Chuck E. Cheese Partners With TV Production Company for Reality Show | Eater Dallas
"An Irving-headquartered family-entertainment chain best known for pizza-catered kids' birthday parties and arcade games, the brand is partnering with production company Magical Elves to develop an arcade-centric competition show where contestants face off in ticket-earning games. The move is part of a broader pivot toward a more adult-friendly, Dave & Buster's–style destination (a 'barcade'), and comes after the company announced it would remove animatronic bands from all locations—leaving only a single animatronic in Los Angeles. Company leadership says it is "thrilled" to be developing licensed merchandise and media around its characters, signaling an effort to expand the mascot into a larger pop-culture presence." - Courtney E. I brought my child here last week to have what was supposed to be a fun time and instead it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a child’s play place as my child was on the skip time game doing exactly that skipping he frantically began crying and screaming in pain I got him off of there and sat him down he took his shoe off and his tiny toe was bleeding he was very sad and is now left with the trauma of this and doesn’t want to ever go back to chucky ever again his words exactly what makes this all even more upsetting as a parent is knowing I didn’t have the support I hoped for when I let the manager know exactly what happened. After leaving and cleaning my sons foot up i ended up finding the piece of glass that went through my child’s shoe that is still intact to this day so I called the
exact location to speak to the manager about my finding an employee answered and I asked who am I speaking to and they hung up now it’s been a week and no call and the game is still open for play more like to get hurt watch your children

Alicia is amazing! Her and the rest of the team really made my daughter’s birthday special. This location is a lot larger than the others we’ve been to and has a lot more games to choose from. We will definitely be recommending this location to everyone we know.

Nice place for kids' birthdays and games. You're entitled to some space, but you'd bring your decorations. They'll provide you with snacks as pizza, plates, juice as lemonade, cups, and gift packs for kids, etc

My kids favorite go to place when we are just at home doing nothing on the weekends.
There are some times where we run into games that doesn't work but that doesn't keep us from having a good time.

Attended a birthday party and I was not impressed. The seating in between parties was cramped. (See pictures) The atmosphere was way too relaxed for it to be children’s amusement park. (See video during the “Happy birthday celebration.”) Staff wasn’t very interactive. Chuck E Cheese was just a prop. Service was fair - the trash was thrown away by yourself or parents. The pizza was not as good as another Chuck E. Cheese. I buy the boxes of Chuck E. Cheese pizza from the store and it was better than this.

The mouse terrified my nephew and was relentless. I kept encouraging him to keep tickling the kid even though he was terrified, but money talks, so he did. Chased him into the parking lot and even though their invisible stamps didn't match, the security guy let them go away together. My life has never been better. Thanks, Chuck Cheese!

Definitely not the right Chuck E Cheese location for my toddler.
I was accused of stealing a child’s wristband today. The mother had came over, called me a thief and started to curse me out in front of my son. I came over to the manager and asked him to resolve it by going over to the mother and telling her that our band is registered under us and that she owed us an apology. The manager looked clueless. First, he said there was not much he can do. I literally was just so furious and had to kept telling him that I feel disgusted that my son had to watch all of this. He eventually came over there to speak to her but it feels as if, he could give two cents about his customers. We love Chuck E Cheese but sorry, this place is not for us.
