Co Anh Sandwich & Noodle Kitchen Vietnamese Menu Open Chinatown - Eater Vegas

"With only room enough for 28 diners, but settled into a well-known Chinatown location between Ding Tea and the Korean barbecue of Honey Pig, Co Anh Sandwich & Noodle Kitchen has debuted a casual menu that expands beyond a banh mi sandwich. Located at the Spring Oaks Shopping Center, despite the 1,200-square-foot space, the kitchen offers a full menu for a quick snack or larger meal. Specialties of the house include a $9.95 Hainanese chicken rice platter, the $8.95 beef stew egg noodles, shrimp flakes steamed rice cakes, pork rice rolls, and the $7.95 “xoi man,” sticky rice with shredded chicken pork terrine and Chinese sausage. The menu also features many options of rice or egg noodle soup and familiar noodle dishes. Banhi mi baguette sandwich options include the cold deli and pâté, fried egg pork terrine, fish cake, or head cheese and pâté, with sides of pork and vegetarian buns, pork puff pastry and crispy fried pork, and shrimp egg rolls. For beverages, diners can choose from smoothies, Thai and Vietnamese coffees, and hot teas brewed by the pot." - Bradley Martin

Very good food, it was very yummy. If you have small children that need a high chair they do not have it available, just an FYI. Friendly staff. Food presentation was good, very nice size portions., they put a lot of good ingredients in their soup, the noodles are cooked just right, the sauces are delicious. Very fast service, they do not take reservations. There was line outside to get in, so if you are planning to eat there, you might just want to give yourself some time and there could be a wait. They do take outs too. The seating area is very limited, and very tight. If you have 8 (eight) or more at your party it will be hard to be seated together. We will definitely come back. It is also very clean. Food price is very reasonable. There is a lot of parking. Thank you. 😊

Came here for breakfast after getting tired of the same old fare on the Las Vegas Strip. Read positive reviews and was not disappointed. The place is rather small but the food fantastic and the service excellent. We had the dry wanton noodles, pan fried rice cake and banh mi (pork belly) and they were all very well prepared. Place is clean and nice. Located in a complex with a bunch of other eateries. Can imagine it get really crowded, with locals and tourists willing to take the uber ride out here. Definitely worth it - great value for money.

I f you’re looking for authentic, heartwarming Vietnamese food, Cô Anh Sandwich & Noodle Kitchen is the place to be. Every dish I tried transported me straight back to my mom’s kitchen. The Bột Chiên Trứng was perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, with just the right balance of eggs and seasoning. The Hủ Tiếu Gà had a rich, aromatic broth that reminded me of the kind of comfort food you crave when you need a taste of home. The Bánh Bèo was delicate and beautifully garnished with crispy shallots and savory shrimp—so fresh and flavorful. The Bánh Bao had a soft, pillowy bun with a satisfying filling, while the Pâté Chaud was buttery, flaky, and filled with just the right amount of savory goodness. The authenticity and warmth of the flavors made every bite feel like a hug from home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving real Vietnamese comfort food!

If you're craving Vietnamese food, come here! This is coming from a Vietnamese person who used to live in OC. We ordered the hu tieu dac biet, banh beo, banh bot chien, and banh mi and nem nuong cuon for the plane ride home. (Don't judge me). Anyways, everyone is so friendly, food comes out fast, cafe sua da is legit, and I will definitely come back if I'm in Vegas.

Google
My absolute favorite place to get a banh mi. The pate is so flavorful (and not funky) the vegetables are fresh and the bread is light and crusty. I always get extra pate and extra veggie. In my opinion this is this best banh mi in Las Vegas. I always get the puff pastry with meat also!! These are delicious, perfectly moist, savory and balanced meat filling with flaky crust on the outside. I also get the omelet with crispy rice cakes. Everything on the menu here is delicious and fresh. I’m obsessed with the restaurant and the man and women who work here are sooo friendly. The only downside is the hours! I wish they were open 24/7 😆

Google
We love Co Anh! Small Vietnamese restaurant that does NOT serve pho but has a lot of other great options. We usually go there for the banh mi, the banh cuon and the drinks. This time I took the Hu Tieu (#15) and my wife took the banh cuon. Always delicious! And the price is still reasonable! You almost feel like your in a small shop in Vietnam 😆

Google
Love me some banh cuon 😋 If you like Vietnamese style baos this is the place for it, but you need to come early as the sell out daily. Small space so be prepared to wait for a table.

If you want the mom/auntie feel with the amazing Vietnamese food, this is the place for you. This is a wonderful place for brunch if you are craving Vietnamese food.

