"Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas in La Costa Town Square is a swanky, souped-up movie theater. This newest Carlsbad location is even bigger, spanning 33,368-square-feet and eight screens. There’s a lounge and bar in the lobby, but the luxury theater’s entire food and drink lineup can be ordered from inside the screening rooms at any of its 570 fully-reclining leather seats. This branch is the first to feature an expanded menu that includes Brussels sprouts with bacon and soy-chile glaze, fried Wisconsin cheese curds, lobster tacos, Wagyu burgers, salads, and pizza. The bar pours everything from craft beer and wine to specialty cocktails.
