30,000-Square-Foot Luxury Cinema Doubles Down in Carlsbad - Eater San Diego

"Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas in La Costa Town Square is a swanky, souped-up movie theater. This newest Carlsbad location is even bigger, spanning 33,368-square-feet and eight screens. There’s a lounge and bar in the lobby, but the luxury theater’s entire food and drink lineup can be ordered from inside the screening rooms at any of its 570 fully-reclining leather seats. This branch is the first to feature an expanded menu that includes Brussels sprouts with bacon and soy-chile glaze, fried Wisconsin cheese curds, lobster tacos, Wagyu burgers, salads, and pizza. The bar pours everything from craft beer and wine to specialty cocktails. Also new to the menu are the 'bottomless' options such as bottomless sodas, bottomless Icees, and bottomless popcorn." - Candice Woo

My son and I watched the new lilo and stitch movie. In the first 30 minutes, he did not liked the movie. He asked to leave. I paid my tab and the service person suggested asking for a refund up front. I went and asked and the manager was rude and said "it's not our fault he didn't like the movie." This was just poor customer service and if she would have said it's past time to issue refunds or we don't over refunds, that would have been perfectly acceptable. The whole experience is over priced and not worth the time if the service is going to be bad.

Google
I love the location but this theater smells bad! We noticed the smell some months back but it's gotten worse. Its smells like smelly feet or an old vacuum bag. I think it's the carpet and it should really be cleaned throughout the whole building. Or replaced..

Google
It's a nice newer theater with big comfy seats, large screens, and full service concessions. The Tuesday deal day is the best time to go. Only $11 to enjoy a movie. But, the cost of movie snacks and drinks is highway robbery. The charge is $9 for a $1 bottle of water, and they have an HH on Tuesdays, supposedly, but it's NOT a great deal. Penny popcorn is $11 per bowl of popcorn. Also, serving popcorn in a metal bowl like you're at home is not what I want. I want the bag. That's the least they could spend when you're paying $11 for coconut oil popped popcorn. And I want the butter, not this bougie stuff that they are trying to swindle people into thinking it's a better deal.

We really enjoy the service and overall experience at Cinépolis La Costa — the staff is friendly and it’s a great place for a movie night. However, the theater really needs some TLC. Many areas show noticeable wear and tear, and the bathrooms, in particular, are getting worse each visit. Hoping they refresh things soon to match the premium experience they aim to offer.

I used to work near here but this Cinepolis was always underconstruction. Finally I had the opporunity to check it out and my partner and I had a wonderful experience! We watched the F1 movie here at theater 4. This was during the day arouund 2:30 pm so it was on the smaller theather. We still had really good seats, and always nice to have the reclining seats. We also ordered Truffle Parmesan Popcorn which is tossed with butter, blend of herbs, parmesan and black truffle. We really enjoyed this flavor and it is nice there is an option for a refill with no charge. Overall great experience at Cinepolis!

Google
From our 1st experience at this Cinépolis location, very clean, great screen: However service was very slow, ordered exactly 1/2 thru movie but did not receive until 10min before credit. We asked for a to-go of our 1st refill of our “unlimited” popcorn since it just showed up, and was told NO by server. Saving grace, as we exited with a full bowl, we spoke with Gabby, and she made a fresh refill for us. She handled it so professionally, and after being disappointed by service, we want to comeback to this location again.

Good service. Building inside our theater was a little run down. Needs a ceiling repair. Food was good. Nothing spectacular but worth the cost. Overall great experience.