Yelp
Living in Austin, it is hard to find authentic asian food. You'll get slapped with "fusion" food which I dont understand why even come up with it. Been on a search for that OG Banh Mi and good thing we're in Vegas. There is no shortage of some fine Viet food places here. We tried Co Anh and damn, it was lit! Mind you, it is a small place, they will accomodate (we were 5 people) but just FYI on that. Their Banh Mi cold cuts (Dac Biet) hit the spot for me. I also got their Hu Tieu Ga Hai Nam, which to me was pretty much the Filipino Chicken mami. It was awesome! We also got the Mi Hoanh Thanh, Bun Nem Nuong Cha Gio, Nem Nuong Cuon, Cha Gio, and Bot Chien Trung which is definitely a must try! Writing this review makes me wanna go back for to-go lol

Yelp
This place is super tiny with about 4 two top and 2 four top tables. It can get busy depending on time of day. I got the fried rice cake with egg and it had flavor with the dipping sauce. Otherwise, it'd be just a little bland for my liking. I also got the seafood clear rice noodle, I think it would've hit better with egg noodle for my taste buds but decided to try something different. It was still good just prefer egg noodle. I'll be back to try other items.

Yelp
First time I went in 2022 was decent enough that we came back in 2024. Unfortunately, it was quite a disappointment this time around. The restaurant is a small space with only a few tables along the wall. Here comes the annoying part no.1: our server kept trying to dictate what we should and shouldn't order. Food was so bland. My mom asked for some soy sauce and vinegar that weren't on the table and they were basically thrown on the table in front of us. Annoying part no.2: Half way through our food, it started to get busier and our server came up to us asking if we're done with our food? Not even, "how's everything? can I get you anything else?" but "Are we done eating?" then gave us the tab without saying anything else. Even though she could clearly see that we still had a lot left in our bowls... Needless to say we left shortly after that without even finishing our food. P/s: to the two different ladies who were in line ordering to-go that asked me if my order was good and worth ordering, sorry for lying. If it was right outside of the restaurant, I'd have given you my honest review LOL.

Yelp
One of the more authentic viet places I've been to in Vegas so far!! Pretty good food and there are menu items you usually don't see at most viet restaurants! Highly recommend if you want to try some viet food that is not pho or bun Bo hue

Yelp
One of my favorite banh mi places for the price ! Service is fast and food is comforting. Although the overall restaurant is on the smaller side they pack a lot of customer and keep a steady flow.

Yelp
Yelp Review 2024 #70: This was our plan B when plan A fell through the cracks today. And Co Anh saved the day for us. We walked in and it was crowded. We got seated right away. We got the last table for four of us - that a semi-older couple wanted to take but got denied. The space is tight but they have at least 5-7 tables. Everyone especially our server was friendly and welcoming and was speaking to us in Vietnamese and we just politely smiled and said hi since none of us is Vietnamese or know a lick of Vietnamese. Everyone was Vietnamese except for our group - and that's a good sign! We placed our order. We wanted to try their pork bun but they were sold out because their diners earlier bought trays and trays of them since it's a holiday weekend. Nem Nuong Cuon: Grilled pork patties spring rolls with fresh egg roll wrapper, lettuce, cucumber, mints, chives, pickle vegetables and peanut sauce. The pork patties are pretty big and thick and had good flavor. A little sweet, savory and a bit smokey. 4.5/5 Patê Thịt Ba Chỉ Banh Mi: Banh mi with pork belly, pâté, homemade Vietnamese mayonnaise, cucumber, cilantro, pickled vegetables and Jalapeño. Bread was crusty and warm and soft on the inside - probably the best bread in town! The fillings were fresh. The veggies were crunchy and the meats were soft. And it's under $7! 5/5 Bun Nem Nuong Cha Gio: My favorite Vietnamese appetizers: cha gio and nem nuong in a bowl of vermicelli with green onion, mint leaves, cucumber, lettuce, bean sprouts, pickled vegetables, peanuts and fish sauce on the side. 5/5 Soda Chanh: Fresh lime with soda. This tastes like Perrier or any sparkling water with fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Refreshing and a nice option to regular soda. They do have Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite. I ordered jasmine tea but I think there was a communication issue and I never got my tea but our server was super sweet so, it's fine. She at least gave me a glass of iced water. The food came out one at a time starting with the banh mi (3 orders), the bun, and then, the nem nuong (2 orders). We all liked all the food. By the time we left, there were still a lot of people waiting for a table.

Yelp
Great service and amazing sandwiches. Their puff pastry and pork buns sells out fast. I was lucky to get the last two. Will try to pho next time I visit.

Yelp
We came here for lunch and the restaurant was pretty busy but we still were sat right away. The service was really friendly. She helped us pick what to eat and asked questions for clarification. We both ordered Hu Tieu Mi (combination of white noodle and egg noodle) soup and dry. We got the combination with everything in it: char siu, ground pork, meatball shrimp, squid, crispy crackling. My boyfriend prefer the dry which is coated in sauce and I wanted soup! When you order dry you still get a side of soup to sip while you eat. They also give you complimentary shrimp wonton cracker on the side and fresh lime to squeeze. The server checked back on us often which is above and beyond for a Vietnamese restaurant. We enjoyed our meal!

