"The first-ever Cinnabon opened nearby at Sea-Tac Mall (now The Commons in Federal Way) in 1985.  While the Southcenter outpost is a more modern version, we’ve been known to grab a quick Center Of The Roll as fuel for shopping escapades. Sure, sometimes the rolls can be a little stale if you catch them on an off day. Service was quick. The regular sized Cinnabon had very little frosting and a charge for extra is .99 cents. There was more cinnamon mixture than usual and without a normal size of frosting it wasn't enjoyable to eat. Written by a customer of over twenty years.

Not much to say about my experience here. I ordered, the rolls were fantastic and the smell was addictive as usual. Quickly served. Something though they weren't quite the same, idk if the recipe has changed in the last few years. Still a solid roll though. Staff were closing out the front while we were there and seemed content to stand in front of the register and seemed oblivious to me trying to stand there and pay...but hey, this isn't a restaurant. Not a review killer.

The location of the cinnamon can get crowded when busy. Regadless, I love their cinnamon rolls and the employees are always so nice and helpful to me. Jonathan and Erin have always been so nice, patient, and respectful to me. I go back to this place and always appreciate seeing them working. Extra tip for them!

What happened?! The cinnamon rolls are now the size of plums! Updated yesterday: Several weeks later, revisited Cinnabon. Ordered what I previously did; large Cinnabon, no icing. Am posting result; large, very delicious, light, tasty roll with the best cinnamon anywhere! 🤎 Delicious and better than ever. My previous experience was a one off, apparently, because these are fabulous, happy to report!

Hi we were disrespected by an employee there my mom asked for a Cinnabon but only had cash no card this particular employee picked up the bag that my mom was going to purchase and threw it in the trash in front of my mom. She could have waited until the customer left, but she did that purposely. That is a huge disrespect and hurt my moms pride, but me as her daughter I could not stay quite. I hope Cinnabon doesn’t allow there employees to treat the customers with this disrespect. If the manger or business sees this I have the employees name and there’s cameras to see her actions.

Employees were very rude. We asked for a rag to wipe down the dirty table so we had a clean space to eat on & every employee looked at me & said no we can't do that. I wasn't asking them to clean it for us even though you'd think that's what normal establishments would do but I was asking for a damp rag so I could clean it off myself for my family. As I walked away the 2 female cashier's & some other dude were obviously talking about my 5 year old son & I. I will never be going back to this entire mall cause 5 minutes after we left a active shooter was walking around so do yourself a favor & just don't go here

The cinnamon rolls are great. I don’t know why the person running the register expects a tip. It’s not like they are doing anything they aren’t already paid to do. Just filling the order. They all remind the customer that there are tips on the checkout. It’s not like these are not expensive already. Set a price, don’t hassle customers for more money to DO YOUR JOB! Get rid of tipping there unless you want to wait on your patrons at a table.

I don't go to Cinnabon, but my bf loves it, so of course he was tempted when we walked by and there was the aroma of cinnamon rolls. I saw that they had the Oreo Bon, so we decided to get that. Was a little too sweet because there was a lot of chocolate sauce on it, but still good. My bf prefers the regular Cinnabons, but he still finished it quickly. They were busy, but staff moved quickly and were friendly.

Usually a fine franchise but on Saturday. The cashier had 5 regular Cinnabon rolls on the counter behind her. It was 10 minutes to closing so I asked if they were selling those. She had a "ugh... nnnn....o" remark. I asked why and she said "they're for online orders." Online orders? Really? 10 minutes before closing. Lol she just wanted them for herself and I rushed over there with my baby in my arms just to get there before they closed. My older child was very disappointed. Also, I just called to ask for a manager so I could try to rectify this but of course, no answer. It went to voicemail and they don't close for 15 minutes. I really dislike businesses that don't have great service and don't actually sell the products they have available.

Update: since customer support contacted me, and will look into the problem with the manager, so I'm giving an extra star for kindly responding to their customers, and follow up with that store manager. Also because their products seem to be more fresh than the other locations I've been to. Here for Black Friday, purchased a four pack, went home, opened our cream cheese to add to our Cinnabon, and looked like someone used it. In person it looks like someone licked it. So we just threw it away. Pretty much grossed us all out. Although the mall packed at 9pm, there really wasn't a long line for the cashier to be careless. So no matter what, double check what you are placing in the bag.

Cinnabon's were ready to be sold but after waiting in line to order for about 10 minutes. I asked for a 6-pack of original size. She said we only have boxes for 15 or single boxes. I told her I would take 6 in the box that fits 15. She said she could only sell me 15 or I could get 6 individual boxes but they would be $6.99 each?!? How is this your customers problem?!? She said they only make boxes(you fold them from flat to a box shape) in the morning. You would rather not make a sale and also piss off a customer. This logic makes zero sense. Especially when I can see the unmade boxes behind you. Would love to speak to the manager.