I was excited to have a fun movie night with friends and decided to try Cinépolis for the first time. Upon entering, the theater looked very clean and well-maintained, and the menu was intriguing. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. From the moment we sat down, things started going wrong. Despite pressing our service button first, our waiter ignored us and took orders from everyone else in the theater before finally coming to us—making us the last to place our order. When our food arrived, it was relatively quick, but mistakes were already piling up. I specifically requested no ranch, yet they brought it anyway, and I had to ask again for the ketchup I originally ordered. One of my friends ordered buffalo sauce, and we waited nearly 20 minutes for it to arrive—by then, his food was cold. We repeatedly pressed our service button, thinking the waiter would finally acknowledge us, but he continued taking other people’s orders instead. When the sauce finally arrived, we had to send the food back to be remade because it was no longer edible. To make matters worse, one of our appetizers, the chips and salsa, never arrived. When we brought it up to the waiter, he admitted he had completely forgotten and placed the order with only 30 minutes left in the movie—at that point, what was the point? While the theater itself has a nice atmosphere, the service was incredibly disorganized and frustrating. The staff seemed careless about accuracy, and the overall experience was a waste of time and money. There was nothing “luxury” about this visit—just stress and disappointment. We won’t be coming back. 4/10. Also, something that I almost forgot when we were paying at the beginning, we have to either add a credit card or pay cash upfront, which then they were later bring you the change back our server said that our bill was $76 which then when it came down to actually getting the bill, it ended up being way cheaper which to me is super un organized because when you go to any other restaurant when you order food, they put it into the system so you automatically know the customers breakdown of the bill.

Yelp
I stopped in here to pick up a gift card and this location lobby is beautiful. I haven't watched a movie here in years but if I see one soon, it would definitely be here. I was in and out within five minutes with my new gift card!

Yelp
Last time I was here to watch a movie they had little tables separating the love seats but they were all gone when I went last night. Not sure why they removed them but I liked them. It was a good place to put my drink so it did not impede the view of the movie screen and it was a slight buffer to strangers sitting next to me. I also noticed that my fold out table was peeling really badly. I typically go to the movies on Tuesdays where the ticket price is almost half the normal price but on other days the tickets and food/drinks are pretty expensive. They have different happy hour options on each day. Service was good last night. At the end of the day, the reclining love seats will always keep me coming back.

Yelp
Seriously guys, you need to refurbish this theatre. It's not that old of a theatre and it's already looking like this? This is our go-to place for movies but a little disappointed the last time we went. Service is decent and concept is great!

Yelp
Visited last night arrived early like suggested,we ordered popcorn and 2 drinks. We are so disappointed that we were given very cold popcorn. I enjoy my popcorn fresh and hot.

Yelp
This place is amazing. I bring my kid here all the time. I would like to give a special shout out to Emma the kitchen manager. She made sure our food requests were met and we were able to enjoy our movie.
google avatar

Yelp
We saw Beetlejuice there and really enjoyed the comfy seating and being able to order food and drinks during the movie. I wish there were more healthy options but the food was okay. I especially loved being able to order a Beetlejuice 'shrunken head' cup with my Diet Coke. It's awesome. We also got the Beetlejuice tin of popcorn. We will return next time we want to see a movie in the theater for sure.

Yelp
Would I recommend you spend your money here? No. Half of everyones trays were broken, it smelled stale, and my cup holder was missing. When I asked the employee the poor guy said they're working on fixing it and shrugged. The seats felt sticky on top of everything else. I understand why people don't go to the movies much anymore. I feel bad that management is not fixing these issues and their employees have to answer for it.

Yelp
I had a great! The movie experience was good. I was able to recline and be comfortable. I was waited on as soon as I got seated and my meal came within minutes. Overall it was great and I'm definitely going back.
google avatar

Cam C.

Yelp
Tried to come back, it's still absolutely filthy. Half the chairs and trays are broken and covered in sticky something. Everything you touch leaves a nasty sticky film on your hands and it STILL smells like hot trash and old beer. It was so disgusting I felt uncomfortable having my body and clothing touching the chairs, I had to shower when I got home bc I'm not getting anywhere near my bed with whatever germs this place harbors on me. The service was also pretty bad, not sure if the staff just aren't well trained but there is clearly some miscommunication between employees, kitchen, and bar. You're lucky if you get your food and drinks before the movies almost over. Oh, and there's trash all over the floor, even out on the pavement in front of the establishment.

Yelp
This is my Plan B Cinepolis theater when a movie I'm interested in is not playing at my favorite Cinepolis. This theater is more Inland which takes me longer to get to. It still provides you with a luxurious cinema experience including the friendliest service at your seat...that's how I like it. I definitely don't miss the long lines at the regular movie consession stand. Importantly, the food, cocktails, and promos are always good.
google avatar

Sherie B.