Yelp
We had a delightful dining experience here, with the food stealing the show. Food: 5/5 Service: 3/5 I opted for Specialty 14, while my girlfriend went for Specialty 34. The noodles were outstanding--bursting with authentic Vietnamese flavors. The banh cuon was soft and flavorful, although a bit more meat would've been appreciated. Our server persuaded us to try the mung bean drink, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. Definitely worth the recommendation. The service was decent, although a tad slow, but hey, that's par for the course when you're getting authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Overall, a delicious experience that I'd happily repeat.

Yelp
For a tiny place, this restaurant packs a lot. Friendly staff. Hole in the wall. Pretty amazing menu. Love their banh Cuon. I highly recommend you order as it's one of their specialties which also includes banh mi. Their Nem nuong is also delicious. Nicely portioned. Located next door to other Vietnamese businesses so it's a must visit in Vegas. They even serve dessert drinks which was fantastic. Cheers!

Yelp
Hu Tieu is one of my favorite dishes and luckily Co Anh hits the spot. The number 15 (combination) with rice noodle, soup on the side is pure comfort food. They don't skimp on the meat and shrimp and the shrimp cracker gives a nice crunch to the soft noodles. The pate chaud is also one of my favorites. The meat is flavorful and the pastry is extra flakey. It is a small place so if it is busy, you'll need to wait.

Yelp
Came here strictly because Co Anh Sandwich & Noodle Kitchen seemed to be the only place that offered hu Tieu dai [chewy tapioca noodles]. Our arrival to the establishment was met by a tiny little shop with 7 tables offered to patrons dining in. Upon entering, you will find a sign in sheet to indicate how your party size. Waiting is inevitable given the fact that the restaurant is limited in seating but a good amount of foot traffic seemed to opt for take out. The younger gentleman [whom I assume is the owner] behind the register was very nice. He greeted us, seated us, and offered to take our order. Above all, he was patient with us requesting more time to look over the menu. Our party ordered: Hu Tieu Mi Trieu Chau Thap Cam [dry] Hu Tieu Dai Trieu Chau Thap Cam [dry] Pate Chaud Pate Chaud was pretty. It was golden brown, puffed up as it should be, but the filling was just waaaay too sweet for my tastebuds. I literally felt like I was eating a dessert. This item was definitely not for me but sure seems to be a hit with regulars. Hu Tieu Mi bowl of noodles came across some push back when the older lady taking our order kept asking us if we wanted hu tieu or mi. We kept saying we wanted BOTH- hu tieu AND mi until she finally understood our request. Do people not order the noodle combos here out in Vegas??? Hu tieu dai was ordered without a hitch and the lady repeated back the order to us prior to heading back into the kitchen, verifying one bowl was to have the chewy tapioca noodles. The noodles come out and both bowls have hu tieu dai. PALM TO THE FOREHEAD!! We bring it to the staffs attention and although the swap takes a bit of time and the bowl was recycled/salvaged as best as it could be, the bowl ended up being manageable. Customer service was really good up until the end of our meal. My daughter is a slooooow eater and I get that the restaurant would like a quick turnover rate due to its limited size, I found it quite rude for the lady to start clearing the table as we were still sitting. 3 stars I suppose, and that's me being pretty generous given the entire experience. Meh.

Yelp
I heard about this place through a friend. We were kind of full but still came here to try their food . We got their banh mi , pate chaud and banh bao. For the banh mi we got the special and pork belly ones. There were a few open tables when we walk in. The staff was fast and nice. I heard their hieu tieu was a must try, how we were stuff, but would come back another time in the future.

Yelp
Since my last review, I have gone back a couple of times. This place is starting to be my go to place cuz they have bánh cuốn and bánh bao with pork, egg and the chinese sausage. Their bánh cuốn is delicious and on point. The nuoc mam is a little sweet for me but much more flavorful than some other restaurants, so that's ok. The chili they give you goes well with the nuoc mam, making it delicious to pour over the banh cuon. I have tried their banh mi and it was ok...their pate saux is flaky but the meat was a little on the sweet side for me. Their bánh bao, though, was delicious! The bao is spongy, light and the meat is just perfect in flavors. It is very similar to how my mom's were. The flavors of the banh bao is very similar to how my mom used to make them. She is no longer with me so now I have a place to go to, to always make me feel like my mom is with me whenever I eat them. The staff is very nice, very friendly and the restroom was clean, which is a bonus. Another thing too is their prices are decent, not outragesly hiked up like most places after Covid. Next time I want to try their noodle soups. They look good too when other tables ordered them! lol

