"I'm reporting that the Berkeley-based vegan bakery Cinnaholic is expanding to Henderson, taking over the 1,393-square-foot former home of ZiKiZ in the Pebble Marketplace near the intersection of Pebble Road and Green Valley Parkway (a short walk from The Steamie Weenie). The third local branch after Centennial and Spring Valley launches Friday, Feb. 9 at 8 a.m., and the first 300 guests will each receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a free cinnamon roll every day for a year (three winners will be drawn), with additional “Cinna-swag” giveaways throughout the day. Their menu features “dairy and lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free” cinnamon rolls that customers can customize from a wide variety of toppings and frostings; current seasonal flavors include a Horchata frosting, a raspberry walnut roll, and a chocolate Fluffernutter made with marshmallow and peanut butter frosting and topped with chocolate chips." - Bradley Martin
