Have been this bar for many years and always the best. But tonight one of the dancers was out of this world so good. He deserves a praise. You are the best. Hope they tell him my thanks

Had a great night at Club Cobra. Great to be in a more relaxed atmosphere. Only thing; sometimes I like a glass of wine, but I was told they didn’t sell wine.

Went out n Thursday night. The ugly looking cashier charged me $15, although cover is $10. I would ask change for 20$, shhe would gave 19$. Lol. I guess when you steal a dollar here, five there, it all adds up.

EXPENSIVE!! More expensive than West Hollywood. Not only do the charge cover, but their drinks are extremely EXPENSIVE!

First time here and the place was a blast, at first the place was semi empty with nobody dancing which gives you room to buy drinks, there’s some seating to enjoy your drinks. The vibe is okay, at 11:30 and beyond the place gets packed, it gets hot from all the dancing bodies on the dance floor, the dj begins to play all the music that gets the mood going.. the dancers are hot, and really engaging for a dollar haha…shout out victor osuna! Towards the end the floor is a wet mess which doesn’t get swept so you’ve been warned and another precaution do not bring white shoes as mine got completely dirtied at the end of the day. Totally recommend this club as me and my friend had a blast and met some cool people here.

Cool , odd, slightly kinky kinda club! Fun, loud.... Go on Thursday night for the non conservative crowd. Drinks ok Staff is very friendly Live dancing Loud with outdoor seating! A pit stop of modern California culture! Go!

I liked the remodeling that they've done. It's about 3 sections and each have their own vibe to them. Really enjoyed the outdoor area best.

DJ jugar (play) Rosalia - Chicken Teriyaki por favor!!! Club Cobra is a local NoHo gay latin club next to the famous Circus Liquor store west on Burbank Blvd and Vineland. Parking can be a journey with mostly residential side streets and considering they're only open 3 to 4 days out of the week (Thursday, Friday and Saturday only, currently...sometimes Wednesday or Sunday in the past) everyone comes out for the time the are booming for business. Recommend coming early or parking on Vineland if possible There's a small patio in front that doesn't really get any use but is there to take a beat and a huge patio in back with tables chairs, an outdoor bar and these cool wooden like bleachers. Club Cobra usually has a cover charge for $10 as it's very much a nightclub as well as a bar in which they have two inside along with two sets of restrooms which get line heavy. Typical great music, good vibes and lots a lots of bodies around the front half of cobra especially on the main dance floor. They have tons of go go dancers or all genders and excellent service. The drinks aren't bad at all and the selection of beer is solid. I've been a handful of times over my years in the valley and it's a-okay... It does get pretty crazy hot, steamy and sweaty and as a person who runs hot I ended up spending more time on the outskirt of the bar area and even more time on the patio with it's wide open roof letting in the cool air. If you stay until close they do section off areas for cleaning and close off the full access to the patio and back bar. Security is personable and will let you know what's happening when they do start closing some doors. They do last call and usher everyone on their way in a pretty polite way. I might stop in again in the next few months, but also not in a rush... Will definitely remember to dress for the heat as well as the beat that is Club Cobra.

This is my #1 spot. I absolutely love coming here on Friday nights to celebrate the end of a work week and enjoy a nice cocktail. The apple martinis are delicious and both Rafa & Jorge know exactly what they are doing behind the bar. I love the cashless option since I can just take my phone and pay with it at the bar. A safe space to dance with the amazing security guards. Both Andrew & Lalo make me feel safe every time I walk into the bar. They are constantly walking around and making sure everyone is having a good time while also being safe. Parking is easy to find and the cover charge is only $10. Also the drag queens and go go dancers bring a fun ambiance. I would totally recommend this club for anyone wanting to find something new.

We had a great time here until my husband was pick pocketed and had his phone stolen. Person at the front collecting the cover charge said five other people reported the same thing that night. Be extra vigilant here with your belongings! A Bud Light was ten bucks! A round of drinks for the four of us cost $80. I am not accustomed to sky high drink prices when also charged a cover to enter. The music, dancing, and gogo boys were great! If I ever return I will definitely do my drinking beforehand and attach my phone to a leash.

I hadn't been to Cobra since before the pandemic. I have so many memories here with friends. I used to live in the area but since I have moved north of the valley. I was excited to come back because I heard there were some improvements to the location. When I walked in, everything looked familiar, but walking around I began noticing the changes. There is a new bathroom setup, a brand new back patio, and a second room. I personally love to see these improvements and the bigger space because I know how it can get on a Friday or Saturday night. I can't wait to be back for another night of dancing!

