During our visit to Paris, we decided to try our luck and visit this restaurant without a reservation, but unfortunately, we encountered disrespectful behavior from the hostess.
Upon arrival, we noticed three empty tables, yet the hostess claimed that all the tables were reserved and there was no possibility of being seated. When we asked if it was worth waiting a few minutes to see if something became available, we were met with a cold and unprofessional response, as she firmly stated that she "knows her job" and there was no point in waiting.
We went to a nearby pub for a drink and returned to the restaurant 45 minutes later, only to find that the same three tables were still empty.
The experience left us so hurt and disappointed that we decided not to enter the restaurant again, even though the tables were available.
This kind of attitude toward potential customers is regrettable and casts a shadow over the experience, especially in a city like Paris, where one would expect warm and welcoming service.
