OH My Gosh! This place smells so good when you walk in. It's a little place tonsil and eat your cinnamon rolls. Very attentive staff I barely opened the door and they welcomed me. This was my 1st time, so I went with Cookie Monster a very berry. These are addictive very decadent. It's $8.50 a roll, which is pretty good.

This is one my favorite places to go with my kids for some one on one time over a sweet treat! There are a ton of options and the cinnamon rolls never disappoint! The prices are a little steep and the service could greatly improve but it’s hard to make a bad cinnamon roll! We have never ate at the location, and actually walk over to the outside seating area by Starbucks instead, because the service is hardly mediocre. Great spot to grab a sweet treat though!

I really love all the different options. I usually get the Captain America which has strawberry, blueberry, jam, and cream cheese frosting. So good. I just wish the rolls itself was a little softer but I usually come a little later in the day so maybe that's the reason? Not sure but I still come back. Service is quick and they have little games at the tables if you are waiting or decide to eat there.

Greta place to get a sweet treat. We are fans of uno and games and my son and I enjoyed playing while having our delicious cinnamon roll. Mine was the cheesecake raspberry and my son had the cheesecake cookie dough.

I had a VERY pleasant experience here. Brandon was very friendly, and he even gave me a 100% off discount when I ordered 20 cinnamon rolls! I had to put in a good word for Brandon here, he sure saved me a lot of money, and he's definitely a great addition to the Cinnaholic staff with his kind attitude. I'll definitely be coming back if Brandon keeps giving away free food! 🤩

Our server Kelsey was the nicest server we've had in a while she was extra extra sweet and super nice to the baby and my wife I really appreciate it she made us the best cinnaholic roll I've never tasted anything like that ever It was the cream cheese that did it for us it's a 10/10 creation made by the owner I was told it's called the captain America 🇺🇸 if you come in you have try it I've never had anything like that In the thirty nine years i've been on planet earth lol it was absolutely delightful one was enough for the 3 of us So don't be shy come in and try one It will feed the family nice for 8 bucks you can't beat it It had the best strawberries and blueberries and let's not forget the cookie My son loved his cookie he said we'll be back for round two 😎

I wanted to like this place SO bad, but sadly I wasn’t impressed. Here’s my pros and cons…. Pros: Excellent customer service from staff. Sitting area seemed really clean. I’m more of a fan of just simple original cinnamon roles, but other people might really love the fact that they had a TON of options. I loved that I could buy Dole pineapple whip here! Cons: The food wasn’t bad, it just didn’t stand out to me as anything special. I love Cinnabon, but I was expecting something far better than that here. I was hoping for melt in your mouth, amazing… and I was definitely disappointed. The cinnamon rolls tasted like bread. Not rich and decadent or melt in your mouth…. Honestly grocery store tube cinnamon roles have more flavor. Maybe I just had a bad experience? But I doubt I’ll go back unless it’s for dole whip.

MUST TRY! What else should I have to say other than my photos. I got a custom cinnamon roll: marshmallow frosting, edible cookie dough and brownie for toppings. Very good! I’m 5’6, 189, muscle build, so I eat a lot and have a vast palate. This creamy, chewy, gooey, cinnamon roll has been one of the best deserts I’ve had in a while.

I used to visit Cinnaholic three times a week, but sadly, I won't be returning anytime soon. The new employee working here--gothic-looking, with unwashed hair and an oily face--clearly couldn't care less about customers. Every time I walk in, she's either scrolling on Instagram or doing something else unrelated, completely ignoring customers. A simple "hello" or acknowledgment would go a long way, but instead, I'm met with an attitude that screams, "I don't care." When I finally ask for help, she acts annoyed, like I'm inconveniencing her by expecting basic customer service. No matter what I order, she manages to make me feel like a burden, with her disgusted, irritated expression and dismissive demeanor. How is someone like this still working here? It's frustrating and disappointing to see a place I used to love being ruined by such poor service. I attached a photo of what she looks like (it's not actually her but a doppelgänger), if she's working, run.

