SF pop-up Ocean Malasada specializes in, you guessed it, malasadas, a Hawaiian treat that’s often described as a “doughnut” or “fritter” elsewhere in the country. Proprietor Rica Sunga-Kwan serves unique flavors, many of which include ingredients grown in her Outer Sunset garden.
