"This brewhouse in the former space of Neon Desert Brewing is on the north edge of the Arts District a few blocks north of Charleston. Cin cin means cheers in Italian, which is apropos, as executive chef Virakone Vongphachanh is offering a range of seafood combining Japanese with an Italian-influenced flair. Brewmaster Cisco Talley designs beers that will pair well with the food being served and his creations include an Italian Pilsner, an IPL (India Pale Lager), and a Red Rice Lager." - Bob Barnes

My husband and I have been here a few times since they’ve opened. The food is always beyond amazing and the service is impeccable! Jasmin has been our server twice so far she is beyond caring and attentive. Recently, we stopped in on a Monday and discovered one dollar oysters. I didn’t think it could possibly be any better than before but I was wrong!

Angela Lok

Google
Wonderful dining experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to assist. The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Great service paired with delicious food made for a perfect meal. Sundays they have 99 cent oysters. I will be back for that!

Google
Must visit!!!! Neat ambiance, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The beer was great but the seafood was phenomenal and fresh. Absolutely try the tuna truffle carpaccio, it was the star of the show!!! P.S….$1 oysters on Sunday and Monday.

We were immediately seated upon entry at around noon time on a Sunday. The server reminded us of their daily special on oysters, Sundays & Mondays. We ordered a variety of food including river prawn thermador, shrimp ceviche, baked clams, oysters and yellowtail tartare. We also got some sake and a lemon drop beer. Unfortunately, they had served our baked clams to another table. So, we had to wait an extraordinarily long time for those to arrive. They did take it off the bill, though. Everything we ordered was extremely delicious. However, the river prawn was a little bit overcooked. Otherwise, a five star spread of delicious seafood. Prices are not cheap by any means, but you get what you pay for. Convenient free off street parking lot right next to the restaurant. Nicely decorated interior. Beautiful clean well appointed bathrooms. Our server apparently took her break during our meal, because she disappeared for at least 10 or 15 minutes. Overall, we had a nice first visit. Unfortunately, they were out of both the dungeness crab and clam chowder, which we wanted to order. We'll have to try next time!

Amazing chef-driven craft brewery. I felt like family. The chef is there and will recommend dishes for you. Incredible Asian fusion food and equally as good craft beers made on site

Google
Well worth wandering a bit away from the casinos to eat here. It’s a 15 minute walk from Fremont street and such good beer and sushi rolls and crudo! The service was exceptional as well. I can’t wait to go back!

Google
This place is great. The waiter did forget our crudo order, which is unfortunate because we were looking forward to trying theirs. Other than that, the food was amazing. Unfortunately it's not a high end seating situation but the food and beer is amazing.

I have been following this place for awhile and finally decided to give it a try !!! This place didn't disappoint at all was greeted right away was quickly seated it wasn't busy but we also went at about 10pm We started with oysters they have different sauces to pick up from the waitress gave us her suggestion and we went with it !! Also got the ceviche and the tuna carpaccio and tuna tartar ! The oysters were super fresh and the sauce was delicious they were so good we ordered another round and tried the other flavors the wasabi was my favorite. The ceviche was delish has shrimp chips served with it gave it nice crunch ! My friend really loved the carpaccio Next we ordered the rainbow crudo it's 18 pieces of fish and baked clams !!! The clams were whatever but probably wouldn't order again! The rainbow crudo Omgggg it was AMAZING !! Some of the best fresh fish I've ever had honestly and I've eaten at many places I will def get this again when I come back!! We got the sparkling sake which was good we got the yuzu flavor since they were out of peach!!! We got the oyster shooters that was my friends idea not really my things but the oyster beer to chase it with was good I also tried the red rice beer which was good ! They have 99 cent oysters on Sunday and Monday's!! I will most certainly be back if you get a chance to try this place you should

Yelp
Chef V and his team are definitely passionate about providing the best service. The attention to detail is truly immaculate! Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Yelp
Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Good ambiance. The seabass, while a small portion, was amazing and worth every penny. Will definitely return.