Yelp
Banh Cuon (Pork Rice Rolls) appetizer is my favorite dish here. This place really is the ultimate Vietnamese street food to-go/take out that Vegas can offer. Not your typical pho and rice combination restaurant, nor do many places offer these items or make it with this quality and quantity. Everything is light and clean food. It's a great sign to always see the place filled with Vietnamese 50s aged group dining here. Comfort food with their own a slight twist with their homemade sauce, mayo, etc. Or maybe just different providence style from mainstream taste of LA/OC Vietnamese cuisine. I was definitely too harsh and inconsiderate in my previous review. My bad in my previous review. I was disgruntled from trying to find my banh mi spot in Vegas...not taking consideration of different family to region styles preferred by others. It's not the best place but because it's Vegas, and limited....I can see this place as a local favorite or watering hole for easy takeout. Takes credit card. Staff understands English. 2nd Visit for raise out, to try Banh Mi again: Overall, still good for a generous amounts of inside stuffing from meat, to veggies. Not dry. Just expect the taste to be sometimes different depending where you bite...fresh plain pate very light in taste, to potatoe salad dressing, to just mayo taste. It won't be dry, but not the tastes were used too. Again, we've never been to Vietnam. Just use to 626 SGV and Westminster SoCal standards. Tried their banh mi again cause SO wanted it. SO likes their bread. He accidentally ordered the same things like the - #2 pork belly which he thought was charbroiled (it's not that bbq style. More raw, boiled like style). - #3 is something he'll want to order again, and try other banh mi options. I'll pick this place for Banh mi quantity and quality, and keep in mind that each bite may vary in mayo taste. But sadly, I'll go to Mr.Lees for that particular pate taste I like. 3rd visit for take out: #34. Banh Cuon (Pork Rice Rolls) $12.95. I really enjoyed the rolls as it felt light, and almost vegetarian. The SO likes more meat in everything. I like that the sauce was not just all sugar like many other places. #12. Nem Nuong Cuon (2 Grilled Pork Spring Rolls) $7.50 - Kinda like Brodards, infamous OC brand for their innovated midget twist with adding crispy egg roll shell into it. The sauce here is more of a light peanut sauce vs Brodards thicker very pugnet and flavorful sauce. The spring roll has a very sweet pickled diakon and carrots in it that threw me off in taste again. #15. Hue Tieu Trieu Chau Thap Cam (Combination Rice Noodle soup) $13.95 - Recommended by staff over the phone, when asked for what's their best or a good noodle soup. Clean, light and perfect for simple noodle soup craving. I avoided the Banh Beo (Shrimp flake steamed rice cakes) due to liking them thin, and more delicate. Their Banh Beo looked a bit thicker to my preference.... probably a different region style. I'm interested in trying their flavorful items like beef noodle soup, bun rieu and curry next time.

Yelp
They make the best meat flavor BAO in town. You have to either call ahead or get there by 8:30 am to get your hands on these. By 10am, they are normally sold out. We also tried their various soups and all were flavorful!

Yelp
Our go to spot in Las Vegas. We always order the same things from the menu. We ordered: 1. Nem Nuong ($7.50) yum! This is a grilled pork patty spring roll. Must get. 2. Banh Cuon ($12.95) pork rice rolls are also a must. 3. Viet coffee ($4.95) not too strong or sweet! Parking: Parking lot with plenty of spots. Service: Quick and easy. Ambiance: Although this is a small restaurant, they're efficient.

Yelp
Located just off the Vegas Strip in Chinatown, Co Anh Sandwich and Noodle Shop presents an authentic taste of Vietnamese cuisine in a city known for its wide range of culinary offerings. This family-run establishment is noted for its homemade, traditional dishes, earning it a spot on the list of places to visit for those seeking authentic Vietnamese flavors. The service is quick and attentive and they're happy to explain each of the dishes. My visit to Co Anh this morning was, as always a rewarding culinary experience. I started with a Pate Chaud - a pastry that was both flaky and buttery, stuffed with well-seasoned pork. This dish, influenced by French cuisine, skillfully combines European pastry techniques with authentic Vietnamese flavors. I also had the Banh Mi Op La, an exceptional sandwich. It's a cultural fusion featuring a crispy baguette with crispy yet runny fried eggs, fresh cucumbers, pickled carrots, daikon, and cilantro. The texture of the crunchy bread alongside the tender, flavorful filling was a prime example of Vietnamese culinary tradition. The Cafe Sua Da was a fitting drink for this excellent breakfast. This Vietnamese iced coffee, a blend of strong brewed coffee and sweetened condensed milk was arguably the best I've had in Vegas. Its robust yet sweet flavor made for a refreshing and enjoyable addition to the meal. The full menu at Co Anh showcases a variety of homemade Vietnamese dishes, each crafted with a focus on authenticity. The welcoming atmosphere and the family's dedication to their culinary roots make every visit a pleasant and homey experience. For locals and visitors in Vegas, Co Anh Sandwich and Noodle Shop is a culinary delight offering an authentic Vietnamese dining experience in the heart of a bustling city. Very highly recommended!!!