Yelp
Perfection! Food & drinks are served directly to your comfortable recliner. They have a full menu, so dinner and a movie is a one-stop evening...and they have a full bar! We will definitely be back. I don't think my husband will ever go to any other theater after this great experience!!

Yelp
THE GOOD OLD DAYS WHEN TIMES WERE BAD Back in the day (takes drag on cig...), to figure out which movies were out and where/when it played, you had to literally hunt that information down. In the ancient times before the Internet and social media, you would either call the theater, or look up movie showtimes in the "newspaper". To get this so-called newspaper, you would stop churning butter and saddle up your horse to ride into town to buy one from the newsboy. All the while watching out for Pterodactyls. Society advanced. As recently as the mid-aughts, you could either drive to Blockbuster and browse shelf after shelf of movies, or go to the shopping mall and choose from a selection of 6, 12, or 24 shows. What's a shopping mall you ask? It was a place where you'd find toddlers on leashes, aggressive kiosk people, and the OG of non-binary's: mannequins... while Stepford music quietly lulled you into submission. Watching a movie used to be a proactive process. Unlike Netflix which tells you what to watch next, you got your movie recommendations from friends who knew where it was playing. An effort was made to get off the couch and drive somewhere to buy a ticket and create an experience out of it. Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas is the closest thing you'll find to recreating the great movie experience of yesteryear. There's a human at the door to take your ticket, and another one to introduce the movie. Immersive visuals combined with Dolby Audio grab your complete attention in a way that VHS tape or streaming never could. And, there's a button on your armrest that you push when you want other humans to bring food. Greatest invention since the FAX machine. Pro tip: If you get a call or text from Blockbuster saying that your rental of SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE is 2,132 days past due... it's probably spam Pro tip 2: Newspapers are still useful because you can cut eye-holes out and spy on people. Reference: Stalker Handbook: page 15, section 2

Yelp
It is hard to top Cinepolis for it's variety of films, dispersed locations in the county and service at your seat. They have recently added a "Dinner and a Movie" option for some viewings. I was excited to get pre-release tickets to the Elizabeth Banks film, "Cocaine Bear", lightly based on true events (not the characters, but on a bear). The first 20 in the theatre received complimentary t-shirts, which is always a bonus. The food service for dinner and movie was staggered from beginning to end. It ran efficiently as everyone was served at the same time. They served; two themed cocktails, two appetizers, an entree (sticking with chicken for the night) and a fun dessert. No one left hungry. The dessert for the night was a churro donut, topped with ice cream and gummie bears, and they added a faux rolled hundred dollar bill (the gummies and cash were a playful way to tie into the movie). We will return for "Dinner and a Movie" in the future, as we had a positive experience on this visit. It's a little pricey but a good value with the addition of the cocktails. It is also a great way to try different items that are on menu. NOTE: We have only been to a few movies in the theatre since COVID and we would like to see theaters survive. Things that you do not support will disappear in time. Keep going to the movies, to keep entertainment alive! #Cinepolis #DinnerandaMovie #CocaineBear #FreeTee

Yelp
This is our first time to see a movie at this location. We visited the wrong location for our movie and a staff said that it happens all the time. The lobby is cozy and the lines seem to move in a timely manner during this visit. We found the theater rooms to be marked so they are easily located. These do have the luxury recliners and trays with drink holders and little table lights off to the side. We pressed the service button once we knew what to order. The server appeared almost immediately, very friendly and patiently took our order. Our drinks arrived first (seltzer water and Blue Lagoon Cooler) , followed by our appetizer (pretzel sticks), and shortly our main meals (shaved prime rib sandwich, and fish and chips). Everything arrived within 15 min from placing our order. We found everything to be very good, although my husband said maybe a side of mayo would have been good to have with the sandwich. My fish and chips came with containers of ketchup, malt vinegar, and tarter sauce on the side. The pretzel sticks were my favorite. It felt fresh, tasted fresh and it came with a container of dipping sauce that was delicious! My Blue Lagoon drink was pretty (that's what sold me into ordering it), it was an ok drink. I would like to try another one of their mixed drinks next time. Our order of popcorn was unfinished which is very unusual for us! It was nice to have the chance to visit this location.

Yelp
I love this place but the princes are just insane, I like the vibe and the employees are very kind.