My first experience from visiting this nasty place just the name is club but inside the restrooms ohhhhh men no cleaning no water dirty rooms never go there anymore

I've gone a few times it's ok till you go to the bar and the guy on the right side goin to the men's restroom always charges wherever he wants for the drinks I called him on on it saying "hey why are charging me more for the same drinks we had 30 mins ago and now you charging me $9 more, he responded that's what it is if you don't like it go somewhere else" I've gone a few more times but never go to that bartender anymore, this Saturday I went with my friend we had 2 rounds one each right, tell me why we both got charge 2 times each, I called my credit card n they told me I've to get in contact with them first, I've try calling a few times and no one answers, that makes me wonder how many times and to how many people they've done that to, please everyone make sure to check your bank statements

Good vibes, not too dim not too bright..feel safe from their securities walking around & at front. Gay dancers are in shapes & have nice moves. Not sure about dress codes, lots of Ts/women dress like coming out from magazines. Some TS said they need $$ for the hook ups :( There's a LA government truck at the corner on Thursday trans nights, for free tests as I overheard walking by.

Went back again Saturday, definitely nice friendly bartenders who did it right to not let others cut in line. Whoever that was I appreciated it. Good vibes, the crowd was awesome on Saturday. They sure know how to party!

Love the place it's fun, feels like a slimmed down circus disco. I like the crowd and the personal everyone has fun and the patrons are hot and sexy. I love coming here and I like the big patio area. And parking is pretty decent.

Hottie Latino men everywhere lol. Great music and drinks aren't the best but your there to dance your life away right? And maybe go home with someone. Small but enough room to walk around, dance and chill for a bit. Has a back and front patio to chill, chat and smoke. Been coming for the past few weekends with my hubby and we enjoy it.

I bought 3 Long Island and charged 3 different prices. And was told that's what the POS kicks out. I was first charge &15.33, $17.42, then $19.71. Then the bartender got mad at me because I called him out on it. Now, tell me what should I do? What do you think about this situation? None the less, I disputed on my credit card. I worked at a bar don't give me that bullshit. Just don't go to that bartender.

You keep changing bottle girls. Every time I go they become uglier and dumber and lack customer service. How can you gain customer retention if you can't retain employees. Ditched real hospitality for some cheap strippers.

Cobra updated and expanded their space over the pandemic. The new space and environment is great. Even better service. Staff is always friendly. Highly recommend without reservation.

Food is alright. Customer service is horrible. And the atmosphere is horrible. It needs better music,

It's Cobra nothing more nothing less if you've been here then you already know what to expect as it doesn't change much! Cobra Thursdays is what it's all about as it's girls night so every so often I'll go with some of my girlfriends for a night of Cobra with all it's crazy possibilities you never really know what to expect. Cobra has dancers at the bar and sometimes around the area for all to enjoy as well as dance around with on the good size dance floor right in the middle of the room. Cobra Thursdays are usually more or less one of those nights when one of my friends says do you wanna go to Cobra and the answer is usually eh yeah if there is nothing better to do at least we know Cobra will always be exactly what it is every time around! Overall it's Cobra you hate to love to love hate it either way I'm sure we will be back here again at some point hahahaha!

Horrible staff management and not welcoming to queer folks. I went alone to this place yesterday and had an awful experience. The place is pretty trashy and has $10 cover. Pretty bad crowd of folks seem to frequent it. Ended up talking to one such trans woman. At first it was just some disagreements and I was being polite but then she was saying how me (also trans woman) and her are both men in denial. She went on to say progressively more offensive stuff directly to me: that I'll never be a mother, that I live in a fantasy land, that I was inherently violent and unsympathetic, and she finished by saying that she would never have sex with me because I'm a man and that's gross (which makes no sense but w/e) and laughing at me for even thinking that someone could be interested in me. That last one pushed me over the edge and I shoved her and walked away. She got up and tried to fight back but her friend stopped her. She said this proves that I'm inherently violent and then kept calling me the f slur (y'know the one). One other person came up to defend me and the rest didn't get involved. Anyways, I didn't make a bad review just to say someone was mean at a bar. I wanted to provide context to this for a few reasons. 1. She said she frequently comes there which means at the very least that others might've heard the kinds of stuff she said and gets away with it. 2. The security guard came after a bit and immediately the woman told him I pushed her. I grant that is indeed what happened, however, within mere nanoseconds of hearing that he shoved me out the door and closed it with not even a thought on asking what's happening or possible making us both leave. It's extremely irresponsible for someone to not even fully take account of things and just assume I was in the wrong because of the first person to say something. It is true that I shoved her, but this kind of toxic behavior she was showing is something that also warrants being confronted and kicked out. 3. After being kicked out I went to the front and explained to the same security guard some of the context and he seemed sympathetic to my position, but didn't do anything. I asked if I could speak with a manager and I was told I would have to wait until closing time to speak with someone. If you run a queer accepting place, you'd think there is some protocol about kicking out transphobes and even black listing them. He told me that I should come back next week and I'll have a better time. Instead of addressing the issue he just wanted to placate me. So overall, I know it's impossible to avoid bad patrons, but your response is what's important and their response was horrible. Please train your staff better or be present when the place is open. Even things like signs that just discourage transphobia is an attempt at caring about safety. Besides all this I would've given 3 stars at best so the horrible management is what puts it a 1.