Yelp
Debuted in 2018 amidst more Pho Restaurants than one would assume necessary Cô Anh Sandwich & Noodle Kitchen takes on traditional Vietnamese fare without relying on just Bone Broth with Herbs, the tiny dining room between Honey Pig and a Tea Shop instead featuring everything from housemade Bread and Pork Belly to Bún Riêu complete with Blood Cubes. Operating without a website or Social Media, all 28 seats nevertheless filled six days a week from 8:00am until 4:00pm, the abundance of Vietnamese diners suggest immediately that Cô Anh is doing something right and this is soon confirmed by golden Patê Chaud filled with near-molten Pork. A larger menu than one might assume for such a small kitchen, Hainanese Chicken oddly present alongside several types of Bánh Mì served on freshly made Bread, Appetizers include delicate Spring Rolls sporting grilled Pork Sausage and Bánh Bột Chiên Trứng beneath grated Egg Yolk. Popular for Egg Soda, though those looking for something a bit more familiar can select Hot Tea or Vietnamese Ice Coffee, Meatballs come a bit too tightly formed in complex Broth while the aforementioned Bún Riêu and Hủ Tiếu Đồ Biển are a bargain considering the abundance of Seafood and portions easily shared by two.

Yelp
I walked in, and the place is tiny, and I mean tiny I looked around, maybe 16 seats? But is like one sitting on top of another I saw few tables are empty, I thought I just dine in. They give me a table of 4 seats, I saw there a 2 seats table available but not clean yet, they offered me the 4 seats table, and I was by my self. The server came over, hardly speak English, look like I owed her money. I ordered the pork roll, and the curry chicken noodle The Pork roll was okay, nothing special, after maybe 10 mins, one of the staff asked me if I mind to move to a 2 seats table because there is 4 people waiting. Of course I don't mind, I'm by myself, but is not really professional asking someone to move while they eating. I don't mind at all, just the way they handle the situation, they could have clean the 2 seats table for me in the first place. My curry chicken noodle arrived, and OMG! The chicken is fried Chicken size, so big I can't even eat it, I can't use my hand like eating fried chicken. The hold time I was there, not once the server come check on me, no water refill, nothing. Won't be back

Yelp
Broth, bang mi, spring rolls, and anything else on the menu! Small spot, not too loud. Affordable too. Closes early and on Thursday though.

Yelp
Not sure how I haven't posted my review of Co Anh yet, but I feel the need to now. I've been here many times now. Some of the best Vietnamese food I've had. It's rare that a restaurant can make many different items so delicious-- most can barely get a few dishes right. I will definitely be back to try more My 5 stars here are the: Pate Chaud: excellent meat to pastry ratio but also flavorful meat inside Banh bao: I prefer mini ones, but everything else about the taste of these is perfect Mi/hu tieu bo kho: their broth is thick, way better than diluted broths that other places have. The rice noodles are better than the egg noodles for this dish. Order a loaf of bread to dip it #1 banh mi: was so good that when I finished it, I actually came back to order the another one 10 minutes later, lol Cha gio: one of my favorite restaurant eggrolls. Maybe only homemade ones are better 4 stars Banh cuon: it was good but I can't say it's on the same level as the items above Wonton noodle soup: excellent tasting filling inside the wontons. The broth could be a little more flavorful and/or salty for me Bot chien trung: as good as any I've had, just not as good as the items in the 5 star list Bun mi vang phuoc kien (#14): I ordered it dry (soup on the side). Definitely one of the better ones that I've had, but I can think of one that is clearly better (not in Vegas), so that's why I rated it 4 stars -wonderful service; super friendly staff -small restaurant, can be a little bit of a wait for a table at times -I've seen the pate chaud and banh baos run out. Call to order or get there early if you really want them

Yelp
A delicious spot with incredible spring rolls if you'd like some shareable! I ordered the Grilled Pork Spring Rolls (Nem Nuong Cuon) and the portion sizes were very large - definitely a filling treat. I also ordered the #34 with pickled veggies and mushrooms inside - highly recommend! The staff were very hospitable - definitely a worthwhile visit in Vegas!

Yelp
Best place to get early Vietnamese food in Chinatown. The server lady will act as your Asian mom and make sure you finish your food or you better pack it to go. It's rare to find a place that's open before 11am around Chinatown and this place is it. Food does not disappoint.
google avatar

Johnny L.

Yelp
The seafood banh canh here hits the spot. It's a small establishment that is only open to 2PM but it has all of the homey items except for banh xeo. We love to get the banh baos and they're banh cuon is top notch. They do their rice paper well. Their bot chien was also so crispy and flavorful. The wait staff are also a no nonsense type. Your typical Viet auntie ready to take your order.