Nikky B.

Yelp
Staff is extremely nice and attentive! Food is delicious (but very filling!). Definitely recommend coming here and getting drinks before your movie. GOOD REMINDER: This theater can get busy sometimes and they take a bit longer to deliver food, but it's worth the wait!
google avatar

Chae B.

Yelp
Cinepolis is a good spot to watch movies, however their customer service and management is below average. I'd recommend the La Costa on el camino for a better experience.

Ken E.

Yelp
Took my family to see Wicked. The theater was dirty. Service was terrible. The popcorn we ordered didn't show up until halfway through the movie and it was cold.
google avatar

Alek S.

Yelp
Comfortable seating but awful audio experience. The volume and mix of the audio is completely off. First off it's overall far too quiet. And one can hardly hear a sentence if it's being spoken with background noise. Almost requires subtitles to watch a movie there and I am in my early 30s with very good hearing. Something has to change.
google avatar

Steve B.

Yelp
The absolute worst experience in my lifetime with any entertainment business. The employees are hostile to customers and treat them terribly. It was a depressing experience, and I certainly hope to never experience that again. Ok. I will never return to this theater, and will instead go elsewhere to see movies on the big screen, or wait a month or two and watch them at home.
google avatar

Chama C.

Yelp
Great theater. The thrill of watching movies on the big screen is even better at Cinepolis. Great seats and service. Tuesday is a discount day all day. So fun.
google avatar

Cindy J.

Yelp
really good Cinepolis if you're in the area. The workers provided anything I needed and were very good and attentive with my needs but overall the movie went well and the environment in the comfy seats were a plus.
google avatar

Shalini G.

Yelp
I go here since it's so close to home and very convenient. I like how comfortable the seating is I like the availability of food and drinks! I prefer to order at the counter and carry my food/drinks to seat. The seat service is not very efficient. My order gets forgotten...or they stand in front of me during the movie and now i'm having a conversation about my order instead of watching the movie. yup...not a total fan. Seated food ordering would be much more efficient if we could just order in the app and have the food/drinks brouht to us without any conversation. of course i'll keep coming back...but who knows when/if i'll get on board with ordering from my seat.

Yelp
Took my family here to see Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny and was able to literally walk right into the theatre without anyone checking my tickets. Some may think this is a good thing, it's not. It's a SECURITY RISK and the management team needs to address it STAT. The theatre was clean and the employees were pretty good at taking orders and getting you your food. Overall the experience was pleasant but in today's day and age, THE THEATRE NEEDS TO TAKE SECURITY MORE SERIOUSLY. TIP: Make sure you tip these kids because they really are waiting on you. If you can't afford to tip, you probably shouldn't be going to a dine-in-seat theatre.
google avatar

Amy E.

Yelp
So we went to this movie sat down waited half hour into the show before any one came . I ordered a kids meal for my daughter which said was $9.50 and a soda for her and a soda for myself and when we got the bill it was $42! I just wanna know when a kids meal and two sodas cost $42. With no customer service at all . Never coming here again
google avatar

Dani S.

Yelp
It was a decent experience. Came here on discount Tuesdays were the movie tickets were half off. I honestly don't think that I would ever pay full price of $20 per ticket. It was a popular night obviously because of the price, so we had to pre-buy our tickets online and pay $2 extra each for fees. The theater is not very big, only eight different theaters and each theater does not have that many seats. The whole field is more of a smaller intimate experience. You sit down and then one of the servers comes and takes your food drinks order. They do serve alcohol here. And happy hour is before 6pm. We ate in the same plaza prior to the movie because there's a lot of great restaurant and food options in the area. Service was good, kind of pricey overall. Parking was easy.
google avatar

Atomm S.

