This practice has been nothing but unprofessional for the past 2 years that I've been introduced. The employees are robotic, unprofessional, and demeaning in every way possible. They have yet to ever contribute to doing their job. Every time I ask the simplest of questions, I've been given the run around and never called back or even responded back in a timely manner. They charge an arm and a leg for everything. They had the tendency to nickle and dime you for everything. They even impose a 3-4% charge for using credit cards. I've never heard of any establishment imposing that charge other customers or clients. You offer payment options as a convenience to people for your services. Staff is absolutely useless in accomplishing anything and huge revolving door here. At first I thought it's the staff then I realized it's the employer himself that is imposing all this as well as allowing his staff to be so inefficient. I can't waste my time or money here any longer. Please spare yourselves the time and money and go elsewhere where you are treated with respect and you get what you pay for. Never returning again. You leave multiple messages for the doctor to contact you and he never responds. The staff hangs up on you as you're still talking. It's really sad how these practices get away with this type of behavior.

Dr. Guy and the entire team at Citrin Wellness are absolutely phenomenal. I came to the practice seeking treatment for on-going gut issues, that had been (at best) poorly addressed through minimal testing only (i.e. a colonoscopy at age 30) ordered by a gastroenterologist, that resulted in absolutely no treatment plan despite results indicating levels of extremely high inflammation in my gut. Literally zero treatment plan was given to me other than telling me "you don't have Crohn's or ulcerative colitis"...so of course my slew of gut issues/ discomfort symptoms persisted. After years of discomfort followed by months of feeling completely hopeless and having zero idea how to help myself, I made the call to Citrin Wellness (referred by my partner) and had my initial session with Dr. Guy. Dr. Guy uses a holistic approach to treatment, beginning with a thorough assessment, and then the suggestion of various types of testing based upon your symptom presentation. I was never offered any of these types of tests through the many gastroenterology providers in the past. It was very scientifically clear that several of these tests (two of which were just blood tests alone!) would help the Dr. to get the clearest picture possible around what was going on. I was amazed that even prior to all test results coming back, that he was also able to provide me with some immediate instructions and supplements to soothe the gut while awaiting my results. The additions of the supplements and dietary adjustments were almost immediately helpful. It took about a month for tests to come back and he was able to develop a more comprehensive treatment plan that had me 75% better, the rest was up to me in my opinion, more in the realm of lifestyle changes- to change my diet to a more nutritious one! So I went ahead per his recommendation and schedule a session with Nutritionist Tihiana as I felt lost around how and what to eat to support my body. Tihiana is a superstar. I am seriously feeling 90% better at this point, mood wise I feel better than I have in years. My relationship with food has improved, and I see the value in investing in one's health and the positive ripple effect it has in so many areas of one's life. Thank you Dr.Guy, Tihiana, and to the FANTASTIC staff members such as treatment coordinators Lexi and Asa who were always available to answer questions, and express genuine empathy and kindness. I cannot thank this team enough and recommend seeking treatment with Dr. Guy. Despite likely nearing the end of my treatment and going into maintenance phase, I am happy to know Citrin Wellness is available if any issues arise related to gut troubles etc.

Citrin Wellness is by far the BEST Naturopathic office you will find in SoCal. Dr. Guy and Dr. Kim are incredible in their profession and treatment quality as well as being attentive to not only my needs but to all the patients. But of course none of this can be done without the amazing assistance of Asa and Lexi, who are impeccable treatment coordinators. Communication is key to a geat office, and these young ladies deliver; from scheduling to explaining protocol. I wish there were more offices like them, but who can compare to their top tier skills. Citrin Wellness review I visited Citrin Wellness to have Dr. Citrin do a PRF injection in my knees and I am so happy and thankful that I did! I tore my meniscus about 6 months ago and the healing and rehab journey has been brutal so I sought out this treatment with the hopes that it would help with my recovery. I have been amazed with the transformation I have experienced in my surgical knee in just a few weeks since the injection. It recovers so much more quickly from simple things that used to give it such a hard time and so much pain, stiffness, and overall discomfort; such as sitting in the same position for an extended period of time or trying to push on it to regain my full my range of motion. It is so much more resilient feeling than it used to be and that has brought me sooo much physical, mental, and emotional relief! I'm an athlete without a sport, a weight lifter and fitness addict. I see doctor Guy for his regenerative medicine services. I've had 4 treatments in a row for my hamstring years that cause me issues in two different ways: one with chronic pain from the surgery I had for my 2.5 cm retracted tendon (ischial origin) in 2018, and on the left same spot that has compensatory tears multiple times throughout my 22 years of non stop extreme athletic life of lifting eating sleep repeating that I love. I went in to try this method with a sober mind, truly not a expecting miracles, more like "can I get it to less pain 24/7, from scale 1-10 a 6 instead of a 10? Four separate treatments later, the left with no surgery on is definitely much stronger, less "stretchy hole that separates during any hip flexion/knee flexion like a squat or deadlift. I'm very impressed with this and since fitness and training is a project for life to upkeep, just like a garden or any other living "organism", I'm foreseeing a natural upkeep appointment routine to keep on rebuilding my own body by manipulating its inflammatory response from the treatments, and I know most people want a "one time thing fix" but hey, that's like asking to get shredded after one whole day of nutrition on point when you didn't work for that the past 364 days... Dr Guy is great, he's personable and honest. He explained the different options I had to treat my twice dislocated shoulder and we decided to go with the stem cell therapy. Dr Guy is the doctor you want in your corner. He is the amalgamation of the caring family-type doctor you trust and want to confide in and the cutting edge biohacker where you find treatments that absolutely work yet you never heard of. I stumbled on this place by sheer accident and I'm happy I did. I have been suffering from chronic pain due to back and neck injuries and after a couple of natural treatments I'm already feeling much better than I did in years. I am very much looking forward to keep exploring avenues of improving my well being with Dr Guy. I can tell that he has a lot of tools in that wellness toolbox! DR. GUY is one hell of a guy! He's so attentive and knowledgeable and you can tell he takes great pride in his work! I have been to him now for Prolotherapy and a PRP facial with microneedling. I am incredibly happy with the results. I have had bad wrists for years and after a month from the prolotherapy I notice a HUGE difference in my joints and muscles... I have way more strength and am back to my intense workout routine. He is also very cautious and sensitive to my issues and I already see the difference in my face after one week of the PRP facial! Dr. Citrin is such an amazing doctor. I've never felt more comfortable or at ease with a doc in my life. Unlike many doctors I've seen in the past, Dr. Citrin isn't pushing pharmaceuticals or expensive procedures. He takes the time to understand you as a person and isn't just out to treat your symptoms. I am so incredibly thankful I found Dr. Guy when I did. He genuinely cares about his patients more than any doctor I've ever met and is so knowledgeable! When I started going to him I was being treated for a variety of symptoms by so many doctors that would see me for 15 minutes and then prescribe me some "maybe this will work" medicine for a variety of ailments they claimed were unrelated. After 1.5 hours with doctor guy on our first consult I swear he had more insight about my health than doctors I had been seeing for years. Beyond thankful for Doctor Guy. After a few years of severe eczema from head to toe, I am finally fulfilled and healed again from seeing Doctor Guy.
