We had a wonderful time here! The property is absolutely beautiful and offers an excellent selection of wines. I’m usually not a rosé fan, but I was thoroughly impressed by theirs — it was slightly dry yet bursting with cherry and red fruit notes. I wasn’t expecting that, and it was amazing! Plus, Leo was the sweetest dog ever. I would come back!

This is a small family run vineyard with a nice selection of white and red wines. We enjoyed a Chardonnay and a Lamanto (red) with Charcuterie board under the tree. There are several clusters of chairs under this massive tree. There is also seating on the other side of the small buildings that house the bar and production equipment. Staff is very friendly snd will explain the wines and anything else associated with the vine. Nice place to hangout and enjoy the setting.

First time visitor… I just decided to get in my car and drive. I was greeted by a lovely woman who showed me the options…… I decided on the seven wine tasting… I had some olives and crackers as snacks as I sat outside. I left with two of my favorite bottles! It was a very relaxing setting, and the shade was beautiful under the tree… I will definitely come back in evening hours when they have the twinkle lights and fires going. Easy to find as well.

Charming local winery with great service! Cloudland is smaller than the big Dahlonega spots, especially inside, but the vibe is warm and welcoming. The gentleman pouring was super helpful—guided me to a rosé we loved (Florida Joe’s). We relaxed under a shady tree and would love to return when there’s live music.

Amazing wine, great people, beautiful location. Just a joy to visit every time. Each season there is a new gem to discover. Definitely worth a trip.

I can say this place is enchanted and cozy, and you can feel the good vibes. The wine is really good they are dry, but I love dry wines 😀 If you are more an outdoor person They have firepits and chairs outside, where you can just sit and enjoy your wine with a beautiful vineyard view.

I’ve never met a red wine I didn’t like, until visiting here. Unfortunately, every red we tried was disappointing. Between the two of us, we’ve tasted hundreds of red wines and rarely find one undrinkable, but all three reds we sampled fell well below our expectations. They lacked the qualities we value in red wine, such as structure, tannins, and depth of flavor, and instead came across as thin and watery. The white wines were acceptable, though not memorable. The venue itself is cute and has charm, but the pricing felt very high, higher than what we typically pay in NYC, which made the overall experience hard to justify. We wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend it as a destination for visitors, though it may make sense for locals if there are limited alternatives. Unfortunately, the experience was further dampened by the owner being rude and short with us in their response.

Food: The charcuterie board was decent. I really enjoyed the Brie cheese and jam! They don't have any sweet wines, which are my favorite. Service: The two ladies, were awesome! Quick, helpful and efficient Ambiance: There's plenty of outdoors seating. It was nice sitting under the trees and chatting my husbae.

New to the area and looking to expand our wine experience beyond up and down the West Coast. Nice quaint venue, super friendly staff with great attention and explanations. While we generally lean toward reds, we found the whites to be good, particularly a sparkling Chardonnay and the 'Wildflower', otherwise the wines were ok, nothing to write home about. For a snack we had the pimento cheese and crackers which was good. We really liked the rustic grounds and the huge tree to sit under. Perhaps more than half of the chairs are very low, and while great, if you're older (like us) you have a difficult time getting up from being down so low. Maybe intersperse a bit more 'typical' height seats; we just moved things around. Overall thought the wine/food was a bit on the pricey side. I suspect returning when music or an event was on tap may be a bit more inspiring. We would likely return to try with some live music or opportunistically should we be nearby sometime. Wouldn't be a destination for just wine.

I've driven by Cloudland several times but just recently had the opportunity to stop in and try. It's a small vineyard with cozy seating outdoors and some indoor seating. The selection of wine and food is limited but what I had was great! I really enjoyed the Natty wine sparkling wine with their crackers and hummus. If you're in Buford and don't want to travel far for a cute date night, give this place a try!

Great local winery! Their wine is unique and their vibe is relaxed and chill. They offer a great way to enjoy the afternoon listening to some local music or a crisp evening around a fire. They are always very nice and eager to make your experience as great as it can be from start to finish.

A beautiful little vineyard/winery in Buford. Yes, Buford. I drove past this place about 100x before finally stopping by and I am very glad I did. They have a solid selection, my favorite being their Cab Franc. Very kind, good hearted owners. Plus they have music and food events. I definitely plan on returning this winter.

A must visit for great wines, food, scenery and conversation! Amazing Sonoma like experience! Absolutely lovely staff! "Blessy" was so knowledgeable and amazing to talk to. I could have stayed there all day. You will enjoy and have a relaxing time. They even have fire pits for a wonderful tasting experience! They have something very special! The surrounding community is so lucky to have this hidden gem in their backyard! Looking forward to returning often!