Yelp
Comfy, Pricey. Straight forward of an experience. I think if it was $15 rather than $20 then I'd give a 5 star

Yelp
My husband and I were excited to try out this "luxury" theater. However, this "luxurious" experience turned out to be our WORST theater experience yet. Theater 1 is full of bugs- MOTHS. We sat on the top row, right in the center, and while watching the movie I see a few bugs lingering in my view. I grab my phone and hit the flashlight and there were an entire swarm of moths. I immediately get up to go to the front counter to tell an employee. The first guy I encountered told me that the bugs were moths (didn't know that until then) which means he was already privy to the bug infestation. He gave the excuse that it was probably like that because the top row is under the projector. My husband and I are top row vets and we've never had that issue in any other theater! Another young lady, who I assume was a manager of some sort, came over and recommended that we move down a few seats. So, we did. Bugs were still swarming!!! I was over it at this point and decided that I would never return. Before leaving, we spoke with the general manager and he stated he didn't know anything about the bugs. Good thing is, we got a refund for this horrible experience. Cinepolis, if I wanted to have an outdoor, bug-filled experience I would go camping. Call pest patrol. Regal, you shall see us again soon.

Gary G.

Yelp
We have gone to this theater for the last year and a half. We continually complain about the freezing temperatures or in some cases no air whatsoever and movies we've seen. It's interesting to note that the movie Ronald Reagan that we just saw was so cold my wife and I could not enjoy it. Upon asking the manager about when they were going to fix this, he simply blamed it on the controllers in the contract that they had. I told him that he has just lost all of our family members coming to this theater. Interesting that the sound of freedom and now the Reagan movie both were set at temperatures beyond the unbearable. not saying this is political but it makes you wonder what the heck is going on on the theater that supposed to be so technologically advanced. If you want to enjoy a movie, I recommend not going to this theater
google avatar

Craig W.

Yelp
If there's a better movie theater chain out there, I'm not aware of it. Super clean, ultra modern, and, of course, the most comfortable chairs anywhere. You absolutely could fall asleep in them. Until recently, I've only tried popcorn here but I had the opportunity to try a number of different dishes and, honestly, they were all excellent. Yes, the food is a little pricey but food is ALWAYS pricey at the movies. Plus, this is truly restaurant-quality grub. It's a beautiful theater and it's nice to enjoy the big screens again. Free parking everywhere.

Jamie A.

Yelp
Worst movie experience of my life. My family had to go back to car to get jackets because the theatre is unable to regulate the temperature in the screen 3. It was absolutely freezing. We found out after the movie that it has been an ongoing problem but they still are booking viewings. I have literally never been so uncomfortable in my life. Not to mention we did not receive a refund. Absolutely insane.

Jill W.

Yelp
great place to watch a movie and enjoy reclining seats and great menu. friendly and efficient staff always a pleasant experience thank you jill w. encinitas

Erika S.

Yelp
Very nice employees and super comfortable seating ! They always come quick once you press the button to order. The only downside is sometimes they take a long time to get popcorn out... I've waited at least 40 minutes for a bowl of popcorn before having to tell them something and then they bring it out. Other than that it's a great theater and service

Ginger S.

Yelp
It is always such a bummer leaving a bad review on a business, but we tried to reach out to the theater multiple times with no attempt to fix the situation! We saw the new Mean Girls movie on Friday (1/12) and our experience with this theater (which had been fine in the past) was subpar, to say the least. We ordered food before the movie began and had not received it well into the movie, so we pressed the call button only to be told that our food was lost. This isn't the first time that this has happened while we were seeing a movie, but usually the staff will attempt to remedy the situation by providing popcorn on the house or offering a discount for their mistake, or at the very least, offering an apology. Unfortunately, there was no attempt to fix the mistake this time. At the end of the movie, our waiter did not bring our check to sign or the change (about $20 worth) for the cash that we used to purchase some food items. We decided we would go up to the register to get our cash, let a manager know about our experience, and be on our way. Like I said, I hate having to leave poor reviews. Normally, I would not bother to leave a review if a mistake occurred - things happen and I can absolutely understand that, as long as some form accountability is taken to fix the issue. The reason why I am writing this review is because of my experience with one of the assistant managers with whom I expressed my dissatisfaction. After voicing my concern with the less than quality service we received, this manager did not offer an apology or take any steps to remedy our experience. This individual presented with an annoyed tone and appeared to be frustrated with my complaint. Again, I understand that bad days happen, but when I am paying for tickets at Cinépolis, I am expecting the level of service that they promise. After we arrived back at home from the movie, we reached out to Cinépolis again to speak with a manager to avoid having to leave a negative review. We called and they said they would call back with an update that evening, but we never received a call back. Super disappointed with the quality of service we received at this theater and, unfortunately, will not be returning.