Yelp
We were a party of 4 who stopped by without a reservation on a Friday night... Ambiance - This definitely has a brew house type of feel complete with brick walls, and wood inspired walls and decor. I was expecting mainly bar food to pair with their beer selection and the ambiance. This wasn't the case and was a pleasant surprise. Service - Our server was very friendly and helpful with the menu. The kitchen delivered the dishes to us in a timely manner. We sent family style this visit as we wanted to sample multiple dishes and rolls. Dishes we sampled... Mixed Seafood Ceviche - Very fresh and tasty Spicy Tuna Roll - Great basic roll Salmon Salsa Roll - stacked and good to go. Tiger Roll -another winner Spicy Edamame These friends have visited here before and definitely steered me in the right direction for some good rolls in a Brewhouse. Sounds off, but it was true. The blend of great service and fresh ingredients in all the dishes I sampled will ensure my return sooner versus later. Cheers!

Ken M.

Yelp
Their beers are exceptional. I had the British Bitter (ESB) Nitro, Baltic Porter Nitro, and Piwo Grodziskie. The server said the International Dark Lager is very good, which I look forward to trying next time. The gourmet seafood menu is priced accordingly. The only menu items which were vegan as is, are the Seaweed Cucumber Salad and Miso Soup. Both were very good, with visually appealing presentation. The server said the sushi rolls and other menu items could be made vegan by removing the seafood ingredients. However, a discounted price wasn't offered for these subtractions. It wouldn't make sense to pay the same price with the most expensive ingredients removed.

Yelp
Food: nothing special about it Ordered gyoza: tasted like just air fried frozeb dumpling 2/5 Beer ordered: Lemon drop: 2/5 Year zoro: 2.5/5 Strata: 2/5 Cold IPA: 2.3/5

Shannon L.

Yelp
Amazing folks here. Very friendly, helpful, great service . Great craft beer made in house with delicious flavors for every palette. Seafood, sushi, and hot food menu is always changing and growing. Fyi, oysters and chef special nigiri is 10/10.

Jeff F.

Yelp
The quality of the seafood here is up there with the top places in Vegas. Creative recipes and you can't beat $1 oysters that are actually really good! Just wish they added some more cooked items because I like having a mix of raw and cooked

Cam M.

Yelp
Came for the oyster special again! Second time here and it did not disappoint. The anchovy chili lime & ponzu are my favorites! David was just as awesome this time as he was last visit. Service here is fast and great. The place is so cute and quaint. I love sitting on the bar in front of the m making sushi and all that good stuff! I haven't tried the beers or anything yet because I am sober at them moment but my friend who introduced me to this place said the lite beers are super good! I can't wait to try the yuzu seltzer! I'll be back for sure!

Yelp
Quality/Quantity - Wow, great job with the fusion foods! Today we got the following: Tuna Poke Salad - My wife's order and a home run. Decent portions, well balanced with tuna and all the other ingredients. Perfect flavor, not salty at all. Drunken Oysters - We ordered this last, as we were still hungry. And wow, I never had a dish like this before. Hard to describe, an oyster noodle dish/appetizer? Flavored, sauced well. The oyster was cut into bite size pieces 2-3 slices (great idea!). We will order this every time we come. Salmon Salsa Roll - My roll and a home run. I think it was my favorite or at least tied with the two others above for my favorite! Negi Toro roll - Sorry, our least favorite roll. It was not bad, but if you are following, we eat so much sushi that this just did not stand out. Plus your other rolls/food was so amazing! Crispy Rice - Not bad, but we have had much better. Good fresh fry on the crispy rice. Got a flight to wash it all down, but I suggest just getting a pint next time (note to self). Sadly I was not wowed with the beers I tried. Red Rice Lager, International Dark Lager, Strat Hazy IPA, IPA. In summary, come here for the food. Atmosphere - Small local business. Cool modern decor, see pictures. Table and bar seating. Plenty of parking. Open 7 days a week, see my picture, Yelp, or their website. Service - Good, the waiter was a one man army. He serviced all the tables (4+) and did it well. I believe the owner or manager stopped by to say hi and thanked me for posting my pictures. Price - $135 + generous tip. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since April of 2024.

