very disappointed that I ended up filling a complaint with corporate office. Today we decided to have a salad at Chuck E Cheese's We walked in at exactly 8:00 pm and we went straight to the register, order 4 salads and while placing our order a female walks to the register and mumbles something to the cashier, the person at the register then tells us he's about to put the salad bar away, I was surprised and questioned their closing time & the cashier confirms 9:00 pm, so I questioned why are you refusing service it's only 8:00? His response to me was (because it's time to close the salad bar) I was surprised since I worked for your company many years ago, and I know for a fact we never refused service an hour before closing, if anything we had to wait till closing time & for the last customer to exit in order to start putting things away, obviously the company is loosing a lot of business refusing service an hour before closing. While walking towards the door, I asked for the managers name and to my surprise I was told that the person standing next to the cashier is the manager and her name is Gabby. So as you can see I was more disappointed to see that the manager was allowing this to happen & im assuming they rather get rid of customers early to close & go home on time. Not only we were disappointed because we were craving a salad from there, but the poor customer service it makes me not want to return to your business ever again, and I'm pretty sure we were not the only ones that were rejected because there were just a few customers left. So we ended up next door at Olive Garden, great food & great customer service, please note that after the pandemic people are not spending as much, and on top of that you have lazy employees & management included, you really think your business is going to survive much longer? Good luck !
