i came here to apply for a passport after my local post office canceled my appointment the morning of. Although i was frustrated, me and my partner were warmly greeted by Leslie at the information desk when we arrived. He told us where to go and had a bright aura about him. Shine bright, Leslie!

Court couldn't help with hud housing eviction had to spend time in streets hospital lock in psych ward the scared of the lawyer the manger call police and not answer door in office claiming that neighbors got best of me cause scared to relate to change of management while mentally ill favoritism from Mexican maintance have truck around building really big constantly garbage man afraid couldn't talk to judge cause security in emergency room have arm weapon grab me with seven men and threaten to inject me with needle lock me in behavioral unit with peoepl with HIV spit in my food and make me walk home with socks..... Claim that I can't recognize the EMT agent the nurse the race of discharge and the social worker try to steal my identy public defender lady claim I have no judgment when paranoid about difference of gender position and iq

Wasted my lunch attempting to get a copy of a file. I was sent from floor to floor, finally went to Clerk Martinez' office to file a complaint, even they failed to assist. It should not be this difficult to obtain a copy of a public record. They have people lined up in the halls instead of allowing in the office to access the public self-service computers. This office is a nightmare. The online case search does not show continuance dates, pretty useless. Do not expect to reach anyone by calling, there is no customer service, only a useless automated system which lacks the same information as the online search. Seems like a set up for failure for the public.

I got 2 tickets recently and I've received 2 emails saying your court date is between this day and this day, and to call this number to submit any evidence. I've called 5 times and waited at least 15 mins each time no one answers the phone. So now idk when my court date actually is and I can't submit my evidence looks like they're going to slap me with a failure to appear by not giving me a time or date and not answering their phones. Gotta love the crooked city of Chicago!

Sheriffs department is horrible and useless they can’t answer a question give u run around the whole eviction process is a con scheme how would they like if we move in their house and have to do eviction process god help them

If I could give this place zero stars I would I called on two separate occasions the first one I was hung up on Then I called back and was rudely interrupted and treated very unprofessionally. The second time I called on the second separate occasion, I was answered rudely and disrespectfully with unnecessary attitude. truly horrible service got me fkd up forcing me to hold my tongue an not respond back to ya’ll with the same attitude/energy

I called customer service and every time I called (2x) I kept getting unnecessary attitude? I was asking them a question and what should I do and immediately they shout out to me the address to their location? I knew that information but all I wanted to know is where do I go when I get there and who should I see? Again, she yelled the address to me? My thoughts...Listen lady, you clearly are unprofessional and don't like your job. Let someone who appreciates having one and give yours up! Did I say this no, but honestly most of these city of Chicago jobs have the worst customer service employees!