Chris S.

Yelp
In an ever expanding world of microbrews, it's a real great to purchase a flight and thoroughly enjoy EVERY beer as well as those ordered by friends! Uniquely stylized beers are crafted here and all are without glaring flaws and are delicious and balanced. Take it a few steps further, replacing standard pub fare with high quality seafood and raw bar! The fish was all fresh and delicious and every single thing we ordered was gorgeously executed and also, expertly balanced. There is real skill here, coupled with love and passion to provide great food. Service is also top notch. It's a small venue, so plan ahead. I assume, given the quality, that this place gets busy. It is well worth seeking out.

Yelp
This was a familiar building as it used to house Neon Desert Brewing. We were greeted upon entering and we took two seats at the bar. Our server was attentive and we ordered two flights of beer, a dozen oysters, baked clams and the yellowtail cocktail. We watched the Chef assemble our dishes, everything was fresh and presented beautifully. The flavors and textures in the yellowtail cocktail were spot on. We enjoyed trying the different styles of beers as well. They have big televisions for all the games and oysters are one dollar on Sunday. I Look forward to returning to try more dishes and more beer in the future.

Ang L.

Yelp
99 cent oysters that is actually fresh !!!?? Say no more . Ok I almost want to gatekeep this place for myself but then again I found out this place from yelp. The first visit we have 3 dozen oysters and every single one was fresh and tasty . The second visit was a bit of Russian roulette . Out of the 3 dozen we ordered I have 3 bad ones . Minor casualty . That's fine . The menu to be honest needs a re org . Nobody wants to pay $25 for a sushi roll . At a sports bar . The whole concept is a. Bit interesting . I want burger and Fries if I'm at a brewery . Just my two cents . None the less DEF come for the dollar oysters on sun and Monday .

Yelp
What a hidden gem! Located in the Arts District, don't blink while driving on Main Street before you miss this spot. It's a Brewery and they have delicious Seafood. It pairs we'll with the beers. Service was awesome. From the first person who we came in contact with and all the workers who passed by our table. I even joked with who I believe is one of the partners as she went into her "telephone" office. I was told that the Chef / Owber used to work for Nobu and for me, I love dining at Nobu so I was excited to try their dishes. Food: Tuna Tartare Poke Nachos River Prawn Thermador The tuna tartare was fresh and tasty. Nice and clean taste. I would recommend at least 1 more crostini. It came with 3 pieces. We had extra tuna so i think that's a reasonable suggestion. Also, I was generous with my portions but the crostini was small. The Poke Nachos on the other hand was elevated. The shrimp chips took it to another level. Nice saltiness and giving the dish great texture. Some much flavor in one bite. This is a MUST dish. And lastly, the Prawn was good but gosh it was $38 and I would have loved more Prawn meat. I didn't taste the crab however, I did love the cheese. Make sure to read the descriptions of the dishes you choose. We also enjoyed the selection of beers we had (brewed in house). We had the cold IPA and Citrus Blonde. Tupac also got to taste the Oyster Beer. He said it was not a strong oyster taste and that he enjoyed it. Overall, a great experience. Next time I'll sit at the bar so I can watch the Chefs' make the dishes. Thank you Tanya for being such a great server at Cin Cin.

Yelp
Was in the mood for seafood and stumbled upon this local gem! Incredibly fresh selections and delicious flavors. Several options for beer/seltzers made in house! Jasmine - aka The Vibe - was great! Will def go back!!

Lisa C.

Yelp
My friend took me and my girlfriend here to celebrate my birthday, and I thoroughly had a bombastic time!! The service here is AMAZING, and the food was SO FRESH and absolutely DELICIOUS! The chef is very talented at whipping up a devine plate of food! Check out the photos below.. drool worthy! Definitely a hole in the wall place in downtown Las Vegas. Check em out! Oh and they brew their own beer here too!

Mark C.

Yelp
We came in tonight for dinner & drinks and wow was the food and service great! Excellent!! Vilian was our server and she provided excellent service and very friendly. Be back soon!

Ryan P K.