Went for the first time last week with my daughters. I had a bottle of Franc and it was excellent. We sat outside and enjoyed a charcuterie board. Excellent surroundings, great atmosphere.

A quaint winery in Buford. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The different seating areas are really nice so everyone can spread out. A few fire pits for colder weather. We did a tasting flight that was good. For food we ordered the pimento cheese and hummus. Both were tasty. I would definitely visit again.

This place is a hidden gem and so worth a return trip again and again. My gf and I had an amazing time here. We bought a glass each and lounged for most of the afternoon on the covered patio. They have small bites available for purchase. Each plate is beautifully assembled by the staff and brought to you where ever you sit on the patio. We enjoyed the mothers day special sangria for $10 a glass. We also snacked on their prosciutto and arugula plate. There was live music and the atmosphere is friendly and warm. The views are outstanding. It was dope watching the chickens graze. And the backdrop. This is a must go. You can be there either dressed down or dressed up. Most of the people were locals and dressed down in relaxed wear.

A very nice little boutique vineyard. Cool sitting areas around the vineyard and some chairs around wood burning fire pits. We got a bottle of the rose' to start. A tad on the sweet side but not overly sweet by any means. Our second bottle was the Chardonnay. A bit different than your average. It is aged in neutral oak and has a creamy taste. We bought the meat and cheese board with a couple nice slabs of local cheese, salami prosciutto strawberries, pita bread, nacho chips, a jar of apricot jelly and cashews. A great relaxing time.

Cute, quaint little winery right in my home town! We did the wine tasting where we got 6 pours which were quite generous and honestly they were all delicious!! We bought meat and cheese platter and hummus to snack on. The girls were so nice they helped us build a fire in the many fire pits on site. Chickens roamed the property which added to our experience. We'll definitely go back, they told us they have live music on Friday and Saturday nights plus a food truck.

Greatest hidden gem!!! Great wine! The owner, Sean and his staff go over the top to make sure everything is as near perfect as possible. You will love this place!

The wine is cloudy...hence the name. They do not filter the wine. The Lomato and Chardonnay were my favorites. It is a fun place to go when you can't travel far into the mountains. Good live music at 5 pm. Wish the meat and cheese board was larger. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

This is an amazing spot in a place I would have never expected to see a winery. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff in the tasting room with 5 wines currently on their menu. Plenty of comfortable seating with several fire rings. I highly recommend coming here to relax and taste a few new wines!

Very nice atmosphere at unexpected location. Great wine, live music and amazing employees that gave us suggestions based on our interests. There were seats and small tables provided throughout the farm. Great place to come and relax. Definitely will be a repeated costumer.

People are great. The wine is not very good. If you want to grab friends and hang out it's fine.

So, there's only 5 wines to choose from, no sweeter wines in case that's your thing. There are appetizer type foods. The charcuterie boards were ok, hummus fine, pimento cheese was good. The cheese straws are boxed, not made there. My biggest complaint is the attitude of the girls working there. I placed an order for some food then ran to potty while my cousin was ordering. When I came back the girl was pretty rude about the fact they don't do open tabs, which is completely fine but didn't know I couldn't pay at the end since I was ordering food. I personally didn't like the wines they had but my cousins all drank a glass each. As we were leaving, the blonde girl was rolling her eyes at us. We were the only people left in there so there's no way it was anyone else she was rolling her eyes about. We moved on to Chateau Elan. I would NEVER go to this winery again nor would I bring my family from out of town as I did today.

It was just ok... nothing to rush back to. Wasn't the experience that I was expecting. Staff was great and super friendly.

What a great experience at Cloudland a few weeks ago! Make sure you make a reservation online to enjoy a fabulous day of tasting this vineyards deliciously unique wines. They did not create a charcuterie board for us so there was no pretty presentation for me to rave about but we ordered the cow's milk cheese, muscadine jelly, milk chocolate, and meats and crackers separately a built our own spread. I do hope the reason they did not do this for us is due to COVID but I'm not sure. My favorite wine is the Lamanto 2019 but everything I tried was good. I've never tasted anything like it and had to buy a bottle to bring home. I'd totally purchase again. Great outdoor seating options too!

Such friendly staff, lovely welcoming space inside and a little green amidst the 'burbs on the outside. The wine is unique and enjoyable, charcuterie is delicious. Perfect afternoon date.

Awesome place to hang out and have some good wine. You can sit right in between the vineyard rows growing grapes and they had plenty of umbrellas for shade. The snacks were delicious and so was the rose. Will come back again and again!

We tried all the reds & they were amazing! The owner was very attentive & kind. It was a cold, windy day & he made sure everyone had everything they needed to stay warm.

Great wineries with exceptional wine! Owners, staff and music all very nice and have great knowledge of their wines! We will visit again when we are in town!