Yelp
Overall: 4.6/5 (dine in) We came 20 minutes before closing but they still seated us and didn't rush us. The service was good, and food came out quickly. Their prices are higher than equivalent California Vietnamese restaurants but their food was freaking delicious! Bún Thang ($13.95): I asked for clear flat rice noodle instead of the egg vermicelli noodle and it paired perfectly well with the broth. The broth was amazing and one of the best I had. You don't need any sauce except samba chili if you want it to be spicy. They give a generous amount of toppings and protein. I never had this dish before but I loved it. My only qualm is that some of the shredded chicken was dry. Banh Beo ($11.95): The banh Beo served in California is usually very bare bones but here, they're generous with their fillings and toppings which are what give the banh beo flavor. The nuoc mam is good too so everything together makes it better than most places. Xoi Man ($11.95): This dish really surprised me. It looks ordinary when served but when you take a bite of the sticky rice, it's actually sweet and tastes like coconut! Still went well with the savory chinese sausage & chicken and if you want an even more flavor boost, add nuoc mam to it! Fire

Yelp
A cozy, family-run cafe with the best banh mi! Their dac biet is amazing, and the pate isn't too iron-y. The jalapeño can be a little spicy for some people, but you can just take them out. The pickled vegetables are amazing, and add a great crunch to the sandwich. They don't serve any pho, but they do serve some noodle dishes. Servers are efficient and the prices are very reasonable. There can be a line during peak hours on weekends since there isn't a lot of seating inside. Large free parking lot.

Yelp
Just so good. Granted I've only had the sandwiches. Because every time I want to try something new I just end up getting a sandwich. The bread is good, meat is good, veggies on point, it's just all very good. Service is awesome. The guy that's there he's always super friendly and respectful. I love this place, it's definitely my go to.

Yelp
My friend and I decided to have a Vietnamese brunch. We wanted fresh rice noodles and pho to help cure her hangover. The pan-fried rice cake with eggs was the best I've ever had. The rice cakes were delicious. We planned to go to Bacchanal Buffet but ended up at a small restaurant with only eight tables. Despite the 10-minute wait, it was worth it. The service was exceptional, and our food arrived quickly. We enjoyed eating with the locals who ordered bulk steamed buns. It was a great experience to eat off the strip.

Yelp
Love Vietnamese cuisine. This joint has a lot choices from sandwiches to noodle soup. Everything is very good, service is fast and staff were very friendly. I ordered the Grilled Pork Patty Spring Roll and Crispy Fried Pork Roll with cold Jasmine Tea . Good for groups but since were 15 in total, we almost occupied the place .

Yelp
This is a little restaurant seating about 28 people, in a strip mall that reminded me of China Town, only it's a lot of Vietnamese shops and restaurants. As a matter of fact, this restaurant is located just west on the same street as China Town Vegas. When we arrived right about lunch time, the restaurant was very full, there was only 1 open 2 seater table left but we were seated because it was just 2 of us and most of the party's ahead of us required a bigger table. Service was a little slow in the beginning because they were busy but once we placed our orders the food came out quickly. We ordered the crispy egg rolls, pork spring rolls and steamed pork rice rolls. The food was fresh and tasty, the portions were good & the pricing was great considering how expensive Vegas is.

Yelp
We're recent transplants from SoCal, where there is incredible Viet food. We're looking around Vegas, hoping to find similar authenticity here but our first try at Co Anh missed the mark. We ordered a variety of things to try: 1. Dac Biet: This is the one to try to see if the banh mi is legit. Sadly, it didn't have the funk of the head cheese that we love; it lacked the balance of the pickled veggies and the spicy jalapenos with the fresh cilantro. The bread was ok. 2. Nem nuong cuon: Whoever rolled these needs a lesson from a Viet granny or something because they were loose AF. Oh man, please visit Brodard in Orange County. Those are nice and tight and so delicious. And what is that strange, watery sauce that Co Anh serves with the cuon? 3. Bun nem nuong cha gio: Truth is, the best spring rolls are served by Golden Deli in San Gabriel, CA because they use rice paper. The spring rolls in this bun was passable, nothing special. The nem was also just passable. The nuoc cham that came with the dish was sadness though. It totally lacked flavor. 4. Banh cuon: Of all the items we tried, this one was probably the best one and tasted the most authentic. The only problem was that the nuoc cham that came with it was the same as the one that came with the bun, and as I said, it's flavorless. Overall, my husband, who is Vietnamese, thought the flavors were somewhat strange and inauthentic. Our search continues...

Yelp
Found this place by accident on yelp when i was in Vegas and it was awesome! Totally legit Vietnamese place serving up delicious food at a great price for portion size. The waitress was super sweet and even told us to stop ordering food because we ordered way too much. We ordered a noodle soup, Dac Biet Banh Mi, Banh Cuon (pork rice roll), Sticky rice, Banh Beo (steamed rice cake), hainan chicken, vietnames coffee, and a mung bean pandan coconut milk. I'd say the weakest links were the hainan chicken (not bad but no comparison to Singapore version) and the mung bean drink (they mix everything together so has a chalky consistency and taste) Other that that I really loved this little place!!

