"The first-ever Cinnabon opened nearby at Sea-Tac Mall (now The Commons in Federal Way) in 1985. While the Southcenter outpost is a more modern version, we’ve been known to grab a quick Center Of The Roll as fuel for shopping escapades. Sure, sometimes the rolls can be a little stale if you catch them on an off day.
