We had the pleasure of visiting Claro London during their opening weekend, and the experience was absolutely incredible. Having dined at their Tel Aviv location, we knew the farm-to-table concept would carry over, and it certainly did. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were evident in every dish. One of the standout dishes was the lamb platter, which was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented alongside fresh vegetables and sauces. The short rib tortellini and the whole plaice fish were also remarkable, with the latter cooked to perfection and paired with seasonal greens.
The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a chic yet comfortable feel that complements the food. The service is still evolving, as expected for a new opening, but the staff was friendly and eager to assist. We were lucky enough to meet the chefs behind the menu, which added a special touch to our experience. The passion they have for their craft is undeniable.
As cocktail enthusiasts, we were delighted with the bar manager’s expertise. The cocktails were not only delicious but also showcased an impressive selection of spirits, particularly tequila, which happens to be our favorite. Each drink was crafted with care, and we thoroughly enjoyed the balance of flavors.
Having tried nearly 90% of the menu, we were impressed and excited to come back. Claro London has already made its mark on the dining scene, and we look forward to sending more foodies in their direction. The prices reflect the portion sizes and the overall execution, making it a fantastic dining experience worth revisiting.