Yelp
#10 for 2023 I came here a few times on my last trip and couldn't wait to come back. I'm bringing a couple other friends this time too. Parking is easy and convenient although it in a center filled with several other Asian restaurants. There are only 7 tables. During peak hours it can get tight and cramped. One table is right by the ordering window. I sat there the 1st time I came by myself. A little uncomfortable as people stand close there able to look at what you have and eat. You'll want to know what to order before you go in. There are 2 menus posted on the window. It's a good idea to use them and plan your meal. This will help the line move faster if there happens to be one. As you walk in you'll see the fresh spring rolls and meat buns. Good to grab some on your way out for those times you're feeling pekish. Around the corner of the counter to your left is the window you place your order. If you chose to sit down they will bring menus to you and you place your order with your waitress. We ordered the Hainanese chicken platter, Bun nem nuong cha gio (grilled pork patties, spring rolls with vermicelli bowl), Cha Gio (Crispy Fried Pork and Shrimp Egg Roll) and Nem Nuong Cuon (Grilled Pork Patties Spring Rolls) with olong tea and Vietnamese coffee. First off service was good. They don't speak English too well but we were able to get by with me pointing to what we wanted on the menu. There is one that speaks better than the others. The Vietnamese coffee came already served in a glass packed tightly with ice. The coffee and sweet milk already inside. Just what I needed to wake me up at noon. The olong tea though, turned out to be jasmine. Worked out well for us because that's what we really wanted but didn't see on the menu. Hainanese chicken is steamed with scoop of rice. By itself it is bland. With the spicy red sauce it turns into something delectably delicious. I like this with chopped green onions too. Some soy sauce over the chicken adds another depth of flavor to the dish which I really liked. Grilled pork patties in the spring rolls was better than I thought they would be. Very tasty. Better when you do a lettuce wrap with the mint then dip it into the vinaigrette type sauce it came with. So good. Maybe I'm a traditionalist but I did like the crispy egg rolls better. These too were better in a lettuce wrap. Really liked the vermicelli bowl. The crunchy bean sprouts and soft vermicelli were in good contrast complimented with the vinaigrette sauce. I should've asked to get a 2 cups of that sauce to really add the flavor all around. All of that went well with grilled pork. And that is why I keep coming back when I am in town. The fact it's on Mountain Springs Rd makes it a nice get away from the Strip. Please give this spot a try. You will not regret you did.

Yelp
One of the best Bahn Mi places, if not the best in town! I usually get the pork belly with pate and trust me, you won't be disappointed either. The bread is soft and crispy, the meat is flavorful. Seriously, I keep coming back because it's so good. The service is super fast, friendly. If I could change one thing, I wish they would open for dinner lol. But that's only because I'd like to come then too.

Yelp
On the hunt to try all the viet places in the las vegas valley, and co anh was next on our list. We ordered a banh bao, pate chaud, banh cuon, and a noodle dish. Now this place is know for hu tieu dishes, so I had to get a random noodle dish. I honestly picked the only dish that had a chili pepper next to it, not knowing what it truly was. I ordered Hu tieu sate bo. It was a very interesting dish as I have never had it before. I posted it on IG and my friend said she had the dish when she visited Vietnam and has not been able to find it back here in the states. So if you are looking for this unique dish, it's here at co anh. Service was quick and friendly, as most viet places are. The inside is very small and is always busy so there may be a wait sometimes. We were lucky to not have to wait for a table when we arrived. If you're craving some boba, there is an excellent spot next door as well. And if you're a fan of mango and rice, they have an amazing drink. I will for sure be coming back to Co Anh to try other tasty dishes.

Yelp
No photos needed. The site has all the photos you need. Important: a great non-Pho Vietnamese restaurant with authentic flavored dishes. Food: great rice noodle, vermicelli noodle, egg noodle dishes to choose from. Also, banh mi sandwiches with good flavor Service: when busy, owner and workers do try their best to be attentive and do a good job with customers Ambience: small place, so your patience is tested

Yelp
Small shop with delicious food! The lady tending to tables was working with haste, but she still made time for our questions about some of their drink and food recommendations. Was obsessed with their banh beo and banh cuon; especially drenched in their nuoc mam. Their green mung bean house drink came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. Their bun rieu was very beautiful assembled and presented, although I found it to be bland.

Yelp
Co Anh is a lovely small family owned business that serves excellent Vietnamese food at affordable prices. Quite honestly, the best banh mi I have had in America. I absolutely adore their pate and really wish they sold it separately, and I asked but unfortunately they said no. The other food is decent, I got the bun thit nuong which was good, don't get me wrong, but nothing mind blowing. Would always come back here for their banh mi and the pate alone!