Yelp
This theater has dirty restrooms. Paper towel dispenser doesn't work. High ticket prices. Dirty theaters

Phil L.

Yelp
The absolute worst experience that I've ever encountered in a movie theater. First, The staff is extremely rude. Next, the theater is cold and absolutely disgustingly filthy. There appears to be rodent infestation throughout the theater, and it has that telltale odor of rats. The men's bathroom smelled of urine, and there even appeared to be a urine puddle all over the floor. I ordered popcorn, and it took over 30 minutes to receive it, but by then it was cold and stale. The server was rude, and wouldn't refund my money. I had to contact my bank to have them cancel the charge, since the manager sided with the server, and even tried to bully me. He was a fairly large man, and I was afraid he wanted to take a swing at me, so I backed down. I guess Cinépolis at Town Square isn't very careful about who they hire. This crew behaves as if customers are their enemies, and it would be a much better place to work if the customers didn't show up. They will get their wish. I will NEVER go back to any Cinepolis theater. This was the first time I had been back to the theater since COVID lockdowns, and will also be the last time. Good luck to whoever owns this business. What a terrible experience and big mistake to choose Cinépolis.

DeAnna D.

Yelp
Very nice theater. It seems very clean and organized. Patrons are the center of attention

Yelp
I come here a lot with my daughters...and I've been known to come here alone (totally underrated experience - movies alone). Ricky (the server) is AMAZING. Not only extremely professional with a great personality, but he remembered what I drank the last time...very impressed. Hands down - this guy should be Corp Trainer! Dee at the bar is great. Very personal and a fellow (original) New Yorker I heard her offer to take someone's food to their seat when their movie was starting. Great service!

Ms. J.

Yelp
This theater is far cleaner than the one on el Camino real in carlsbad, which looks more and more run down every time I go. However there were quite a few moths flying in front of the screen and in front of my field of vision while watching the film so hopefully they get that situation sorted out.

Yelp
Cinepolis luxury theatres are my favorite, however this is the worst experience that I have had at one. The theatre itself is brand new and beautiful. I did visit during the soft opening, but the experience that I had was unacceptable. There were many issues including: First: I arrived on time for a 2:45 showing and they did not start until 3:15. Second: I had a gift card for $50 that I told my server about but she asked for a credit card anyways which is fine. What is not fine is that she charged my credit card and then had to cancel the transaction and disrupted me during the movie to address her error. Third: the server was not trained to use gift cards and even though I gave the code to her she was unable to use it. I was corralled after the show and it took 10 minutes before she called a manager to help ring it up. Fourth: I had a $26.25 charge come off of my $50 gift certificate, and when I checked my balance there was only $18.75 remaining so I was overcharged by $5.00. I left the tip in cash so this was not a tip. There is no receipt given at point of sale so I did not realize this until the next day. Fifth: I called the theatre to tell them about being overcharged and they use a computer system and extensions for the phone system. There is no option to talk to a manager so I have no way to alert them to the fact that I was overcharged without driving up there. I am not about to waste 30 minutes and drive 15 miles to get back the $5.00 that I was overcharged. Finally: I used the contact form on Cinepolis to let them know about all of the errors and the overcharge that this theatre made. I got an automated response promising a real response within 48 hours. That was 4 days ago and nobody bothered to address any of these issues. I know that $5 is not a lot of money, however a business should be accountable for correcting errors nevertheless. A soft opening it to iron out the kinks, but this was a train wreck. They really should have started on time, trained the employees to apply gift cards, offered receipts, and have an active phone number to call with problems.

