"Although located in the same building as Chef Josiah Citrin's sister restaurant Mélisse, in lieu of its sibling’s tasting menu-only format, the offerings here afford more choice, with a modest prix-fixe alongside à la carte options. Chef Ken Takayama's cuisine sends forth signature combinations of French technique with an abundance of California's seasonal produce, focusing on updated takes on classically rooted flavors with modern, global touches.Spendthrifts will revel in the opulent caviar and truffle add-ons; but even without a dollop or shaving of luxury; the impressive cooking here, such as artichoke agnolotti with Comté and smoked barigoule is an indulgence, as is the crispy skin-on rouget served over bouillabaisse." - Michelin Inspector

Just wanted to be sure an let Citrin know about their employee. Max took me home from the Lincoln dealership. He was so warm and personable. We had a long ride and I'm not the most conversational, however, we had really good conversation and he was very professional and pleasant with ride with. Ty Max!! Kim

Have had a slightly shaky experience with Citrin garage lately. We park over at the Neilston + Long St Garage and as of this month have had issues with our monthly account passes swiping us in and out reliably. (We've parked at this garage for over five years, and these problems started really arising this month. Previous management had been under LAZ.) Nick from Citrin's support team has been very helpful in resolving what he can, when he can. Their support email is: monthly@citrin.co. They respond during business hours and are very helpful once they get in touch with you. However, customer support is extremely limited. It's nothing like LAZ who had managed to maintain a 24/7 customer support line. If you're locked out, well. You're just locked out until whenever they get back to you, I guess. [Since July 1, 2025 - No more issues! Things have been quite seamless and smooth since I last wrote my first review. Having a 24/7 support line as before would still be nice, but best case scenario, of course, is not having a need to call it at all.]

Abused and ridiculed by dealership owners. Was fired when I spoke up about working conditions. A year of my life wasted on this company.

*Beware* Terrible Valet service Rated a 1 star because I can't rate as a Zero star. I had them valet park my truck at Cento (Cameron Mitchell Restaurant). When retrieving my truck the valet driver side swiped a pole all the way down the driver side of my truck. I was understanding at the time that accidents happen and was told that as long as the damages were under $10K they would pay for them out of pocket so they could avoid filing a claim. After providing a quote to Rusty Furno (who claimed to be the owner of the company although his email signature stated he was the "Claims Team Manager") I scheduled the repairs. The rental car company they stated I had to use per their email instructions canceled the pick up the day of without notifying me. I attempted to contact Rusty by phone and email. After an hour or so he called me back, I voiced the frustration with the process and the massive inconvenience this has caused and his response to me was "Oh, so none of your employees ever make mistakes at your company?" I told him I was going to obtain another quote because initially the body shop told me they may or may not be able to fix the side step that was also damaged and wouldn't know for sure until they attempted the repair. Initially I wanted this nightmare of a situation and process to be over but after Rusty's condescending and rude attitude I was no longer interested in attempting to save them money by having something repaired instead of replaced. He immediately said if I get another quote, they will be now be filing a claim. Causing yet another delay,, it has been 6 weeks since they damaged my truck. A week goes by and no contact from the insurance company nor was I ever provided with the insurance companies contact information. After requesting the contact information, I contacted the insurance company. Citrin gave them the wrong number to contact me and also provided me with the wrong claim number. I contacted Cameron Mitchell's corporate office and spoke to their director who was apologetic and disappointed to hear about the experience. They are now having their legal department take care of this nightmare. Best advice I can give is to avoid having this company EVER valet your vehicle. I learned my lesson the hard way but it won't ever happen again. It's not worth the massive headache, inconvenience and the amount of my time they have wasted with their negligence and ineptitude. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, zero remorse, understanding and/or concern for what this has caused.

I work here under Z.W. I make a competitive wage, and I get to drive nice cars around all day. It's an awesome job, and something that I hope can last me until I complete certification in cyber security! The people that work with me aren't demeaning, they're friendly, and if you like driving cars - please apply you would love this job.

Damaged my car and stole my airpods, then offered me nothing. They said they talked to their team and no one "confessed" - of course they aren't going to confess.
