"A Buford-area winery founded in 2020 that takes a minimal-intervention, largely organic approach to winemaking, producing unfined and unfiltered natural wines that aim to modernize Georgia’s reputation. Led by an experienced winemaker with prior roles at Chateau Elan and Biltmore and supported by general manager/assistant winemaker Blessy Devasia, the operation manages lomanto and villard blanc plots organically (using minimal organic sprays) and is pursuing regenerative organic certification.