I was craving a cinnamon roll for the last two weeks so I broke down and went to Cinnabolic for the first time, really wasn't wild about the name. I felt like it was a place where sinners would go when they had a problem. lol jk. The gentleman working there I believe his name was Josiah He was incredibly informative on point and walk me through the whole process. It's really a pleasure to get amazing employees like this big kudos back to the cinnamon roll. It was absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend going.

Yesterday my daughter ordered her favorite cinnamon roll, mine too! Welp it was dry, zero yumminess except for the toppings. The toppings made it fair. The middle had a large chunk of cinnamon like a hard chunk of cinnamon cookie ONLY made of cinnamon it was bizarre. What happened to the gooey center and bottom. The bread way way dry. Is someone trying to sabotage the goodness of cinnaholic? Did you guys sell the company to a lower level corporation? Did you change the consistency fool proof way you once created your crave-able creations? What is going on Cinnaholic? Such a huge bummer.

I'm sad to write this review but the quality has been falling here for a long time. They don't even heat up the cinnamon rolls or ingredients for delivery. I tried the new peach cobbler roll and the peaches, frosting and roll were all cold. This isn't the first time and most likely won't be the last. If you want pre-made, room temperature items, they are still okay. Otherwise, skip it.

My husband's cousin was in town on Saturday and we were thinking of things to do and he brought up Cinnaholic that he had heard it was really good. so we headed over there and ordered three cinnamon rolls and a cookie dough. Our cousin ordered the banana foster we all tried it, and it was overwhelmingly flavored with Almond extract which you could taste. It was extract not real almond that was really off putting. My husband had the peanut butter that was pretty good. I thought my chocolate chip cookie dough was kind of silly and overpriced. I also bought one to go. It was the lemon tart. It looked great cinnamon roll frosting blueberries raspberries but it had absolutely no lemon flavor. I think he put the wrong frosting on or something, but it did not taste like lemon whatsoever. so all in all our experience wasn't that great. the service was great. He was very nice very attentive. The shop is OK not too much decor but big enough if you wanted to have a sit down with some friends. unfortunately, I don't think we'll be back because we really didn't enjoy it as much as we should have.

This place is great. I ordered a build your own Cinnabon. I've had this years ago and I forgot the cream cheese frosting is not to my liking. It had Oreos and caramel. There's an aftertaste that I cannot shake. It is not good at all. However, the chocolate covered strawberries sprinkled with Biscoff cookies are the best strawberries I ever had! I ordered these strawberries so I receive great customer service for a delivery! I've been to Northwest location, but never the Henderson location. This is where these are purchased that I'm sure the ambience of this store is the same. Taste of frosting before you buy I've gotta try other ones. I'm still interested in tasting other flavors of the cinnamon roll. I think it's a good idea. I'm just not a fan of the cream cheese frosting

The chocolate covered strawberries are out of this world. They currently have a seasonal offering where they put dollops of Biscoff on each one and they are addicting. Aside from the strawberries. we love their new cherry pie topped cinnamon roll as well as their brookies. You honestly cannot go wrong. I've gone both ways, creating my own and getting a menu item; while each time their creations have won me over! Tis' the perfect season for these delicious desserts. Thank you

It smells amazing in there and the treats were great! I got the matcha cookie and a roll. Both were delicious. Staff was really friendly and fun! Brandon even helped us carry our shopping bags to our car and took a picture with our baby, who oddly ADORED him. Shoutout to him!

Unique idea to sell cinnamon rolls, unfortunately the cinnamon rolls themselves are terrible. I wanted so bad to love it and the store smells amazing inside. Register guy was nice. We were incredibly disappointed. So bummed

I had really high expectations with the great reviews it's gotten and the name being Cinnaholic but their cinnamon rolls were so bad. They were so cakey and lacking so much flavor. The frosting was so sugary and NOT cinnamon roll frosting. It was like cheap sugary flavorless icing.