Yelp
Nestled in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, Cin Cin at first gives off this warehouse kind of vibe. Upon entering Cin Cin, you're greeted by a sleek, minimalist interior that blends industrial vibe. Our server recommended couple of beer from their menu and I decided to try some of their stout. They tasted very good and had unique flavor to my likings. We ordered tuna poke and carpaccio and both were great paired with our beer orders. Tuna poke was very interesting as it came with the shrimp-flavored chips instead of ordinary tortilla chips, but it was surprisingly very good with tuna poke. We also really liked the sauce used for carpaccio and fish used were very fresh. In overall, we really enjoyed our dining experience at Cin Cin and we're likely to visit again to try some of their other menu items!

Beth Ann H.

Yelp
Great food and service! Came in for the beers and sushi - a combo we don't usually find! Owner and staff were very friendly!

Quinney H.

Yelp
After learning about the recent opening of Cin Cin Brewhouse & Seafood Bar through a local publication, I decided to stop by for lunch last Saturday. After arriving at the restaurant, I sat at the bar, and I was immediately blown away by the great customer service. My server was exceptional in all regards and made great recommendations that were well-suited to my needs. For my meal, I opted for lighter fare and ordered a half dozen oysters as an appetizer and the Seafood Louie Salad for my entree. You're allowed to pick from several different garnishes for the oysters and mix and match, so I picked four different ones: ceviche, red wine mignonette, anchovy chili lime sauce, and wasabi relish. While they were all interesting and flavorful in their own unique way, the anchovy chili lime sauce was my favorite of the four toppings I tried. The seafood salad came out shortly after I finished the oysters, and it was superb. After taking a few bites, I had the idea to treat the salad like an order of lettuce wraps, so I would have more surface area to curate the flavors in each bite of food. Final verdict: Nom, Nom. Nailed it! Lol. I couldn't come to a brewhouse without trying at least one beer, so I also ordered the Red Rice Lager. It was light and crisp with an overall pleasant flavor, and I would definitely get it again. The space is sleek and modern with lots of natural light and a minimalist approach to decor. It also maintains some of the industrial elements from the building, which kind of fits the bill for the Arts District & Brewery Row.

Jessica B.

Yelp
Incredible oysters. Best kept Vegas local secret. Service is great due to the small size of restaurant. We ordered oyster shooters, oysters on the half shell and some yellowtail hamachi. Sat right at the bar with sushi chefs and watched football. Such a great vibe of a place. This is one of my favorite Sundays spent

K H.

Yelp
We happened to be down the street, on a Sunday. We sat at the bar, tried the $1 oysters, and a couple of beer flights. The food was excellent. The beers were on point (one of the better breweries of the weekend ). And the attentiveness of the staff was impeccable. We will be back.

Bernadette S.

Yelp
My gravy this place is spectacular. I had a perfect Nitro Baltic Porter & Phil had a fine Czech Pils. Then there was the dive in & just let me savor this! Oysters, Seaweed cucumber salad & Poke Nachos. Creatively balanced environment w knowledgeable & gracious staff. A Vegas must.

Yelp
Headed back home after a business conference, I wanted to try something new before hitting the road back to Sacramento. I pulled up the Yelp app, searched for "Seafood" and "Hot & New" and this came up. I'm super glad I dropped by! Personally, I dropped by mainly for the seafood dishes - since I had several hours of driving ahead of me, I wanted something nice, fresh and light. There were several dishes on the menu that would have fit that description - I considered one of the carpaccios, for example... but I decided on the Seafood Louie Salad and added a Spicy Blue Crab roll for good measure. The Seafood Louie was almost too beautiful to eat! Great presentation... I'd almost consider it to be a deconstructed version... lettuce, shaved red onion, cucumber, a couple different varieties of tomato, quail(?) eggs, crab, shrimp, avocado... hmm... I'm probably missing something since I'm going by memory - but very nice combination of ingredients topped with a tasty dressing. The Spicy Blue Crab roll was also very good - the right balance between filling and rice in my opinion and well presented as expected after seeing the Seafood Louie Salad. For drink, the Citrus Blonde caught my eye - all of the beers are brewed in-house. I wouldn't hesitate to have the Citrus Blonde again. I really liked it - and to be honest, I'm not a big beer drinker in general. I also sampled the British Golden and that was good... but for my taste, I think I'd choose the Citrus Blonde again. To be honest, I wasn't planning on having beer at all... my normal "go to" drink for dinner is Diet Coke (or similar). Nothing like that on the menu (yet) but they're new and still figuring out what's in demand and so on. Towards the end of my meal, the waiter brought by a couple small samples of a couple other menu items - Marinated Tuna Crudo and Japanese Red Snapper Crudo - both were delicious and a great intro to other things on the menu that I may not have tried! These folks are serious about building a following! Kudos to them and I wish them the best! They're definitely on my list of possibilities for my next trip to Vegas. It's nice to find a gem like this away from the hustle and bustle of the strip.

