Have had a slightly shaky experience with Citrin garage lately. We park over at the Neilston + Long St Garage and as of this month have had issues with our monthly account passes swiping us in and out reliably.
(We've parked at this garage for over five years, and these problems started really arising this month. Previous management had been under LAZ.)
Nick from Citrin's support team has been very helpful in resolving what he can, when he can. Their support email is: monthly@citrin.co. They respond during business hours and are very helpful once they get in touch with you.
However, customer support is extremely limited. It's nothing like LAZ who had managed to maintain a 24/7 customer support line. If you're locked out, well. You're just locked out until whenever they get back to you, I guess.
[Since July 1, 2025 - No more issues! Things have been quite seamless and smooth since I last wrote my first review. Having a 24/7 support line as before would still be nice, but best case scenario, of course, is not having a need to call it at all.]