I frequent this Cinnaholic often, not only is it my most favorite treat, but also particularly enjoy the friendliness and welcome feeling from all the staff and especially Jay that obviously creates a pleasant atmosphere for customers and staff, I call it my happy place!!

I walked in by myself my husband was next door waiting on food. When I walked in a wasn't really greeted she just stood there waiting for me to order. I had never been there before so wasn't sure how it worked I see they are like build your own, no prices ANYWHERE! I didn't want all the bells and whistles just some plain cinnamon rolls for my family. I asked her if they had like a family pack and she said yes for the classic, I asked how much they were and she said 6 for $30 I almost walked out. Then I asked how much for 1 and she said $6 I was going to walk out, but thought no I'll treat me and the kids little did I know they sell day old ones that were wrapped up sitting there I just didn't know how it worked and the lady didn't explain it to me I read it through the reviews after I left so I'm a bit upset about that. I don't mind paying for good stuff but I would like to know things up front didn't seem like they wanted me to know much at all! The cinnamon rolls were extremely sweet like icing was a bit of an over kill I'll get that on the side next time if I ever go back I however did love that you can taste the butter!! I'm sure it was real butter oh so amazing and after getting over the price they did seem like they were made with quality ingredients so worth the sticker price. Just extremely sweet with icing I did have to scrape it off halfway through to be able to finish the whole thing. Husband said it tasted like a heart attack I just wish she would have started explaining things to me when I was standing there looking like I had no idea what was going on. I would have given them a higher rating but the customer service part really got to me!

unsatisfied customer service I ordered a cinnastalk not a old stool roll I'm not even sure why she rang that up maybe to over charge me of 8.99,,,,I seen a few bins with rolls in them I asked if they were a day old and selling them she was rude about it cause I asked to see them ....I got charged 2.99 I asked for a small tropical blue she charged me 6.99 I got home my cinnastalk is crushed by her and the lid This is not a proper way to sell things to someone that just visited your store for the first time It's awful, over priced and over sweet the hard crushed bread was not appetizing very disappointing

Most of the items are pretty good. Stay away from the chocolate covered strawberries though. I have never seen chocolate dip strawberries that are small as this if the fruit is not in season, then don't offer it on your menu because the dime sized strawberry is a freaking joke .

Just went to Cinnaholic for the first time. It was delicious and Brandon was the sweetest! Super attentive and explained the menu as if he wrote it. Whatuh guy.

Cambria has been one of my favorites to run into when I come to eat here! she is always super nice and always has great recommendations! they always keep it nice and clean and the store full of positive energy! Had quite the experience with an employee rocking dark shaggy hair. We waited in the lobby forever while she kept telling us to "hold on," only to find out she was busy... mopping the floor in the back. Super urgent stuff, clearly! When she finally emerged, she told us to leave because she needed to close the store--at 9:25 PM. Funny thing is, Google says they close at 10 PM. Guess she had an early bedtime? But

A little easy on the frosting, please... I walked inside the bakery unsure of what to get. I wanted something sweet and this was definitely the place to get it. It was located at the same shopping strip mall as the HCC (Houston TX Hot Chicken) where we had a quick bite to eat. The cashier must've noticed that it was my first time visit here and recommended the Old Skool. That's what I got. I wasn't sure if the hot, freshly baked cinnamon roll quickly melted the vanilla frosting but my roll didn't look pretty and looked sloppily made, like overkill. Too much frosting (see pic). Oh well, everything goes in my mouth anyway, I just scraped off some of the frosting and proceeded to eat ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It was still too sweet for me even with less frosting. This is by far our favorite vegan goodies shop when We feel like being bad vegans. this is our sugary go to. Every time we go they have amazing service...And always a new seasonal cinnamon roll to try...I would of given this place five stars but they shorted me a chocolate chip cookie on my delivery order...so I am actually putting the fifth star on hold for next time. I definitely won't hold this against them being the first time they ever forgot an item on our order. Oh we can't forget the amazing ambience with the board games while you dig into a custom flavored cinnamon roll. We will definitely go back many times over to give them that 5th star they have coming.

