Horrible company used to live in one of the Apartments in downtown area and they would replace workers for no reason one worker I heard got fired for simply having health issues. Another worker got fired because the owner of the company said that he just didn’t want her there anymore. There’s a new guy that works there and he’s not very friendly. All he ever does is watch us try to get our cards to pay and he never gives Any tickets I wish we had the other girl back that was here before him. I wouldn’t trust this company if I were you guys it seems that they save their own butts by letting other good people go And replacing them with people of less pay And you know what they say you pay for what you get read the reviews everything they say is true

Actually horrible. To cancel monthly parking, you have to call them, but they never answer. And the automated message tells you to leave your name, email, and phone number and someone will get back to you. It’s been weeks and no one as gotten back to me. Ridiculous.

*Beware* Terrible Valet service Rated a 1 star because I can't rate as a Zero star. I had them valet park my truck at Cento (Cameron Mitchell Restaurant). When retrieving my truck the valet driver side swiped a pole all the way down the driver side of my truck. I was understanding at the time that accidents happen and was told that as long as the damages were under $10K they would pay for them out of pocket so they could avoid filing a claim. After providing a quote to Rusty Furno (who claimed to be the owner of the company although his email signature stated he was the "Claims Team Manager") I scheduled the repairs. The rental car company they stated I had to use per their email instructions canceled the pick up the day of without notifying me. I attempted to contact Rusty by phone and email. After an hour or so he called me back, I voiced the frustration with the process and the massive inconvenience this has caused and his response to me was "Oh, so none of your employees ever make mistakes at your company?" I told him I was going to obtain another quote because initially the body shop told me they may or may not be able to fix the side step that was also damaged and wouldn't know for sure until they attempted the repair. Initially I wanted this nightmare of a situation and process to be over but after Rusty's condescending and rude attitude I was no longer interested in attempting to save them money by having something repaired instead of replaced. He immediately said if I get another quote, they will be now be filing a claim. Causing yet another delay,, it has been 6 weeks since they damaged my truck. A week goes by and no contact from the insurance company nor was I ever provided with the insurance companies contact information. After requesting the contact information, I contacted the insurance company. Citrin gave them the wrong number to contact me and also provided me with the wrong claim number. I contacted Cameron Mitchell's corporate office and spoke to their director who was apologetic and disappointed to hear about the experience. They are now having their legal department take care of this nightmare. Best advice I can give is to avoid having this company EVER valet your vehicle. I learned my lesson the hard way but it won't ever happen again. It's not worth the massive headache, inconvenience and the amount of my time they have wasted with their negligence and ineptitude. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, zero remorse, understanding and/or concern for what this has caused.

This is in no way a 4 star review for the valet service but more of a 4 star review for what happened after the valet parked my car. The valet driver damaged my car significantly following a dinner at a restaurant where valet was the only option. When I noticed the damage, I was given the contact of those with the Claims team. They immediate sent someone out to do an investigation of what happened. After finding enough evidence that their driver did damage my vehicle, they immediately told me the process to start repairs. I was able to get a quote from a collision center of my choice. The Claims team worked with the garage directly and paid for all of the damage. They also wrote a check for a rental for the 15 days my vehicle took to repair. While the damage is incredibly frustrating and no one told me about it until I noticed it myself, the Claims team following the damages was AMAZING.

I have used the Valet services twice now in Company sponsored events. Each time, very quick and responsive. Pleasant attendants and well spoken. Not to many valet services I have used can handle a Manual Transmission Sports Car.

Damaged my car and stole my airpods, then offered me nothing. They said they talked to their team and no one "confessed" - of course they aren't going to confess.
