Cinnabon - Review - Century City - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Every test needs a control, and this was ours. Saying Cinnamon makes a good cinnamon roll is like saying water is wet. It’s the archetype for a reason, with rolls that taste like Saturday afternoons at the mall after being dropped off by your mom who'll be back at 4pm sharp. Sure, they're so processed they could survive a nuclear winter, and the ingredient list is longer than an Apple software agreement, but they’re also consistently tasty, with sweet-tangy icing, intense cinnamon flavor, and a squishy center so craveable it's probably started a few knife fights." - Cathy Park

Always the perfect cinnabons! Convenient location, friendly staff, and I keep coming back ✨

Google
The cinnabon is insanely delicious! Soft dough and rich taste. The price is quite expensive (over $16 for 2 pastries) the saleswoman in there was not nice at all. And why the hell can't you pay in cash there?

Their managers should really check in with the coffee machines or the employees abilities and willingess of making that coffeee!!! It looks like the employees are just sending off people saying machine is broken every time. Either get good employees that can make coffee to enjoy with your cinnabon or get a basic coffee machine so that your employees wont serve customers with lies.

Do not recommend going at all. The Cinnabon packs were completely awful. I paid $20 for it for my boyfriend and I and we didn’t even finish one because it was hard and tasted ODD! Like completely disgusting, nothing like Cinnabon is suppose to taste. I tried to tell them through their website but I was simply told sorry with no resolution and the manager called just to hang up in my face after I told him politely it did not taste well and since the problem wouldn’t get resolved they just would never get my business again. Do not recommend ! 1/10 for food quality and service !

I was just here with my kid getting coffee, the girl that was working was so rude, not a hi or any kind of curtesy even though I said good morning to her. When I asked for sugar she ignored me asked for a something to mix my coffee with she ignored me again, Horrible service.

Yelp
A predictable indulgence, perfectly executed Cinnabon, one can't deny the siren song of its perfectly crafted, decadent comfort. This is not a place for exploration, but for a nostalgic, satisfying surrender to a universally known formula. What elevates this location is its consistency and the team's efficient execution, a quiet luxury in a often chaotic food-court setting. The Classic Roll is a benchmark of its kind--warm, gooey, and unapologetically sweet, with that unmistakable cream cheese frosting. For those in the know, the "Center of the Roll" is the real move, a mess-free shortcut to the best part of the bun. This is a testament to a brand that, even in a modern, high-end mall, delivers a familiar and flawlessly executed experience. It's a sweet, predictable indulgence, and sometimes, that's exactly what one craves.

Yelp
Great spot to grab a couple of Cinnabons after shopping or to take a tasty break in the middle of it. The staff is friendly and welcoming! The Cinnabon was warm, fresh, and delicious - just a bit too sweet for my taste, but still a nice treat.

Yelp
There are few incontrovertible facts in life. Water is wet, the sky is blue and Cinnabon being as good as any single food item/thing can taste. How every store that sells doesn't have a five-star rating is beyond me. I'll chalk it up to bad service. But the service here was great. Tiny spot in the Century City mall. No seats. No problem. I would eat one of these anywhere.

Yelp
I don't know why service has declined at Cinnabons generally, but I still grab a bite. They're nice though, but just forgets a few things that would make the experience better. I once asked if they put a fork in the bag because I don't recall them doing it, and I later just ate with my hands. I let corporate know so they could step it up.

Yelp
I went in to Cinnabon which is a nostalgic restaurant for all of us mall goers who wanted a high calorie, goey ,cinnamon packed dessert. I wanted to get the Mini's however they were out of the box and then showed me a larger more expensive box . I instead purchased the 15 pack of smaller ones that are about half of the size of the full sized buns. It was $27.99 for 15 which was pricey but on par for other mall desserts. It says not to refrigerate on the box but I did anyway since the boxes were sitting on when purchased. The Cinnabons were not as I remembered a kid, less frosting and they only gave me 1 ounce side of frosting for 15 buns. I recommend if you are a Cinnabon lover but I do not think this is the best tasting location. Customer service was fast and friendly.