First check in for 2023. Spontaneous trip, to satisfy our cravings. It was indeed successful! Wanted to try something unique on the menu, saw a sexy picture of Ice cream and waffle in a cup. Asked about the picture, and found out it was made and created by their very own staff Mr. Jesiah . He combined, waffle, ice-cream, and a special sauce made with love! This definitely hot the spot on a Saturday evening, post errands. Eventhough it's a cinnamon bun place, they clearly have a wide variety of desserts, other than buns. Thank you for your creativity Jesiah! :)

Too. Sweet. We had never been here so we thought we'd try it out. My Hubbs likes everything strawberry so he ordered the strawberry cheesecake cinnamon roll. The menu is huge or you can create your own. We each took 2 bites and threw it away. If you like really sweet stuff this is your place. I scraped off the toppings and tried just the cinnamon roll, i wasn't all that impressed. The roll was hard along the edge. Not a fan. What I was a fan of was the games on the tables! We played hungry hungry hippos, there was also operation, connect 4 and others. Super cute! And the service was great! The young ladies working were very sweet. (Much like the cinnamon rolls!) I hate to only give 3 stars but this place just wasn't for me.

Spiral after warm spiral coated in cinnamon; then topped with icing. They start with a core of circular dough that has been kneaded and made on sight. It's something to watch as they roll it up. Then it's topped with whatever is your fancy. You can choose from the selections that are available, but be your own genuine self and add some of what your personality needs. Tradition is always best of course. The basic construction of the cinnamon roll is amazing. But take a leap and try some fresh fruit or berries on your traditional cinnamon roll. Who would consider such unorthodox behaviors of eating. Right! You might be surprised. For those that need that afternoon pick up they make smoothies here too. It's getting to be a littler warmer here in Las Vegas, cool off with some iced pineapple juice blended all together. It's just the beginning of a beautiful afternoon all cool. As you sip feel the tingling joy of your cells getting rehydration. Now when I have visited a few times, be patient with the staff. In this day and age good help is hard to find. Kindness makes everyone smile. Laugh a little and make someone's day because the individual behind the counter is nervous. It's all smiles after you get over the hurdles and they figure out what you need to make your day epic. All done with the necessary stuff on to the waiting. They make everything to order so if you cannot wait order ahead. Let me tell you it's better to order in store and wait the extra bit because it's always better to have it fresh and ready and watch as they make it. Now onto the eating. To fork and knife or no fork and knife that's the question begged. Brilliant that first bite is delicious, but by all standards you need a few more to make the right judgment of it good or not. Ok, the cinnamon roll is gone. What an awesome way to spend the afternoon? Let's move on to the next food adventure. Moments such as cinnamon joy must come to an end today. All those memories are there. Happy is a special time with cheese cream frosting and sprinkles. It's all your choice. Decadence decisions!

First time visiting a cinnaholic. The lone employee was gray she took our order quickly and prepared it fast. We had a couple dole whip based shakes which were great. Grabbed a small package of cinnamon bite rolls to go. We will be back.

The snacks hit the spot, but the service and interaction was meh... dropped by around 8:40pm on 30APR2022 as my 8 year old daughter had a snack craving Excessively noisy due to loud music playing in the background. Could not hear the cashier when she took my order. Ordered a signature dole whips Strawberry Dipped Dole for me and a cinnastacks cookie dough for my daughter to go. The dole whip hit the spot and then some. My eldest daughter, my wife and I really enjoyed this one. It had a good ratio of strawberries and what looked like strawberry syrup at the bottom. We will definitely come back for this one. Our daughters shared and both really enjoyed the cookie dough cinnastack. This biz has some great offerings, but the service and environment could use some improvement.

Overpriced, over-hyped, flavorless cinnamon rolls with tons of sugary icing on top. I like desserts and had high expectations, like Crumbl cookie, but was disappointed in the taste.

The cinnamon they use is amazing. Staff is friendly. I feel like the rolls should be much larger for the prices they charge. Fix this and I would be a repeat customer.