The angels were singing.... Harps & chellos playing softly off into the distance. Well, that's what I imagined when I took a bite of my Carmel Pecanbon that was overflowing with carmel frosting and pecans. This was def my cheat treat and def worth the 1080 calories it contains. Now I know why this place reopened... because customers really missed and needed this place. Sheesh. A must try for sure. Staff was sweet and def gave me the biggest and freshest cinnabon. I believe I spent $5.99 and it was very large. Must try

Enrolled in the Cinnabon app, received notification to redeem the 4 count bon bites. Showed up and was told they don't have a system set to scan the app. Which made the upcoming Birthday reward useless. On my recent visit I was attended by a young lady (didn't get a name) her demeanor changed after the customer in front left. She became dour and I don't know why.

The rolls have not been very fresh the last few times I went. On top of that, the cashiers always hit me ip for a tip. It's not like they do anything like wait on a table. They just put the order in the box and ring you up. THEIR JOB! Even if the buns were't dried out, bo tip should be required. It's worse that they make customers uncomfortable asking for one. If they brought it out to me in the parking lot, I'd leave a tip. I stopped going. They used to be something I looked forward to getting. But I loathe being put on the spot about tipping by cashiers who just stand at a counter. And, going home to find 4-out-of-four of my rolls are rock hard.

Went to Westfield mall, and stopped by Cinnabon to get some yummy cinnamon rolls. If I'm ever craving for cinnamon rolls, Cinnabon is my go too place. Their cinnamon rolls are delicious especially the cream they make it with. Highly recommend it if you haven't tried it yet.

I was taking my time to read the menu & PRICES but was rushed and said i can just choose which ones from the glass. I also wanted something to drink but she asserted that they shut the machines off but I stopped at one more store before walking out & seen another girl WITH A DRINK FROM CINNABON. The mini bites were also not fresh, sort of stale.

I usually get a minibon and enjoy it. I thought I would try the bonbites. They weren't anywhere near as good. They weren't warm and they seemed stale. There were four tiny rolls but I ended up throwing away half of it.

I love Cinnabon! So happy they have a location in south center now. They are located in the mall near Journeys and next to Baskin Robbins. If you're not able to go in to order they do deliver with Door Dash. When I ordered through door dash they gave me a coupon for any cinnapack for just $12. I have tried the caramel Peaconbon and IMO it's super sweet. It's good but I prefer the classic.

They limit the amount of packs they sell in a day in order to sell individual Cinnabon rolls at full price and when they closed they took the rest for themselves at mall closing they wanted me to buy the 6 pack at full price trying to up charge me at least 15 dollars

Danielle the shift lead is rude and unable to speak clearly and effectively. After waiting 15 mins in line i ordered 2 traditional cinnabons. I was rudely told we only have 1 and u can order minibons. When i looked at the mini ones they were ripped and only 1 was the correct size the rest had been picked apart. I asked her to give me 1.5 minibons and just charge me for the full sized one instead of paying full price for 2 minibons that were not the correct size. Danielle's inability to problem solve was evident as she stated well no we can't do that they are each 3.99 and I expressed I understood that but because they were ripped apart and she didn't have any others could she not make it work. She was clearly confused. I finally gave up trying to explain and bought the last cold lonely roll for my mother and left. It was embarrassing to say the least to see someone so confused as to how to provide courtesy and a solid customer experience. All I asked was for her to accommodate a customer who had just drove to the mall for a cinnabon and waited 15 mins to be rudely told we close at 7 and was not provided any ideas/options to accommodate me. Clearly u don't want my business and I will be sure to share with others.

Went there today to get a pack of cinnamon rolls, I was told they didn't have any packs available at all today. I asked if I could purchase 6 rolls for the price of the 6 pack, I was told no they are only available for people who wanted to eat them at the mall at they were $5.29 a pieces. No customer service and no cinnamon rolls!

Lazy employees with a lousy "do nothing" attitude. They acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking a simple question. I made the assumption that if you're open for business that you want customers. My mistake, I wont be returning again.

Smh.. I've NEVER had any issues with the cinnamon rolls I order from Tacoma mall. I decided to grab one while at Westfield mall... it was THEE HARDEST cinnamon roll I've ever had.. it was clearly not fresh.. the outer part was as hard as a rock and it was very dried out... for this to be my favorite place for dessert, I was highly disappointed by the food and customer service... wont be eating from here again.

The girl with long red hair...no smile no greeting acted like she hated her job. Absolutely no customer service what so ever. As soon as my card went thru she just turned away and left. Her manager needs to know for sure. Product was good tho, just not the service..seriously sucked.

They started closing twenty minutes before they were even supposed to close. Just started turning down the decent line that was waiting for more cinnamon rolls to be made. There was enough time and enough people for it to make sense to have at least another batch, but no. Pretty disappointing to say the least. If it's policy to just stop baking after a certain point, this location should probably consider changing its closing time as to avoid confusion.