I have gone a few times and thought it was a great place... well I was wrong .... alll the security guards and bartenders are in on it.... one time I went with a couple friends and they were closing time to leave... we were the last ones to get kicked out when they shut the doors behind us, but one of my friends was still inside. I started bagging on the door and said hey my friends still in there and they yelled at me to leave and nobody was inside. But I had seen her behind me when we were walking out...I kept banging and bangging because I was going to leave my friend in there. When I see them randomly push her out one of the side doors. I asked her if she was ok and she said yes that one of the bar tenders had stopped her to ask her a question.I'm glad my friend is ok but it was so suspicious that they kept telling me she wasnt there when she was....i don't even want to imagine what could have happened. Last time I went there.

Nice club, the dancers are always a vibe. However I must say the lady working the front door is very rude and unwelcoming. Her energy makes me want to turn around and spend my money else where. Please get somebody else to do it asap. Also how do you have a club with a bunch of dancers and no atm to get cash? Makes no sense to me.

I come here often with my partner. The music here and vibe is more latin focused. It ranges from 90s to current. It starts getting busy after 10:30pm but you won't see people really dancing until 11pm. They also have some eye candy here, Gogo dancers. There is 1 private restroom & 2 unisex bathrooms which only have 1 stall each & a urinal. So when it gets crowded you usually have a line for the restroom. They have a nice patio area where you can smoke freely & socialize with your friends. There are also two dance floors that they have but the main one that everyone flocks to is in the center of the stage. The drinks are okay. To be honest, I've had different bartenders make my drink here & I can say it depends on who crafts your drink. Sometimes they water it down (if you look away) & other times it comes out really good to the point that it hits you right away lol. I would definitely recommend coming on Saturday's if you want a bigger crowd. Friday's is a bit less crowded unless they are having a event. If you like Latin music & Latin men then definitely come check this place out !

I really enjoy coming to this bar/ dance club. Its exactly what im looking for in a bar. Good drinks good music and friendly staff. I always go with friends and enjoy the various latin and dance music. The dance floor gets busy its a small dance floor and probably 200 people a night on friday and saturday pack into this small establishment... But thats all part of the experience. They have live entertainment for special events hot latin gogo boys shaking their stuff and also live drag shows as well. Always a fun time at cobra.

This is, a for SURE place to have a great time! The bartenders are always smiling, drinks are inexpensive and delicious and thee dancers are hot!!! it's super inexpensive. And if you are a follower on FaceBook and if you know any of the dancers or staff members all you have to do is say their name and your in free before 11:00pm, BUT name MUST be mentioned at door! This place makes me feel like I know everyone, and that I can talk to anyone, they treat you with respect, every single one of their employees makes you feel very welcomed I give it a two thumps up Way up!!! Not too mention, you'll never know what celebrity you might see there. I've seen Milah cunis, Jenny rivera's daughter Alex borstein and recently Justin Bieber So, even if you pay to get in, it is so worth it!

If you're a lesbian don't come here. The guys are really catty and not welcoming. Some guy pushed me. I complained to the bartender and it was his friend so nothing happened. He spilled my drink and I had to buy a new one. Gays want equality but can't give it to their own kind.

Good and cheap drinks! Good size venue! Good music. Good performers. Good to be away from the typical WeHo scene! Street parking! Lots of fun dancing! Good crowd. Nice people!

This is a fun bar. I came on 8/24/19. My only objection..and one that, sadly, will keep me from coming on a regular basis..is the smoking section. It isn't distinctly set apart from the rest of the bar, which allows smoke to trail inside the main area. However, the bartenders were awesome and the music was great. I had a lot of fun. I will likely come every now and then.