Yelp
one coffee took 20 minutes and they gave us the cinnamon rolls cold. very disappointing

Yelp
It's been so long since I've had Cinnabon that the Classic Roll (3.5 stars) was $6.99 instead of $3. When I was a kid, I looked forward to going to Cinnabon in any mall food court and loved watching them prepare the rolls. The consistency of the icing appeared thinner than I remembered, but it was still very sweet with a generous amount of cinnamon sugar filling. Through the years, I've had and made better cinnamon rolls. Since I was craving for a cinnamon roll, this satisfied my nostalgic sweet tooth, and I didn't want to make a mess in the kitchen. Service (3 stars) was okay. They seemed a bit stressed managing multiple orders including preorders. Once it was my turn, they prepped my order with ease.

Yelp
Cinnabon is super nostalgic for me as I grew up eating these at the mall. Now whenever I pass one by, it's nice to eat one as an adult but this time I share with a friend because they are SUPER sweet and full of icing. You can't go wrong though. The prices have definitely gone up in general since the pandemic but so has everything else. The service was just okay at this location. It's a nice treat to have after eating dinner at the local restaurants close by.

Yelp
I really don't want to write a bad review because I love Cinnabon and it's so rare to find these days that I can't have this location go out of business. I will give it 4 stars, even though my first experience really deserves 3. I got a Pecanbon, which is what I usually get, but this one tasted NOTHING like what I've been eating at other locations. It was extremely dry, as you can see from the pics (no frosting???) I'm not sure if they forgot the frosting or this location makes it without it, but I would not recommend the pecanbon from this store. The pecans were also extremely stale and could have been rancid, so I actually had to eat it without the nuts even though I paid extra for them. (eating rancid nuts can be harmful) The roll was also cold, which was a bit disappointing. What I received was definitely not worth the price ($7), I could have gotten a burger from shake shack. My first experience here, which I had high hopes for, wasn't that great so I really don't think I'll go back. But the service was great and there was no line, unlike a lot of other stores in the mall.

Yelp
"The World's Greatest Cinnamon Bun" Caramel Pecan Bun Roll.Pure amazing bliss. Makara cinnamon, Fresh Dough, Cream Cheese Frosting, Caramel Drizzle, Candied Pecans. Fast moving line. Didn't wait more than 5 minutes. Clean environment with smiling employees.

Yelp
I always get the classic roll and a centercut with extra frosting. Been going here since they opened and the rolls are fresh, moist, gooey, and flavorful. The staff is courteous and friendly. Store is clean, organized, and has a comforting modern country decor. A favorite dessert place of mine in the Century city mall.

Yelp
Had a laughable experience. Decided to try Cinnabon today after dining. I hadn't been in years! Walked in asked the server "Hey, how's it going?" No response hahaha. Asked for a Cinnabon for me and my friend, the young lady rings me up for one, nicely told her "oh sorry two please" followed by "thank you". Again, no response. Felt like after I asked for the second one things went south. Anyhow, paid for my stuff and literally looked her in the eyes and said, "thank you so much" - No freaking response. At this point, I wanted to break whatever tension there may have been so I asked, "Is Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's the same company?" She waited a bit and replied, "yeah". Again I said, "Cool, well thanks again" and guess what? No response. I am laughing inside. I must've pissed this girl off in my past life because she was not feeling me haha. We left and my friend was like, "Geez she did not like you!" We shared a laugh about it and moved on. I would never trash a restaurant, I believe we all try but I try to find humor in bad experiences and just share. Customer service is valued and I hope that bad experience ended with me and not with others. I hope she has a better day but my experience was trash. Also, regretted getting that Cinnabon too - it was flavorless and pretty awful. My cinnamon roll was literally not sweet and felt undone a bit. Not the Cinnabon I remembered. I'm good on this place but hopefully you have a better experience.