I love cinnaholic! The staff is super kind here and they have a bunch of toppings to choose from. I love the chocolate sauce and bananas and it's a perfect treat when you're not feeling ice cream!

Cinnaholic is one of my favorite treats. I love cinnamon rolls and coffee on a cold morning. They've even become a family tradition. Cinnaholic is way more than just a cinnamon roll, it's almost an entire meal. You can go for the classic, or get any one of their gourmet rolls which are topped with fruit, cereal, cookies, and so much more. They also offer Dole Whip floats and cookie dough! The best part is that they're vegan. So inclusive. Not all vegan food is equal. Some vegan food is, very lacking. This place though, you wouldn't even know there's no eggs or dairy. I always just get one of the classic rolls. It's soft and warm, and is topped with the right amount of icing. The flavor is rich and sweet, but not too sweet. The inside offers a few tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your treat. There is also nearby outdoor seating. Enter your phone number for their rewards program.

We've ordered from here on and off a few times. It's either overly frosted or the dough consistency wasn't right. It tastes undercooked to me. My husband loves cinnamon rolls and this is the only place that delivers. ANYWHOOOO.....this last order will be my last. I found someone's fake eyelash in my food. I reached out to Doordash to let them know. They're claiming it's not them. I don't wear falsies so I know it's not mine (and my lashes are short and this one had a fluffy curl). I can't imagine the driver would open our food and take a peek. I don't get the hype. Maybe this is one of those places that's better when you get it in person and it's hot.

Went here for the first and last time last night. Upon entry, there was only a single family there with their kids screaming non stop. The woman who was at the register was lacking all self awareness as she legit stood there for 15 minutes asking a billion questions about every flavor combination humanely possible trying to decide what to order. Although she's clearly shameless, the cashier didn't acknowledge us at all. No "I'll be right with you", no "sorry for the wait", no "let me help them while you spend another 6 hours trying to decide what to shove down your gullet". The other employee there couldn't care less and didn't step in to help either. Nothing. Just chatting it up and having a good time with the woman while disregarding our existence entirely. Needless to say we walked out without ordering and won't be back.

I am so sad to be so disappointed in my experience here! First to start off with... zero welcome from anyone when we walked in, then a big fella from the back came out and said what can i get you... i replied that we were looking and that it was our first time there...silence from him. He just stood there. 2 guys came in after and because I felt so uncomfortable not knowing what I wanted right away and how unwelcoming the guy was i told them to go ahead of me. We ordered 4 rolls - cake batter, original, birthday cake and one with a cookie dough scoop. Got them to go - we were fine waiting the 15 minutes for them to be ready. And they did stay hot until we got home. We still waited to eat them a bit as we had just had a big dinner. We warmed them up a little before eating them and it just was not what we were hoping for them to be! The birthday one cake smelled like plastic, the cookie dough scoop not only did not look appetizing it also had a different smell. We love cinnamon rolls but just overall a bad experience that figuratively and literally left a bad taste in our mouth. Sadly, we will not be going back.

OMG! This place is everything you see on the webpage! Move over Cinnabon, you've got MAJOR competition!! We ordered the Strawberry cheesecake, chocolate chip cheesecake and two originals, and they were Soooo Savory, perfectly crafted, and melt in your mouth cinnamon buns! As soon as we got them, it went quiet! My kids from 14 down to 3 years old, were heavily focused only on these rolls ! My husband ate two in 5 minutes and his hands were covered in the delicious sauce; he didn't care , his only focus was eating them buns! The place had great service and family/friend fun environment; even had games on table to entertain yourself while you wait for them buns!! Sooo good, if you haven't tried, GO!! Sorrry tooo good and forgot the photos!

I was here for the first time. I ordered 3 old skool cinnamon rolls for my friends, and the caramel apple pie topped cinnamon roll for me. When I got home and opened my to go box. I was shocked! It didn't look anything like the photo on the sales sign inside. It didn't look appealing, it was a soupy mess! Looks can be deceiving though, and I ate half of it, giving the other half away to my daughter. It was very sweet. The size of the cinnamon roll for the hefty price of $6.99 is very small. It's not a giant cinnamon roll like you get at other places. While the concept is good, the presentation, price, and size does not make me eager to return.

