Chuck E. Cheese Partners With TV Production Company for Reality Show | Eater Dallas
"An Irving-headquartered family-entertainment chain best known for pizza-catered kids' birthday parties and arcade games, the brand is partnering with production company Magical Elves to develop an arcade-centric competition show where contestants face off in ticket-earning games. The move is part of a broader pivot toward a more adult-friendly, Dave & Buster's–style destination (a 'barcade'), and comes after the company announced it would remove animatronic bands from all locations—leaving only a single animatronic in Los Angeles. Company leadership says it is "thrilled" to be developing licensed merchandise and media around its characters, signaling an effort to expand the mascot into a larger pop-culture presence." - Courtney E. I brought my child here last week to have what was supposed to be a fun time and instead it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a child’s play place as my child was on the skip time game doing exactly that skipping he frantically began crying and screaming in pain I got him off of there and sat him down he took his shoe off and his tiny toe was bleeding he was very sad and is now left with the trauma of this and doesn’t want to ever go back to chucky ever again his words exactly what makes this all even more upsetting as a parent is knowing I didn’t have the support I hoped for when I let the manager know exactly what happened. After leaving and cleaning my sons foot up i ended up finding the piece of glass that went through my child’s shoe that is still intact to this day so I called the
exact location to speak to the manager about my finding an employee answered and I asked who am I speaking to and they hung up now it’s been a week and no call and the game is still open for play more like to get hurt watch your children

The worst part about our visit was the other customers, ladies wearing tube tops and booty shorts to a kids play place is inappropriate. Yall should implement a dress code for your customers. Other than that, the games were all functional, the pizza was good. And I like the timed play versus token play.... that made it very easy to get out of there at a certain time! Overall it was a good visit.

The food prices here are RIDICULOUS. The game times are too short, by the time the kids start playing the game is over. My grandson had a good time, but we want be back it’s cost way too much for what you get.

Alicia is amazing! Her and the rest of the team really made my daughter’s birthday special. This location is a lot larger than the others we’ve been to and has a lot more games to choose from. We will definitely be recommending this location to everyone we know.

Nice place for kids' birthdays and games. You're entitled to some space, but you'd bring your decorations. They'll provide you with snacks as pizza, plates, juice as lemonade, cups, and gift packs for kids, etc

The Friday night manager was the worst! Choosing to help customers that just walked up versus the people already waiting in line for assistance. When brought to his attention he chose to mumble under his breath. When giving me back my change he avoided my hand that was already out and placed my money on the counter. Horrible service!!

My kids favorite go to place when we are just at home doing nothing on the weekends.
There are some times where we run into games that doesn't work but that doesn't keep us from having a good time.