Yelp
WARNING!!! Do not spend your hard-earned money here. Management does not care at all about your concerns. I spent over $500 here tonight and in the end was treated like I was a vagrant trying to ask for something I had no business asking for. The bartender (Ricky) and our server (Jay) for our party of 9 we're friendly and did their best for us but it still couldn't make up how uncomfortable we were. Our seats were infested with ants. And I mean it. Not that there were just a few but the second we sat down, it disturbed them and they crawled on us. We notified our server who tried to wipe the seats down but it really didn't help. We ended up having to move twice but at that point it was disturbing to sit in the dark having to think about that. We did our best to enjoy the movie and not be ridiculous but honestly can anyone really do that at this point? Afterwards I remembered that my membership wasn't scanned for our food order so I asked if I could get a copy of my receipt to add to my account later. FYI you cannot add points after the fact. No ifs and/or buts. You forgot to scan your membership for almost $300 worth of food and drinks? Too bad, y'all! That's "just how corporate does it" according to the manager Marissa. She tried to blame our server at this point for not asking so I told her he was too busy trying to get rid of the ants to remember. Ridiculous treatment from management. Other than a half hearted "sorry" no other action was taken. I'd rather drive to another location than to spend money here again.

Yelp
Since they opened, we've come here 3 times. Each time, it was easy to pick up our tickets at the kiosk. The seats are clean and very comfortable. The staff were always timely and pleasant. The food has been pretty good so far. We don't have any complaints. So far we've ordered... Lobster tacos Fish and chips (you get options of fries, sweet potato fries or tater tots) Baja bowl Salad Cookie trio The only thing I've had any issue with is that couple of the drinks I ordered on two different visits, were out of stock. It just opened and they're out? Luckily there were other items on the menu for me to pick from. Not worth lowering the 5 stars for it. But if it becomes a regular thing, I will definitely update my review. Can't wait for Covid-19 (Corona virus) to be under control so we can go back to the movies again.

Yelp
Pretty disappointed in this movie theater! Granted the price of everything these days has risen so okay $19.50 per ticket so be it. But this theater is lame. During the trailers they kept the side lights on. Way too bright can't even see the previews that well. We came to see Antman and as we all know with Marvel films there is an extra cut during the credits...they freakin turn on the side lights again immediately after the film was over and credits began so just like the trailers you couldn't see the extra footage that well. That seems pretty elementary to me when running a movie theater business...why would you leave lights on during previews and why immediately turn them on when extra footage is coming. And the price of the food and snacks?! $10 for a soda and $10 for popcorn, outrageous!

Yelp
Such a great date night! They sanitize and recommend masks while not eating or drinking but it's up to each person to decide. I enjoy the limited seating and getting to pick my seat in advance. It's so comfortable and a relaxing experience. I love their mixed drinks and all you can eat popcorn. I do really wish that they had zebra popcorn (that would give them 6/5 stars for me!) but that's my only complaint. Great service, great movie time options, love coming here for a movie date night!

Yelp
We used to love this place, but it's appalling now! Our seats were filthy (greasy and covered in popcorn) when I lifted the arm rest to sit closer to my husband. The hallways smelled revolting, like old dishwater, the food was disgusting (the chicken tenders were processed, not breasts), the barbecue sauce was rancid, and the popcorn was old and awful!!! We will NOT be returning. The biggest waste of $200!!!

Yelp
You would think post COIVD there would be a cleaning protocol at the theatre. The bathroom are ALWAYS filthy (think dive bar bathroom dirty). Sticky floors and smells of urine (women's bathroom). The seats are also dirty. You can see the oil stains on the seat trays. Lately I've been that crazy mom that pours sanitizer on the seats and trays and wipes down before we sit down. It's just too much. Last week I had to use the bathroom so bad but didn't want to let my Hermes sandals witness such sticky filth. We are also a no shoes in the house family lol The food is delivered to trays just inside the theatre entry for EVERYONE to walk by until it is delivered to your seat. The food is wayyyy overpriced and I am Ok Paying premium for food. Vegan nachos $15, bottled water $8. BRING your own candy or you'll be stuck paying 10+ for Marshals/Ross stale candy (and the options are very limited). There's a Starbucks, Menchis Yogurt and very cool Boba spot too. Get your drinks and treats from outside. Don't bother with the lame cookies, churros . We visit this theatre at least once a month. It has slowly deteriorated and it's so sad. The service is wonderful/. Lots is very friendly staff but the lackluster/filthy environment makes us want to stay home and stream. The moth situation is ridiculous. Do not sit at top row unless you bring a swatter.

Yelp
$8.50 for one small bottled water. If it's 20oz and my math is right, , that's over $55/gallon (10x price of premium unleaded). Crazy. I'll never go there again