I originally went here because I'd been to the cinnaholic in Seattle and they had these amazing cinna stick things that I preferred to the rolls so I was planning to order that but they didn't offer them at this location so I got a roll Overall good experience

I've come here before and it's been amazing, but this time the cinnamons rolls were OLD AF and the frosting was old and just thrown on. Zero love, zero effort. After spending $20 plus tip on 3 cinnamon rolls just to throw 2 away is disappointing. This is sad if this is the new normal for businesses. We all work too hard for our money to throw it away on food like this.

I was craving dessert one night so my fiancé took me here for some cinnamon buns. He had been very hesitant to come here because it's vegan and he's not into vegan food, but decided to give it a try. I ordered the caramel apple pie & my fiancé ordered the old skool. They were nice and let us try some of the edible cookie dough, which tasted pretty good. When we got home we dug into the cinnamon buns, but they were just so sweet that we couldn't eat more than about half of them. It's like they were really overcompensating for it being vegan. Also, they were not warm at all and we live less than five minutes from Cinnaholic. I don't think we will be back in the future for more cinnamon buns from here.

I can't explain how thankful I am for Uber Eats I'm spoiled my generation is simply spoiled literally just got some chocolate covered strawberries delivered to me in less than 45 minutes I am so pleased and it is so delicious. Rich chocolate sweet strawberries delicate just perfect.

Cashier was nice and helpful. Daughter ordered birthday cake roll . It was soft and warm and every bite had frosting and sprinkles yay !!! It's not even her birthday but she gotta eat the icing off !!! Also ordered small cinnamon rolls 3 pack ( I didn't see the icing in the bag in separate container until the last bite lol) The watermelon Dole wipe is like a sorbet and it was delish . Only downfall I think it is a bit overpriced if it was like $1-2 less on every item would be more affordable for every weekend. OMG I'm a sucker for cinnamon rolls. I first heard about this place thru Yelp, an Elite event. After spending a nice day in my pool I ended up running down to this location to get my cinnamon roll. I pulled up the store on my Yelp app & used their directions to get here. It was accurate & not far from home. The parking lot was a little crowded but I was able to find a spot close by. Inside is small. There were three people waiting for their orders & two girls in front of me @ the register to put their order in. Even though the place is small it was easy to be able to separate away from each other. The two workers were friendly. A young lady waited on me. I'm kinda boring & I'm a fan of the plan cinnamon bun so that's what I ordered. I wasn't going to eat it there as they weren't allowing anyone to dine in anyways. I even asked if they had to warm them up because I was fine with taking a cold one home & heating it up in the microwave but they had fresh buns in the oven. I didn't have to wait very long, maybe 7 minutes. I used the bathroom while I was there. They had two of them. The one I used was nice, clean & well kept. Once my bun was ready I brought it into my car & checked it out. Of course I had to take a picture for Yelp. OMG it looked amazing!! It had just the right amount of frosting on it. I don't like when you get cinnamon buns & there isn't much frosting, I'm always having to ask for extra but this wasn't the case here. Once I got home & sat down to eat it the frosting had melted. My first bite was sooooooo good. It was a tiny doughy & moist. It wasn't too sweet but just right. I couldn't resist it and ate it all in one sitting. I savored each bite. I've always gone to Cinnabon for my rolls & I've got to say this place is way better. No more Cinnabon for me. Next time I have a craving for some cinnamon rolls this is the place I will head to & also be recommending this place to my friends.

Oh my goodness gracious, I got the Twix flavored Cinnamon Roll and my life will never be the same. It was sooooooo good! I didn't know you could have customizable cinnamon rolls, but this place offers them, and they're amazing. In terms of service, I would definitely rate them 5 out of 5. They were friendly and made my cinnamon roll in a timely manner. They told me how long it would take and I just waited in my car. This place is worth trying for sure.