I love this place SO MUCH, I have so much more fun there than weho. With that being said, I don't know if DJ's have changed recently but it's sounding a lot like crappy weho music as of late. The same beat over and over again with 2 lines of a song and then back to the lame beat. It's such a buzz kill. Please go back to classic pop, hip hop, and Latino!

Literally made a yelp account to come and write this review because I had such a bad experience. Came here with a few girlfriends a week or two ago. I'm very careful of my phone and where I place it- put it down for two seconds next to my purse on the INSIDE part of the bar- like my purse would've fallen onto the ground near my feet before my phone would- if my phone had fallen it would've fallen on the bartender's side. I kindly look to this man next to me and ask him if he's seen it, as this happened in a mere matter of seconds and he just shrugs and gives me a face. After looking everywhere for it frantically, I look back at him and it's evident he took it. Innocent until proven guilty, but this man's guilt was written ALL OVER HIM. He wouldn't even speak words with me, just kept shrugging as I asked him where my phone went- he never even flat out denied it. This is where it gets sketchy. I bring it up to the bartender- I should note I had just bought this phone a few days before, and we all know how expensive these devices are getting... Tensions were high. The bartender says 'RELAX, WE'LL FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO IT IN A MINUTE' And I'm like what the heck? That phrase makes absolutely no sense- if you're innocent, find out what happened NOW. And of course I keep being adamant, and my friends are getting involved and the bartender says 'YOU WILL GET IT BACK IN A MINUTE' And then security comes over and gets involved and they go 'what's the problem', we explain, they look at the guy- they go to the floor near where the guy was standing and "pick up" my phone from the floor and hand it to me.... I felt like an idiot, but OH MY GOD. There's absolutely no way my phone would've fallen on our side of the bar. That thief dropped my phone on the floor because of all the hell I was raising, and I wasn't gonna let him get off easy. I looked at him and once again just a SHRUG. Security even goes to say 'oh that guy wouldn't steal, we've known him for YEARS' The worst part? The bartender AND security were IN ON IT. They would all make a penny off of my brand new phone. DO NOT COME HERE for a fun night with friends- I admit I left my phone on the bar for two seconds- but that should not immediately make my evening a battle of fighting a CORRUPT business for what was rightly mine. Ha, good luck with your dishonesty cobra...

I was worried the DJ was going to play boring WeHo beats all night as that's what he did for a while. My friend asked if he was going to play any latin music and he said sorry that's all I have. Twenty minutes later he changed the music to Latin music and the place came alive. It was the party we were seeking and will definitely go back. Drinks are cheap too.

Wow. Wouldn't consider this a bar. No beer bottles. Seriously we're adults and can't even get a cold bottle beer? Can beer only or if you feel brave enough they give you a plastic cup like your a child. If you want a good drink literally go anywhere else. This is not a bar. What's next a sippy cup?

Love this club. Music is great! Staff is friendly...especially Julio, the guy in charge! Safe and fun place for women to go and enjoy some dancing along with beautiful looking go-go dancers!! Drinks are yummy!!!

Fun spot. Best in Noho for actually dancing, odd crowd, gay/bi bar but its fun to come with a gf and dance. Like a real budget version of the Abbey

*Update* Management reached out to me once the AC had been fixed and gave me the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Marty did everything he could to make me feel comfortable and welcomed on my next visit. Words cannot explain how AMAZING customer service I received from management. AC is officially fixed and it feels AMAZING! Great music, AMAZING staff, friendly guests, alcohol is amazing. Now I understand why I LOVE COBRA! I will definitely be back! This place is amazing! Thank you Cobra for your outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE! No bar/club has ever made me feel welcomed like you did. Thank you! EVERYONE MUST CHECK THIS PLACE! AMAZING!

One of my favorite place to go. Every time I go is always guaranteed that I have fun, Plus the stuff is super nice!

My best friend dragged me here for the first time ! It's a pretty cool place if you are into Latin music. It's in a sketchy area but honestly it's super safe and the crowd is very nice. I lost my phone there like 5 different times and it was always returned. The bar tenders are nice .. And come on who doesn't love friendly people ?!

It's too crowded and needs an updated decor. They could add different genres of music to the playlist.

Dia de las Noches has one of the hottest drag shows every Thursday night. My company shot a kick-ass documentary series about the lovely women who dance here, GENDER BLENDER. I was impressed by how hot some of them are.