Yelp
One of the few really good Vietnamese restaurants in Las Vegas. I miss Viet food from San Jose so much and since moving here, Co Anh is one of our go-to's! The ladies who work there are so sweet but are very straight forward so if you don't have thick skin, they may come off a little harsh haha. It's a very mom and pop restaurant feel with limited seating so the wait can be a little long. My hubby and I usually get Banh Cuon, Nem Nuong and Hu Tieu! All are so true to Vietnamese flavors and are consistent every time. I also really enjoy their house made mung bean drink, it has a nice and earthy taste with a pinch of sweetness.

Yelp
Absolutely loved our experience at Co Anh Sandwich and Noodle Kitchen! The Banh Coun and Ba Kho were a delightful departure from the usual Vietnamese fare, showcasing their commitment to authenticity and innovation. This hidden gem is a go-to for Vietnamese ramen and sandwiches, offering a unique culinary journey. While the ambiance is average, the friendly service more than makes up for it. A must-try for those seeking an authentic Vietnamese dining adventure!

Yelp
Hidden gem! If you're a Beef Pho fan, this is NOT the spot for you. Instead, they focus on other delicious Vietnamese dishes. Located in Spring Mountain neighboring Honey Pig and SF Supermarket. Do not recommend big group dining. Here's what we ordered: Banh Cuon (Pork rice roll): Delicious and made fresh. Rice noodle on the thicker side. Comes with all the condiments and plenty of sauce which we love. Banh Beo (Steam Rice Cakes): Our favorite! Also made fresh. The rice cakes were perfectly soft and chewy. Toppings enhanced the flavor along with their house sauce! ***Chef kiss*** Egg Rolls: Excellent! Banh Rieu (Crab Meat Tomato Vermicelli Noodle Soup): Wonderful! It's been pretty difficult to find good Banh Rieu in Vegas coming from LA. This place offers a variety of toppings such as, meatballs, fried tofu, seafood sponge meatloaf (not 100% sure what to call it), and shrimp. Not sure if I forgot anything else but, when a restaurant gives a side of shrimp paste!! That is the next level. Unheard of! Pate Chaud (Pork Puff Pastry): Savory, wonderful and delicious. Pate meatball inside with a light pastry puff. Bot Chien Trung (pan-fried rice cake with eggs): This dish reminds me of turnip cakes with eggs at Taiwanese breakfast spots. Except they use pain fried rice cakes w/ scrambled eggs. Different spin. Must try at least once. Xiu Mai (Meatball w/ baguette): This dish was not what we expected. It's more on the sweeter side. Not to our taste. We would come back for everything else except for Xiu Mai. Overall, it's one of the best Vietnamese take out spots so far. They provide plenty of sauce and extra toppings. Services are excellent. ~ Cheers!~

Yelp
I can't rave enough about this family owned Vietnamese restaurant and it's truly one of the best I've ever tried! The Hu Tiêu Trieu Chanh Thap Cam and the Combo Banh Mi are absolute must-tries, they're packed with flavor and just hit the spot every time. Let me tell you about the curry chicken and it's absolutely bomb, like seriously amazing! One thing that stood out to me besides the incredible food is the friendly and fast service. The staff here are so welcoming and efficient, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Vietnamese cuisine that's locally owned and operated. You won't be disappointed, give it a try!

Yelp
This is a great restaurant to get out of your comfort zone and try different Vietnamese dishes that you wouldn't find at other restaurants! Most Vietnamese restaurants I've been to only have things like pho and various other noodle and rice dishes, but this place has so many unique items full of various flavors. My favorite things were the Banh Cuon and the Bot Chien Trung. The Banh Cuon reminded me of Cheung Fun, the rice rolls you get at dim sum. The soft and springy rice roll went really well with the crunchy fresh vegetables and mushrooms. The pork cake and fish sauce added a complex meatiness and umami that tied everything together. The Bot Chien Trung was also amazing. I loved the crispy and slightly chewy rice cakes combined with the soft and fluffy egg. This place is kind of small and it's always super busy so be prepared to wait a bit. It's definitely worth the wait though and the food comes out really quickly. Also, all of the dishes are really cheap which is another great thing.

Yelp
We went here twice and tried 4 different dishes: Wonton egg noodle soup. Very good noodle soup. The broth, wontons and noodles were all great. 5/5 Fried rice cake: This was my favorite dish. The rice cakes were really crispy and great with the egg and the great sauce its served with. 5/5 Beef stew: I was most disappointed with dish as I love beef stew. The beef was tender but the broth was very watered down and had very little flavor. 3/5 Pork rice rolls: these were really really good. I ate these in Vietnam and I would say they are pretty similar here. The fish sauce they are served with is also really good. 5/5 The service is good. They speak mostly Vietnamese but there are a few that speak English as well. 5/5 The ambiance is nothing special. Not much seating inside and it gets busy. The second time we went we were seated near the kitchen and the waiter would keep bumping into me. Not ideal. 3/5 Overall I was happy with the food and would come back.