Yelp
Cin Cin was recommended to me so the next time I was in The Arts District made a point to drop in. Got a really friendly greeting from David upon entry and bopped up to the bar. Red Rice Lager ($8 x2): Light-bodied, smooth, dry, slight sour note but mostly bready, served in a branded weizen glass. Loved it. Mixed Seafood Ceviche w/ Shrimp Chips ($20): Plenty of fish pieces, crunchy veggies and soft fruits, bit of spice, bit of citrus zestiness, plus the shrimp chips lent crisp saltiness. Negi Toro Roll ($30): Stupendous! Six sizable mouthful pieces, stacked high with super fresh rich fatty meltaway meat and firm but popping roe. Quite possibly the best roll I've ever eaten. Value: I ordered two of the mid-to-high range priced dishes, but felt all was well worth it. Plenty of price point options available on the menu and some specials (e.g. dollar oysters) served on other days. Atmosphere: Funky pop cool, welcoming, TVs and beer-centric art on all four walls.  Bar held a great observation point for food creation. Service: Fantastic! Really engaging, helpful, relaxed.

Yelp
AMAZING, we celebrated my son 21st birthday and the staff the Cheff, the food was just expectacular. I recommend this place 1000 %

Tony V.

Yelp
Incredible restaurant!!! Attentive service, food was outstanding and cannot wait to come back 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

Steve H.

Yelp
Great sushi rolls (dragon) spicy edamame is tasty, good beer selections, Tonya my waiter was friendly and very cute, well versed on beer and sushi selections, very modern yet comfortable space

Matt G.

Yelp
The best brewery in town acts also as the best seafood spot in town. Absolutely amazing service as they bring you the best beers in town followed by the best sushi , oysters and all around good food. Inside is always very clean and welcoming. The chefs have always been extremely friendly to me every visit, i get excited every time i walk in!

Michael C.

Yelp
One of the best seafood experiences we've had living here in Las Vegas. These folks take great pride in their food and the overall customer experience. The community table will accommodate small groups, which makes sense as the adventurous menu seems designed for sharing. We'll be back!

Sherry J.

Yelp
Found our new spot for sushi and beer! The waitstaff were all very attentive and helpful. The MUST TRY's are the Rainbow Crudo, Salmon Carpaccio, (the fish is so fresh, you can't go wrong with any sushi or sashimi), then the baked prawn (it was called something more exciting than 'baked') but it was delicious. I wished I had remembered to get our waitstaff's names and to take pictures of the food!

skaught g.

Yelp
This is one of our favorite new spots downtown! The service and the food are incredible and consistently amazing every time! We've had some of the most interesting and delicious seafood dishes and sushi that I've ever had! They also have .99 cent oysters on Sundays and Mondays, so be sure to check them out ASAP!!

Linzi S.

Yelp
Super fresh!! Luckily I came with two others who love to share so I was able to try more things. Everything was super fresh. We had the yellowtail crudo (so buttery), the sashimi salad (the dressing, still thinking about it), miso sea bass, crab and shrimp cocktail (freshest shrimp ever)), salmon carpaccio (so Smokey good), just to name some. Wish I was better about taking pics, but we were diving in. It was fun watching them brewing up some beer. Looking forward to coming back and trying more things.

Wesley W.