Yelp
The most fresh, sweet, thick, cinnamon rolls you'll ever have. Unmatched! Extra icing is a must, too.

Yelp
You know, I can't really give a bad review to Cinnabon, like, ever. I grew up eating these with my mom at our local mall. When my friends and I were passing by this specific location, I just had to try one. We just got the classic cinnamon roll, which was HUGE. We shared this one bun between 5 people and were pretty satisfied. I read another review that they don't put a lot of frosting/cream on their buns. While yes, my photo shows that there isn't a mountain of cream, I honestly thought it was enough. The cinnamon roll was already super sweet, and of course, the inside of our roll was super warm and moist. The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars was because the person at the cashier was pretty passive aggressive towards us when we asked for 5 spoons to share one bun. But just on the actual food aspect, yummy!

Yelp
I was shocked, they open at 10 and I needed to pick up Cinnabun 10 for a meeting at 11. When I got there at 10, they were opening, and immediately explained that they have no baked goods until 11 or later. Who on earth would drive 5 miles to a Cinnabon at 10 AM just to get a cup of coffee from them? It's like going to a Starbucks that opens at 6 AM and they tell you they don't have coffee till 7 AM. Or a Krispy Kreme that opens at 8 but no donuts til 9 or 10. Cinnabon explained perfectly naturally that they open at 10 but have no baked goods until *at least* hour later.

Yelp
Cinnabon is just straight nostalgia for me. You can't tell me when you walk past it in the mall that it doesn't smell good. I can't resist. Got a large size and saw they sell the "insides" if you ain't about the whole thang. It always hits the spot.

Yelp
Legit the most beautiful Cinnabon store I've ever seen! Went to pick up dozens of Cinnabon's for healthcare workers in the middle of the pandemic. Owner was very nice and had a contactless pick up area set up. Cinnabon's were fresh and tasty as expected.

Yelp
Google voice phone number for store? Cinnabon is good. Get a real phone line for your business.

Yelp
Manager had the nerve to have an attitude after I complained about my cinnamon roll not being cooked properly. I legit could get food poisoning

Yelp
I am very disappointed at the service (or lack there of) that we received today. Both the cashier and his supervisor were in a horrible mood and spoke to their customers in a very bad tone. The product was fine, but the delivery left a lot to be desired. Never coming here again

Yelp
The Cinnabon is so delicious and the service was great! We always come here to watch a movie and never forget to stop by here. Great business!

Yelp
First impression:  4 stars Parking:  4 stars Ambience/Vibe:  4 stars Food:  4 stars Customer Service:  5 stars Price:  4 stars Last Impression: 4 stars Drop by today 9/25/21 at around 5:10pm. The female cashier was excellent! I think she spoke Spanish to a customer after me. 5 stars, fast, friendly and she gave me the cinnamon bun that I picked too. The workers all seemed to be extremely hard working today. Good job team. My classic cinnamon bun was warm and oh ooey gooey good! Just how I like. A little under $7, decent pricing. It's hard to find good cinnamon bun that not only looks good but taste good too! If you are a cinnamon bun lover like myself, this is the place. They have a variety of sizes too, from mini to almost micro size. I also had a craving for frozen lemonade, this was not good...it came from the adjacent shop Auntie Anne? Same owner perhaps, because I paid at Cinnabon but Auntie Anne made it and sent it over through the small window in the adjacent wall. It was like a slurpee, which was definitely not frozen lemonade. Hence the 1 star disappointment! But that won't deter me from coming back for some delicious cinnamon bun!

Yelp
Omg, ordered this via Postmates today and forgot how amazing the cinnamon rolls were. Brings back memories of the malls growing up. Nice to have something so delicious delivered to the house during quarantine. Get some!

Yelp
How ridiculous, this Cinnabon store is closed at 7pm, yet the Yelp listing says 9pm. It's LA why would a store in a prime location close when rhe evening is still getting started! Sad !!!!
