Some of my favorites are the wok-fried kway teow, full of wok hei and is super tasty due to the Cai Po and XO sauce.
The steamed pomfret is fresh and i totally love the firm fish meat texture.
The yusheng is unique with the use of Basil leaves which elevates the taste profile of the celebratory dish.
The pen cai sauce leans a bit to the sweeter side but it's the kinda dish that can make me devour 3 bowls of rice!
