City Club Apartments Lafayette Park

I toured this spot back in 2020 when I moved back home to Michigan and I still can’t get over how much I love the A-4 layout, that gorgeous balcony and view! 🌿✨ Had to come back for another look and PJ gave such a great tour. If only it were bigger—I’d move in tomorrow! 🏡💭 S. C.

I had a wonderful experience during my tour of this community. The staff was absolutely amazing, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The community itself is beautiful, and I love all the unique interior design that make it stand out from other places I’ve visited. Overall, the entire experience left a great impression on me, and I’m truly looking forward to living here soon! -Lisa

I moved into this place within the past year and have experienced both good and bad with this complex. The gate didn't work for MONTHS, and multiple cars were stolen from the lot- not to mention many break ins. The pool was unusable until middle of the summer, the gym is dirty and has missing equipment, and the gates don't allow for residents to exit the building. The good news- the car gate has been fixed and there is active security on the lot now, so now cars have been vandalized- VERY thankful for the property manager, Nathanial, for putting forward his best efforts to secure the lot, get amenities up and running, and for being diligent in property communication in regard to maintenance and other updates. The best part about this place is the space I live in; I absolutely love the views, the apartment itself, and my neighbors. The concierge Michael, Anaya, Ed, and Gary are some of the best individual's I've met while living here. They are down to earth, attentive, and kind. Michael has gone out of his way to host parties, celebrate small wins (like national chocolate chip cookie day), and ask what he can do better for the community. While there are a few things that I would improve- I'm confident that management and team will do their best to make the changes and put forth efforts to attend to and respect the tenants in the building.

Went to visit my uncle who is a resident of this apartment stunning the view is breathtaking especially when the 18th floor when I want to purchase an apartment yes

Concierge Mike, Anaya and G are good folk. PJ is helpful when you inquire about things. Still no pool, gym ceiling leaks, gates for pedestrians.. cannot get OUT. And lastly management needs to address which I doubt they will maintenance never ever leaves a notice they have entered. Literally this is an issue why is this so difficult to manage your maintenance staff leaving a notice they were in someone's living space. Bro everybody complains about this! *** waits for generic response***

Love it here it’s nice and quiet perfect for my first apartment everything is great except the parking lot it’s not enough cameras or lights in the parking lot and it leads to break ins at night with little to no visibility of them or the vehicle they drive

I have been living here for almost a month and love everything about it! Pj was super nice and made the process super quick and easy! The front desk is amazing! All the residents in the building are super nice. The gym has everything you need to make working out super easy any time of day.

Amazing property, the new team has really improved the living experience here. looking forward to living her for a while.
