servers focus on getting food to the tables (along with the robots LOL). Overall, I'd definitely return for a special occasion where I'd be willing to pay for the premium tiers because I can't go back now

Food was absolutely delicious. The spicy wonton is too salty for my taste.. everyone else seems to.love it. I'm surprised the sushi was actually good. Usually when a restaurant does more than just kbbq, the other type of food suffers. It was not in this case. Jean was our waitress and she was attentive. Someone took our tray from the kitty robot and she put the orders back in and added 10 min to make up for the time. I appreciate her noticing that without needing us to speak out about it. Upon reviewing my receipt, bc we have a party of 6, we were automatically charged 20% gratuity. I do not mind the auto charge but it included taxes for the calculation of gratuity. This is not accurate. Gratuity = base price X tip rate, not (base + tax) X tip rate. I cannot change it to custom tips and calculate accurately. This is a scam. The taxes get remitted to the government anyways, so I do not believe I should pay additional tips for taxes.

Our favorite Japanese Waygu bbq place in Vegas. So many choice. Top end meat. Service is impeccable. Our server- Juan was amazing. No matter what level you choose. There is no wrong choice. Do try to make reservation if you are a bigger party. Enjoy.

My bf & I were visiting from Hawaii and our friend recommended coming here since she was here last week and she loved it! We got the sliver set. So much good quality meat with banchan, with Milk tea and ice cream! What more can you love! The quality of the meat was good and flavorful -you didn't need the sauces. We ordered the egg and the sushi. I really liked the sushi especially the seared salmon and the hamachi. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back the next time we are in Vegas!

Our first time at Chubby Cattle was beyond amazing! We went on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn't busy at all. My boyfriend and I opted in for the membership ($28; unlocks member pricing at all locations, e.g LA, NYC, soon-to-be SF, you get your money's worth on the second visit) and the gold tier ($65 for members/ $75 non-members). You get the special items once in the gold tier but the other selections of the meat was still really good!! My favorite items: - A5 Knuckle (replacement for A5 Brisket): really good, we ordered this repeatedly! - Wagyu Otoro: omg this is melt-in-your-mouth goodness!!! the charcoal made this meat so smokey! - Wagyu Nigiri: so good we had 12 pieces LOL the wagyu pieces were large and had a great umami taste Big fan of Chubby Cattle for its quality and price! Shout out to our server Jeen for being so knowledge. She gave the best recommendations, helped us cook the meats, and make sure we were taken care of.

My 2nd time at Chubby Cattle BBQ! I highly recommend this place for any occasion! The first time we were here, the wait was long and we were hungry! We were about to leave but met this kind STRANGER who convinced us to stay! He said this place does not disappoint and it did not! Our 2nd time, we tired to make a reservation during prime dinner time 6:30ish, but they would not take reservation for under 6 people. We ended up going around 3ish and got seated quickly! They had a cat robot serving our food. The wagyu were high quality. The fire was strong and cooked our food nicely! The servers were attentive and changed our grill a few times! The drinks and soft serve were unlimited refills. They have a small salad bar. My party left this place happily. We had a total of 90 minutes to dine. Everything is ordered through an iPad. And it even has a count down timer along with how many plates ordered. Please note - you can only order 8 dishes a time! My party ordered 48 dishes total and ate it all!

Just recently visited again and had to bring my other friends to try this place out. What's new from last time is that they have a separate station to get sides, some veggies, and also the wagyu rice and curry. The quality of food was just as good as last time I was there and the service was outstanding.

Phenomenal service. Everyone in Vegas needs to learn from Chubby Cattle. They don't do reservations, and you will probably have to wait an hour for a table esp on busier nights (tip- go to the arcade a few doors down and pay $11 for an hour of unlimited games) and if you decide to chill in their lobby they offer free slushies! When we were sat, we were finally seated by the sweetest host ever. She was so genuinely kind to us. When our server Harry came to help us, he thoroughly explained how everything worked and even cooked our a5 wagyu for us and explaining each cut to us as well as being apart of our first-time experience with wagyu. His service was top tier. Although we were only there for a short while, we bonded over the music so fluidly that it felt like talking to a genuine friend. He and the staff worked as one unit effortlessly and so efficiently to deliver, cook, and clean up. The communication and teamwork was executed flawlessly from beginning to end Now-- the food. THE. FOOD. 11/10 I've never had Wagyu in my life and this surpassed every expectation I had of it. The way each cut was so distinctively different but similar was beyond my comprehension. Mind-blowing and other-worldly. The excitement and experience of chubby cattle was worth every single hype. Highly highly highly recommend.

Tc was our server and he was great with all the details on how to cook the A5 correctly, helped us with whatever we needed. This place has a great atmosphere and the food is top notch. Will definitely come back since we are now members