Yelp
Service, beers, and foods are great. My wife and I enjoyed the oysters very much, better than other top rated oysters bar on Google map in town. Will be coming back for more.

annie g.

Yelp
Food and Chef were excellent! Everything was extremely fresh. Very cool ambiance. The crispy rice was to die for. I had the Lemon Drop Beer. Excellent

Jodie H.

Yelp
Everything we had was amazing! The food was refreshing and super clean and tasty! They brew their own beers. I definitely recommend pairing them with their food. They go very well together! Service is amazing!

Boyd B.

Yelp
Great place to eat and have a beer! They brew great beer, have great food, and the service is awesome

Sarah R N.

Yelp
My new favorite spot for a nice dinner, happy hour and seafood spot. The foods here are amazing! My fave is the 99 cents oyster every Sunday and Monday. Rainbow Crudo is highly recommended for sashimi lovers. Staff are amazing, very attentive and friendly. Ambiance is nice, clean and the music is not too loud (unlike the other bar/resto) you have to yell for you to hear the conversation.. This is one of the newest new favorite local spot here in Vegas! Highly recommended

Lauren M.

Yelp
Great restaurant if you are looking to eat off of the busy strip. Came here mainly to try the oysters and get some delicious sushi and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is small and intimate so there isn't much table seating. The staff was really friendly and explained the menu and food options. I loved the oysters they come with different types of sauces already incorporated into the oyster. I will say the oysters were small so if you are looking for good size oyster bar there may be some better options. However they were definitely tasty despite the size. We also tried the poke nachos, the ceviche, an assortment of sushi rolls and the wings. The wings were flavorful and really crispy. The poke nachos and ceviche both come with a rice puff style chip. They were both really good. The sushi took a while to come out but overall it was good. They don't yet have a large selection I've sushi but what we did try tasted good. The eel on top of my sushi was just ok. I would come back. Great for a lunch meeting or small group outing. Fairly priced and great location away from the strip.

Sue G.

Yelp
We had an amazing experience at the bar. We loved watching Chef prepare our live scallop! Food was incredibly fresh and well prepared. And the beer was also great!

Jessica G.

Yelp
This place still holds up! They changed the menu a little here and there. I think they're experimenting on some items. So if you like it just get two, you never know! There was a car show in the front that was a bit loud but honestly it looked really cool to see it while having a beer. They had Dungeness Crab, that was new and amazing! (Keep that on the menu!!!) They even give you gloves so your hands don't get messy. I didn't use them... they slow me down. But for a place that serves small bites you get full fast!

Jenna W.

Yelp
Really enjoyed our food! We had the ceviche, crispy rice, California roll, and udon noodles. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Diane R.

Yelp
What an amazing dining experience I had last night. The food was spectacular. Oysters to die for! Miso sea bass that melts in your mouth. We had multiple sushi rolls and delicious citrus avocado toast. My grandson took me there as it's his favorite place in town to eat. The chef, the wait staff and the owner were so friendly and delivered great service. I can't wait to return!! The restaurant is modern and very clean. A big screen to watch sports is available. I'm so happy as a local that we have this high quality restaurant available.

Jean V.

Yelp
If you like Brew Pubs as well as sushi look no further. Cin Cin Brewhouse is AMAZING!

Richard C.

Yelp
The red rice beer was very smooth and had a sweet finish. Just like before the staff was easy to talk to and sports were playing basically on a 360. Chef treated my wife and I like royalty as we had multiple Ceviche cocktails, Crispy rice topped with tuna, Salmon roll and a perfect marinated sea bass glazed with an amazing sauce. Thank you guys again for an excellent night.

Yelp
We walked into this brand new restaurant/brewery and were greeted by welcoming staff. The food was fresh and delicious and very unique. We started off with Edamame which was fresh and hot, then the Poke Nachos, delicious, then on to the Salmon Avocado Roll and spicy blue crab roll and then finished it off with the Pork Gyoza. It was some of the best Gyoza I've had in a long time. Our waitress Vilia was very attentive and engaged in conversation. I would highly recommend giving this place a try. Totally worth it. We will be back.
